Sehr leckeres essen, top Service. Die Einrichtung könnte stellenweise etwas optimiert werden.

Ein toller Ort, der einen Besuch wirklich wert ist; die Portionen sind groß und lecker.

Es gibt keinen Grund, die „drei vollen Mahlzeiten“ (eine lokale Spezialität) nicht zu probieren! Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort bin, bin ich rundum zufrieden! Wenn du auf der Suche nach wirklich authentischer chinesischer Küche bist, ist dieser Ort einfach der Beste, ehrlich gesagt! 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Alles soweit in Ordnung. Große Portionen zu einem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Reservierung empfehlenswert.

2 Personen , Fensterplatz Ich hatte als Vorsuppe wan tan ... hat super geschmeckt. Meine Begleiterin hatte die HühnchenSuppe mit Glasnudeln. Auch dafür von ihr 5 Sterne ... SanBao-Teller für zwei Personen mit einer ( großen ) Schüssel Reis. Es war für mindestens 3-4 Personen, also zu gut gemeint... Das Hühnerfleisch war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu scharf gewürzt, sollte man sich fürs nächste Mal merken. Das Personal : flink und super höflich ... Fazit : gerne wieder Nachspeise : Banana im Zeigmantel, dazu 2 Kugeln Vanilleeis das ganze unter 40 €

Ein traditionelles Asiatisches Restaurant, ich habe mit meinem Freund hier gegessen. Ich hatte den gebratene Reis mit gebackener Ente, und mein Freund die Nummer S5, beide Gerichte waren super lecker, so eine große Portion wie wir sie bekommen haben wird jeden satt machen.

Ich bin seit kurzer Zeit Stammkunde in diesem China‑Restaurant und jedes Mal wirklich begeistert. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, aromatisch und kommen in einer konstant sehr guten Qualität. Egal ob Klassiker oder Spezialitäten – alles schmeckt sauber abgeschmeckt und wird sehr heiß und appetitlich serviert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft ernst genommen wird. Das Ambiente ist sauber und lädt dazu ein, sich in Ruhe Zeit fürs Essen zu nehmen. Preis‑Leistung passt absolut, vor allem angesichts der Qualität und des Services. Ein Restaurant, in dem man sich schnell zuhause fühlt – und das mich definitiv noch öfter sehen wird. Klare Empfehlung!

A very good restaurant. A wide selection at reasonable prices. The food is really delicious and served in generous portions. Reservations are absolutely necessary on weekends. Even with a reservation, expect a bit of a wait. But it's worth it.

The food was excellent! The service was very friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant has relatively limited seating. However, there is a large terrace. We would be happy to return. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable.

Hi guys. If you're looking for a really good Chinese restaurant that doesn't just serve fried noodles, you've come to the right place. The menu is very extensive, including authentic Chinese cuisine. The staff is super friendly, and the value is great. Highly recommended.

A few days ago I gave a review, but it's been deleted? In summary, the price is way too high compared to other Chinese restaurants, it's just crazy!!! Check out the menu!!! Does 地三鲜 already cost around €18? With a huge plate but such a small amount? 18€ for eggplant? How much does eggplant cost now? All costs have gone up, yes, but that drastically? Unacceptable, sorry. We ordered 地三鲜, 大虾木 耳鸡蛋, 葱 爆 牛肉 once, for a total of €75.... at the other restaurants it was maybe €60... I think the boss wanted to buy a Lamborghini or Ferrari within a year. I've been here many times before and thought the prices were just a bit more expensive, but I have no idea why the prices suddenly rose so drastically within two months. I'll never go again, too poor for this restaurant.

Good location, just a few steps from the city center. There were two of us there, and I had a mix of duck and chicken with vegetables and rice, which was really delicious. SanBao is definitely worth recommending.

Authentic Chinese restaurant with wide variety of real good dishes, of course some dishes would take some time but it's worth the wait, waiters are friendly and the food is indeed top notch. And the price are friendly too in my opinion, and better reserve beforehand if you are coming in a big group(we had 10 person)

The food wasn't fresh and was very greasy. The tablecloths outside were showing their age, which wasn't very appetizing. The condiment dispensers were hairy and apparently weren't cleaned often. The service was very friendly.

Beyond the Europeanized dishes, San Bao in Reutlingen offers traditional Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend the fried eggplant Yuxiang style (93), the fried shrimp with salt and pepper (130), the spicy chicken Ge Le Shan style (159), and the roasted lamb with cumin (161). But as we all know, tastes differ... ;-)

I was here once last year and wasn't impressed at all. The food tasted pretty bland and boring last time. Luckily I gave the restaurant another chance. I think they changed the chef or something definitely changed in the style of cooking. This time my 2nd visit was as if I had been to a different restaurant. We had menu 172 with a starter, main course and dessert. I immediately noticed a difference in the soup compared to my last visit. The soup was rich and delicious with the first spoonful. When the main course came I was really pleasantly surprised. It was very tasty, all 3 dishes. It tasted fresh and delicious. When the dessert came at the end, I was totally satisfied and happy! The prices are super fair, the employees are friendly and the chairs are so comfortable that you'll want to sit there longer :D A clear recommendation from me for this restaurant :)

Everyone says it’s more delicious than the Sansheng in Tubingen, so I came here as a pilgrim 😆 But I’ve never tried the Tubingen one, so I can’t compare. Really delicious, in line with Taiwanese taste You can order fried bananas, a delicious dessert

Highly recommended! I am really excited about the Chinese menu, with great authentic and unusual dishes. This means you can order different dishes, which will then be served in the middle and everyone can try everything (assuming you don't go there alone). I think this is perfect! In addition to the Chinese map, there is also the normal "European" map. In these dishes, the dish, for example meat and vegetables, is served directly on the plate together with rice. The portions are reasonably large and the price is also fair. We'll definitely come back here again and again ;) Edit: Everything can now be found on one map. The prices have become a little more expensive - but still a good price for the food. And everything is still very tasty!

In the mood for Asian again, go to SanBao. Nothing special but tasty and cheap to eat, nice staff.

We went there for lunch on a Sunday. Very friendly service, food came quite quickly and we enjoyed it very much. We had a menu for 2 people. We didn't manage to finish everything because the portions were quite large; we got the rest neatly packaged and taken home with us. If we didn't live so far away, this would certainly be one of our favorite bars.

The flavored eggplant is sweet, slightly sour, and has a strange taste. It has a very "flavor". I don't know why so many people like xhs. The braised pork with pickled vegetables was very salty. It was so salty that it shredded to pieces for me. Spicy chicken is good

The food here was really great. From the cold starters to the meat and vegan main courses, everything was very tasty. Since the restaurant is very small and there are very large crowds even during the week, you should definitely make a reservation in advance. Due to the small dining area, it is also relatively tight. Due to the many to-go pickups, it can get relatively loud at times. Our Chinese colleague said that the main courses from number 93 onwards are very authentic.

Chinese junky food, it is worse than a fast food…noodle were tasteless, you can only taste a very salty soja sauce…the restaurant is cheap but the quality of food is really poor…100’s of dishes in the menu which taste all the same

I went there three times to eat different things and it wasn't good. Lots of flavor enhancers, very heavy sauces that I couldn't tolerate. Update four years later unchanged: rice overcooked, sauce still not good. Breaded chicken very greasy. Unexpectedly bad for Chinese cuisine. Cola Zero probably not original, not cold enough and not very carbonated. Price not appropriate. Waiting time for lunch was over 40 minutes! Chaotic service as guests who had arrived significantly later received their food before us. Digestion again poor, as with companions.

Food was ok, but after we had to wait so long for our food on our third visit, it was the last time (the restaurant wasn't overcrowded or anything). It can happen that one day things don't go smoothly but the service was just bad... every time... Yesterday we waited 50 minutes for the food to arrive after asking where it was. Not even an apology came...

Unfortunately I can't say much about the food. We had ordered our food and after 45 minutes my food arrived lukewarm - it was slammed on the table and the waitress left again. I waited until my friend had his food too - which never arrived. After 15 minutes I asked and they said “yeah, right away.” We waited another 10 minutes and then we got tired of it. We got up and went to the checkout to pay - of course not the food. It looked delicious and I would have happily eaten it. Unfortunately, I have to say (and my friend also noticed this) that every guest who came after us - especially those with the same origin and language - received their food quickly. Sad, I was really happy to eat there after hearing so many good things. But I doubt very much that I will try it there again.

Ordered 1.5 hours before pickup so that you can pick up your food straight after work. Unfortunately, part of the order wasn't ready or... wasn't made, so another 25 minute wait. We had said that we wanted to eat now or we would leave and were put off waiting for 2-3 minutes and unfortunately that was it. No compensation, no fortune cookies or soup or anything else. So customer friendliness =0 Food: I like Chinese food but that was rather sad, the sauce was very oily and unfortunately there was a lack of spices. It was just a kind of oil soup with rice, unfortunately not really. We are people with little expectations but we were massively disappointed

Very tasty and lovingly prepared food. Sufficient portion. You should have a reservation on Saturday evening. We were passing through and hadn't considered this before, but we were still lucky and managed to get a table. You can also pick up your food to order here.

Were there on a public holiday around 7:30 p.m. because everyone recommended this Chinese restaurant to us. The waitress was very stressed. When we asked if she had forgotten a drink, the answer was “You didn’t order that”. Cutlery was handed to us with the request “Can you distribute it yourself”. We waited 1 hour for 3 normal dishes and that's tough. The organization was missing here. Had more bean sprouts and leeks in the rice than the rice itself. Unfortunately it wasn't anything special.

The boss is super enthusiastic and the food tastes delicious. Spent the day shopping and feasting.

Not exactly my favorite Chinese thing had the spring rolls, can't say I was thrilled with them. Neither the dough crust nor the filling was remotely Chinese. My wife had the sweet and sour duck, which didn't excite me either. In terms of price, it's not necessarily in the middle category, but rather upwards. Maybe it was just the day of the week (it was a Monday) when most of the others were closed and he couldn't keep up with his orders. (Update 8.3.24 nothing changed, maybe it got a bit worse.

I have visited the restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. They offer real Chinese food, not just 'flavored Chinese food'. I would actually give it a rating of 4.5 stars.

The food wasn't tasty. The food didn't come at the same time but so late that one of them had already finished eating and the others hadn't received anything yet. The staff is overwhelmed and rude. The children were promised ice cream on the house for the late meals and in the end they charged it and insisted that I pay for it.

We travelled to Reutlingen to SanBao by the recommendation of my Chinese colleagues. The menu and the waiters speak only Mandarin and German. The dishes were really good. As an Indian, some of the dishes were spicy - beware! The service was prompt and the food is fairly priced. Definitely would recommend.

Best Asian snack in Reutlingen. We have loved eating here for years. The food is always delicious, special requests are catered for and the portions are so huge. We also often like to order takeaway and I can recommend that. My highlight is definitely sweet and sour duck. The menus are also recommended to be shared between two people. Great value for money 👍🏽
