Very good ice cream parlor with great ice cream flavors. Here I tried yoghurt ice cream for the first time and was totally impressed. A real recommendation with fresh strawberries! Very friendly service and fair prices. I'd love to come back!

Very disappointed, we were there with a large group, everyone ordered a large sundae except me as I don't like eating large amounts of ice cream. When I asked if I could get a children's ice cream, I was told no. Then I wanted to buy an ice cream with a waffle at the counter, but I wasn't allowed to... because I wasn't allowed to sit at the table with the group. Unfortunately there is no ice cream parlor that works in a solution-oriented manner... both were simply denied in an unfriendly manner. Small addendum to the answer from the ice cream parlor: I wasn't offered an alternative either time and both requests were simply denied. By the way, the children's ice cream would have cost €4. It would have generated more sales than the 2 scoops of ice cream, as it has now been written afterwards that I could/should have ordered these for 3 EUR. So I simply didn't generate any sales at all and the customer is dissatisfied. Maybe in the future you can also have understanding for your customers and not just want them to understand you when you treat them unkindly. I hope it was just an exception, everyone has a bad day sometimes and I hope that maybe this will lead to a change in thinking.

Three people had stopped by and asked to be allowed to put two tables together, as two people wouldn't be joining them until 2' later. The unfriendly answer from the staff that we were only allowed to do that if the two people actually came was strange. 4 guests (all adults) were very hungry for ice cream and ordered a normal ice cream sundae. The fifth guest, also an adult, was not particularly hungry for ice cream and when ordering asked if he could also order a children's ice cream sundae instead of a normal ice cream sundae. He was denied this in an unfriendly manner with the sentence: “Children’s ice cream sundaes are only for small children.” The waitress said you could get an ice cream cone at the counter. When the guest went to the counter and wanted to comply with the staff's suggestion, the guest was turned away with the words “Ice cream in a waffle is only available to take away”!!!……which is completely ok in principle, but in this case as a statement completely incomprehensible, since the guest belonged to the group that sat at the two tables and generated over €30 in sales. It's a shame that you are treated like that as a guest.

An absolutely amazing ice cream parlour! All products are made in house by Georgio, using old traditional Italian recipes. An amazing selection of ice creams, macarons and Limoncello cake!! Georgio, Giovanna and their staff always have a warm welcome for all their customers. I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful establishment.

I eat Amarena sundaes everywhere! And judge by how many cherries are in it! Even though I specifically asked for more cherries - there were ONLY 4! I've gotten significantly more in other ice cream parlors!!! So: I won't go here anymore...!

Friendly service, quick ordering, quick preparation. There are delicious ice cream flavors and also macarons on offer. I think the best ice cream in Ahrweiler Stadt is here. At the first rays of sunshine, like everywhere else, it's very crowded and even just getting the ice cream can take a while. But it's worth it because there's a lot of delicious food on offer.

Sehr leckere Eisdiele. Wir sind aufgrund der guten Bewertungen her gekommen und ich kann alles nur bestätigen. Haben mehrere Sachen probiert. Die Eistorten sind so lecker. Auch die Macarons sind top.

Bin heute mit meiner Familie da gewesen 3 Erwachsene 2 Kinder haben alle Eis gegessen es war sehr sehr gut die Bedienung hat meinen enkelkindern sogar Spielzeug angeboten um sie zu beschäftigen einfach nur klasse es hätten vielleicht ein paar Bilder mehr an der Wand hängen können aber das ist wahrscheinlich dem Neubau geschuldet dass es noch nicht soweit ist aber das wird bestimmt kommen sehr gutes Lokal ich komme wieder das ist keine Drohung das ist eine Feststellung

Das Eis schmeckt sehr lecker und eine große Auswahl an Eisbechern, die mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet werden. Leider gab es keine barrierefreie Toiletten.

Als Einheimischer kann ich sagen: mit Abstand die beste Eisdiele in der Stadt!! Seit Jahrzehnten und Generationen unendlich freundlich, eine riesen Auswahl an verschiedenen Sorten, schnell in der Bedienujg, auch, wenn die Gäste Schlange stehen. Das Eis ist immer frisch und die Qualität absolut top. Ein MUSS, wenn man nach Ahrweiler kommt.

Gestern bei herrlichem Sonnenschein ein Eis zum mitnehmen gekauft. Das Eis ist super lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Eis dazu auch noch zu einem angemessenen Preis, was man nicht so oft findet. Das Cafe' hat ein ganz besonderes Flair, empfehlenswert!!

Sehr leckeres Eis, war dort vor der Flut und hatten ein spezielles aber leckeres Wein Eis. Spaghetti Eis war auch sehr lecker, und der Bananen Split ist auch sehr lecker gewesen. Im allgemeinen sehr lecker!

Das beste Eis in Ahrweiler! Seit Jahrzehnten versorgt die Familie Lopa mich und meine Familie mit dem leckersten Eis dieser Stadt. Zudem stehen die Kunden in diesem Familienunternehmen immer an allererster Stelle. Für mich kommt gar keine andere Eisdiele in Frage!
