We were friends with 9 people in the Alte Bergbahn and I think I can say that we were all very satisfied. Small "drops of bitterness" clouded the result: Upon request, there were also senior portions for some dishes, mentioning this on the menu would be helpful. The restaurant was busy, the staff was a bit overworked at times, but very friendly and accommodating. The wheat beer was not served in the "classic" glasses. The seating was a bit tight for 9 people. The toilet door was not only difficult to move, but also completely warped and could only be opened and closed with force. Something like this should be noticed during cleaning and fixed. I'd love to come back again. ADDENDUM: According to reports in the Lvokalpresse (WZ and Rundschau), the restaurant is permanently closed (unfortunately).

We were guests here with friends. We were the only guests. That made us slightly suspicious. The waitress was solely responsible for the kitchen and service. After a short conversation, the order was taken. The drinks were on the table quickly. The food also came very quickly. Quality of the food is OK, but not amazing. But the fries were exactly as they should be. Simply delicious. The atmosphere was more like a pub than a restaurant. Prices are ok.

We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday there in February with over 50 young people. We had booked the all-round carefree package with all drinks, service and final cleaning. We provided the food ourselves and some with catering. But you can also just rent the room, which is equipped with a music system, great lighting and a projector. Room rent is partially taken into account in the carefree package. We had a great celebration and would do it there again and again. All the staff and the owners are very friendly.

All perfect and good value of money. Plenty of seats. Served buffet with many variety of main dishes and dessert.
