Edit: Apparently the owner can answer directly via Google and assume convenience to me, but keeping the data up to date at the same time apparently isn't possible... Because of my birthday, I went to the restaurant with my wife, our daughter-in-law and our son to have a delicious meal. We had reserved and got a table in the front outside area. We received fantastic service from the staff. We ordered a gourmet platter for 4 people. The food was so delicious. Great price-performance ratio. We always enjoy eating there. Great team. THANKS.

Hello, I was there for dinner with my wife today. We had the mixed grill plate. Everything was super tasty 😋, very friendly service and the price-performance ratio was still right. We have eaten there several times over the last few months. No matter what you ordered, it was always delicious and plentiful. A real recommendation 😇

We have been there several times and would love to come back. The store is full even during the week. Lots of regular guests who... the delicious food and the nice atmosphere. Diverse menu, something for everyone. The meat is all delicious, there are two different sauces and I can only recommend the vegetarian pan. Service is quick and friendly.

Hello, yesterday we had dinner in Dubrovnik with 5 people at 6:30 p.m. 5 stars on everything! Top service, and the “Dubrovnik” plate for 2 people. surpassed everything. Always delicious, we've been eating out for decades (formerly at the Holstein Center).

We had a great, quiet place away from public traffic, just as we wanted. This wish was based on a family gathering so that children and adults could really let off steam. The drinks and food were received quickly (you may want to wait until the guest is seated) and were served quickly. Children were treated really well, in a friendly and family-like manner, and they immediately felt welcome. The food was really very tasty, fresh and absolutely sufficient. Even the cevapcici seemed to be freshly made and stood out compared to other restaurants. The prices were so reasonable for the quality that I have to say that you are welcome to raise a euro (even if you are not allowed to say something like that as a guest 😉) In the end, our child got an ice cream on the house and the adults got a schnapps. All in all, it is worth a visit and a recommendation. Thanks for the Balkan hospitality 😍

My wife and I went to "Dubrovnik" for the first time today and were inspired by the many very positive reviews. (We live 30 km away and really wanted to try it out). We liked the facility straight away, a good start. We were warmly welcomed by the boss and taken to our reserved table. By the way, a reservation by phone is absolutely mandatory, because I wasn't able to reserve a table at short notice either on Saturday or Sunday... the restaurant is doing really well and you should reserve in good time for the weekend. By the way, the staff on the phone were just as nice as the boss. They tried and tried very hard to organize a free table for Saturday/Sunday, but couldn't find a free time slot and so it ended up being Tuesday. We were surprised at how many tables were already occupied at 5:30 p.m. in the middle of the week... that speaks for good cuisine, nice staff, top price/performance ratio, and the drink prices are also moderate. By the way, there are no long waiting times here (I could also observe that at the neighboring tables); after the salad, we only waited about 10 minutes for the main course to arrive. We both ordered the "robber's plate" and it's a very generous portion with lots of meat, rice, fries... visually appealing and, above all, not lukewarm, but at exactly the right temperature. The red sauce goes very well with the meat with a pleasant spiciness. The meat was tender and subtly seasoned, perfect, just as tasty were the fries and rice. We were served by different staff - all friendly, polite, non-intrusive, authentic. Since we had a comfortable corner table next to the counter, we had a good all-round view and the staff were happy and in a good mood... you could tell that they all enjoyed their jobs and that's what they radiated. We will be back soon and will try other dishes from the variety of dishes. With this large selection of dishes, everyone should find something (you can also find the menu on the restaurant's homepage). For us that means: 5 stars... it couldn't be better.

Previously, under the management of the senior, everything was excellent in terms of service. If you come today as a single, even at around 5 p.m. when the restaurant is almost empty, you will be told: Unfortunately there is no space available, only at the counter. I have now experienced this (as a regular customer) 3 times in a row. Business wise, OK, why should I occupy a table that seats 2 or more people? It's a shame, but that was it.

I can't and don't want to complain. We were there with 8 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone and everyone was fed up. The price for everyone, around 200 euros, was also reasonable. The only thing I miss here is the obligatory welcome drink and in between. Or filled with apple juice for children. All in all great, but without registration/reservation it could be tight.

Vorab ist es empfehlenswert hier zu reservieren. Wir waren an einem Donnerstagabend zu Gast und das Restaurant war ausgebaucht. Wir wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Getränke und Essen waren schnell ausgesucht und von der Bedienung ebenso schnell aufgenommen. Warten muss man hier trotz der hohen Auslastung nicht mehr als üblich. Das Essen ist wie immer hervorragend, die Portionen nicht überladen, aber reichlich. Sehr positiv finde ich, dass die Soßen extra auf dem Tisch stehen und jeder sich wie er mag davon nehmen kann. Einzig alleine für das Ambiente gibt es einen Stern weniger. Es ist zwar sehr gemütlich, aber eben nicht mehr modern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Essen ok nix besonderes, Service Mittelmass eher sehr reserviert,aber das Hauptproblem ist das bei euch im Restaurant Hunde erlaubt sind bzw Babys mit Geschrei ein No-Go denn die Gäste wollen in Ruhe essen und nicht noch Babygeschrei hören,Hunde im Restaurant ist widerliches verhalten,hinzu kommt das auch keine Musik im Laden zu hören ist wäre vielleicht entspannter, alles im allem ihr habt einen Stammkunden verloren

Was soll man sagen? Ich war schon vor 35 Jahren beim Vater im Holstein Center. Der Sohn ist genial. Super Typ! Einfach das beste Essen in Itzehoe. Hingehen, probieren und genießen!

Hier ist nicht nur die Bedienung freundlich und toll, sondern es schmeckt ausgezeichnet zum fairen Preis. Sind schon seit 30 Jahren immerwieder dort und das Essen gleicht heute wie damals vorzüglich.
