We don't come to this restaurant very often, but the service is always consistently friendly, the prices are very fair, the food is of excellent quality, and the atmosphere is cozy. You definitely need to reserve a few days in advance, or try your luck getting a table after 8 pm.

Not haute cuisine. Still delicious and substantial.

At first everything was fully booked when we spontaneously wanted to eat. Suddenly a table opened up in a corner and was quickly prepared for us. So we were able to enjoy the delicious food. The lady of the house and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were definitely not here for the last time.

We celebrated our wedding here the day before yesterday with 16 people and were absolutely thrilled. Not only did we practically have the room to ourselves, we also had our own waiter and were able to decorate the space according to our wishes. Knives and cutlery were provided for a wedding cake we brought, and the cake was refrigerated beforehand. All the food (a la carte) was brought at the same time. The people there are super friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful five hours there. Everyone was thrilled, and we stayed well under our budget. We couldn't believe it. I don't plan on getting married again, but I can only recommend HERE with a clear conscience. We thank the team for everything! I had no influence on the choice of restaurant for the Christmas party, after three disappointing visits I was very pleasantly surprised this time by the delicious food (the junior had probably taken over with a new concept in the meantime, which is very good for the restaurant) I would be happy to come back.

The atmosphere is very cozy, but totally outdated. Strong smell of food when entering the restaurant. The food was very meat-heavy. The plates were completely overloaded, completely dry, tough pieces of meat sat on top of the delicious rice, surrounded by mushy vegetables that were overwhelmed by a greasy package of hollandaise, along with greasy French fries and canned coleslaw. All in all the food is less than mediocre, not even remotely comparable to Croatian food. Quantity counts here instead of quality. But the service is commendable, very friendly. Still no further visit.

Service great!!!!! When I complained that my minced steak filled with feta was still raw on the inside, they took it away without any problem and brought it back to me 2 minutes later, perfectly cooked. With "fresh" fries, but unfortunately they were still "limp". Then I ate it like that, it was okay! I go home full, but not 100% satisfied. Too bad!

We really enjoy eating in Dubrovnik. The food is delicious, the service is very attentive and friendly and the price/performance ratio is excellent.

First of all, I would like to point out that all the impressions described are personal experiences and impressions and that, as a hobby chef, I sometimes have or apply different expectations and evaluation standards. A mixed grill plate was ordered for 14.90 euros The ambience is dignified, rustic, the atmosphere is rather loud, but still clean. Service at the table is quick, drinks and food are received quickly and brought to the customer quickly after preparation. The salad is basically a handful of lettuce mix, a slice of tomato, an onion ring. The slaw and dressing are convenience items (and from the bottle and bucket in my opinion). The main course consisted of a slice of liver, a turkey steak, two minced rolls and a minced steak, with a slice of pancetta as well as fries and Djuvec rice. The rice was well seasoned, the minced rolls and the steak consisted of 100% of the same basic product with absolutely identical seasoning. You can certainly expect a change in taste. The liver was good, but the cut and shape also reminded me of a convenience product. The turkey steak seemed a bit watery (everyone should think about the possibility of liquid seasoning and water in products - I refer you to the first paragraph of my review). I don't eat the bacon anyway, so there is no review here. Fries are standard. Two sauces are served with the dishes. A "Tsatziki" variant (convenience product) that you could certainly make yourself with little effort and a red, spicy sauce that tastes reminiscent of puszta sauce or a combination of Texicana salsa with puszta elements and the hot chili paste that we all know from the kebab around the corner (I'm referring purely to the taste, not to any possible production!) All dishes are carefully prepared and presented with craftsmanship. The low price for so much meat and side dishes is explained when you combine production through the use of convenience products with good kitchen organization and is therefore also durable. For the good-bourgeois walk to the Croatian, “you can do that.” But it should be clear to everyone that at such a price you cannot expect top quality with stars. Nevertheless, the owner and his staff do everything right as far as possible - otherwise it wouldn't always be full and well attended. During my stay, guests were sent home again because everything was fully booked and reserved on a Saturday evening. If it is too loud or too cold in the store, you can easily order the dishes and then pick them up in the store. So overall 3 out of 5 stars.

We were there with 9 people. The waiter in charge was very attentive. The drinks came quickly and reliably. The price-performance ratio and the food were top. Meat fried to perfection, vegetables crispy. There's nothing to complain about. The interior is older, but that didn't bother me. We felt comfortable and the mood was good. Overall, highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

A restaurant with family charm. We were there with our 1.5 year old son and he was treated so well, he really had fun flirting with the ladies and gentlemen 🤭 Mirko is a great host. We really enjoy going there for dinner. The food is large enough and arrives hot. If you ever have a problem, it will be solved immediately.

Is it too much to ask to also record your absences on Google? Well, I could have called to see if it was really open... so I just walked 2km from the hotel for free. Edit: Apparently the owner can answer directly via Google and assume convenience to me, but keeping the data up to date at the same time apparently isn't possible... And with a 20-minute walk for free, I still think the rating is fair. With over 1,000 reviews and direct reactions from the owner on Google, you should be able to rely on the information on Google!

Because of my birthday, I went to the restaurant with my wife, our daughter-in-law and our son to have a delicious meal. We had reserved and got a table in the front outside area. Hello, yesterday we had dinner in Dubrovnik with 5 people at 6:30 p.m. 5 stars on everything! Top service, and the “Dubrovnik” plate for 2 people. surpassed everything. The other plate dishes were also 1A!!! Short and good: Perfect in all! We would like to spend our next birthday eating here too. Greetings from Friedrichskoog Fam.Z.
