Very tasty food, served quickly, very friendly service, plenty of choice, very good card

Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. It took us 10-15 minutes to get told they didn't have any orange juice. Okay, that can happen. Then, half an hour later, we got the next piece of information: they'd run out of regular fries, only sweet potato fries. Shortly after, they came back, too. We had to wait quite a long time, which isn't the end of the world, but when a new member of staff keeps coming over and telling you something different that actually isn't available, it gets annoying. The next table was even served the wrong food after 45 minutes – "The chef must have made a mistake, sorry." And then having to wait for the right food on top of that… I honestly found that pretty unprofessional, especially for a restaurant in a location like that, where you expect something different. The food itself was okay. The salad was good, as were the potatoes (we were then offered different potatoes and double the amount of beef strips). The burgers were tasty, but the beef strips could have been seasoned better. The tarte flambée was dry; I wouldn't recommend it here.
