Bought two sushi boxes in the morning. I'm sure the rice from the day before was used. It was hard, too dry and tasted just OK. Unfortunately, the salmon also had bones in it. Was an attempt for a quick lunch. I'm not coming back

Bergedorf/old Holstenstrasse Disappointing after 8 years of loyalty - disrespectful treatment of customers I have been a big fan of Yoko Sushi for many years - the quality and service have always impressed me. Unfortunately, this picture has fundamentally changed due to a very disappointing experience with the current management. Specifically, it was about a poke bowl order where we asked to receive the teriyaki sauce separately. That was rejected. We were told that the sauce could only be left out completely - if we still wanted it, we would have to order and pay for it additionally. The sauce is a regular part of the dish. We also asked – as has been usual for years – to swap the seaweed salad for ginger. That was also denied this time. The lady on the phone was snippy and unfriendly and said we could order somewhere else. Since she constantly interrupted me and a normal conversation was impossible, I also became annoyed and suggested discussing the situation in person on site. The phone was passed on - and I was informed that I was immediately blocked as a customer. The conversation ended abruptly. When I tried to call again I was ignored. At this point I had already placed a paid order through Too Good To Go. I was then made to wait for 25 minutes on site - not to hand over the order to me (the employees were expressly forbidden from doing this), but to start another discussion and accuse me of making false statements. Only then was the order handed to me by management. This kind of treatment is completely incomprehensible to me after eight years of loyalty. A respectful and professional tone could have easily diffused this situation. It's a shame it had to end like this.

Delicious sushi, easy to take out; pay and consume.

The bowl with crispy chicken was very tasty. In terms of price, at €15.99, it's too expensive because the majority of it unfortunately consists of rice.
