I've known the Wasserweibchen for 45 years, and I'm back here after a long absence. Like everywhere, there are changes, the ups and downs of time. A Viennese restaurant, the preparation is a craft, and everyone does it differently, trying things differently. Clarified butter? Airy? It was rather dry! Cranberries would have softened it a bit, but they weren't available. The Orangery in the Kurpark does it much better. The Kaiserschmarrn was crispy, a new experience. Apple sauce would have been quite good with it, but it wasn't. Afterwards, we should have asked, then it was an extra, but it wasn't on the menu. The waitress, a very friendly woman, was a support. Two men at her side, more the direction, it's all so annoying. The woman saved the 4 stars. The ambiance is still inviting, the food is in good shape? The guests don't mind, the place is buzzing as ever...
