Döner Ali Schlutup in Lübeck

After ordering the vegetarian lahmacun several times, as advertised on the shop's website, my boyfriend went there yesterday and was told that all the lahmacuns they have are made with ground meat. 1. So why are you offering it? 2. You tell my boyfriend that others have already complained, but the dish is still available to order on the website. 3. You just say sorry, without offering any compensation or anything else, even though such a thing is legally considered consumer deception and can be reported to the consumer protection agency. Since the dish is still available to order even after our visit yesterday, I will now report this as well.

Delicious kebab, generous portions, and friendly service. One star deducted because it could be a bit juicier—otherwise, excellent!

It's supposed to be nice, but instead of €7.50, the guy charged me €9.50. And he didn't even flinch. The doner on the board says €7.50. And surprise! The price is higher for a stranger. 😉

Super fast and friendly service always happy

The ayran I received had mold in it and was inedible. On top of that, the kebab immediately gave me diarrhea. There was obviously something wrong with the products. Not recommended.

Best kebabs if you like it from behind! I go there sometimes with Stephan Petzold, and we argue about who gets to touch/play with the kebab skewer with Ali. Unfortunately, lately, Ali hasn't been as nice as he used to be.

It's declined considerably. Some of the products are homemade, and you can taste it. But the doner meat is just minced meat and shouldn't even be called a doner kebab. It's completely unacceptable. The staff are pretty unfriendly. It's as if you should be grateful to be allowed to buy a doner kebab. The price is quite high. And the drivers drive like crazy, endangering others. It's no longer relevant for me, even though I enjoyed eating there for many years. The doner kebab timeline, with the exception of a few gems in Germany, is going downhill.

The delivered meal (Turkish pizza and chili cheese nuggets) tasted good and was of decent quality. Unfortunately, my small extra request – a small bowl of hot sauce – was ignored. Instead, I received two portions of tartar sauce, which I consider too much for 12 nuggets. I think it's a shame that they unnecessarily delivered two portions of tartar sauce instead of responding to my clearly stated request for some hot sauce. In my opinion, this is not only inattentive but also a waste of food. Otherwise, the delivery was fine. They always deliver warm beer 🍺, so another point deducted.

The quality of the meat has declined a little, but otherwise everything is wonderful.

It used to be better. Still good, but definitely not the best. High, unjustified prices, but that's the case at almost all kebab shops these days. How good the products are depends on the service. I don't even bother going in to certain places. It's a real shame; you used to be really good. Back to the roots, please.

I've been going to Döner Ali for years

Completely unacceptable – never again! Despite the short distance to the restaurant, the food arrived cold and bland. But what really shocked us: tons of sauce and salad - but almost no meat! And at an overpriced price that is in no way justified. This is a rip-off and has nothing to do with quality. Anyone who treats their customers like this should not be surprised at criticism. Definitely the last time!

Beautiful, we ordered from you today April 12, 25 at 6 p.m. in Marli and I really just have to praise you, it was so delicious. The kebab bread was nice and crispy and it came nice and warm. Everything on the dürüm was perfect. Both were very well filled and the pizza bread with cheese was just great. The sauces also tasted great. All in all, it was just great. We'll be happy to order again and next time there'll be even more tips. The driver who brought us the food was also very personable and great friendly

Wrap dough used as Dürüm dough, Dürüm is really not recommended.

The burger a la kebab is very good, but not that cheap

I really enjoy eating the kebab at your place because it's just so delicious. I also took an ayran with me and noticed when I got home that it had been expired for two days and didn't taste that good anymore.

The quality of the food has decreased significantly. Falafel and Börek taste old and stale. Sauces are hardly filled. Food is often forgotten when delivering Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be.

You should call yourself Pizza Ali. You can do better, because the kebab is miserable - hardly any meat and more salad and sauce. Meat belongs in a kebab. If I want salad with sauce, I order it that way. It's a shame - and that's the case with every kebab. You make pizza very well

Our regular kebab. We've bought something there quite often and we've always been satisfied. (Kebab, Dürüm, Lahmacun, all highly recommended. Best combination: garlic and cocktail sauce. 😉)

Today I ate a kebab at my former regular kebab shop for the first time in a long time and I was disappointed. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated extremely. If I order a kebab with two sauces, I expect both sauces to be evenly distributed. Instead, just a sauce was smeared at the beginning, then the meat, then the second sauce - and that was it. In the end the kebab was pretty dry. Is this greed or intentional? In any case, no more recommendation from me.

We've never been left behind like this before. We stood in front of the counter for 15 minutes and none of the 4-5 employees agreed to take our orders. No hello no nothing. We left the store after 15 minutes without a sound. Yes, it was full, but that didn't stop anyone from at least taking the order.

4 minutes to get home and the food was cold. A lot of cabbage and little meat but a lot of money.

Top shop, even my freezer has found its new home there but something is wrong with the kebab meat, it tastes different than before but still the best kebab in Schlutup

Wow - super delicious, the sauce 👍 and baked with the cheese are super delicious. The best kebab plate I have ever eaten. I'll be back. Ordered and arrived within 9 minutes. 🥳 The new website turned out great (although not error-free). Finally with online payment. It tasted good too. So there are 5 stars from us again.

A hair was found in two out of three dishes ordered. I'm not even talking about meat. Apparently Lübeck really doesn't know what's good.

Definitely the best kebab in Schlutup!

We ordered various pizzas for over €60. When we picked up the pizzas there was neither a receipt nor were the pizzas edible. Actually all of the pizzas were way too cooked on top, dry and sometimes even burnt. The chef even knew this, so he was given a cola as a gift. What? So that's how you do it today? So in the future we will only get pizza/döner somewhere else.

Good kebab, but it could be even better. Unfortunately a bit expensive for a self-made skewer.

Eigentlich immer gut, aber der Ali Burger heute war völlig durchgeweicht. Das schmeckt gar nicht.

Schlutup's bester Laden...Konkurrenzlos überzeugend und die Preis sind auch Top.

Wir haben gestern das erste Mal hier bestellt; ein Döner und zwei Dürüm. Leider waren die Dürüm total trocken, viel zu wenig Soße und insgesamt war der Inhalt viel zu wenig. Gefühlt war mehr Dürüm als Inhalt vorhanden. Für acht Euro ein absoluter Fail. Der Döner war okay, wobei die Soße hier auch nicht wirklich verteilt wurde. Für den Preis lohnt sich ein Besuch nicht. Der Laden selber wirkt aber sehr interessant, sauber und modern. Schade, dass das Essen bei uns ein Reinfall war.

Die Gerichte sind zwar ein wenig teurer aber dafür auch immer lecker. Das Fleisch kann ich nicht bewerten aber die Falafeln sind sooo knusprig. Waren wirklich die besten Falafeldöner die ich je hatte. Das Brot ist knusprig und auch kein Standarddönerbrot. Echt toll. Wenn jetzt die Preise bitte mal chillen wäre alles super

Sehr leckeres Fleisch, gutes Saucen Angebot und frischer Salat. Lediglich die Falafel war leider tot frittiert und sehr trocken.

Der Laden ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Portionen sind sehr groß. Wir finden das ist der beste Döner in der Stadt.

Döner war okay, mit 6,50 Euro aber auch nicht mehr günstig. Das Publikum, die vor dem Imbiss ist laut. Es wird sich quer über die Tische draußen laut und rücksichtslos unterhalten.
