Update: I went back. This time it wasn't particularly good. The kebab and sauce were soggy. The meat wasn't cooked properly. The staff were lackluster. I won't be back. There are better kebabs out there.

I WAS a regular customer, now they quoted me the wrong price when I paid with my card and didn't inform me of any extra charges. Instead they told me to pay with cash next time because the card apparently charges fees. I am aware that the transaction has to be approved by the seller before it is debited. Despite this, they just pressed continue without giving me the option to choose a different payment method and I had to pay more than the actual purchase price. No apology, no insight. I have never experienced this before, this is fraud. I asked them to point this out in the future and then the young employee got loud and made hand gestures at me and insulted me. I do not recommend the store and the service is very, very poor. I would give it 0/5 stars if possible and will never visit the local store again. I will talk to people in the neighborhood about it and find out if anyone else has had any other negative experiences of this kind.

The food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. Both customers said they wanted to pay separately by card. The customer wasn't shown the terminal amount. I then asked if I could look at the display. He charged for two meals instead of separately. I can understand if you want to save on fees, but then you can ask the customer nicely for a sneaky approach. When he re-entered the information and I wanted to see the display, I was yelled at and told that I could just ask for the receipt. Absolutely unfriendly. I can't understand the 4-star rating at all. The food was okay, as I said, but the mayo containers were outside in 25-degree heat. I hope they were empty.

I ordered via Uber Eats and was unfortunately very disappointed. The doner kebab had an unpleasant aftertaste, and the meat wasn't cooked properly. The quality of the vegetable kebab was also subpar. The bread didn't seem fresh or homemade, and the sauce was very reminiscent of a simple ketchup mix, which negatively impacted the taste. Overall, the quality of the food was so poor that I vomited after eating it. A truly unsatisfying experience, so I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

Ordered two doner kebab boxes with double the meat from Wolt, both with more than two-thirds of the salad. Absolute rip-off, just because no one can complain. Never again from this place!!!!! Very poor service!

It was really good last time, but today I ordered around 5:00 PM on July 12, 2024: a big doner box with salad, extra meat and cheese, and a mango ayran. Outstanding kebab. Above all, the homemade bread is beyond reproach. In contrast to some user opinions, the meat was sufficient which reflects the quantity. Friendly and courteous employees who sometimes have a nice saying on their lips. A more than clear recommendation!

An older man with glasses gave me a kebab for €7 that had nothing special. The meat is cut thick and there is no mention of it being crispy. I think this kebab is overrated. Doesn't have to happen again.

Both the chicken döner and fries were excellent. The döner meat was so delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned and the fries simply checked all the boxes. I haven’t tried all the döners in the neighbourhood, but I have tried many and I may say that perhaps this place has the best tasting meat from all I’ve tried nearby.

Completely wrong order and paid way too much for it! Instead of Dürüm, a “doner kebab” was delivered without veal but rather a chicken patty (even small, even though I paid extra for more meat)! Instead of large fries I got terrible curry that tasted rancid! And my 1L Fanta wasn't delivered either because they simply didn't send anything!!!! ALSO, THE STORE IS 0 ACCESSIBLE PHONE NUMBER IS WRONG!!! The store is rubbish and should be abolished!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THERE!!!

What's wrong with your non-German speaking supplier?! He causes stress because he doesn't push the door open correctly and blames the customer. Really unpleasant person. Service looks different. Also: we ordered cherry ayran and got normal ayran. You should be able to do something as simple as that. Doner kebab lacks twice the meat. We paid €1 more for it. What kind of shop is this? Avoid him at all costs!

What a cruel service!!! We ordered 3 kebabs ONLY with double meat and sauce! What do we get? 3 kebabs with complete lettuce, onions and red cabbage. Paid over 30 euros including delivery fee and the children had to go to bed hungry!!! That's a really bad service! Can advise anyone not to order here!!! I actually really like the kebab here and have been a regular customer for years, but the prices are now absolutely outrageous. €7.50!!! I don't see why it's made of hack. It was still €7 in December and that was already too much. but now they are so cheekily raising prices. Sorry, but you can keep it. Price/performance is no longer right at all. I'm sorry, I would like to support but that's it.

Update: the owner is trying to challenge my review via Google and lawyers stuff, claiming that it is fake and I'm not a real customer. This says a lot about how they run their business. Instead improving the quality of their food and service, they are simply trying to wipe away the bad reviews... I've been here in May 2022. I've paid my order (falafel durum) with Lieferando, and I went there to collect it. The order was already paid via the platform, but the owner refused to give the order to me unless I paid in cash again. I told him that I already paid for it but he didn't care about it and he told me to eventually complain with the Lieferando customer service. I told him that if he doesn't accept orders with Lieferando he should deactivate it, his answer was very rude, and he basically said that he doesn't care and it's my bad because I didn't go directly to him. On top of that, the falafel durum was not good at all.

In meinem Fall liege ein Fake-Name vor und ich soll hier wohl nie Kunde gewesen sein. 1.) Es ist eine Abkürzung. ;-) 2.) Alter, ich hab hier 5 Jahre lang (2015 - 2020) im Haus nebenan gewohnt! Meine Bewertungen aus der Zeit beweisen klar, dass ich in dieser Gegend X Dönerläden durchprobiert habe und ja, eurer ist der schlechteste! Man wollte Nachweise von mir, dass ich hier mal gegessen habe. Klar doch, hebt ihr eure privaten Döner-Bons auch 7 Jahre lang auf??? Der Inhaber macht hier persönlich viele schlechte Rezensionen runter - ganz mieser Stil! Die Bewertung bleibt! Hat leider stark abgebaut. Immer wieder neues Personal, die meisten Angestellten verstehen kaum Deutsch und können daher wenig bis gar nicht auf individuelle Wünsche eingehen. Der Dönerspieß ist aus Formfleisch, nichts besonderes. Sorry aber im Umkreis gibt es genügend deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Das erste mal dort bestellt, das erste mal allgemein aus dem laden gegessen und bin super zufrieden, bin sehr penibel was Fleisch und allgemein neue Läden ausprobieren betrifft aber hier konnte ich es bedenkenlos essen, super schnelle Lieferung, super lecker, kann ich empfehlen.
