Nos alojábamos en un hotel cercano y pasamos varias veces al día por la puerta, hasta que nos decidimos a entrar para cenar. Para empezar el local es muy amplio y está muy bien decorado, es muy acogedor y está hecho con mucho gusto. Es muy moderno y bonito. El servicio ha sido excelente, un trato muy agradable y cordial. Nos han explicado los platos de la carta perfectamente, pese a que alemán no hablamos nada. La comida ha sido una gran experiencia; hemos pedido unos entrantes para compartir que estaban buenísimos; medallon de queso con miel y sésamo al grill, ha resultado excelente la combinación de sabores. Un "tabulé" fresco de quinoa muy bien aderezado, con pepino pimiento.. riquísimo, acompañado por unos gambones para chuparse los dedos. De principales, medallones de cerdo con salsa de mostaza y puré de patata (es pec ta cu lar). Y un carré de cordero que nos ha dejado sin palabras; de las mejores carnes de cordero que habíamos probado nunca. Raciones muy grandes y a un precio muy correcto. Si volvemos de viaje a Dússeldorf, repetiremos seguro! 👍

Theo-Champion-Straße 1We had Pizza Margarita and Pastas, very nice made, one of the best Carbonara i have ever tried.Lovely atmosphere as well. I can strongly recommend it.

Niederkasseler Deich 299As a couple, we were motivated to eat at this restaurant by the many good reviews here. First the positive things: there is a nice view of the harbor, the service is okay and the beer is delicious. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food and cannot recommend it. The very thick breading of the Jägerschnitzel was so salty that we could only eat it by removing it. The fried potatoes were very thick, cut and unfortunately not very roasted. Overall, the ambience is not that nice, as the seventies-style furnishings are not very appealing. A renovation would certainly help.

But the food is great! We went there regularly for a long time. Unfortunately the shop is currently closed (due to construction work)

Niederkasseler Deich 297Very excellent catering with really excellent food. The owner takes his time, is very friendly with really great suggestions and at fair prices. The location also invites you to parties and with this ambience it is simply perfect.
