Restaurant Tapas in Griesheim

The first time yesterday in “Leib und Seele” in Griesheim. The food, cooked cheese schnitzel with fried potatoes, came quickly and was very tasty. However, a very large portion. Dessert, vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries, wasn't that good. The ice was already crystallizing. The service was very friendly and always available quickly despite the busy restaurant. The ambience is a bit dignified, I liked it. Unfortunately the restaurant has been closed since June 1st, 2024.

We moved away 9 years ago, but we still come here to eat whenever possible. 🙂👍

It was our first time there. Very friendly service, delicious food, and normal portion sizes. I was only less happy with the drinks. We're sure it wasn't a branded cola, and it had zero carbonation when served. And I'm not a fan of (uninvited) ice in drinks because I feel like I'm paying for "nothing" (which is especially noticeable with the small fruit juice, where you get at least 10% less juice). However, it was the first restaurant to charge less for a fruit spritzer than for a fruit juice, which is very fair. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Large selection of dishes at a good price

One of the best pizzerias in Griesehim, Toni makes the best spelled pizza dough ever. The homemade tiramisu is absolutely fantastic, you can taste that everything is made in-house. Service very accommodating. Recommended
