Domino's Pizza Wiesbaden Biebrich in Wiesbaden

Hatte gestern bestellt 2 Pizzen und einen Wrap. Erstens waren die Pizzen beide überhaupt nicht lecker und kalt. Zweitens war das Wrap überhaupt nicht mitgeliefert worden. Habe zweimal angerufen und zweimal wurde mir gesagt dass der Fahrer unterwegs ist. Es ist nichts gekommen und aus dem Grund kann das Domino´s Pizza in Wiesbaden Biebrich nicht empfehlen. Ich finde es überhaupt sehr unverschämt wie die Ganze Bestellung gehandhabt worden ist.

Ich war an einem Heißen Tag dort weil mir super schwindelig war und sie haben mir Essen und Trinken angeboten es war super lecker und überhaupt super toll das es so hilfsbereite Menschen gibt. Nur Gutes von mir.

Wir waren am Samstag zu Besuch in Wiesbaden und haben bei dieser Dominos Filiale Pizzen bestellt. Ich habe eine Tuna 32 mit extra VIEL Thunfisch und roten Zwiebeln bestellt. Die Lieferung war schnell. Bei der Tuna Pizza mit VIEL Thunfisch musste ich allerdings den Thunfisch mit der Pinzette und Lupe suchen, weniger Thunfisch geht wirklich nicht, und die Roten Zwiebeln waren schwarz und total verbrannt. 2 Sterne für die schnelle Lieferung.

Domino’s Wiesbaden überzeugt mit top Qualität und hervorragendem Geschmack – definitiv eine der besten Pizzen in Wiesbaden. Die Auswahl ist groß, die Zutaten sind frisch und die Lieferung ist schnell und zuverlässig. Perfekt für ein Mittagessen im Büro in Wiesbaden oder einen entspannten Abend zu Hause. Ich habe 50 € für zwei Salate, eine Pizza und ein Nudelgericht bezahlt. Die Salate bestanden nur aus Eisbergsalat mit etwas Parmesan und Soße – keine Tomaten, keine Gurken oder andere Zutaten. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass kein anderer Salat mehr da war. Das erklärt aber nicht, warum trotzdem der volle Preis berechnet wird. Die Pizza hat außerdem gar nicht geschmeckt und die Nudeln waren auch nicht in Ordnung. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Überlegt euch lieber fünf- oder sogar zehnmal, ob ihr dort wirklich bestellen wollt

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir haben heute bei Dominos Pizza bestellt und waren wirklich schockiert über die Qualität. Ich habe zwei Caesar-Salate bestellt, die jeweils über 10 Euro gekostet haben. Der Salat war alles andere als frisch – die Blätter waren bereits braun, es waren gerade einmal zwei kleine Cocktailtomaten enthalten und vielleicht drei bis vier kleine Stückchen Hähnchenfleisch. Dafür war der Salat voll mit Croutons. Für diesen Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel. Auch die restliche Bestellung war leider ein Reinfall. Die Pizza kam kalt an und die Nudeln waren ebenfalls kalt. Besonders unangenehm: Die Sahnesauce der Nudeln hat bereits säuerlich gerochen, sodass das Essen ungenießbar war. Wir mussten es letztendlich wegwerfen. Haben und dann zu dritt die Pizza geteilt die okay war. Ich habe daraufhin im Restaurant angerufen und das Problem geschildert. Mir wurde angeboten, einen neuen Salat zu liefern. Das habe ich jedoch abgelehnt, weil ich nach dieser Erfahrung kein neues Essen mehr wollte. Am Telefon wurde außerdem erwähnt, dass es heute sonntag ist keinen frischen Salat gibt – das erklärt für mich leider einiges. Ich habe nur angerufen, damit diese Information in der Küche weitergegeben wird. So eine Qualität darf einfach nicht an Kunden ausgeliefert werden. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend.

Nach 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten musste ich dann feststellen, dass der Lieferstatus einfach auf ‚geliefert‘ gesetzt wurde. Das bedeutet konkret: Man sitzt hungrig zu Hause, wartet geduldig und erfährt dann, dass die Bestellung weder storniert wurde noch irgendjemand es für nötig hielt, Bescheid zu geben, dass sie nicht angenommen oder geliefert werden kann. Stattdessen wird sie kommentarlos als ‚geliefert‘ markiert. Ja, es ist absolut verständlich, wenn es bei hohem Bestellaufkommen zu Verzögerungen kommt; ich komme selbst aus der Gastronomie und weiß, wie stressig das sein kann. Aber fehlende Kommunikation und eine offensichtlich falsche Statusmeldung sind nicht akzeptabel. Wie würdet ihr in so einer Situation reagieren?“

Essen komm seit 40 Minuten nach der spätesten Lieferzeit nicht. Sind auch nicht erreichbar übers Telefon

I became aware of Domino's because of their great deals, which are becoming increasingly rare at other pizzerias. They offered 50% off my second pizza. The food was also delicious—even good for a fast-food chain. The restaurant is particularly known for its very accommodating staff, who are even bilingual. When I made a mistake ordering a pizza, they thoughtfully and without mentioning it sent me a small mini-pizza. Really nice. Keep it up!

Store looks a bit sad and uncomfortable, not dirty but just not nice. Ordered to pick up, food was ready but I didn’t get the Garlic Crust that I ordered and payed for. Pizza was not bad.

The delivery driver isn't following the delivery instructions. He stays in his car, calls, and tells me to come out and pick up the food. Furthermore, the delivery times are far too long. I received a message at 2:29 PM that he had left, but he didn't arrive until 3:10 PM (the latest arrival time was 2:50 PM).

I went to Domino's in Wiesbaden Biebrich with a friend, and we ordered and ate in. I had the Chicken and Broccoli pizza and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. The combination of flavor, seasoning, and toppings was really well-balanced. However, one thing I did notice was that the pizza base seemed more like the base from a frozen pizza. Given the concept, I think it's reasonable to expect the dough to at least look or feel fresh. Nevertheless, this didn't negatively affect the taste. The pizza was delicious overall, and I wouldn't want to speak ill of it. All in all, it was a good visit with a really tasty pizza. Therefore, and despite the service and the atmosphere, I'm giving it a solid four stars.

My order arrived 15 minutes late, which isn't a big deal. But the pizza... I haven't had anything that bad in a long time. I ordered a caprese, which was way too salty, the base was soggy and soft, and the dough tasted a bit off in some places. I was kind of disgusted with the pizza. Now I've read the comments here and I regret not having checked sooner. Throwing 20 euros down the drain is just totally disrespectful in the restaurant industry. I'll never order from here again and recommend others not to either.

I ordered spaghetti bologna directly from Domion's website. The food came quickly, but it tasted absolutely terrible! It was full of sour and acidic tomato sauce! I threw it away!

Bad service and only English spoken, will never order from Domino's again.

I will never order from here again – and I strongly advise everyone not to. I waited over an hour for my order, even though the app already showed me that the food was "delivered." When I called, an unfriendly employee told me that the driver had delivered four orders at once – but that's not my problem as a paying customer. Conclusion: – Not reliable service – Long wait times – Incorrect status updates in the app – No real understanding on the phone Never again. And I will tell all my friends and acquaintances.

Goes to eat anywhere but not there. Pizza rolls ordered without salami simply arrive with salami. And they said there's nothing we can do. Loading up on garbage.

The food was amazing. I was there with my 16-month-old daughter, and when she saw the food, she made such an astonished "oohhhh" noise and was so happy. The worker was also nice and interacted easily with the little one, so sweet. I ate there; there are only two tables, but it was still very nice to be there and I felt welcome. It was my first visit, but not my last.

Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't warm and the taste was far from the usual. I didn't feel well afterward!

Please please deliver to Mainz Mombach! No delivery service (lieferando, wolt, uber eats) from Domino delivers to Mainz... It's a shame...

Ordered their pizzabrotchen with “jalapeños, pepperoni, and cheese” which consisted of 99% dough and 1% toppings. One of them came with literally no toppings just dough.

Absolute disaster! The delivery took over an hour and a half – for two portions of pizza rolls, each with five slices. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and inedible. Unfortunately, it had to go in the trash. Simply disappointing! One star is way too high.

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive my order. (I live 8 minutes away.) I ordered pizza rolls and was supposed to get 2 packs through Uber Eats as a special offer. Only 1 pack arrived. The pizza and pizza rolls arrived cold. I called after 45 minutes and was told the driver was on the way with my delivery. It finally arrived after another 45 minutes.

Can I give zero points? The order took 1 hour 30 minutes, the staff were cold and unfriendly on the phone, and the driver didn't speak German... Never again!

The cheesecake pizza is very dry, tastes like a thin layer of cream cheese and melted sugar with cinnamon. Very dry! And the pizza dough is very hard and burnt, definitely not recommended. It's a shame.

Ordered pizza online, extremely well done site! Pizza was ready exactly in the time stated, very nice and friendly staff. The ambience is rather simple, I think most people pick up or have it delivered 😉 it's just the typical Dominos Pizza 🍕 taste, you can't complain about a good franchise 🤓

I liked the app and the ordering was very easy. I thought that the price was a little high, but I really wanted to try the pizza since it had been a long time since I had Domino's. The delivery took longer than expected, but the driver was very nice and I have no complaints there. The pizza crust was off being a little hard and not tasting like fresh dough. The pizza was really a bit of a let down with the flavors being off and the crust a bit hard and dry.

I ordered today at exactly 5:40 p.m. and was told by phone it would be there in 30 minutes. I called at 7 p.m. and was told they had tried to call me and there was no food. Terrible. Ingredients that were paid for are constantly forgotten. If you complain, you'll get talked at stupidly. Today AGAIN 4 churros were delivered instead of the 8 paid for. The employee on the phone said that couldn't be right, he packed the order himself and then just hung up? Of course nothing was delivered.

Sorry. Die Jungs geben sich Mühe, aber mit einer Chance von etwa 25% ist die Pizza hier mehr oder weniger ungenießbar. Leider kein Vergleich zum Dominos in der Dotzheimerstraße früher

Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass der Online-Service von Dominos, mit dem man die Fertigstellung seiner Pizza verfolgen kann, gut gestaltet ist und dass die Lieferzeit/Backzeit angemessen war. Was das Essen betrifft, wurde bei der Zubereitung viel Salz verwendet und der Teig war zuckerhaltig, was dazu führte, dass es nicht authentisch italienisch war. Insgesamt kann man jedoch sagen, dass das Essen eine gute Bewertung verdient hat, da es 4 Sterne erhielt. Was die Lage betrifft, so ist es zwar zentral und gut erreichbar, aber es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten und es ist von außen schwer zu erkennen, dass es sich um einen Dominos handelt.

Bisher immer sehr lecker gewesen Edit 12/22: leider nicht mehr so lecker wie anfangs. Zutaten wurden mehrmals vergessen und der letzte Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter habe ich schon länger nicht mehr angetroffen. Schade

Das erste Mal bestellt und enttäuscht worden. Nicht nur das die Pizza sehr Fettig war, sie war auch nicht fertig gebacken, damit meine ich, sie war fast roh. Von dem Namen "Domino's" erwarte ich was Besseres.

Sehr sehr leckere Pizza und Desserts (besonders das Tiramisu). Ausgefallene Auswahl aber auch Klassiker vorhanden. Zusammenstellen eigener Pizza oder Halb/Halb möglich. Sehr schnelle Lieferung und super freundliche Fahrer! Im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern allerdings sehr hochpreisig.
