Delicious food and nice service

Gosh. I haven't been there for tens of years and was pleasantly surprised yesterday. Scampi were super delicious, your Metaxa sauce, a dream!!!! Aside from the fact that we know each other, the service was super friendly, accommodating and super fast despite the heavy influx of guests. Thanks!!! We would be happy to visit you again.

Now let's be honest. I have never enjoyed such a delicious Metaxa sauce (unfortunately the kitchen didn't want to release the recipe). Amazingly delicious food. Top service. Absolutely recommended 👍👍👍👍

We discovered the Dorfkrug by chance and have enjoyed going there ever since. “Eat like with Greek friends :-)” probably sums it up best. The food is always freshly prepared - so there may be a short wait on a busy day. Theo and his team always have an eye for the guests.

Friendly welcome from the waitress salad and fries and tamamaris delicious! Gyros burnt down and therefore a pile, including a lamb cutlet that only consisted of fat and bifsteki that fell apart! We wanted to change the order beforehand, but the food came to the table after just 5 minutes, strange! Ingredients were charged twice! It's good that they're looking for a new chef and maybe a new supplier too! Also maybe change the smell of nicotine, but that's probably difficult with bowling alleys! After that the innkeeper wasn't exactly friendly! Do better, do much better! There used to be good music, rock and pop, now it's annoying pop hits!

Conclusion: Very friendly and fast service. The food was very tasty and sufficiently portioned. Price/performance ratio absolutely okay. We'd love to come back again. We took advantage of Good Friday and were guests at the Dorfkrug in the evenings. The first impression after entering the restaurant is reminiscent of a typical 80s pub with a group of men at the counter. But this impression disappears very quickly after we sat down at a beautifully set table in the next room. The very friendly service was there quickly and provided us with food and drink menus. Although it was busy, she took her time when ordering and responded to all individual requests. Our starter, tzatziki with bread, was served relatively quickly. The tzatziki tasted very tasty and was freshly prepared. The various main courses were served relatively quickly after the starter. In our opinion, the portions were sufficiently portioned and we were all full. For dessert, our son had Kaiserschmarrn, which is also highly recommended.

This was our first time eating there and we really enjoyed it. The portions were sufficient and hot. The waiting time after ordering wasn't very long, the service was great and very friendly. We were very satisfied with everything and would like to come back. I would recommend booking a table for a visit. So when you visit.... Bon appetit 😊

A super quaint restaurant that is always worth stopping by. We bowl here with the family and always have fun and perfect service. We are happy to be able to come here and can recommend it to everyone.

Food was once again super good. Since I have already eaten here both with and without a voucher book, I can say that the size of the portions does not differ. Price performance is completely okay. There was also time for a nice chat with the owner. The ouzo at the end is de rigueur here. I can only recommend the restaurant and will definitely not stop by often.

The food is delicious and every special request is catered for. Service is polite, courteous and attentive. Ambience: You feel very comfortable. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. Great team keep it up!!

We had a Christmas party there in a room separate from the restaurant. As soon as I walked in I smelled nicotine and thought it was the smell from 10 years ago. There was also a smell of nicotine in the next room. The food was ordered a week in advance and it still didn't work for everyone to be served quickly and at the same time. The food was OK, but not at all remarkable for the price. The young waiter who provided the drinks was impeccable, very committed and funny. When we went into the restaurant to pay, it smelled even more like nicotine. There were a few customers sitting at the bar and some were smoking. Impossible and annoying that something like this still exists!

Nun. Wo ich die Preise gesehen hab hab ich gedacht nicht schlecht . Aber dann kam der Kellner mit den Tellern um die Ecke. Da war mir klar warum. Es war nicht günstig sondern dem Preis angepasst. Eben halt für den kleinen Hunger. Aber war lecker.

For an evening meal there's nowhere better

War gestern abend im Dorfkrug Essen, entlich wieder draußensitzen. Und was soll ich sagen ,der Gyros war hervorragend und der Dorfkrugsalat, von meiner Frau, war auch sehr lecker. Dazu ein schön" gezapftes ". Serviert von einem nettem Personal. Bis bald.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, man kann draußen sitzen oder drinnen, es gibt Bolten Alt und sehr leckeren Ouzo das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr Freundlich. Parkplatz vor der Tür, gute Busverbindung😃👍🔝

Waren heute zum ersten Mal mit den Schwiegereltern essen und sind total begeistert !!! Sehr sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal !!!! Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet und unfassbar lecker !!!!! Es gibt eine Spielecke für Kinder und das Restaurant selber ist schön gestaltet und einladend !!!!!!! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen !!!!!!!!!!

Sehr gemütlich, leckeres Essen. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Liegt gegenüber dem Sportplatz am Sportfeld. Und in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bushaltestelle.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Gyros und Bifteki sind absolut empfehlenswert. Die Salate sind auch reichlich und gut. Preislich für die heutige Zeit noch sehr bodenständig. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und schnell. Gerne wieder

Wir waren Mi 6 Personen dort essen. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service toll und das zu fairen Preisen. Super Gänskarte.

Servicepersonal super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und außerordentlich frisch. Ich bin selten so freundlich und offenherzig bei meinem ersten Besuch in einem Lokal bedient worden. Ganz großes Lob! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Wir gehen öfter im Dorfkrug essen und bestellen auch häufiger. Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden! Geschmacklich einfach nur top. Die Portionen sind ordentlich. Super finden wir auch die neue Speisekarte, dort wird zu einem geringeren Preis auch eine kleinere Portion angeboten. Vegetarische Gerichte sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Für uns ein weiterer Pluspunkt :) Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Und das Personal ist total freundlich und aufmerksam. Auf Sonderwünsche wird immer eingegangen.

Gyrosteller bestellt. Fleisch war gut. Pommes noch kross, Salat lecker. Leider fehlte tzatziki ( muss separat gekauft werden). Schade, dass es nicht incl ist.

Ich kannte den Dorfkrug von früher. Jetzt aber mit neuer Leitung ist er wirklich etliche Ligen aufgestiegen! Wir haben eine schönen Abend mit reichlichen Portionen dort verbracht!

I’m in Heiligenhaus with my brother and father to join the Medica 2021. We was looking for a place to eat and we found this restaurant near our apartment. The food is really good and there’s a lot variety of food available. The staff is amazing, nice and friendly and it’s is a pleasure to talk with them.

Wir waren zu 4 Essen am Abend. Wir hatten jeweils reserviert, da es in Pünderich nicht so viel Auswahl an Restaurants gibt. Wir waren hier 2 mal Essen während unseres Aufenthalts von 6 Tagen in Pünderich. Wir 4 waren waren uns einig, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Es ist ein Dorfkrug, welcher ein sehr gutes Essen, alles selbst gemacht und lecker, auf den Teller bringt. Der Salat vorweg ist sehr lecker und individuell.
