I'm genuinely shocked at how unfriendly the staff is. In all my years of eating, this kebab shop in Centro is the worst. I don't even want to start with the service because it's simply awful, and the staff were so rude that I lost my appetite. If you value service, then this place isn't for you.

The meat was tasteless and undercooked. Absolutely inedible. The store took the food back without comment and without offering me anything. Absolutely outrageous for €15. For the first time in my life, I threw away food after one bite. It wasn't worth the stomachache.

I got food poisoning afterward! Absolutely the worst durum I've ever eaten! The bread and meat were raw, far too expensive for such poor quality. Everyone was very unfriendly, and hygiene is a foreign concept. IT SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!

The XL doner kebab was nicely filled with meat. We'll be back next time.

Hello, I ate there today and ordered a kebab box with salad. Hmm, there wasn't salad in the box, just fries. I tried to complain, but the staff were totally unfriendly and completely unwilling to take criticism. The staff even yelled at me that they always come with fries. But the menu says with salad OR fries. I understand the difference between the "or" and the "or." The staff apparently don't. Never again. The unfriendliness alone is enough for me.

Great value for money for the Centro...very friendly staff...the veal kebab is a dream...large portions...everything fresh and clean...nice cold Coke...

All the employees had long, unkempt beards and were constantly scratching their beards with their bare hands – and then prepared the food without gloves or handwashing. The food was raw, cold, and clearly served without any hygiene practices. I even found hair in the food and saw the staff handling the ingredients with dirty hands. When I politely pointed out these hygiene deficiencies, I was simply brushed off in a rude and aggressive manner. This place is not only unprofessional, but a real health hazard. Avoid at all costs! The health department should be contacted urgently.

An absolute disgrace for €9. The "Dürüm" was an outrage: The bread was as dry as cardboard, the sauce was a tasteless joke, and the meat had the consistency of moist Styrofoam. I've rarely been served anything so disgusting. After two bites, the whole thing ended up where it belonged—in the trash. Never again.

The food is served without gloves. Even the insides of the glasses for my drink of choice are touched – covered in grease! The employee was very aggressive towards me when I pointed out why she wasn't wearing gloves. Her response was, "If you don't like it, then leave!" – What a disgrace!

The doner kebabs were prepared with absolutely no love, tasted bland, and the meat was by far some of the worst I've ever eaten. The service also left a lot to be desired: very unfriendly staff and an owner who, unfortunately, was equally rude. My simple request for a cup to go with the two bottles of Coke I ordered was met with the simple answer: "I can't give you that, it'll cost me money." – even though I had already ordered drinks. That's no way to treat customers. I can only recommend that everyone not order food there.

I had the most terrible donor experience at this place. If you ever want to try the worst donor in Germany, go to this place. The donor rap that I took was uncooked and when I went to ask them if this is cooked or not because I’m not used to eat those kind of food they were looking at me like I have asked half of their property and the entire shop. They made me feel very hostile at that place and everybody was looking at me in a very negative manner. There was only one guy who offered that he could make another donor for me, but that only added more pressure to all the other employees over there.

I was at the Döner House in Centro Oberhausen on a shopping Sunday. At around 2:00 p.m. the center was busy, but the order was still taken and executed quickly. I had the doner plate XL for 14.00 euros. The side salad was quite tasty, and the fries were average. Unfortunately I didn't like the veal. It was sliced ​​very thinly, not very much and the taste was rather neutral, to put it mildly. I've definitely eaten much better kebabs there. Overall unfortunately disappointing.

I ate here with my son and totally regret it. 2 Dürüm menus for 28 euros. The dürüm was only lukewarm and overflowing with salad but my son and I had very little meat. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it and had to leave the food in the middle. The service was non-existent. My son had to think about the meat and the question about sauce for a moment. Hello zsm, I was in Westfile Center today, August 15th, 2024. After shopping, I wanted to quickly grab something to eat. I decided on a kebab and stood in line. Placed my order (kebab with veal and vegetables). When it was my turn, I was asked what kind of meat I wanted and I said veal. My bread wasn't even in the toaster for a minute and it was taken straight out. I was a bit suspicious but didn't say anything. AND THEN…. If he throws the meat in without putting sauce on it first. So I said no, can you put the sauce in first! Then the kebab man started arguing with me. And says yes, that's how they do it! He refused to make my order the way I would like it. The kebab looked really rancid, no one can eat it like that. After a lot of back and forth, they gave me my money back and told me to go and order somewhere else. The employees are so unfriendly, I'll never go there again.
