Due Fratelli in Berlin

Well this has never happened to me before. It was lunch time and they didn't serve a simple pizza for one whole hour. I haf ko drink, no food and lost my lunch time. Dont even bother coming here when there are great options around!

I had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant and it was an excellent experience. The service was attentive, friendly and very accommodating. The food was a real highlight, especially the pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back!

Order penne de la chef and you will not regret

I discovered this place by chance and decided to make a quick visit in the afternoon to enjoy a dessert and drink an espresso. There wasn't much going on when I arrived. As soon as I entered I asked the waiter about tiramisu. When I asked if it was homemade, he said yes, so I ordered a tiramisu and a double espresso. The order was served quickly, but unfortunately the tiramisu did not meet my expectations at all. It consisted mainly of whipped cream and ladyfingers - there was no trace of mascarpone. The typical taste of alcohol that makes a good tiramisu was also missing. In addition, the waiter poured a ready-made chocolate sauce over the dessert shortly before serving, which didn't make it any better. The espresso, however, was excellent. So overall my visit was mixed: good coffee, but a disappointing dessert.

We were initially attracted by the beautiful interior design and the food was also great! The price-performance ratio is very good and it was super tasty. The waitress always had a smile on her face and was really nice. Definitely recommended :)

There seems to be nothing to complain about, but... More could be done for the client. I ate spaghetti and it would be nice to have parmesan cheese with it or to taste pepperoni in the dish since it is in the name of the dish.

Very good pizzas, large portions. We also ordered salmon and a chicken dish, options for celiacs, gluten-free food, served with vegetables. The tartufo and tiramisu are spectacular.

Whenever I'm in Berlin, I eat here once. It's great value for money, I like the atmosphere and the service is very friendly and attentive.

Walking around Berlin being rejected by the restaurant we wanted to go, we spotted Due Fratelli. What a gem. Service, food was awesome. Admittedly, the intent was not to eat Italian in Berlin, but a decision we did not regret.

Very authentic Italian in the center of Senftenberg. Spaghetti con Tartuffo is outstanding but at €25 it's not exactly cheap either. Pasta tends to be the better choice. Very friendly staff, good overall package!

Ordered a pizza and they brought the wrong one. After I mentioned it to the waiter, he told me that this was my fault and acted super rude. He then ripped the Rucola off the pizza and brought it back with raw onions. Have to admit there had been some comedy to it.

Did the trick after a long day of sightseeing. Service was prompt and extra friendly after we told our server we were from Canada. Lasagna and penne with mushrooms and chicken were good value, considering other restaurant prices in the city.

An excellent Italian restaurant!

Great value for money. Had a delicious meal (starter + pasta), drank draft beer and had a grappa at the end. Definitely recommended!

Pizza and pasta at a high German level. It's filling, cheap and as authentic as Pizza Hawaii. The only thing that's wrong is "Cucina Italiana" because nothing in this establishment is Italian except the beer from "Moretti". Italians cook and eat elsewhere...

The "Due Fratelli" on Chausseestraße in Berlin offers its guests a successful journey through typical Italian cuisine and also shines with super attentive and courteous service. The excellent service is rounded off by an excellent price/performance ratio and delicious dishes. The portions are generous and more than sufficient with only a very short waiting time. All in all, you can have very tasty food and a lovely evening at “Due Fratelli” for relatively little money. Absolute recommendation!

My mother had a very tasty pasta aglio olio, nice and hot when she came to the table. My pizza capriciosa was also really good, fluffy dough, fresh mushrooms and not too overwhelming. I'll be back 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice service serves delicious pizza at a local (higher) price in - as far as possible - a pleasant streetside atmosphere. You can do it again... after a little savings.

We were there spontaneously today and I have to say, a very warm welcome, great atmosphere. Drinks were very tasty, Lambrusco was delicious, beer was great and the food? Mega homemade pizza and super tasty, bruschetta was really great, I hadn't eaten such good ones in a long time. The waiters were all super nice.

The food was really bad. Lasagne didn’t have any meat and was 30% filled with water. Pizza was also from unfrozen Spinat and Barilla sauce. Looks like the wine is filled with water.

Don't go if you have allergies, they told us that even raw ham contains lactose, and asked us to leave 👎👎😡

We have been looking for a place to eat something European for a long time and this is right on point. Friendly waiters, with a large flow of people, are polite and attentive to all customers. We waited 20-25 minutes for the order, everything was delicious and fresh.

A nice restaurant centrally located in Berlin. The food tasted excellent and is of high quality. Unfortunately, we often had to wait a long time outside for service, which is why there are a few deductions for this. The ambience inside is very cozy and invites you to linger. The outside area is rather loud and uncomfortable because the restaurant is on a main street.

I recently dined at Restaurant Due Fratelli in Berlin and had a disappointing experience. When ordering spaghetti, I mistakenly asked for Carbonara instead of Bolognese. Upon receiving the Carbonara, I politely requested it to be replaced with Bolognese. However, the staff refused to accommodate my request, simply stating that I had ordered Carbonara. To make matters worse, the Carbonara I received was quite awful. It lacked salt and was excessively hot, making it almost inedible. Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and the food quality left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

I had dinner there on June 19th and I can't complain at all. The waiters were all very nice and accommodating and the food was incredible. I've never eaten such a delicious pizza and the dessert was also perfect (panna cotta).

We had a pizza and the ravioli in butter-sage sauce. It was very delicious. But what needs to be emphasized and what deserves 5+ stars was the service, the response to a mistake (which can happen) was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant.

Had a delicious meal here, chicken was very tender. They were also very friendly here and wanted to have a chat. Pizza was certainly delicious too. The beer was also really delicious. Really enjoyed this, will definitely come back here more often.

We ordered pesto pasta and a carbonara one. The pesto was not fresh and definitely not handmade. It tasted exactly like the Barilla one, it even looked so. Pasta was not al dente and carbonara was the milk cream edition (the awful Greek one). We paid 20 euros for this joke of food. This is not an Italian restaurant. This restaurant would make Italians laugh out loudly, if not angry. Stay away from such BS tourist traps.

Four of us spontaneously went to eat there. What happened was that we weren't allowed to sit at the tables on the side, even though they were free, so we had to sit on the street where passers-by were walking past all the time. The food was good but nothing special and my noodles were very oily. We actually wanted to order dessert, but no waiter came by for 30 minutes, even though we asked for the menu again. The waiters preferred to all sit together at the table to chat. When paying there was also a funny comment from the waiter. It's probably okay to take away, but unfortunately I can't recommend eating there.

We arrived late in Berlin and entered desperately because almost everything was already closed. We ordered a plate of pasta each and a bottle of water, the food was delicious and the plates were a suitable size, the bill: €24.50, almost the same price as breakfast the next day in any cafe.

Delicious and convenient to eat with children after the Natural History Museum. We took lasagna, pizza, salad and spaghetti with salmon, we liked everything.

At Due Fratelli the dishes were surprisingly cheap, especially the pasta at just €6.5. Still, it tasted pretty good and the ambience was fantastic - it felt like you were in Little Italy. My only criticism would be that the chicken could have been seasoned a little better, but overall it was great!

The pizza and the ravioli were tasty. However, it could be better. Not that Italian taste that much. With that price, in this neighborhood, there are better places around. However, if you’re in a hurry, not looking for a fancy restaurant, you can eat something here fast. The service could be better, too, though.

Relaxing environment, fast service... definitely too fast, given that the pasta was inedible, loose and only tasted of pepper, low prices for the terrible quality of the products, definitely embarrassing, it should be ILLEGAL to serve such food
