After waiting for over an hour, I called Domino's. The employee was rude and didn't apologize—instead, they just said it would take another 20 minutes. In the end, the cinnamon rolls that arrived were burnt (see photo). It was a truly terrible experience, both in terms of service and food.

Vomited all night after eating chicken broccoli.🤮

If you're advertising 50% off the second pizza, don't make it unnecessarily complicated. Your website is a real pain... This is the second time this has happened to me... I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future; you don't seem to really want it.

After a long day at work, we gathered on the balcony, and our stomachs started to rumble... so we had the brilliant idea of ​​using the Domino's restaurant chain. We ordered within 30 minutes (or even less), and three incredibly warm, delicious pizzas arrived with an exceptionally delicious aioli dip on the side. Excellent! We'll definitely consider this option (with its excellent value) more often in the future!

The spicy wings burn my butt, and since I wasn't informed about this after I specifically asked, I can't give this place more than 1 out of 5 stars!!

It’s so YUMMMYYYY!!!!! Reminds me of the Roblox game „Work at a Pizza Place”! Super awesome and super nice worker(s) . Lava cake was soooooo delicious, indeed a small delight ;) I would always recommend it <3

I think it's a shame that 1 star is the lowest rating, the place really deserves 0, really disgusting, think twice about where you get your food and if you order from here, it's not much fun at all waiting for 2 hours and when you call you're just pressed for time and have cold food

After thinking about it for a long time, we ordered 2 pizzas. The first pizza is completely watery due to the sauce & lukewarm to cold. The 2nd pizza is exactly the same as the first. Whoever cut the pizza should take an eye test. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to eat a good pizza

Full marks because we've been enjoying ordering pizza from Domino's with the whole family for years. Dutchman has been a classic with the kids for years :) If it were possible, I'd even give it a sixth star for the fact that they also deliver to the Südstadt area!

Sloppiest employee ever!! Both pizzas were wrong. The Conchita pizza simply had tomatoes added that didn't belong there. The other pizza had tomatoes added to it, despite the request to remove them! Delivery was delayed several times despite a €1 boost. In the end, we waited more than 50 minutes instead of 30. Unfortunately, it arrived only lukewarm. The pizza itself was okay, very salty but tasty. Still, I'd go somewhere else next time.

Actually only at P+P due to bad experiences, but again via Lieferando for a better dessert. Food should be there after 20 minutes. Called after an hour, the order supposedly didn't arrive, but at the moment of the call it suddenly appeared on the display. Should take another 20 minutes. After 45 minutes she was there. Driver left, unpacked food and a completely different Ben & Jerry's ice cream than ordered. It's unbelievable how incompetent you can be with such competition in '24

The Dominos in Tübingen is really an incredible juice shop that, if it didn't sell beer, would have closed long ago. Anyone who no longer delivers to even one district within the city has no longer heard the cry in the forest. It's not like there aren't enough drivers.

Very nice service, incorrect delivery of a pizza was delivered free of charge even though we were pick-up customers. If someone doesn't answer the phone, you'll even get a call back - that's what I call first-class customer service.

For what it is, it's great. My pizzas have never stuck to the lid and have always tasted good. Fried snacks were also always crispy, which is a rarity for delivery services.

Given multiple chances. Pizzas were demonstrably forgotten to be delivered, and the child's margahrita suddenly had jalapengos on it. Attention SUGAR BOMB SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR TYPICAL AMIS STOP!! NEVER AGAIN! So if I want to buy sweets I go to a pastry shop. I tried 5 different pizzas and they all tasted like caramel candy. Way too much sugar disgusting.

Absolute no go after 1:35 minutes you are thrown off the line. Ordering online is not possible because my zip code is always directed to Tübingen Süd and it is currently closed. After 40 minutes of unsuccessful calls, I have now ordered somewhere else. Then you lose your desire. Where is the staff when it opens?

I've ordered pizza here a few times and always liked it.

You order something to eat after a long day at work and wait for over an hour because you trust the tractor on the app... Then the order was simply canceled by the store. Now it's midnight and I can't get anything to eat anywhere. THANKS! I've known for a long time that you don't offer the best service, but this was the highlight. If you don't understand your job you should just leave it alone. Unfortunately I have to give one star because otherwise I can't write a review, actually you don't even deserve it!

We had seven guests at home and ordered food for delivery. After the supplier left, we discovered that a product was missing. When we called the branch, they promised immediate delivery. This never arrived. So the employee on the phone simply lied (and, among other things, acted as if the connection was bad, even though it was a landline call). I have contacted the head office and hope that I will at least get the money back at some point. Update, 2 months later: We gave Dominos another chance. Another product was missing. Another product was unintentionally delivered twice... A lottery game.

Sehr gute Pizza. Nette Mitarbeiter haben vor ort die Pizzen verzehrt da wir mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs waren. Getränke preise sind auch fair. Kaum Wartezeit bis die Pizza fertig ist alles in allem Top zufrieden !

Die Pizza war zwar frisch gemacht, aber keine Offenbarung. Alles sah so ein bißchen abgerockt aus.

Als noch diverse Gutscheine angenommen wurden, haben wir regelmäßig bestellt. Da wir abholen, hat immer alles gut geklappt und die Pizzen haben auch geschmeckt. Seit geraumer Zeit ist leider unmöglich einen Gutschein zu verwenden. Alle sind deaktiviert, lediglich kleine Getränke für 1,50€ statt 2,50€ sind möglich. Bundesweit beworbene Gutscheine, wie z.B. 2. Pizza gratis, oder 30% ab 3 Pizzen funktionieren NIE. Bei Anrufen und Nachfragen dazu befinden sich die Angestellten immer im tiefen Tal der Ahnungslosen.

Nette Leute, haben sich bei fehlender Lieferung entschuldigt und alles gut gemacht. Dominos nimmt Feedback leider nur einmal an, aber hier dafür nochmal 5.

Ich wollte noch weniger Sterne geben, weil ich sauer bin, da es so etwas oft passiert, wenn die Bestellung geliefert wird. Sonst ist alles lecker.

Weitaus besser als p+p. Pünktliche korrekte Lieferung und breites Sortiment. Loco loco
