A great kebab shop! The employees are all very friendly. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the kebab comfortably at the table. The location is really great, right behind the Mall of Berlin. We had three different kebabs (Box, Dürüm and Kebab) everything was great? Price performance fits. After 2 years we were here again. Unfortunately, things have slowed down significantly at all ends. The service is just annoyed and stressed. The portions have become significantly smaller. The quality isn't a disaster, but it's better. The kebab box is so super small! Really a shame!

5/5 delicious food, the only minus is the form of payment. You can only pay in cash. I definitely recommend it

The shop is very well attended because in the past it was often visited by politicians (near the Federal Council). However, the food is below average and the prices are above average. The shop hasn't been renovated in ages and is very old.

Very good kebab, we went there by chance, but came back by choice!!

The perfect kebab - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with a wonderful combination of fresh salad and aromatic meat. Every bite is a pleasure that pampers the senses. Just a little bit of happiness!

The doner restaurant that I always go to and am satisfied with... İskender Döner is a different world..

I took my time before writing anything. I have ordered 6 doner kebabs and 4 dürüm kebabs at different times of the day in the last few months and can now confidently say that I am very disappointed. The meat is often pre-cut in large quantities and waits under the spit, dripping with fat, to be used. Bread is often sticky and barely toasted, sometimes with so little topping that I was able to close the bread completely. All the dürum I tried were so thin that I could almost wrap my thumb and forefinger around them. The staff often seem so distracted by constant chatter between each other that you don't always get what you ordered... There is no love for the product still worked with passion. The whole thing seems like it's on an assembly line and you are processed accordingly. 20 years ago the shop was perhaps one of the better ones in Berlin....but unfortunately the owner missed out on keeping up with the times. What I got is far from Berlin's "best kebab." My conclusion: if you get hungry quickly and if you have no demands and too much money, you can eat there as long as the employees are having a good day. But on the whole, the offerings/quality are rather in the lower, average range. Personally, I won't spend any more money there because there are so many better kebabs in Berlin. It's a shame...because you could win legendary prizes at this location.

Ridiculous hype. Waited 15 minutes to be able to place an order at all, with 3 people in front of me. Zero service. They probably don't want any more customers. Bye!

I just picked up my kebab. I just wanted to bite into my kebab. Suddenly a worm crawled out of the kebab and of course I immediately went to the owner. He was also very unfriendly, if not aggressive, so I would have preferred to give 0 stars.

The kebab there is delicious. The size is manageable. Price/performance is good. There is only a deduction for the extremely dirty toilets.

I ate here eight months ago and it was ok, but today it was subpar. The best kebab shop in town, I'm not laughing, not for me. For a kebab shop that is supposed to be the best in Berlin, the kebab is below average. The meat wasn't crispy, the sauce didn't taste like anything, the salad had no taste, the bread was ok, at least I could taste the sesame seeds. The meat is filled less and less and is only allowed to feel the flames of the “grill” for a very short time. We've eaten much better kebabs there. What I also find strange is that the dishes on the menu say HALAL, but crurrywurst is sold. Who can guarantee me that the curry will be prepared on a different grill like the rest! Price-performance is not justified for this kebab, which costs €7. There are much better kebabs in Berlin. We do not recommend this kebab shop. You shouldn't rest on your (good) reputation, but rather offer good quality and filling, delicious kebabs at these prices. We will not visit this restaurant again. Service is ok, it's just like a snack bar, quick service, the atmosphere is good. I only give one star everywhere so that the average is not taken because the food is in the foreground. The employees use their gloves to checkout & eat, which doesn't quite fit.Hygiene!!! The toilets are ok for a snack. What still really bothers me is cash only, what time do we live in? Since the store already had it, look for the right provider and hardware. The tourists and Berliners would be happy. Okay, that's enough now. It's not my business. Thanks for reading.....

Tasty and fast service! As an American visiting Berlin for the first time I appreciated how patient the staff were with me.

Didn't taste at all, too fatty kebab meat. Despite asking, no ketchup was given on the fries. (appearances are deceiving)

I encountered some communication challenges due to language differences. The service style was different from what I'm accustomed to, as my plate was removed immediately after I finished eating!!!!!!! The ordering process was confusing. I made two orders and received two seperate receipts. When I requested one receipt, the boss appeared frustrated and did not assist... Regarding the food, I found the chicken burger to be......average..... The borek with beef didn't meet my expectations in terms of freshness and preparation....... It's worth noting that this place only accepts "cash payments", which may be inconvenient for some customers. Double check before ordering. Overall, my experience was not positive. I hope there will be a room for improvement in (customer service) and food quality.

It was a good doner, but not the best I've had. The lines can get pretty long, though I did get my food pretty quickly once I did get to place my order! Would eat here again on a slower day if I was in the area.

I came here for a video of the traveling masses. The kebab and fries are very tasty and the prices are fair compared to the portion they give you. The attention goes without saying because the elderly person serving at the counter is very friendly. If you come here I recommend it, it will be the best kebab you will find in Berlin

The kebab was cold and the döner was like munching on a forest with how much salad etc. it had, the line was long and slow, service was mediocre (rude turks), drinks were warmer than the feeling this place gave me.

Great price-performance ratio. They did a fantastic job with the fries and the burger looked great and tasted great too. You can absolutely understand why the store has such a good rating! The toilets were clean and in good condition. The ambience was okay, music wasn't too loud, but tables weren't cleaned regularly. But that's the only thing that struck me as negative. All in all, highly recommended!

Doner kebab was delicious and the best I have eaten so far

Been in Germany for 2 days and have already been here twice. I've tried the Döner menu and La Menü and it was beyond delicious! Wait time ain't too bad and the staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend. If you're traveling from the states and you don't speak German or don't feel comfortable speaking it, they speak English as well.

According to the doner restaurant, the indoor and outdoor seating areas are nice, the meat and ingredients are plentiful, but the sauce is so much that it overpowers the taste of the meat, the doner kebabs are ground meat, they can pour a little less sauce. There are toilets. Rotary menu 11.5€.

Poor place considering the selection for gluten-free food. The person who worked there was also not up to date on what gluten was.

This shop boasts of being voted the best kebab in Berlin in 2022 on a notice in the shop. That was two years ago. In 2024 we will rest on our laurels. If this is the best kebab in Berlin, well. Ok, what do I know? I come from the province, but in our small town (population 200t) the best kebab bakes his own bread, he also bakes his dürum in the oven himself (that's why you have to wait until it's freshly baked), he makes his own sauce. Things look different here. Dürum kebab was ordered. At a proud price. A pre-made wrap as a basis, the usual filling, pre-cooked meat, briefly in the sandwich toaster. The service was friendly, accommodating. The food so-so. You can tell that the wrap isn't fresh, it tastes like it came out of a bag from a discount store. The sauce is very ketchup-like. Conclusion: nothing special. You can save money, especially at that price.

After 3 days of therapeutic fasting, this was supposed to be my break of the fast. But instead of a delight, the kebab was a clear disappointment. Too bad
