The waiter doesn't know how to speak English, you start saying what you want and you don't have time to make changes because they immediately started preparing and they don't listen to you, they don't have beer on the menu, sparkling water, glasses and if you ask for napkins you they give you paper towels and laugh at you. In the kebab there are ingredients that are not written on the menu and there are only vegetables in the kebab. The staff treats you in a threatening manner and everything is dirty. Furthermore they ask you to pay only cash. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

The decor of the place is interesting and adds character. Unfortunately, the main disadvantage is the inability to pay by card, which can be problematic, especially nowadays when many people do not carry cash. Overall, however, it is worth visiting this place.

Great location and a flavorful wrap at Teras. I was curious to see how döner is made in Berlin, so I gave it a try. While it tasted good, I can’t call it a true "dürüm döner." Putting garlic-mayo sauce in a döner is a crime! A real döner kebab never has mayonnaise or stuff like that. Plus, the wrap was overloaded with salad, masking the flavors of the meat. Whether it’s döner, chicken, or sausage inside, you can barely tell the difference. For an authentic döner experience, I highly recommend trying it in Türkiye, where the flavors are pure and unmasked by unnecessary extras.

Hunger drove it in, meat wasn't crispy, all in all very overloaded and not a good meat to salad ratio, bread wasn't crispy but soft/mushy and nothing special in terms of taste.

Very tasty kebab. But.. Payment only in cash, which you will find out on site. Self-service, which in itself is not bad, as long as it is clear where to stand to place an order, for example. So you stand quite uncertainly in the crowd of people waiting to be picked up (?...) and you hope that the man behind the bar will pick you up and call you to place your order. You get one paper napkin with your order, which, considering the art of eating a kebab without harm, is definitely not enough. And there are no napkins on the tables/bar. Obviously, the restaurant is based on good kebab, and that's what it's all about, but at a small cost it could simply be better in all other respects.

During a week's stay in Berlin I came to eat here twice. Super kebab, delicious, plentiful, very tasty! The service isn't actually there because you have to wait at the counter for your orders but the preparation was very fast both times despite the many customers.
