Die Dönerfachverkäufer sind dort immer extrem hektisch, unverständlich und sehr unfreundlich. Trotzdem schmeckt mir der Döner dort gut.

Katastrophe, mega unfreundlich, können nicht mit Stress umgehen, gehen nicht auf deren Gäste ein . Man kann sich nicht mal in ruhe aussuchen was man essen will, man hat uns nicht ausreden lassen. NIE WIEDER!!!!!!!!!!! SO GEHT MAN NICHT MIT GÄSTEN UM.

Es ist sehr klein und schmutzig der Döner schmeckt schrecklich dar war ein Haar drin es stinkt so wie als wohnt der Abfluss persönlich da

Wir haben Dönerteller gegessen, das Fleisch war trocken, sehr fettig und geschmacklich fad. Da hab ich für das Geld schon deutlich besseres Dönerfleisch gegessen. Das Gemüse bekommen die geliefert. Die Qualität des Salats war grenzwertig.

Bei der Essensbestellung wird man aufmerksam gefragt, was man genau möchte, zum Beispiel Hähnchen oder Kalbfleisch, oder welche Salatzutaten man bevorzugt oder nicht. Ich habe hier köstlich gegessen, und das Essen war fast sofort nach der Bestellung fertig. Die Portionen sind außerdem riesig; man bekommt hier wirklich etwas für sein Geld! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Dürüm bestellt und ausdrücklich ohne Zwiebeln verlangt, trotzdem waren Zwiebeln drin. Außerdem bestand der Dürüm fast nur aus Kraut und Fleisch, mit sehr wenig Soße. Leider enttäuschend.

Schlechtester und trockenster Döner den ich jemals gegessen hab. Wir waren zu dritt hier und haben alle gesagt das wir den Döber mit allem drauf haben wollen. Kein einzige von uns hat Soßen bekommen und dann kostet der noch 9 Euro. Die Mitarvketer waren genau so trocken wie der Döner

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Für mich ganz klar einer der besten Döner. Freundliches Personal, exakte Fragen zum Belag (Tzatziki, Salat, scharf etc.). Alles wirkt frisch und das Fleisch genauso gegart und gewürzt wie es für mich sein soll. Ich bin jedes Mal absolut zufrieden und freue mich auf den nächsten CentrO Besuch, damit ich dort wieder einen Döner essen kann.

Ich habe heute Hartweizen von diesem Laden gekauft und schreibe diese Bewertung mit Durchfall. Ich sitze schon fast eine halbe Stunde auf der Toilette und mein Bauch schmerzt immer noch! Die haben mich vergiftet, verdammt nochmal! KAUFT HIER NICHTS!

Wir fanden den Döner richtig lecker. Das Fleisch ist so lecker gewürzt und Salat ist mega frisch. Ich persönlich finde die Soßen und der Service könnten besser sein. Alles ist immer sehr hektisch.

Wir haben uns dort jeweils eine Lahmachun Döner mit Hähnchenfleisch geholt. Was soll ich sagen, sowas schlechtes haben wir seit langem nicht gegessen. Das Fleisch war völlig geschmacklos und mit zahlreichen Knorpeln versehen. Kein Essvergnügen. Der Preis schon eine Unverschämtheit bei der Qualität. Nett und freundlich war das Personal leider auch nicht. Hauptsache der Kunde ist schnell abgefertigt und wieder weg! Daumen runter. Nein danke!👎🏻

Der schlechteste Pressfleischteller den ich jemals "genießen" durfte .. Das Fleischähnliche war total wabbelig und fettig , das "zaziki" eine verwässert joghurtsauce .. total flüssig.. und die pommes matschig sobald sie auf dem Teller landen .. durchweg ein enttäuschendes Geschmackserlebnis auf das man für den preis gut und gerne verzichten kann

Ich und mein Sohn haben uns gestern dort eine türkische Pizza geholt mit Fleisch und Sauce. Nach wenigen Bissen konnten wir dies schon gar nicht mehr essen, weil es einfach nur matschig und nicht lecker geschmeckt hat. Zudem haben wir auch Magenbeschwerden. Dort würde ich nie wieder einen Döner essen zumal die Preise auch relativ hoch sind für die Qualität

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen ! Wenn man ins Centro geht, dann weiß man in welchem Ambiente man essen wird. Die Jungs waren super freundlich. Das Essen war super frisch, heiß und lecker. Der Bestellvorgang hat keine drei Minuten gedauert und ich hatte eine große Portion, für einen Mann mehr als ausreichend, in der Hand. Ich kann die Jungs nur empfehlen.

Der Döner ist ok, allerdings finde ich ihn sehr teuer, Preis Leistung passt meiner Meinung nach nicht so ganz.

Das Essen war nicht gut. Das Essen vorallem das Fleisch war kalt und versalzen, die Soßen haben nur nach Wasser geschmeckt. Der Salat war teilweise auch schon braun und hart. Eines von den Kindern hatte einen Dürum der beim auspacken sofort auseinander gefallen ist, selbst das Brot drum herum war total roh. Vom äußeren Eindruck sieht es schon echt beengend aus, wenn man sieht wie 6 Leute auf einer kleinen Fläche hin und her rennen. Man merkt dass es dort nur hastig zu geht und das Essen nicht mit Liebe zu bereitet wird. Leider können wir als Familie dazu nur sagen dass die Enttäuschung sehr groß hier nach war. Das Fleisch war versalzen, verwürzt. Die Soße hat keinen Eigengeschmack. Das schlimmste war, dass sich Knochenreste im Fleisch befanden 🤮. Habe leider nicht vorher nicht auf die Bewertungen geschaut, begeht bitte nicht den gleichen Fehler.

Personal war sehr unfreundlich und hetzend das essen war ungesalzen und auch kalt. Der dönnermann war auch sehr sparsam mit der Soße und fragte nicht nach ob ich eventuell Salat haben möchte und hatten danach Bauchschmerzen nicht zu empfehlen

Freundlich ja aber essen katastrophal

Gestern habe ich einen XL Döner mit Hähnchen gekauft- der war ziemlich groß, gut gefüllt, frisch und super gewürzt. Zudem arbeiten die Herren mega schnell und sind freundlich. Der Laden hat definitiv eine bessere Bewertung verdient.

Alle die hier meckern sollen mal weiter ihren Glutamatmüll weiterlesen! Döner und Dönerteller waren frisch und sehr lecker. Einzig der Preis ist ein bisschen. Zu hoch, aber im centro ist nix günstig.

Ich habe heute zum zweiten Mal hier gegessen und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich den negativen Bewertungen nicht zustimmen kann. Der Döner war jetzt nicht außergewöhnlich toll, aber deutlich besser als viele andere, die ich bereits gegessen habe. Der Salat und alle weiteren Zutaten waren frisch. Was mir fehlte, war die Soße im Brot. Es gab nur oben drauf eine Kelle. Preislich liegt es im höheren Bereich - da aber mittlerweile alles teuer ist und es im Centro ist - ist es wohl noch akzeptabel. Zum Service kann ich nichts sagen. Mein Döner wurde ganz normal zusammengestellt und mehr Kontakt hatte ich mit dem Personal nicht.

Leider ist das Essen schlecht. Das Fleisch schmeckt nach nichts. Das Brot ist total labbrig. Der Döner wird in hektischer Stimmung lieblos zubereitet. Das einzig Gute ist, dass es sehr schnell ging und beim geschmacklosen Fleisch nicht gespart worden ist.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Der Döner war kalt und sowohl der Salat als auch die Soßen waren teilweise gefroren. Ich habe Cola Zero bestellt, bekam jedoch normale Cola. Als ich das angesprochen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass das Getränk bereits eingeschenkt worden sei. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung und daher nicht empfehlenswert.

Es hat furchtbar geschmeckt, einfach nur widerlich. Das Personal war respektlos.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Für mich ganz klar der beste Döner, den man hier in NRW essen kann! Das Personal ist immer freundlich, der Service schnell und professionell. Ich bin jedes Mal absolut zufrieden. Alles ist frisch, lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet. Ganz ehrlich: Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht verstehen. Meine Erfahrungen hier waren durchweg positiv und konstant gut. Wer einen richtig guten Döner sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

I ordered a doner box and was served quickly despite the large crowd. I've been there several times and have always been satisfied. Some of the staff can even serve Arabic customers in Arabic, which I found to be a nice touch. I paid €9 for the small doner box in Advent 2025. Next time, though, I'll get the larger one; I wasn't quite full, even though I was hungry 😅. I've always been able to get a seat close by, since I'm often there alone.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Rude and irritated behavior towards customers. The food was cold, and they didn't ask if you wanted donor or chicken. It looked disgusting. You had to pay immediately without properly completing your order. Donor box provided. You could count the fries on one hand.

Aside from the prices, which I consider exorbitant, I wasn't even properly asked today what ingredients I wanted in my doner kebab. The order was assembled very hastily, without any consideration for individual requests. After I pointed out that I didn't want a particular ingredient, I was treated rudely and even accused of being dishonest – the reason for this remains unclear to me. Furthermore, the preparation seemed rather uninspired, which further spoiled my appetite.

There are six of them chilling in a 12 square meter space. There's one employee who's only there to put sauce on the kebabs and one who's only there for drinks. The kebab was a 2.25/10. The meat wasn't that tasty and there was no sauce left at the bottom for the last five or so bites. They were weird too, giving me a fork for my kebab and my colleague a chip that he didn't order (actually a plus point). The price of €11.60 for a (very small) kebab and a drink is pretty steep. I wouldn't recommend it. We also had to spend what felt like 20 minutes looking for a crappy place to sit.

Service was rushing me through even though I was the only one in line, acted like I should know the ins and outs of a store I've never even been to in my life. Hello, I ate there today and ordered a kebab box with salad. Hmm, there wasn't salad in the box, just fries. I tried to complain, but the staff were totally unfriendly and completely unwilling to take criticism. The staff even yelled at me that they always come with fries. But the menu says with salad OR fries. I understand the difference between the "or" and the "or." The staff apparently don't. Never again. The unfriendliness alone is enough for me.

All the employees had long, unkempt beards and were constantly scratching their beards with their bare hands – and then prepared the food without gloves or handwashing. The food was raw, cold, and clearly served without any hygiene practices. I even found hair in the food and saw the staff handling the ingredients with dirty hands. When I politely pointed out these hygiene deficiencies, I was simply brushed off in a rude and aggressive manner. This place is not only unprofessional, but a real health hazard. Avoid at all costs! The health department should be contacted urgently.

An absolute disgrace for €9. The "Dürüm" was an outrage: The bread was as dry as cardboard, the sauce was a tasteless joke, and the meat had the consistency of moist Styrofoam. I've rarely been served anything so disgusting. After two bites, the whole thing ended up where it belonged—in the trash. Never again.

The food is served without gloves. Even the insides of the glasses for my drink of choice are touched – covered in grease! The employee was very aggressive towards me when I pointed out why she wasn't wearing gloves. Her response was, "If you don't like it, then leave!" – What a disgrace!

The doner kebabs were prepared with absolutely no love, tasted bland, and the meat was by far some of the worst I've ever eaten. My simple request for a cup to go with the two bottles of Coke I ordered was met with the simple answer: "I can't give you that, it'll cost me money." – even though I had already ordered drinks. I had the most terrible donor experience at this place. If you ever want to try the worst donor in Germany, go to this place. The donor rap that I took was uncooked and when I went to ask them if this is cooked or not because I’m not used to eat those kind of food they were looking at me like I have asked half of their property and the entire shop. They made me feel very hostile at that place and everybody was looking at me in a very negative manner. There was only one guy who offered that he could make another donor for me, but that only added more pressure to all the other employees over there.

Too much salad, not enough meat. It's good for beginners in vegan cooking, but not for someone who wants to eat a regular kebab.

When I wanted to write my review, I first read through the others and was shocked at how many negative reviews there are here. I can only rate the normal kebab (veal) and it was brilliant. It's the 4th time in a row that I've been there and the staff is quick and friendly. Delicious, friendly 5 stars 👍
