Eastern Gourmet in Reutlingen

Ich war selten so schockiert über ein derart inkompetentes und unverschämtes Personal. Die Bedienung war nicht nur extrem langsam, sondern von Anfang an herablassend und respektlos gegenüber den Gästen. Als zahlender Kunde möchte man sich willkommen fühlen, aber hier hat man eher das Gefühl, man störe das Personal bei ihrer persönlichen Unterhaltung. Service unter aller Würde. Wer Wert auf Respekt und Freundlichkeit legt, sollte diesen Laden unbedingt meiden.

So ein Unfug!!! Ich war mit meinen Kollegen vor 3 Wochen und auch heute im Eastern gourmet zum Mittag und haben es uns schmecken lassen. Das Essen war erste Sahne und die Auswahl an Getränken unübertrefflich. Am Nachtisch hat's auch nicht geharpert! Wenn man in der Mittagszeit kommt muss man aber auch bedenken, dass das Buffet nicht vollständig aufgefüllt ist und nicht alles verfügbar ist, das hat aber auch seinen Preis gerechtfertigt! Luft nach oben aber ist bei der Qualität des Restaurants!!! Die Wände haben Lackschäden, Der Essbereich sieht mager aus, die Stühle sind leicht bis stark beschädigt; die Toilettenböden sind voll mit Fett sodass man sofort ausrutscht und an der Decke hängen überall Kabel. Das könnte man mit dem geschätzten Einkommen bestimmt alles auf Vordermann bringen! Und der letzte Punkt: der Service, welcher an sich auch Spitzenklasse wäre, wenn die Mitarbeiter etwas besser gelaunt wären. Sollte man aufjedenfall besuchen aber Achtung bei den Öffnungs- und Schließzeiten, die sind zum Teil falsch!!!!

Fast alle Stühle sehen aus wie vom Sperrmüll abgefangen. Achtung bei über über 30 Grad lieber da nicht hingehen - zu warm - [keine Klima und keine Ventilatoren für Kunden!] Essen ist nur ein ok wird leider wenig/langsam nachgefüllt, kein Vergleich zu damals (Qualität deutlich schlechter geworden). Getränke waren nicht immer alle bereit (Cola normal fehlte). Service existiert eigentlich fast gar nicht. Für 33 Euro pro Person zu schwache Leistung dafür.

Das Essen ist lecker. Frische Produkte. 4 Sterne weil die Stühle, Möbel ziemlich mitgenommen ist.

Das ist das einzige Buffet, das ich kenne, das Teppanyaki, kostenlose Getränke und eine große Auswahl an Speisen zur Mittagszeit anbietet. Und das alles für nur 20 Euro! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns angeschrien, weil wir Essen auf den Tellern übrig gelassen haben, das wir nicht essen wollten, da es seltsam schmeckte und unappetitlich wirkte. Die Situation wurde so unangenehm, dass meine Kinder anfingen zu weinen. Das Ganze passierte ausgerechnet am Muttertag, was den gesamten Abend für unsere Familie noch enttäuschender gemacht hat. Das Buffet war extrem teuer für das, was angeboten wurde. Viele Behälter waren Stunden vor Ladenschluss bereits leer, und das übrige Essen wirkte trocken und alt. Es gab kaum noch etwas zu essen, und nicht einmal einfache Dinge wie Nudeln oder Reis waren noch verfügbar. Ein Teil des Essens schmeckte nicht frisch, und das Essen, das überhaupt noch verfügbar war, hat uns danach krank gemacht. Auch die Sauberkeit und die hygienischen Zustände im Restaurant waren sehr bedenklich. Wir fühlten uns abgewiesen, respektlos behandelt und sehr enttäuscht. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr minderwertig- bin wirklich verwundert, dass es Menschen hier gibt, die schreiben dass es eine gute Qualität hat. Das Buffet ist nach Jahren immer noch das gleiche. Die Spielecke ist versifft. Die Toiletten wurden schon ewig nicht mehr richtig geputzt. Für uns war es auf jeden Fall der letzte Besuch.

Solides asiatisches Buffetrestaurant. Große Auswahl an Speisen, insbesondere die Auswahl am mongolischen Buffet war phänomenal. Wir waren heute, am Ostersonntag, zu 6. mit der Familie. Es war nicht zu voll, am mongolischen Buffet hat das Essen trotzdem etwas länger gedauert. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken. Die Preise waren inklusive der Getränke und man zahlt direkt beim Reingehen. Tolles Konzept. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank.

Sonntags für 32€ / Person wenn nur ein Koch da ist nicht zu empfehlen. Er hat 50min gebraucht die Teller-Warteschlange abzuarbeiten. Sättigungsgefühl war schneller. Service verwies auf viele Gäste, keine Entschuldigung, kein Verständnis. Ich soll doch die fertigen Gerichte essen gehen. Absolut unfreundlich. Das kann man auch anders lösen. Schade

Für meinen ersten Besuch sehr ernüchternd Das Essen war teilweise nicht genießbar die meisten fleischstücke waren sehnig und kalt vom sushi fange ich gar nicht erst an, ja ich weiß das man hier kein 5 sterne sushi erwarten kann aber es hatte so gar kein Geschmack der Reis glich eher einer Knetmasse. Beim mongolische Buffet wurde komplett alles nochmals totgebraten 😞 Sehr schade, aber das Geld nicht wert.

Waren Samstag abends dort. Wir wollten eigentlich das Essen von der Karte bestellen und nicht Buffetessen. Die Dame an der Kasse meinte, dass das nicht geht, da zu viel los sei und der Koch das jetzt nicht macht. Als ich daraufhin meinte, dass sie das doch bitte so auf der Homepage schreiben könnten, war sie sehr frech zu uns und hat uns schnell abgespeist und uns zum zahlen dazu eigentlich mehr oder weniger gedrängt. Haben dann für drei Personen über 75€ gezahlt, für das, das wir wenig gegessen haben, da wir eigentlich was von der Karte wollten. Da brauch ich nicht mehr hingehen.

Keine gute Erfahrung am Valentinstag 😔 Wir hatten mehrere Wochen im Voraus einen Tisch reserviert und mussten am Ende trotzdem über eine halbe Stunde draußen warten. Trotz Hinweis auf unsere Reservierung wurden andere Gäste vor uns eingelassen. Eine Familie vor uns sagte sogar selbst, dass sie nicht reserviert hatte, sondern nur angerufen hat und ihnen gesagt wurde, sie könnten einfach kommen. Das war für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Im Restaurant war es sehr überfüllt. Es wirkte schlecht organisiert und man hatte kaum Platz, sich frei zu bewegen. Das Buffet war oft leer, besonders Fisch und einige warme Speisen. Teilweise fehlten auch Teller und Besteck. Für den Preis von 32 € pro Person haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, dass zu viele Gäste angenommen wurden und die Qualität darunter gelitten hat. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht.😔

Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder! Wir waren am Valentinstag dort und haben 32 € pro Person für das All-you-can-eat-Buffet bezahlt. Bereits vor drei Wochen hatte ich extra reserviert. Trotzdem mussten wir über 30 Minuten draußen warten, obwohl ich mehrfach gesagt habe, dass wir eine Reservierung haben. Uns wurde nur gesagt, wir sollen warten. Direkt vor uns stand eine Familie, die offen gesagt hat, dass sie nicht reserviert hatte, sondern nur angerufen hat. Am Telefon wurde ihnen wohl gesagt, sie könnten einfach vorbeikommen. Diese Gäste wurden vor uns hineingelassen, obwohl wir eine feste Reservierung hatten. Das ist absolut unverständlich und respektlos gegenüber Gästen, die rechtzeitig planen. Drinnen war es extrem voll und chaotisch. Man konnte sich kaum bewegen, weil viel zu viele Leute reingelassen wurden – meiner Meinung nach deutlich mehr, als Plätze vorhanden waren. Ob das so überhaupt zulässig ist, bezweifle ich. Das Buffet war ständig leer. Fisch, warme Speisen und andere Gerichte waren oft nicht verfügbar oder wurden nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt. Auch Besteck und Teller waren zeitweise leer. Für ein All-you-can-eat-Restaurant ist das inakzeptabel – besonders bei einem Preis von insgesamt 64 € für zwei Personen. Wir waren früher öfter dort, aber dieser Besuch war eine komplette Enttäuschung. Am Ende hatten wir kaum gegessen, weil das Essen ständig leer war, und sind früher gegangen. Es hatte den Eindruck, als würde es nur ums Kassieren gehen und nicht um Qualität oder Organisation. Für uns war das leider rausgeschmissenes Geld. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

All-you-can-eat Restaurant: besonders Mittags günstig inclusive nichtalkoholischen Getränke wie z.B. alkoholfreien Bieren ! Man kann sich frisches Gemüse und Fleisch vor Ort zubereiten lassen. Echt Spitze!!

Alles soweit i.0 nur eine unangenehme Sache, ein absoluter no Go die Teller Helfer stinken unglaublich nach Schweiß!

Putzmaschiene war kaputt oder die Putzfrauen im Urlaub war zum letzten mal hier

Völlig inakzeptables Verhalten des Personal. Leider war unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant eine sehr unangenehme und enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Essen war teilweise nicht lecker, weshalb wir einige Gerichte nicht aufgegessen haben. Daraufhin begann ein Mitarbeiter laut und aggressiv zu reagieren. Er schrie mehrfach, machte uns Vorwürfe, dass wir angeblich „zu viel genommen“ hätten und dass wir „nicht essen“. Sein Deutsch war dabei teilweise kaum verständlich, der Ton jedoch deutlich aggressiv und herablassend. Besonders schockierend war, dass er unsere benutzten Teller grob auf den Tisch warf, laut und respektlos, sodass es für alle umliegenden Gäste hör- und sichtbar war. Zusätzlich rief er immer wieder unangebrachte Kommentare über Krieg, was die Situation noch befremdlicher machte – vor allem in Anwesenheit von Kindern. Dieses Verhalten war völlig unprofessionell, respektlos und emotional unkontrolliert. Als Gast fragt man sich ernsthaft, wie es sein kann, dass jemand in diesem Zustand mit Menschen arbeitet. Persönliche Frustration, Stress oder politische Themen dürfen niemals an Gästen ausgelassen werden. Es handelt sich um ein Buffet. Gäste dürfen selbst entscheiden, was und wie viel sie essen. Kinder essen manchmal gar nichts, manche Speisen schmecken nicht – das ist normal. Dafür angeschrien und öffentlich bloßgestellt zu werden, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter und beschwerte sich darüber, dass wir eine Flasche Wasser nicht ausgetrunken hätten. Das Wasser war stark kohlensäurehaltig, unsere Kinder wollten es nicht trinken, und auch für uns war es zu stark. Gäste dafür zu kritisieren, was sie trinken oder nicht trinken, ist kleinlich und unangemessen. Besonders traurig: Es war mein Geburtstag. Statt eines schönen Erlebnisses wurde dieser Tag durch das Verhalten des Personals deutlich überschattet. Zudem saßen an Nachbartischen Menschen, die ich persönlich kenne, was die Situation extrem unangenehm machte – nicht für uns, sondern für das Restaurant. Der Preis lag bei über 30 Euro pro Person. Für dieses Geld erwarte ich nicht nur besseres Essen, sondern vor allem Respekt, Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft. In normalen Restaurants zahlt man weniger und wird deutlich besser behandelt. Fazit: • teilweise schlechtes Essen • lautes Anschreien von Gästen • grobes Werfen von Tellern auf den Tisch • kein respektvoller Umgang • ein verdorbener Geburtstag Ein Buffet anzubieten und Gäste anschließend für ihr Ess- oder Trinkverhalten zu maßregeln, ist widersprüchlich und beschämend. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen und kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Edit 14/12/2025: The price is now over €30 per person (depending on the time of day; weekends are more expensive, lunch is cheaper but the buffet is smaller). However, non-alcoholic drinks like water, lemonade, cola, and coffee are now included. The quality still depends heavily on when you arrive. The freshest, hottest food is available promptly at 5:30 pm. As the evening progresses, the selection and replenishment of food become increasingly limited, and towards the end, around 8 pm, it's best to stick to the teppanyaki. This is an Asian buffet restaurant that primarily shines in its size and offers a decent selection of teppanyaki-grilled meat and fish. The wok buffet is manageable; the food wasn't always hot or the bowls full, but they were replenished promptly. ... The sushi is technically sound, though not exactly a culinary masterpiece, but that's to be expected at a restaurant whose focus is on the Asian buffet. All in all, you can get a lot of food here for (relatively) little money. The evening buffet costs just under €21, lunch is cheaper, and I can't comment on the à la carte menu yet, but we'll try that next time, and there will definitely be a next time.

Review – Eastern Buffet I visited Eastern Buffet and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 8 PM, but the food was already extremely limited, as if the buffet was closing soon, even though it wasn’t. I paid 30 euros for the menu, but the dishes were far below expectations: very greasy, overly salty, and simply bad. I couldn’t eat more than half a plate. The desserts were just as poor — unappealing and unpleasant in taste. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for the price paid. I do not recommend it.

Large buffet selection. Very good quality. Unfortunately, very crowded and open-plan. Therefore, quite noisy. Grilled meat takes a long time to arrive at the table. Otherwise, very tasty with friendly staff.

Well, it's okay, you can do it. It's nothing special. The food isn't anything to knock your socks off; there are definitely better places to eat.

Overall, the sushi selection was adequate and delicious. The grill-your-own selection was very good, but unfortunately, it took far too long. In a 90-minute visit, you only managed to eat once. The hot food selection was good and tasty. The drinks were excellent. The service was friendly. We'll be back.

It was a holiday evening but there were still plenty of free seats without a reservation. The buffet is big and I think there's something for everyone. Unfortunately the Mongolian buffet was so busy that there wasn't even room to put down your plate, so I had to skip that. Unfortunately there is very little sushi and what there was was a bit dry. The buffet was consistently good though, and the drinks are included. But for that price I would have liked to have put something together myself which was a bit of a shame. Unfortunately children are really expensive. A 7-year-old can't eat that much to justify the price. It would be nice if they were a bit more realistic when calculating prices. Because I probably won't be coming with a child again.

It's delicious, but they often don't have time to replenish the dishes for lunch.

We were there this afternoon because our granddaughter wanted to go there for her first day of school and we were very pleased.

Buffet: Dinner: Everything was really good, except maybe the potato salad, which was a bit too salty. You can also have as many drinks as you like, including coffee, and alcohol is half price. Great service. You can also put together your own plate and have the chef prepare it for you. And plenty of options for vegetarians, too. Lunch: A bit less than at dinner, but still a good fresh selection, and for the price of around €23, you can't complain. Unfortunately, they didn't have the fried shrimp they serve in the evenings.

Very tasty and appetizingly presented buffet food, with a very large selection, including drinks. The owner is very friendly, and the service staff do a good job. The only thing that's a bit annoying is the noise level, but that's understandable given the size and number of people. Just don't sit in the next room, as that's the play area. The parking garage is directly above; stamp your parking ticket inside, and you park for free. We go there regularly. Highly recommended.

I used to be a regular here and really liked the all-you-can-eat menu. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has noticeably declined recently – much of it tastes less fresh, and some of it is poorly prepared. The menu hasn't changed for years, which is a shame. A little variety or new dishes would benefit the concept. Service is friendly and the value is okay, but it would be nice if they paid more attention to quality and variety.

The quality and taste of the food wasn't the best I've had, but for the reasonable price including drinks it was perfectly acceptable.

Train station concourse, dirty floor, buffet for 32 euros per person, half empty at 8:30 p.m., and not refilled even though it's open until 11 p.m. That was nothing...

Unfortunately, it's one of your typical large buffets. Poor quality, the roasts from the show chef are always tough and dark, and the staff are unfriendly. You feel like you're in a processing line. Definitely not recommended for a relaxing evening.

We go there with the family every now and then, and I have to say it's very nice and great. The food also tastes very good. The price is also fair, you can sit for a long time and get something to eat or drink every now and then. So I think it's really worth taking a look here. The staff are also very friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

Never again! An absolute failure. The toilet was dirty and unhygienic - something like that doesn't work. Communication with the staff was hardly possible because hardly anyone spoke German. When asked, they didn't even know whether the meat was pork, beef or something else - complete incompetence. The worst moment: While cleaning up, an employee was caught trying to remove a stain with spit - just disgusting! At some point there was no fresh food at all and instead we were fobbed off like an animal with leftovers. The cutlery wasn't really clean either. Conclusion: Never eat there again. Absolutely not recommended!

There is plenty of food with a wide selection. The quality of the food sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, a very good price-performance ratio. Although I would rather have less and better quality, so I can only give it 3 stars. I just didn't really like it.

The two of you pay €60 on a Thursday evening at 8:30 p.m. and are told, slightly annoyed, that food is only available until 10 p.m. But the fact that after 9 p.m. when there are more than 6 empty dishes nothing is refilled is a disgrace. The cook who was frying the fresh dishes somehow didn't really feel like it anymore and we were the only ones who waited over 20 minutes for our food! No longer worth a visit.

The grill doesn't taste good at all, it's always salty and tastes completely different than it normally does. It tastes particularly good Candy candy, sometimes good, sometimes not I think drinks are good

Large selection of different, delicious Asian food.

Unfortunately it will be our first and last visit, it was far too crowded, far too loud, the displays looked disastrous and were not cleaned and filled regularly, which is of course also due to the fact that some guests apparently don't know that the food belongs on the plate and not as decoration around the display.

All you can eat for €32 on Sundays, including drinks. The price is generally OK. Service is only provided when the table is being cleared or food is being brought out from the grill. However, the words "please," "thank you," and "whether you can clear away" seem to have disappeared. The restrooms are abysmal, downright filthy and disgusting. That alone is reason enough not to go back to the place (we're talking about 6 p.m., they opened at 5:30 p.m.). Now for the food: the buffet is so-so; some dishes are good, but in others the meat is unidentifiable (beef fillet with onions, meat strangely stuck together). Some of it was only lukewarm. You can put together your own freshly grilled food; they have a lot of frozen food here, and at least it arrived piping hot. We won't be going back.

The food and drink selection are very good. It was always refilled very quickly. The tables were also quickly cleared of empty plates and bottles. We were a group of 19 people. Everyone was very satisfied.

Everything was great, very good food, nice staff. Only the equipment is relatively old and broken. Chairs are falling apart and have been repaired with screws. The tables wobble etc. The toilets are nice, but quite run down. Otherwise the place is really good.

Eigentlich sind wir gerne ins Eastern Gourmet gegangen. Heute wollten wir zum Valentinstag wieder gehen und haben einen Tisch für zwei reserviert. Nachdem wir bezahlt hatten (was vor dem essen stattfindet) wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es keine einzelnen Tische mehr gibt und dass wir uns doch bitte mit dem Paar das nach uns gezahlt hatte einen Tisch teilen sollen. Das fanden wir schon etwas merkwürdig. Die Dame am Empfang fand es anscheinend ziemlich amüsant, da sie die ganze Zeit ein grinsen im Gesicht hatte. Nachdem sie das Geld des anderen Paar abkassiert hatte, hat sie uns zusammen zu einem Tisch gebracht der eigentlich für 26 Personen gedacht war. An diesem Tisch saßen bereits 5 andere Familien mit denen wir zusammen essen durften. Ich finde es unmöglich und eine Abzocke wenn man einen Tisch für zwei reserviert hat, zu sagen, dass es das nichtmehr gibt. Hätten wir im voraus nicht reserviert wäre das eine ganz andere Sache. Auf dem Weg zum Buffet habe ich einen freien Zweiertisch entdeckt und bin daraufhin wieder zur Dame am Empfang und habe gesagt, dass wir uns jetzt gerne an den jetzt freien Zweiertisch setzen würden, da er ja sowieso frei ist. Ihre Aussage war dass das nicht geht, da wir ja schon essen an der Wok/Grillstatiom abgegeben haben und dass heute alle Paare einen Zweiertisch wollen. WARUM NEHMT IHR DANN ÜBERHAUPT SO VIELE RESERVIERUNGEN AN? Ich glaube nicht das wir die einzigen waren, die das gestört hat und ich hoffe, dass die anderen Gäste ihren Valentinstag wenigstens ein bisschen genießen konnten. Wir werden nichtmehr kommen, da auch das essen ziemlich nachgelassen hat. Der Fisch und das Fleisch sind noch Tiefgefroren also wirklich steinhart und das Hühnchen schmeckt nach Fisch, da das Fett in der Fritteuse warscheinlich seit einem Jahr nichtmehr gewechselt wurde. Das einzige gute war das Eis aber ich mein das ist auch keine große Kunst, das in die Vitrine zu stellen… Also zum Schluss mein Tipp -geht dort nicht essen. Spart euch das Geld oder legt lieber noch ein bisschen was drauf und geht zu einem richtigen Japaner da habt ihr was vom Geld welches ihr dort liegen lasst.

I don't understand how you can ruin something so much. Used to be great, today it's a flop. As soon as we entered the reception we were insulted because one of us wanted to order from the menu and not the buffet. We were told probably 10 times that under no circumstances should we give the person anything from the buffet. Not even to try. We were also watched the whole time. Something like that doesn't work at all!!!!!

I haven't seen this for a long time! Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately notice the unpleasant smell of cheap cooking. I asked the staff representatives who greeted the guests why the air conditioning was not working, he simply answered because it was expensive for me to turn it on. All food is frozen, including any vegetables. The quality of the products leaves much to be desired. The only tasty thing was fresh pineapple and coffee with ice cream. But, if the quality of the products is not important to you and you don’t want to pay more than $30 for food with light alcohol, then come here. I was horrified by what I saw. You put any vegetable or raw fish in your mouth and first frozen water flows out, and then you feel the taste of the frozen product. I feel like a disaster 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I felt sorry even for 30€ for this horror. Hot, disgusting smell, stuffy and terrible service from arrogant Chinese or Koreans, I couldn’t understand who these people were.

Good selection of fresh and already fried ones. There is also a chocolate fountain with fruit for dessert.

We have also noticed a negative development.

The woman who makes the napkins in the corner immediately improves the ambience, the food tasted quite good, but the kitchen smells a bit. An employee with harsh expectations is always very unfriendly. The noodles taste like earth :(

If you want food poisoning, you are welcome to eat here! Yesterday there were four of us in the restaurant and we all ate fish and seafood. Afterwards we all lay flat with nausea and stomach pains!

Enough selection of different side dishes, meat and drinks. There is something for everyone. Some of the staff are friendly. We have now had a hair found in our food twice. It can happen, okay. But - when you ask the staff about it, they reject everything. Quote: "That's not from here. That can't be. " Hmmm. OK. In the evening you try to refill the food that is empty in the respective container. At lunchtime you don't look at it so much. Too bad. Personal note: it wouldn't be a bad idea to invest in new cutlery. Has had better times.

A currently typical Chinese buffet restaurant with mass meals. The quality of the food is self-explanatory! Cheap frozen food + metro food. At that price you can get better quality food around the corner.

As soon as we got there we were greeted disrespectfully and unfriendly. When we went to the buffet the food was cold and terrible. The soy sauce was the worst. It was liquid like water. Like the other sauces. The sushi was inedible and tasted like it came from a supermarket. Cold, sticky and spoiled. The waiters were unfriendly, when we asked them something they didn't even answer, just looked stupid. the food was like it came from the supermarket. Even worse. We paid a total of €65, which is a rip-off for such disgusting food. Never again!!

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. You have to pay in advance when you come in. Prices now include non-alcoholic drinks and coffee. You have to get alcoholic drinks yourself and pay for them directly. Cost half. So far so good. It was dirty and disgusting. How can the floor be so dirty at 12 noon? Leftover food stuck to the tables. Chairs were full of leftover food. You don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. It's a shame, it used to be a top shop.

Christmas buffet totally overcrowded. Empty counter. If you complain, you will be judged. Impudence for 34 euros. Quality of what little food was available was poor.

Went there for lunch today. We were very satisfied, there is a large selection of different ready-made meals, as well as a selection for the fresh food counter. The food was good and plentiful, nothing was empty. There are a few more dishes at the evening buffet, but it was enough for us. There is also something for children. What I think is nice is that non-alcoholic drinks and coffee and tea are included in the price. Alcoholic drinks are half price. There is also a buffet to go.

Were here on November 23rd, 24, 3 months ago it cost €30 and now it costs €32 It was super crowded and it was okay, but having to listen to the music and karaoke was really nice... Wir haben Geburtstag gefeiert und war auszeichnet sehr freundlich und das Essen war sehr gut und die Chefin die Besitzer waren alle sehr freundlich für Familientreffen Geburtstage feiern. Mit Musik kann ich nur empfehlen.

We have been coming here with our children for years because there is something for everyone. The last two times it was just terrible. You didn't even know what you were eating in terms of taste. And for so much money. We (4 people) had diarrhea and stomach problems both times. We are just disappointed and won't go back.

This is the first time I've seen such a disrespectful waiter and such a disrespectful Canadian employee. I felt more restless there than ever before. His unpleasant behavior towards customers and repulsive looks overshadowed the beauty of the gray-haired waiter and the middle-aged clerk at the entrance... and when we entered, he stopped us by shouting and acting as if we had to buy the open buffet. When in doubt, he didn't say, "You can choose from our menu," they laughed funny. And it's €35 per person, the two of them didn't deserve that money.

As a regular guest for years, I unfortunately have to say that the quality increasingly leaves something to be desired

I don't know when was the last time I ate so badly. It's a shame that food is ruined like this. The glasses can take part in a competition for the dirtiest glasses in the world and were guaranteed to be in the top 10. Even if the food was free, I wouldn't eat here again. The unfriendly staff is just a minor matter.

The food here is DISGUSTING! Never eat here. The service is unfriendly, you don't feel comfortable and it's far too expensive for the disgusting food that is offered here! The noodles were too salty and when I wanted to have my meat fried again, I was insulted!!!! I recommend everything but not this restaurant.

Unfortunately everything is only self-service. You have to get your own drinks. It's just cleared away. Food fresh and delicious. However, €30 for buffet meals without real service and €22 for children is sporty. Non-alcoholic drinks are included. The chocolate fountain is not good. I don't recommend a salty sauce with the meat because you add salt to it when you cook it.

Wir waren heute den 3 Oktober 2024 da , ich hatte ein Tisch reserviert für 14 Leute um halb 2 , was bis dahin auch alles in Ordnung war . Um 14.15 Uhr haben die Mitarbeiter gesagt , wir sollen noch ein letztes mal ans Buffet und unsere Teller vollmachen . Haben wir gemacht , nun war es halb 3 und man hat alle Lichter ausgemacht und das Buffet geschlossen! Kurz danach kamen die Mitarbeiter und sagten uns wir müssen gehen, weil sie jetzt Feierabend machen wollen ! Wir baten die Mitarbeiter um eine Box das wir das Essen mitnehmen was wir 10 Minuten davor drauf gemacht haben um es mitzunehmen, dann meinten sie nur ganz frech , das kostet extra und wieso wir das alles voll gemacht haben . Dies konnten wir nicht auf uns sitzen lassen und haben nochmals gesagt , dass der Mitarbeiter gesagt hat wir sollen unsere Teller voll machen und nicht das wir das , dann in 10 Minuten essen sollen und direkt gehen . Daraufhin wurde die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich und meinte wieso Esst ihr Zuhause länger als 20 Minuten? Also bitte , heute ist Feiertag und wir sind mit meiner Familie zum Essen gekommen haben 400€ liegen lassen und das in 1 Stunde . Also den Laden betreten wir nieeeee wieder.

Food disgusting!!! The hard part was I had to go to the toilet oh dear I had to clean the glasses with paper Yes... the paper stuck to the glasses!!!! I had to throw up after eating!!! I really didn't have much...Servi's forces were actually great, always checking to see if something could be put away!! Above us in the room you could hear the people in the fitness studio, it was very, very tiring, you should think about something!!! The floor is incredibly dirty, there is a small playground for children, everyone had black socks but anything black, the socks can be thrown away!!!

The food is quite ok. The service is not very friendly. Everything a bit dirty. The toilets are really bad. Pretty gross.

Very sweet and always tastes very good.

Wir kommen hier seit einigen Jahren eigentlich gerne zum Essen. Leider hat hier aber alles sehr nachgelassen. Die Speisen welche leer gehen werden nicht mehr regelmäßig aufgefüllt oder teilweise sogar bereits um 20 Uhr gar nicht mehr. Als wir das Personal freundlich drauf hingewiesen haben (da sogar der Reis leer war) verdrehten diese die Augen und reagierten extrem unfreundlich. Schade hier werden wir nicht mehr herkommen.
