Unfortunately, it's one of your typical large buffets. Poor quality, the roasts from the show chef are always tough and dark, and the staff are unfriendly. You feel like you're in a processing line. Definitely not recommended for a relaxing evening.

We go there with the family every now and then, and I have to say it's very nice and great. The food also tastes very good. The price is also fair, you can sit for a long time and get something to eat or drink every now and then. So I think it's really worth taking a look here. The staff are also very friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

Never again! An absolute failure. The toilet was dirty and unhygienic - something like that doesn't work. Communication with the staff was hardly possible because hardly anyone spoke German. When asked, they didn't even know whether the meat was pork, beef or something else - complete incompetence. The worst moment: While cleaning up, an employee was caught trying to remove a stain with spit - just disgusting! At some point there was no fresh food at all and instead we were fobbed off like an animal with leftovers. The cutlery wasn't really clean either. Conclusion: Never eat there again. Absolutely not recommended!

There is plenty of food with a wide selection. The quality of the food sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, a very good price-performance ratio. Although I would rather have less and better quality, so I can only give it 3 stars. I just didn't really like it.

The two of you pay €60 on a Thursday evening at 8:30 p.m. and are told, slightly annoyed, that food is only available until 10 p.m. But the fact that after 9 p.m. when there are more than 6 empty dishes nothing is refilled is a disgrace. The cook who was frying the fresh dishes somehow didn't really feel like it anymore and we were the only ones who waited over 20 minutes for our food! No longer worth a visit.

The grill doesn't taste good at all, it's always salty and tastes completely different than it normally does. It tastes particularly good Candy candy, sometimes good, sometimes not I think drinks are good

Unfortunately it will be our first and last visit, it was far too crowded, far too loud, the displays looked disastrous and were not cleaned and filled regularly, which is of course also due to the fact that some guests apparently don't know that the food belongs on the plate and not as decoration around the display.

All you can eat for €32 on Sundays, including drinks. The price is generally OK. Service is only provided when the table is being cleared or food is being brought out from the grill. However, the words "please," "thank you," and "whether you can clear away" seem to have disappeared. The restrooms are abysmal, downright filthy and disgusting. That alone is reason enough not to go back to the place (we're talking about 6 p.m., they opened at 5:30 p.m.). Now for the food: the buffet is so-so; some dishes are good, but in others the meat is unidentifiable (beef fillet with onions, meat strangely stuck together). Some of it was only lukewarm. You can put together your own freshly grilled food; they have a lot of frozen food here, and at least it arrived piping hot. We won't be going back.

The food and drink selection are very good. It was always refilled very quickly. The tables were also quickly cleared of empty plates and bottles. We were a group of 19 people. Everyone was very satisfied.

Everything was great, very good food, nice staff. Only the equipment is relatively old and broken. Chairs are falling apart and have been repaired with screws. The tables wobble etc. The toilets are nice, but quite run down. Otherwise the place is really good.

Eigentlich sind wir gerne ins Eastern Gourmet gegangen. Heute wollten wir zum Valentinstag wieder gehen und haben einen Tisch für zwei reserviert. Nachdem wir bezahlt hatten (was vor dem essen stattfindet) wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es keine einzelnen Tische mehr gibt und dass wir uns doch bitte mit dem Paar das nach uns gezahlt hatte einen Tisch teilen sollen. Das fanden wir schon etwas merkwürdig. Die Dame am Empfang fand es anscheinend ziemlich amüsant, da sie die ganze Zeit ein grinsen im Gesicht hatte. Nachdem sie das Geld des anderen Paar abkassiert hatte, hat sie uns zusammen zu einem Tisch gebracht der eigentlich für 26 Personen gedacht war. An diesem Tisch saßen bereits 5 andere Familien mit denen wir zusammen essen durften. Ich finde es unmöglich und eine Abzocke wenn man einen Tisch für zwei reserviert hat, zu sagen, dass es das nichtmehr gibt. Hätten wir im voraus nicht reserviert wäre das eine ganz andere Sache. Auf dem Weg zum Buffet habe ich einen freien Zweiertisch entdeckt und bin daraufhin wieder zur Dame am Empfang und habe gesagt, dass wir uns jetzt gerne an den jetzt freien Zweiertisch setzen würden, da er ja sowieso frei ist. Ihre Aussage war dass das nicht geht, da wir ja schon essen an der Wok/Grillstatiom abgegeben haben und dass heute alle Paare einen Zweiertisch wollen. WARUM NEHMT IHR DANN ÜBERHAUPT SO VIELE RESERVIERUNGEN AN? Ich glaube nicht das wir die einzigen waren, die das gestört hat und ich hoffe, dass die anderen Gäste ihren Valentinstag wenigstens ein bisschen genießen konnten. Wir werden nichtmehr kommen, da auch das essen ziemlich nachgelassen hat. Der Fisch und das Fleisch sind noch Tiefgefroren also wirklich steinhart und das Hühnchen schmeckt nach Fisch, da das Fett in der Fritteuse warscheinlich seit einem Jahr nichtmehr gewechselt wurde. Das einzige gute war das Eis aber ich mein das ist auch keine große Kunst, das in die Vitrine zu stellen… Also zum Schluss mein Tipp -geht dort nicht essen. Spart euch das Geld oder legt lieber noch ein bisschen was drauf und geht zu einem richtigen Japaner da habt ihr was vom Geld welches ihr dort liegen lasst.

I don't understand how you can ruin something so much. Used to be great, today it's a flop. As soon as we entered the reception we were insulted because one of us wanted to order from the menu and not the buffet. We were told probably 10 times that under no circumstances should we give the person anything from the buffet. Not even to try. We were also watched the whole time. Something like that doesn't work at all!!!!!

I haven't seen this for a long time! Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately notice the unpleasant smell of cheap cooking. I asked the staff representatives who greeted the guests why the air conditioning was not working, he simply answered because it was expensive for me to turn it on. All food is frozen, including any vegetables. The quality of the products leaves much to be desired. The only tasty thing was fresh pineapple and coffee with ice cream. But, if the quality of the products is not important to you and you don’t want to pay more than $30 for food with light alcohol, then come here. I was horrified by what I saw. You put any vegetable or raw fish in your mouth and first frozen water flows out, and then you feel the taste of the frozen product. I feel like a disaster 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I felt sorry even for 30€ for this horror. Hot, disgusting smell, stuffy and terrible service from arrogant Chinese or Koreans, I couldn’t understand who these people were.

A currently typical Chinese buffet restaurant with mass meals. The quality of the food is self-explanatory! Cheap frozen food + metro food. At that price you can get better quality food around the corner.

Enough selection of different side dishes, meat and drinks. There is something for everyone. Some of the staff are friendly. We have now had a hair found in our food twice. It can happen, okay. But - when you ask the staff about it, they reject everything. Quote: "That's not from here. That can't be. " Hmmm. OK. In the evening you try to refill the food that is empty in the respective container. At lunchtime you don't look at it so much. Too bad. Personal note: it wouldn't be a bad idea to invest in new cutlery. Has had better times.

You have to get alcoholic drinks yourself and pay for them directly. Cost half. So far so good. It was dirty and disgusting. How can the floor be so dirty at 12 noon? Leftover food stuck to the tables. Chairs were full of leftover food. You don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. It's a shame, it used to be a top shop.

We paid a total of €65, which is a rip-off for such disgusting food. Never again!!

Went there for lunch today. We were very satisfied, there is a large selection of different ready-made meals, as well as a selection for the fresh food counter. The food was good and plentiful, nothing was empty. There are a few more dishes at the evening buffet, but it was enough for us. There is also something for children. What I think is nice is that non-alcoholic drinks and coffee and tea are included in the price. Alcoholic drinks are half price. There is also a buffet to go.

Wir haben Geburtstag gefeiert und war auszeichnet sehr freundlich und das Essen war sehr gut und die Chefin die Besitzer waren alle sehr freundlich für Familientreffen Geburtstage feiern. Mit Musik kann ich nur empfehlen.

We have been coming here with our children for years because there is something for everyone. The last two times it was just terrible. You didn't even know what you were eating in terms of taste. And for so much money. We (4 people) had diarrhea and stomach problems both times. We are just disappointed and won't go back.

This is the first time I've seen such a disrespectful waiter and such a disrespectful Canadian employee. I felt more restless there than ever before. His unpleasant behavior towards customers and repulsive looks overshadowed the beauty of the gray-haired waiter and the middle-aged clerk at the entrance... and when we entered, he stopped us by shouting and acting as if we had to buy the open buffet. Wir waren heute den 3 Oktober 2024 da , ich hatte ein Tisch reserviert für 14 Leute um halb 2 , was bis dahin auch alles in Ordnung war . Um 14.15 Uhr haben die Mitarbeiter gesagt , wir sollen noch ein letztes mal ans Buffet und unsere Teller vollmachen . Haben wir gemacht , nun war es halb 3 und man hat alle Lichter ausgemacht und das Buffet geschlossen! Kurz danach kamen die Mitarbeiter und sagten uns wir müssen gehen, weil sie jetzt Feierabend machen wollen ! Wir baten die Mitarbeiter um eine Box das wir das Essen mitnehmen was wir 10 Minuten davor drauf gemacht haben um es mitzunehmen, dann meinten sie nur ganz frech , das kostet extra und wieso wir das alles voll gemacht haben . Dies konnten wir nicht auf uns sitzen lassen und haben nochmals gesagt , dass der Mitarbeiter gesagt hat wir sollen unsere Teller voll machen und nicht das wir das , dann in 10 Minuten essen sollen und direkt gehen . Daraufhin wurde die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich und meinte wieso Esst ihr Zuhause länger als 20 Minuten? Also bitte , heute ist Feiertag und wir sind mit meiner Familie zum Essen gekommen haben 400€ liegen lassen und das in 1 Stunde . Also den Laden betreten wir nieeeee wieder.

Food disgusting!!! The hard part was I had to go to the toilet oh dear I had to clean the glasses with paper Yes... the paper stuck to the glasses!!!! I had to throw up after eating!!! I really didn't have much...Servi's forces were actually great, always checking to see if something could be put away!! Above us in the room you could hear the people in the fitness studio, it was very, very tiring, you should think about something!!! The floor is incredibly dirty, there is a small playground for children, everyone had black socks but anything black, the socks can be thrown away!!!

Wir kommen hier seit einigen Jahren eigentlich gerne zum Essen. Leider hat hier aber alles sehr nachgelassen. Die Speisen welche leer gehen werden nicht mehr regelmäßig aufgefüllt oder teilweise sogar bereits um 20 Uhr gar nicht mehr. Als wir das Personal freundlich drauf hingewiesen haben (da sogar der Reis leer war) verdrehten diese die Augen und reagierten extrem unfreundlich. Schade hier werden wir nicht mehr herkommen.

Simply outrageous! We were there at 9 p.m., they said the buffet would last until 11 p.m., but no more food was refilled. There was hardly anything left to eat! From 10 p.m. they turned off all the lights at the buffet. I wanted to get something to drink at 10pm but was told the buffet was closed. You weren't given anything to drink or eat. Paid 64 euros for nothing! I definitely won't go there again!

The staff is unfriendly. They tell you not to eat from your partners plate. They deny you good service. They behave like no matter what you do, you would do something wrong. What is this place? How can staff be so outrageous?. Never again.

A large selection is very important here, from crocodile meat to parrot fish meat, they really have everything here and it is also a very nice and large restaurant, but the food is 4/5 I would say and I can recommend a visit.

I came back to this restaurant after 6 years because it was very good and tasted great. The ambience is very great and the music is not too loud. But the food is too salty and no longer tastes as fresh as it did the day before and the salmon is frozen and no longer fresh. The 60 euros for 2 people were not worth it for the food.

When you enter the restaurant, the all-you-can-eat buffet fee is collected from reception (depending on the time of day and day of the week - see photo). Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the flat rate. The gentleman at reception explained everything in a very friendly manner. There was a wide variety of food, from appetizers to dessert. At the beginning the used plates were cleared away quickly, but later it was slow, even though there weren't very many guests there. Unfortunately, children put their fingers in the chocolate fountains (white and brown) and licked them off again. Price for the evening is too expensive for me at €30 per person. There are cheaper options elsewhere with a more personal approach from the boss. It all seems very anonymous. The floor sticks: this is a sign that too much cleaning product has been used. You can park in the parking garage in the building.

Nicht mehr das was es mal war! Wir waren mit großer Personenzahl sehr oft dort und nun wird die Theke nicht mal mehr regelmäßig aufgefüllt.Es schmeckt aufgewärmt oder teils findet man gefrorenes Essen vor.Alles TK Ware und die Preise sind nun höher aber man kriegt dafür keinen Service und niedrige Qualität.NIE WIEDER!!!!

The floor is sticky, in the corner there was a plate with a moldy banana on it. The employees were unfriendly and almost insulting. Never experienced so much unfriendliness - nor was the hygiene there shocking. You can choose either from the menu or from the buffet, but afterwards you will be grumbled at in an unfriendly manner: normally only the buffet, you speak German and can't read anything? That was a bit very unfriendly - you don't even deserve a star like that. Actually the WKD should go in there. Disgusting in dealing with customers and hygiene!

Have eaten there many times but today was already borderline and actually enough reason not to go there anymore! No idea if there are new owners there or what the reason for such a crash is compared to before. The whole floor is sticky so you almost lose your shoes while walking, the service staff has become very unfriendly and the general cleanliness of the restaurant really leaves a lot to be desired. Many things at the buffet are not refilled, which is a disgrace for 30 euros... We were there with 12 people, one person didn't want a buffet, then when she was paying she was asked that she wanted more like a coke, she was watched... That was really outrageous because this person didn't even get up... Definitely won't go there again, they're probably flying high!!!

Entrance fee is the same as in the club. 32€ per person. ¾ of the dishes are empty and will not be refilled throughout the evening. Food is cold and poorly made. Staff gather behind the bar and are constantly checking their cell phones. You don't even get cutlery. You are simply ignored anyway. There's no point in complaining since you've already paid as soon as you walk in. It's a shame, but this shop was something special.

Heute das Lunch Buffet getestet. Im Gegensatz zum Dinner Buffet ist die Auswahl etwas geringer dafür der Preis auch 10€weniger. Die Auswahl ist immer noch reichlich, am Buffet fehlen die nicht asiatischen Gerichte wie gegrillte Lachs, Kartoffelgratin, Rahm Blumenkohl. Aber deswegen gehen ich auch nicht zum Asiaten, das bekomme ich woanders auch, wobei das Kartoffelgratin dort wirklich sehr gut ist. Auch die Auswahl der frischen Sachen für den Grill sind weniger aber immernoch ausreichend. Alkoholfreie Getränke sind kostenlos. Auf der Karte stehen Alkoholfreie Getränke mit 3,60€ und gehen wir von 2 Getränke zum Essen aus, sind das schon 7,20€. Bei einem Buffet Preis von 20€ zur Mittagszeit bleibt für das Essen 13,80€ Und sind wir mal ehrlich wo kann man 3 oder 4 (und wenn man schafft auch mehr) Gänge essen für diesen Preis!? Auch wenn das Gemüse für den Grill TK Ware ist (was Qualitativ oft besser und frischer ist wie das was im Großmarkt verkauft wird), ist der Preis absolut top! Die fertig Gerichte am Buffet sind wie bei fast allen Asiatischen Restaurants dem europäischen Gaumen angepasst aber auch hier ist es die Möglichkeit sich am Grillbuffet was zusammen zu stellen die Alternative. Für das Restaurant würde ich 8 von 10 Punkten geben, für den Abräumservice leider nur 4 von 10. Das liegt daran das ich persönlich der Meinung bin das in einem Restaurant eine einheitliche Arbeitskleidung gehört. Ein junger Bursche in blauer Jogginghose und schwarzem ausgewaschen Pulli und ein Junge Frau im beige - Schwarz gemusterten Strickkleid ist nicht das was ich in einem Restaurant erwarte. Die Freundlichkeit und Kommunikation dieser Mitarbeiter lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Daran kann und sollte man etwas arbeiten. Das Parken im Parkhaus des Gebäudes ist während man fort isst bis zu 3 Stunden kostenlos (nicht vergessen die Parkkarte beim verlassen des Restaurants zu entwertet!) wobei man für ein gemütliches Essen locker 2,5 Stunden einrechnen sollte.

You pay immediately upon entry. We chose the "buffet". Overall, satisfactory to good. Very large selection of meat, fish, seafood and vegetables...But, the chef at the counter and the staff were probably so overwhelmed (?) that the orders were unfortunately brought to the table cold and the meat/fish was overcooked ☹️ . The warm dishes at the buffet were tasty and were replenished relatively quickly. Large selection of good quality juices, table water and branded drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price, alcoholic drinks are ½ price. Good selection of tea and coffee variations (automatic machine). There are 2 chocolate fountains with white and dark chocolate. There were also fresh salads, fruit, various cakes, around 7-8 types of ice cream and much more. The first 3 hours in the parking garage are free.

Large selection at the buffet. At peak times, however, it is less advisable to have meat roasted; when it is quieter, greater care is taken. But overall recommended.

For 32€ you get a nice cafeteria atmosphere, some cold food, and a lot of remembrance. For the money you can eat twice as much better and more comfortably...

Ich bin kein Freund davon Rezensionen zu schreiben, aber in diesem Fall muss ich etwas sagen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist schön wir waren gestern dort essen. Das meiste essen sah nicht mehr frisch aus und der Service ist sehr sehr unfreundlich und schon teilweise beleidigend. Ich war heute auf der Toilette und musste feststellen das mein Stuhlgang grün ist. Ich habe mich informiert und dass ist auf Salmonellen zurück zu führen.!!! Nie wieder geh ich dort essen das ganze Geld war völlig sinnlos zum Fenster rausgeschmissen.

Das Eastern Gourmet ist ein gemütliches und gepflegtes Restaurant in angenehmer Lage. Es bietet ein "All-you-can-eat-and-drink"-Konzept, bei dem die Gäste eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken genießen können. Die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft und die Auswahl ist groß. Das Restaurant ist einen Besuch wert und wir werden gerne wiederkommen..

Sehr voll, aber für den Preis unschlagbar

Waren nach langer Zeit heute mal wieder im Eastern Gourmet, Und was soll ich sagen, das Essen war okay, nichts spezielleres als bei anderen Asiaten beziehungsweise Chinesen. Wie wir die Rechnung haben wollten, drückte die Bedienung irgendwas auf ihrem Handy rum, zeigt es meinem Freund, er sagte er würde gerne mit Karte bezahlen wollen, was kein Problem erschien. Auch da tippte die Dame das in das EC Ding ein, hielt es meinem Freund hin und er bestätigte den Zahlbetrag , just in dem Moment wo er es bestätigte, sagte sie: Nix geben ein oder zwei Trinkgelder, mein Freund und ich haben uns nur verblüfft angeschaut, versucht ihr zu erklären (da wir immer Trinkgeld geben) ob man denn den Betrag an dem EC Ding noch ändern könnte, da wurde die patzig, wiederholte ihr ein oder zwei Trinkgelder während Wir in unserer Tasche nach Kleingeld suchten, während wir noch gesucht haben, riss die den Beleg ab vom Gerät legte den auf Ihr Tablett und fatzte ab. Wir haben uns dann nur noch kommentarlos angezogen und sind gegangen. Ich bin immer noch erschrocken über so eine Dreistigkeit, und Frechheit. Ich werde mein hart erarbeitetes Geld in diesem Restaurant nicht mehr liegen lassen!

Früher sind wir gerne hier her gekommen, doch leider hat es sehr stark nachgelassen und das war das letzte Mal. Das das Essen im vorherein bezahlt werden muss ist schon Mal ein Minuspunkt. Dann das ein sechsjähriges Kind 15 Euro zahlen muss das so gut wie nix ist, naja. Klar sind mittlerweile die Getränke inbegriffen aber trotzdem etwas happig. Vor allem am Wochenenden. Das Essen das man sich braten lassen kann ist frisch und gut. Buffet ist lauwarm. Sushi bekommt man besseres im Discounter. Für jemanden der viel isst kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Doch geschmacklich ist mittlerweile ein sehr großer Abzug. Es werden die Tische noch abgeräumt von den leeren Tellern aber ansonsten sieht man da niemand mehr. Also auch ein Minuspunkt im Service.

Wir waren zu 5 essen, Riesen Auswahl, manches nur kurz warm aber ansonsten schmeckte es super. Selbstbedienung ist selbstverständlich, das einzige was dir gebracht wird ist dein Essen was gebraten wurde. So viele Getränke wie man trinken möchte, auch Raucher können kurz vor die Tür. Toiletten sind sauber (kann nur von Männer sprechen). Personal spricht gebrochen deutsch, trotzdem sehr freundlich. 4 Sterne :)

Essen qualitativ und quantitativ sehr gut. Große Auswahl. Echtes „All you can eat and Drink“ …antialkoholische Getränke kostenlos… daher kein Service und keine Bewertung möglich.. waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da…

Waren schon öfters da. Die Auswahl ist super! Buffet und Frisches. Seit der Konzeptänderung zum All you can Eat & Drink, kann man auch über den Preis gar nicht diskutieren. Eine riesen Auswahl an Geteränken und beim Buffet kriegt man sogar 50% Rabatt auf Alkoholisches. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Tipp: Im Parkhaus parken und den Zettel im Restaurant abstempeln, dann ists kostenlos.

War schön, nur die Leute generell könnten netter sein Personal.
