EAT HAPPY in Erkrath

It's OK. Service was very good. The food was more convenience.

We were there on Mother's Day and so the shop was still empty. Others came 20-25 minutes later than us, but still had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for the food... The success of the whole thing - my starter was forgotten. When the bruschetta finally arrived it was soggy and soggy. The menu is misleading, actually you thought from the picture that noodles were included with the vegetables. The vegetables weren't cooked through and it looked like leftovers from the kitchen had been thrown in. It wasn't seasoned. The food from my companion was lukewarm so it had been sitting there for a while... when I asked after 1 hour 10 minutes where the food was, the only response was the cheap answer "I also have other guests". Like I said, they came 20-25 minutes later than us and had the food beforehand & were able to pay straight away and leave.. The best part of the entire meal was the mozzarella. At least you could pay quickly. We were here 7 years ago... things went much better there. NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered online and called after almost an hour to ask if our food was still coming. Apparently there was a problem with the driver, the pizzas have been remade and are on the way. Arrived about 5 minutes later too. Unfortunately cold! The pizzas were also not convincing in terms of taste. We definitely won't order here again!
