The current overall rating of 4.8 doesn't reflect our perception. Two of us ate here on Sunday. Conclusion: The grilled pepperoni starter for 9.20 is pretty steep. But it was good. The rump steak was ordered medium, but unfortunately it came well done. The fries were soggy. My Bolognese schnitzel was okay, but the fries were also soggy. The pilsner is served in a wheat beer glass...that's not a big deal. The ambiance didn't really wow us either. We wouldn't go again.

My nostalgia for the place outweighed any benefit to the food. The appetizer tasted like it had been thawed, and the food had some "interesting" characteristics. If you don't have high expectations for the food but are looking for a place to meet up with friends/acquaintances, then this place is good enough. For the food alone... eh?

Yes, we'll be back. The schnitzel with asparagus was amazing, as was the chicken burger. The service was very friendly and attentive. We're already looking forward to the next time.

Top service and food. The menu is supplemented by seasonal dishes. The calzone is so well filled, it's as if there was a schnitzel in it. One of the best local restaurants! I rate the toilet as good to very good!

We have been coming to the Piazza as a family for many years to celebrate the start of the holiday, the end of the holiday and birthdays, or spontaneously when the kitchen at home has nothing to offer. This evening you particularly impressed us: the dishes on the daily menu (2x cooked cheese schnitzel with fried potatoes, 1x linguine with prawns in white wine sauce), the vegetarian pizza and the spaghetti carbonara were of excellent quality and carefully prepared. The side salads were fresh, generous in size and with a dressing of your choice. Since we had a birthday child in the group, the table was lovingly decorated and given special attention. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos because the whole atmosphere was just to enjoy.

Wir haben Essen bestellt und leider war das Souvlaki versalzen, das Tsatziki hat gefehlt und leider musste ich von 3 Fleischspießen zwei wegschmeißen, da das Fleisch schlecht war. Schade!

Unfortunately I can't agree with the top reviews. I used to eat here a lot and it was very good! Only in my opinion the quality has deteriorated significantly. Very expensive and very small portions. Fries are a disaster. You order pizza broccoli and unfortunately you realize at home that a completely different pizza was made. Not listening on the phone? Very unfortunate. Even the best service ever is no longer there.

I ordered by phone and got there in the allotted time (30 minutes). Once there, it appeared my order wasn't processed. I then waited another quarter of an hour and then had my pizza. Although baking paper was placed under the pizza, it is a bit stuck and the bottom is not crispy. Vegetables were fresh ingredients and not pickled things. The pizza was a bit too expensive for that.

I ate at Piazza for the first time today and was very impressed. The service was very friendly. Highly recommended

Very nice staff, even though I unfortunately didn't eat there, they were very polite. I had to go to the toilet and change clothes or put something warmer underneath and I smelled the toilet without any problems.

I went there a few times through my brother. Maybe 4 x or 5 x...that was before Corona...the food was very tasty (regardless of whether it was schnitzel or pizza) and the service was great. Today (December 12, 23) I was there for the first time since Corona (my brother lives in the town and is a frequent guest)… And even now nothing has changed: *Very friendly and attentive service (enjoys work) *Always clean tables (no longer a given) *And ate deliciously again 😋 This has to be mentioned: TOP for years!!

Leider wird der Küchenschluss zu genau genommen. Als alter Gast gibt es um 21:13 nicht mal mehr eine Pizza. Schade flexibel ist anders.

I really, really enjoy being there. Always fresh, homemade food and special requests are also fulfilled. I had gnocchi another time, baked potato, pizza, salad. I would have liked to order a second portion ;) About the ambience: it's a nice sports bar. In summer you can sit outside.

The piazza is very easy for us to reach on foot. We ate pasta. The food came quickly and tasted very good. The service is very friendly and attentive. We'd love to go there again. 👍

We picked up the food, everything was great! Great pizza from the stone oven! Beautifully baked and deliciously topped and seasoned. And then this delicious tiramisu - wow! Keep it up!

Went there for coffee with my partner and his family. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food (yet). However, the service and the ambience were great. Gladly again.

Ruime keuze, zowel pizza's, pasta's, als vlees/ patat. Heerlijk gegeten en erg vriendelijk personeel. Het deed ons denken aan de echte familie restaurants in Italië.

As always great service, good food and I recommend a latte macchiato as dessert! I also love to call ahead and just pick it up soon after! The Pommes got even better. 2023 update.

Wir sind hier gerne. Im Sommer auf ser großen Terrasse ist es noch schöner aber auch drinnen ist es sehr gemütlich. Bedienung ist immer freundlich, das Essen ist lecker und nicht zu teuer.

Wir waren mit unserem 2,5 jährigen Sohn da. Super Kinderfreundlich. Uns wurden Malsachen angeboten, der kleine hat ein Eis mit extra Streusel bekommen und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Die Bedienung total freundlich, zuvorkommend und mitdenkend. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Flair, da es im Außenbereich an unsere Lieblingstaverne auf Korfu erinnert.

Ich undeine Mutter aßen von hier die Spaghetti marinara und die fand ich sehr lecker + gut zubereitet.Es war/ist alles ok an dem Restaurant nur die Preise habe ich zu bemängeln da man zum Beispiel diese Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten bei jedem anderen Italienischem Restaurant günstiger bekommt + die Getränke haben auch einen ordentlichen Preis

Klasse , wie schon seit Jahren . Wir kommen öfter zum Essen hier her , das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, der Service ist auch gut. Einen schönen großen Biergarten gibt es auch.

Zählt zu meinen persönlichen Top Restaurants in Griesheim. Ich glaube ich habe bis auf wenige Ausnahmen alles von der Karte probiert und es war stets sehr lecker und frisch. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir waren am Sonntag seit langer Zeit wieder eimal im Piazza. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Die bedienung war super freundlich. Wir waren vollstens zufrieden. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend set outside to eat Pizza and a Meat dish, food was normal, But the place was infested with a lot of fly’s, it was really horrible and not pleasant to eat, we had to eat fast and wave the fly’s away all the time! On top, the owner did not offer any solution, she just said: “it’s the summer atmosphere” and: “people don’t like chemistry” and... “you eat a tuna pizza, that’s why the fly’s are here” Really ?? This owner is a complete joke! We were upset, and didn’t enjoy our food, no discount or apology was offered ! My conclusion and my advise- don’t go there in the summer.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Piazza mit unserer Stammtischrunde. Tisch für 3-8 Leute reserviert, weil die Personenanzahl unklar war. Alles kein Thema, hat wunderbar geklappt. Gemütlich gesessen, sehr gut gegessen und ausreichend getrunken. Gerne wieder, mit Sicherheit!

Das Lokal deckt eine riesige Bandbreite gastronomischer Genüsse ab. Pizza? Check. Schnitzel? Check. Burger? Check. Salat? Check. Nudeln? Check. Eisbecher? Check. Kaffee? Check. Draussen sitzen? Check. usw. usw. usw. Was wir probiert hatten, hat gut geschmeckt und die Zutaten schienen frisch. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine Eiskarte wäre nett gewesen, und - sorry - das empfohlene Pils war leider keine Empfehlung wert.

Ich bin beruflich hier und habe was nettes ruhiges und leckeres für den Feierabend gesucht... und wurde hier fündig. Das Lokal liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße, daher recht ruhig. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und der Hamburger mit Pommes solide. Die Portion war ausreichend groß (und ich hatte großen Hunger). Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich komme diese Woche bestimmt wieder.
