Domino's Pizza Tübingen Süd in Tübingen

Be careful when ordering via app! After our app order, the status "in preparation" was constantly displayed (for several hours!!), and we never received our pizzas. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, so we visited the store: it was closed (apparently for an extended period). A total disgrace! Please remove the ordering option from the app when the store is closed. At least we got our money back via the contact form.

Hasn't delivered for two hours, and I can't be reached by phone. I'll be refunding my money via PayPal. Last time I ordered.

Waiting for the order for 2 hours and no one can be reached by phone. Ordered from Dominos for a long time, but now definitely never again!

The "Tübingen Süd" shop has been unreachable for two weeks now – neither online, nor via the app, nor by phone. Previously, I regularly received incomplete orders. Waiting times were up to 1.5 hours. At least the delivery drivers were friendly.

We placed a large order today (approx. €130), and despite the delicious food, we received the wrong pizzas twice (!). It's a real shame, especially since one of us couldn't eat it either time due to an allergy. It's therefore very important to ensure that orders are made correctly!

The selection is typical Domino's, although some pizzas looked a bit different than what we're used to from Domino's. In fact, three out of four pizzas we ordered were incorrect, even though we repeated requests for changes several times. We'll chalk that up to the employee having a bad day. We still took the incorrectly executed orders and will definitely stop by again when we're there.

This is the second time that I order a pizza 15-20 minutes before closing and I pay for the pizza but they neither deliver the pizza nor answer the phone. It would be nice to at least answer the phone and let the customers know if you will make and deliver their food or not.

Bestellen wir immer wieder gerne.

3 Pizzen für 40€, da hat man durchaus eine Erwartungshaltung. Der Boden war total dünn und merkwürdig, gefühlt ohne Hefe. Er schmeckte eher wie ein dickerer Wrap! Kein fluffig dicker Pizzateig, auf den wir uns so gefreut hatten. Belag war okay. Ich kann nur nicht ganz nachvollziehen wie man Blattsalat auf eine heiße Pizza legen kann (Dönerpizza), dieser war natürlich ein welkes Elend. Ich würde hier nicht wieder bestellen.

Die Pizza ist super, jedoch scheinen die Öffnungszeiten manchmal etwas willkürlich.

Unsere Bestellung verlief super, hatten zwei Pizzen und so ein Cinnamon bread bestellt und zum Ibis Hotel liefern lassen. Lieferungen war schnell, vollständig, Pizza war warm und wie erwartet. Der Dude mit dem Liefer-Fahrrad kann einem aber echt leid tun, das Fahrrad war einfach absoluter Schrott.

Die Pizza hat gewohnt gut geschmeckt und war auch schnell fertig, doch der Mitarbeiter hat sehr streng gerochen, das war sehr unangenehm und hat 3 Sterne gekostet

wir waren vor Ort dort essen was problemlos möglich ist. Nette Bedienung und schneller Lieferung. Die Pizzen sind OK, nicht wie vom Italiener, alles Tiefkühlware und eben systemgastronomisch organisiert. Nicht schlecht aber natürlich keine kultinarische Höchstflüge
