Everything OK. Price-performance ratio is also OK.

The food here was really great. From the cold starters to the meat and vegan main courses, everything was very tasty. Since the restaurant is very small and there are very large crowds even during the week, you should definitely make a reservation in advance. Due to the small dining area, it is also relatively tight. Due to the many to-go pickups, it can get relatively loud at times. Our Chinese colleague said that the main courses from number 93 onwards are very authentic.

Authentic Chinese food with phenomenal taste and friendly staff

Authentic Chinese restaurant with wide variety of real good dishes, of course some dishes would take some time but it's worth the wait, waiters are friendly and the food is indeed top notch. And the price are friendly too in my opinion, and better reserve beforehand if you are coming in a big group(we had 10 person)

I went there three times to eat different things and it wasn't good. Lots of flavor enhancers, very heavy sauces that I couldn't tolerate. Update four years later unchanged: rice overcooked, sauce still not good. Breaded chicken very greasy. Unexpectedly bad for Chinese cuisine. Cola Zero probably not original, not cold enough and not very carbonated. Price not appropriate. Waiting time for lunch was over 40 minutes! Chaotic service as guests who had arrived significantly later received their food before us. Digestion again poor, as with companions.

Chinese junky food, it is worse than a fast food…noodle were tasteless, you can only taste a very salty soja sauce…the restaurant is cheap but the quality of food is really poor…100’s of dishes in the menu which taste all the same

Food was ok, but after we had to wait so long for our food on our third visit, it was the last time (the restaurant wasn't overcrowded or anything). It can happen that one day things don't go smoothly but the service was just bad... every time... Yesterday we waited 50 minutes for the food to arrive after asking where it was. Not even an apology came...

Unfortunately I can't say much about the food. We had ordered our food and after 45 minutes my food arrived lukewarm - it was slammed on the table and the waitress left again. I waited until my friend had his food too - which never arrived. After 15 minutes I asked and they said “yeah, right away.” We waited another 10 minutes and then we got tired of it. We got up and went to the checkout to pay - of course not the food. It looked delicious and I would have happily eaten it. Unfortunately, I have to say (and my friend also noticed this) that every guest who came after us - especially those with the same origin and language - received their food quickly. Sad, I was really happy to eat there after hearing so many good things. But I doubt very much that I will try it there again.

Ordered 1.5 hours before pickup so that you can pick up your food straight after work. Unfortunately, part of the order wasn't ready or... wasn't made, so another 25 minute wait. We had said that we wanted to eat now or we would leave and were put off waiting for 2-3 minutes and unfortunately that was it. No compensation, no fortune cookies or soup or anything else. So customer friendliness =0 Food: I like Chinese food but that was rather sad, the sauce was very oily and unfortunately there was a lack of spices. It was just a kind of oil soup with rice, unfortunately not really. We are people with little expectations but we were massively disappointed

Very tasty and lovingly prepared food. Sufficient portion. You should have a reservation on Saturday evening. We were passing through and hadn't considered this before, but we were still lucky and managed to get a table. You can also pick up your food to order here.

Were there on a public holiday around 7:30 p.m. because everyone recommended this Chinese restaurant to us. The waitress was very stressed. When we asked if she had forgotten a drink, the answer was “You didn’t order that”. Cutlery was handed to us with the request “Can you distribute it yourself”. We waited 1 hour for 3 normal dishes and that's tough. The organization was missing here. Had more bean sprouts and leeks in the rice than the rice itself. Unfortunately it wasn't anything special.

The boss is super enthusiastic and the food tastes delicious. Spent the day shopping and feasting.

Not exactly my favorite Chinese thing had the spring rolls, can't say I was thrilled with them. Neither the dough crust nor the filling was remotely Chinese. My wife had the sweet and sour duck, which didn't excite me either. In terms of price, it's not necessarily in the middle category, but rather upwards. Maybe it was just the day of the week (it was a Monday) when most of the others were closed and he couldn't keep up with his orders. (Update 8.3.24 nothing changed, maybe it got a bit worse.

I have visited the restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. They offer real Chinese food, not just 'flavored Chinese food'. I would actually give it a rating of 4.5 stars.

The food wasn't tasty. The food didn't come at the same time but so late that one of them had already finished eating and the others hadn't received anything yet. The staff is overwhelmed and rude. The children were promised ice cream on the house for the late meals and in the end they charged it and insisted that I pay for it.

The food is delicious. Looks fresh and is beautifully presented. Large portion for a very good price. Reservations make sense as there aren't that many tables. I think there should be around 30 places. The ambience is not my thing. It could certainly be made prettier here and there. The chairs are comfortable. Service is attentive and the food came at the same time and very quickly. Would definitely recommend it.

My favorite Chinese restaurant. The three delicacies, spicy chicken, and ants on the tree are all very delicious. The plate is a bit small. Very comfortable inside. It can be a little crowded on weekend nights.

We travelled to Reutlingen to SanBao by the recommendation of my Chinese colleagues. The menu and the waiters speak only Mandarin and German. The dishes were really good. As an Indian, some of the dishes were spicy - beware! The service was prompt and the food is fairly priced. Definitely would recommend.

Best Asian snack in Reutlingen. We have loved eating here for years. The food is always delicious, special requests are catered for and the portions are so huge. We also often like to order takeaway and I can recommend that. My highlight is definitely sweet and sour duck. The menus are also recommended to be shared between two people. Great value for money 👍🏽

The best food far and wide, simply amazing

It was delicious. But we waited almost 40 minutes for our food. And not at the same time, a dish wasn't ready until we wanted to pay.

Super freundlich, sehr lecker, große Portionen, die auch sehr schnell serviert wurden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben jetzt innerhalb kürzester Zeit mehrfach dort Essen abgeholt, weil es wirklich außerordentlich gut schmeckt und üppige Portionen sind. Die Zubereitung geht unglaublich schnell und die Mitarbeiter sind trotz brechend vollem Laden immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Anteil der asiatischen Gäste ist höher als sonstwo, was wohl ein weiteres Qualitätskriterium sein dürfte. Zudem das Restaurant natürlich auch typische chinesische Gerichte anbietet, die sich sonst nicht auf der Speisekarte befinden (gedämpfter Schweinedarm, etc.) Sehr zu empfehlen!

Dies ist mein Lieblingschinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe und das einzige, das wirklich als echte chinesische Küche bezeichnet werden kann. Natürlich gibt es dort „deutsche chinesische Gerichte“, die an den lokalen Geschmack angepasst sind, aber es gibt auch authentische chinesische Gerichte. Der Geschmack ist sehr authentisch und ich mag es sehr. Als jemand, der in Tübingen lebt, denke ich oft daran, extra mit dem Zug dorthin zu fahren, um dort zu essen. Die Leute im Restaurant sind auch sehr freundlich und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.

Sehr lecker und eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen und preiswert.

Meiner Meinung nach einer der ALLERBESTEN Asiaten bei dem ich je gegessen habe. Reservieren empfiehlt sich, da er immer voll ist. Essen sehr authentisch, auch ausgefallene asiatische Gerichte die man sonst nicht bekommt. Nichts eingedeutscht. Super lecker und die Portionen sehr gut. Gerne und oft sind wir zu Gast.

Kann leider die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin definitiv viel besseres gewohnt. Beispiel: Rim Wang in KA

Having dinner here with SanBao set menu ( number 1 in their menu )….. VERYY DELICIOUS !! And you can for 4 persons. Only 30 eur. Top recommend….

Foi minha primeira vez comendo num restaurante de comida chinesa e não poderia ter sido melhor. Atendimento ótimo. São muitas opções no menu, então a gente fica até um tico perdido, mas tudo que provei estava incrível. Um ótimo lugar para ir com amigos, pedir vários pratos diferentes e comer um tiquinho de cada um deles com uma boa porção de arroz para acompanhar (free refill de arroz aliás). Tudo de bom.

Gebratener Reis und gebratene Nudeln beides mit Hähnchen Zimmern mitnehmen. Mickrige Portionsgröße (Wie Nudelbox) obwohl große Portionen bestellt. Fast 20euro dafür gezahlt. Nichtmal mini Frühlkngsrollen dabei für den Preis. Geschmeckt hats auch null. Service unfreundlich und musste fast 30min darauf warten, habe nichtmal einen Sitzplatz zum warten angeboten bekommen. Und habe danach gestunken wie eine Fritteuse.

Einfach der beste Chinese mit authentischen Gerichten, tollem Service und sehr nettem Personal

Asiatisch solide, großzügig, frisch, preiswert & handwerklich gut! Ein Restaurant in dem man wirklich auf seine Kosten kommt. Es gab ein Erdnuss-Garnelen-Curry mit Gemüse; Die Sauce war gut abgeschmeckt, Gemüse knackig, überdurchschnittlich viele Garnelen (ca. 25St), groß, auf den Punkt gegart und (sehr ungewöhnlich für Lokalitäten dieser Größe) die Garnelen waren entdarmt und gereinigt. Als Vorspeise gab es eine Gemüsesuppe, die zwar kein Feuerwerk war, aber absolut solide. Service freundlich, Gerichte wurden heiß serviert und die Portionen waren wirklich großzügig. Preis war angebracht, Fazit: Hier kann man locker mit Bruce Lee & Co zum Essen herkommen.

Das Essen ist der Hammer so lecker und eine große Portion 😋

It was the best chinese food i have ever ate. I ordered SaoBao Menu for 2 person and it was delicious. The service has perfect timing and gave us dishes in an ideał way. People who work there are friendly, smiling and they are cooking like masterchefs. I recomand this płace for anyone who appreciate people who have gaven their heart for their work.
