You should inform the health department! Cross contamination! Ordered Dürüm, only with meat (due to allergy) Ate and bit nicely on a small piece of tomato and lettuce at the bottom! Cola 95% water, didn't taste even a hint of cola! Fries old and soggy Meat was ok but far too little for the price! There was no receipt and nothing was recorded, so you should take a closer look! Definitely the worst store in the Centro in Germany!

Unfortunately the quality of the kebab was very poor. The meat was barely cooked, the lettuce color looked strange, and overall the taste was disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place

I ate here with my son and totally regret it. 2 Dürüm menus for 28 euros. The dürüm was only lukewarm and overflowing with salad but my son and I had very little meat. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it and had to leave the food in the middle. The service was non-existent. My son had to think about the meat and the question about sauce for a moment. After a few seconds they just wanted to decide for him. That doesn't work. Wasn’t the customer even king? And a child just has to think a little longer.

Hello zsm, I was in Westfile Center today, August 15th, 2024. After shopping, I wanted to quickly grab something to eat. I decided on a kebab and stood in line. Placed my order (kebab with veal and vegetables). When it was my turn, I was asked what kind of meat I wanted and I said veal. My bread wasn't even in the toaster for a minute and it was taken straight out. I was a bit suspicious but didn't say anything. AND THEN…. If he throws the meat in without putting sauce on it first. So I said no, can you put the sauce in first! Then the kebab man started arguing with me. And says yes, that's how they do it! He refused to make my order the way I would like it. The kebab looked really rancid, no one can eat it like that. After a lot of back and forth, they gave me my money back and told me to go and order somewhere else. The employees are so unfriendly, I'll never go there again.

The kebab isn't bad, but it's too expensive for what you get. The employees themselves are also less friendly and it seems as if they just want to put together the kebabs as quickly as possible without paying any attention to the customers. I have no idea how you can sell something like that, so I've never experienced anything like that. Never eaten such a bad kebab box and for €9. Simply give chicken leftovers that are at the end of the skewer and are not sold. Simply slap sauce on top that is still completely liquid. No recommendation

I ordered a kebab plate XL (12 EUR) and a Fanta. The kebab meat is made from a very simple minced skewer. The fries were undercooked and the tzatziki was very watery. All in all, you can save yourself the dishes if you get such poor quality. I really can't recommend it in this form.

We had a kebab and a kebab plate, the meat tasted like rubber and was hardly edible. The fries are not properly frozen because some of them are still frozen. Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing! The service was very hectic and unfriendly. Instead of chicken I got lamb, which I don't like at all, but it wasn't taken back or exchanged. Tzatziki was a simple yogurt sauce. You got the finished kebab within 1 minute. The bread was not warmed and the meat had already been cut and was no longer so warm. Everything was carelessly packed into the bread and thrown in front of your nose. And then at that price... Not again!

Habe mir für heute Mal ein Döner Menü gegönnt in der Westfield CentrO Oase. Kostenpunkt 12€... Döner Brot sehr dünn was ja gut ist, aber leider nicht knusprig..... Für 12€ erwarte ich mehr Inhalt was Dönerfleisch betrifft...statt dessen Geizt man hier mit dem Fleisch und packt den gleich mit viel Gemüse zu damit der Döner für den Kunden voll aussieht.... Pommes soweit okay.. Dönerfleisch leider etwas zu ubersalzen......Punkto Freundlichkeit Mitarbeiter sehr ungeduldig geben nicht die Zeit was zu entscheiden etwas mehr lächeln im Gesicht wäre nicht verkehrt zu den Kunden ....von daher ein Daumen runter von mir.....das die Standgebühr für den Döner laden nicht Grad günstig ist mir auch bewusst aber man Geizt nicht so mit dem Fleisch rum....Wenn ich ein Gemüse Döner haben wollte wäre ich eine Ecke weiter gelaufen..... bitte Mal an der Freundlichkeit und am Produkt arbeiten der Kunde soll ja wieder kommen.

Auch heute wieder im CentrO gewesen und beim Dönerhouse den Dönerteller geholt. Super schneller Service, Teller rappelvoll und super lecker. Gerade das Kalbfleisch ist einfach der Hammer, Salat etc auch super frisch.

Wir sind oft im Centro unterwegs und bevorzugen hauptsächlich Döner House weil es einfach schmeckt!!Eins der leckersten Döner und Chicken Döner überhaupt. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Alles topp!! Es ist traurig das jmnd mit großer Reichweite den Laden schlecht redet, nur weil man auf seinen extra Wunsch nicht eingegangen ist,.::: dass dann seine Follower meinen auch alle negativ bewerten zu müssen… . Aber bei der Qualität zahlt man das auch gerne. Das einzige Manko ist die Sitz Möglichkeit. Wenn die Oase voll ist , dann wird es schwer einen Tisch zu finden.

Bester Döner Laden kenne ihn durch mein Vater und den besitzer kannte er auch es ist ein sehr tolles Geschäft freue mich jedesmal wenn ich da bin
