Basically a good selection of sushi, including vegan and vegetarian alternatives. We've heard a lot about the germ contamination of supermarket sushi. Here you have the feeling or you can see that the dishes are constantly being prepared fresh. The compatibility also speaks for this. Unfortunately, the work here has not been done properly on several occasions: today there was a piece of salmon stuck to my (vegan) sushi roll. The algae leaves also smelled clearly of fish. The cleanliness of the workplaces can obviously be improved here so that the individual ingredients do not come into contact with one another.

When this take-away snack bar suddenly appeared there after the Edeka supermarket was renovated, we were amazed. The staff is friendly, the selection is good, as is the quality. You just can't complain about that. In any case, this is a welcome alternative to gas station sushi and that's why it gets four stars.
