I bought two sushi boxes this morning. I'm sure they used leftover rice from the day before. It was hard, too dry, and barely tasted okay. Unfortunately, there were also bones in the salmon. It was a quick lunch attempt. I won't be back.

It's important to understand exactly what's available here and what the reviews refer to. REWE has a stand from the "Eat Happy" retailer. The ambiance can't be rated higher than 3*. A 5* rating would be for a top-notch restaurant. The service can only be rated 1*. It's purely self-service from a refrigerated counter... The food is certainly of good quality, but it doesn't compare to a very good sushi restaurant (which would be 5*). In my opinion, highlighting Eat Happy at REWE is fundamentally questionable. Any other food retailer could just as easily create a brand here to highlight their own product with a 5* rating. :-(
