My pizza rolls were raw inside.

One star is still too many. So you should send the hygiene there. Aioli for sale that has expired. It doesn't work at all. Maybe explain to the employees what “best before” means.

Pre-ordered & ready super quickly but fresh!! Lots of choice & very tasty!!! Regardless of whether it was picked up or delivered, the food was always still hot. The staff was friendly every time, so short and sweet. I have nothing to complain about!

Worst service I've experienced so far! Order 1 1/2 hours late, the dishes were charred and customer service was zero - unavailable! Not recommended.

The food is OK except for the pizzas. There is hardly any coating on it. You pay around €14 for a premium and then you have a few pieces on it. Very disappointing... Unfortunately, this has been the case many times, which is why I no longer order there

I ordered from you today and I have to say the pizza rolls were carelessly thrown into the packaging and unfortunately it looked that way. Unfortunately the pizza was cold, the Boston one ordered with hollandaise came with tomato sauce. Pizza was cold and then you felt like you were eating a piece of cardboard. Topping is marginal, taste is very thin. It's a shame, but that's how it is.

I was a guest in Leipzig for 2 days and ordered and picked up pizza twice due to its proximity to my apartment. I don't understand the other reviews here. You get exactly what I get from Dominos in Hamburg. A quick & filling pizza at a moderate price. It should be clear to everyone that it doesn't win any prizes. In this branch, ordering online and picking up were easy. The staff were friendly, the pizzas were ready within the allotted time and they were tasty. My expectations were fully met when I order something from Dominos. Only the branch appeared untidy and detracted from the final result.

The food (especially pizza) was cold, dry and therefore inedible.

Order was canceled 3 days in a row. Wouldn't recommend you order here as they can't even take an order.

I found a dead fly in my wrap. Never order anything here again

Quality Complaint Regarding Recent Order Dear Domino's Pizza Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the order I just received. I paid €17 for what can only be described as basically flour and dough. The pizza had minimal tomato sauce and just a couple of slices of salami; it seemed like the cheese was completely missing. The pizza bread was no better, even though they were on offer. It's no surprise that the only ones that actually had something substantial were the ham and cheese ones, while the durum ones came with just a bit of onion. I feel cheated. For €17 spent on what was essentially bread dough, I could have gone out for a doner kebab that would have cost me less. As an international company, this experience falls far short of expectations and tarnishes your brand name. I hope you take this feedback seriously. Sincerely,

We ordered at 9:17 p.m. currently it is 10:52 p.m. We have not received our order yet. The branch is officially open until 11 p.m. but has turned off its phone since about 10 p.m. so we can't reach it. Outrageous!

Never had such a bland and dry pizza, really a disgrace for the money!

We ordered online via Lieferando and had to wait almost 2 hours for our order!! And as if that wasn't bad enough, two things from the order were forgotten. The driver then just said “Sorry, I forgot” and simply left. On the phone we were told they couldn't give us the money back but could only pay it out as a voucher. Thanks for nothing. The food was absolutely not worth it either! Better order somewhere else.

I'm horrified! I work in a system catering business myself but it's underground! The delivery time is the only thing that speaks for the deal. Every intern can do the pizza rolls better with good instruction. In my Bolognese, huge lumps and totally dry. In the ham pasta, 3 pieces of back-cooked ham. Ordered for the first and last time. What a shame about the money!

The best thing about ordering was the quick delivery. The food was terrible. We had pizza rolls that were either burnt or full of flour. There was hardly any toppings on it. One roll only had a very small corner of ham and no cheese at all. The cinnamon bread that we ordered as dessert was more of a flatbread and had hardly any cinnamon. The dip was also missing. All in all, we probably won't order here again. Too bad!

Never in my life have I had such inedible, raw, white, floury, crumbly pizza rolls as yesterday. Otherwise everything was actually always good. Cookie MDH another 1 day tasted completely soggy, probably due to long cold storage For an order of just under 30 euros, I expect at least a certain level of quality. In the future, only at my kebab shop around the corner will you get 36cm pizza with a generous topping for 8.50 and a free drink.

Had the penne carbonara. Sorry but that was nothing! 2 handfuls of pasta, 2 slices of ham cut into small pieces and a few spoonfuls of sauce (probably from the tetra pack) briefly in the oven and 7.99 EUR please... Things like this used to be much better. Not again Service was nice.👍

Nice little shop, just wanted some ice cream from Jam and Berry? But the pizza is also very good here, I'm writing from experience.

Formerly Joey's now Domino's. However, some of the employees probably need additional training on traffic rules. If you look at the picture (car completely on the sidewalk) you can understand why. No (!) strollers came past and we had to move onto the street. The request to remove the car immediately was apparently followed up. After I continued walking, the employee I spoke to immediately went back into the store and went about his business and left the car standing there. Otherwise the pizzas are good - although quite expensive. In combination with the regular offers, however, it is cheap again.

At first the employee just stuck his head out of the kitchen and said nothing else. When ordering there wasn't a single friendly phrase. The atmosphere doesn't invite you to stay. The food was prepared quickly, but definitely not as tasty as it was 1-2 years ago. The dough for the pizza and rolls is only half baked, the ingredients don't taste like anything and it's more like cardboard than pizza. What a shame ☹️

A really great shop, I've really enjoyed eating there for years. The pizza menu can be recommended up and down and the drivers are friendly and responsible. Keep it up, you're a great team!

Very impolite. I ordered a pizza and churros and the pizza never arrived. However, it was marked as delivered on the website. When I called I was told that the name given did not match the name on the doorbell. Apparently they couldn't just call or something like that. Then the gentleman on the phone said they would send out the pizza again and would ring the bell this time. This has not yet happened even though it is shown as delivered.

Very diverse offering and normal prices. Unfortunately our zip code is not delivered, so we have to arrange a meeting point. And the notes aren't always read...

Vor 1,5 Stunden 2 Dessert und ein Getränk bestellt. Bestellstatus zeigt seit der oben genannten Zeit „in Zubereitung” an. Es ist 00:00 Uhr und das Geschäft hat schon lange zu. Telefonisch ist natürlich niemand zu erreichen. Ob meine Bestellung überhaupt noch ankommt, das weiß ich nicht.

Sorry, aber wozu bietet ihr Coupons an, welche erst einen großzügigen Rabatt versprechen, aber letztendlich mit zig Aufpreisen verbunden sind? Da kommt man sich schon dezent verarscht vor... führt doch endlich mal einheitliche Coupons ein, die klar und deutlich definiert sind und nicht solche, welche man sowieso nur in bestimmten Filialen einlösen oder wo man das wortwörtlich Kleingedruckte nicht lesen kann... weil es ist einfach nur verwirrend um ehrlich zu sein! Und ja, ich habe gelesen, dass da "ab" steht, aber einen Preis groß anzuprangern, der am Ende ruckzuck das Doppelte ist, ist in meinen Augen Kundenverarsche, im Supermarkt muss auch sofort ersichtlich sein, welches Produkt in welcher Anzahl wieviel kostet, da kann man nicht erst an der Kasse das böse Erwachen erleben...

Pizzabrötchen waren halb leer und total trocken, dazu gab es nicht mal einen Dip. Wrap war ebenso trocken, Hähnchen ungewürzt. 3/10 Leute waren dennoch freundlich, bitte beim nächsten mal mehr liebe für das Essen.

Durchschnittliches Domino's-Geschäft. Preis/Leistung war etwas teurer als erwartet, aber aktuell ist es ja überall so. Für eine schnelle Pizza ist es aber durchaus eine Möglichkeit.

Es schmeckt immer super lecker und sie sparen auch nicht am Belag. Die Auslieferfahrer sind immer freundlich und das Essen kam bei mir immer schnell an. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

As good pizza as dominos gets, staff were nice enough

Ich hole die Pizza immer ab da ich um die Ecke wohne. Der Status der Pizza ist super einfach durch die Tracking App nachzuvollziehen. Mitarbeiter bisher eigentlich immer freundlich und mit der Nutzung von Angeboten ist der Preis auch in Ordnung.

Prinzipiell macht man nix verkehrt. Man weiß halt wie Domino’s schmeckt und das ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Noch dazu geht es wirklich schnell, das schafft hier kaum ein anderer Pizzadienst. Was aber mittlerweile echt einfach nur noch nervt, ist, dass scheinbar niemand der Mitarbeiter im Stande ist, eine Pizza richtig zu schneiden. Bei allen Bestellungen (sind bei uns immer 3) der letzten Monate wurden die Pizzen scheinbar von Blinden geschnitten. Einmal sogar überhaupt nicht, aber da konnte ich sie wenigstens zu Hause richtig schneiden. Das ist vllt auch meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber ich bin kein Freund von mikroskopisch klein geschnittenen Stücken, neben welchen, die schon fast als halbe Pizza durchgehen. Nehmt es mir bitte nicht übel, aber das ist nun wirklich kein Hexenwerk. Vielleicht mal bei den Turtles reinschauen 😉

Leider zweimal kalte Pizzen bekommen. Beim dritten Mal war unsere Straße trotz gleicher Postleitzahl und 1 km Entfernung kein Liefergebiet mehr... Anscheinend ist es zu schwer Pizza so lange warm zu halten...

Die Pizzen Schmecken sehr gut und die Lieferung ist immer Pünktlich .

Geschmacklich nicht überragend. Unfreundliches Personal. Hier würde ich nicht noch einmal kaufen.

Ansich OK ..fand's nur schade das die lieferanweisung ignoriert wurde und trotz Aufforderung nicht zu klingeln und mich anzurufen , geklingelt wurde. Baby war dann natürlich wieder wach ...und weiß nicht ob es zu viel Mühe gemacht hätte aber beim nächsten Mal bitte auch die Pizza schneiden . Danke

Was war heute am 04.03.2022 bei Dominos los?Meine Bestellung wurde pünktlich geliefert,zumindest telefonisch.Der Bote hat unser Haus mit der großen Hausnummer nicht gefunden und konnte halt auch ganz schlecht Deutsch sprechen und lesen.Wie geht das?Ein Bote der am Kunden arbeitet und unsere Sprache nicht richtig kann?Und das war's noch nicht.Wie bei der Bestellung angegeben wollte ich mit Karte zahlen.Nüscht wars.Der Bote hatte kein Gerät mit und wusste auch nicht wie er weiter mit dieser Situation umgehen soll.Naja mein Nachbar hat bezahlt.Es wird nicht besser bei Dominos.Das letzte mal war die Pizza kalt und heute das.Ich bin unzufrieden Dominos und überlege den Lieferdienst zu wechseln.

Also einmal bestellt kurz nach Öffnung, wo so gut wie nichts los ist und direkt 1,5 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet, obwohl eine angebliche Wartezeit von max. 45Minuten angegeben wurde. Bei Nachfrage hies es, in 15 Minuten ist der Fahrer da (also Essen kam nach 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten), jedoch dauert die Fahrt mit Auto keine 5 Minuten und mit Rad keine 10 Minuten. Die eine bestellte Pizza dann am Rand ziemlich dunkel.

War mal besser, wir haben dort gerne bestellt... Nun nicht mehr

Pizzen bisher okay. Lieferservice(zum wiederholten Mal) katastrophal. Habe heute 16:30 Uhr online bestellt, Lieferzeit 18:30 Uhr. 10 Minuten liegen für mich in der Kulanz, was Verspätung angeht. 18:50 Uhr sagte man mir, das die Bestellung fertig gemacht wird und erst noch dem Fahrer übergeben wird. 19:25 Uhr trifft dann die (seltsamerweise) bereits erkaltete Bestellung ein. Wozu die Option Lieferung auf Wunschzeit, wenn dies anscheinend personell nicht umsetzbar ist. Jede andere Pizzaria liefert recht problemlos innerhalb von 45 Minuten, ab Bestellung und das im warmen Zustand.

Is halt ne kleine Dominos Filiale. ;)

Ich hatte heute pizzabrötchen und kartoffelrösti bestellt über Lieferando die dann nicht fähig waren meine Kommentare mitzuschicken aber als ich dann angerufen habe bei Dominos pizza haben die professionell reagiert und mir schnell neue Brötchen und den fehlenden Dip nachgeschickt und das Essen war echt lecker weiter so, gut gemacht.

Leider wiederholt enttäuscht, ständig geht was schief bei den Bestellungen.

Wer auch immer für Bestellungen zuständig ist sollte nochmal geschult werden. Darf nun 30 euro bei PayPal hinterherrennen da man es nicht für nötig hielt Gyros und Pfifferlinge zu bestellen. Und nein ich wollte keine andere Pizza, sondern die auf die ich mich schon wochenlang freue. Weil ich weiß das diese Aktion schon Monate bekannt ist in den Filialen. Nachtrag: wir haben uns auf eine Lieferung einen Tag später geeinigt. Kam pünktlich, warm und der Fahrer war ein super netter. Pizzen schmecken. So bin ich das gewohnt.

Bei unserer Bestellung heute ist zunächst etwas schief gelaufen. Es fehlten Zutaten und der Broccoli war verbrannt. Nach einem kurzen Anruf in der Filiale erhielten wir innerhalb von 20 Minuten zwei Ersatzpizzen in der sonst gewohnten, super Qualität. Danke für diesen tollen Service :)))

Alles ganz ok. Ist nicht die beste Pizza. Die Bestellung und Bezahlung läuft ganz unkompliziert. Kann man schon mal ausprobieren.

Pizza ist fast immer kalt und kommt sehr oft zu spät

Super Pizzen, alle nett und freundlich. Man versucht die Pizzen so schnell wie möglich auszuliefern. Wir holen unsere Pizzen immer ab und sehen demnach immer ein bisschen vom Alltag in der Filiale. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich dort. Ich kann diesen Pizzaservice sehr empfehlen.

Auch wir haben gestern 1,5 Stunden auf unsere Pizza gewartet. Dann haben wir angerufen und uns erkundigt wie lange es noch dauern wird. Man sagte uns es könnte noch bis zu 45 Minuten dauern. Nach insgesamt über 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit erbarmte sich endlich ein Mitarbeiter und teilte uns mit das der Ofen kaputt sei.. Vielen Dank dafür. So waren wir gestern also gezwungen die Hühnersuppe von vorgestern wieder aufzuwärmen. Was für eine Enttäuschung. 😕ich hoffe sehr für die Mitarbeiter von Domino's, dass der Ofen bald repariert wird, es wird ja langsam kälter.

Mir schmeckt die Pizza. Sie kommt warm, frisch und zeitnah an. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.
