The delivery was a disaster. It was our child's birthday, but the pizza arrived far too late – we lost a lot of time as a result. It's much easier to pick it up yourself. It's a shame, Domino's service used to be so much better. A total disappointment!

Dear Domino's Team, You've recently started charging €1.99 for delivery. What's this for? Does the money go directly to the driver, or at least part of it? Because of this delivery fee, many customers will surely stop tipping. And that will be at the driver's expense. So what's the point?

This is the second time I've seen long white hair in a delivery. It's disgusting.

You have Domino's voucher codes and then you get a message saying the store doesn't accept them. Thanks for nothing.

No points for the ambience, due to the delivery service. But since everything else was perfect, full marks!

My one star isn't for the food, but for Domino's behavior after a driver cut me off and almost hit/ran over me, then grinned and waved to me. Only my emergency braking, while on my bike, prevented the collision. Most of the employees are very nice and accommodating. But Domino's response was the lowest of the low.

They've recently started charging €1.99 for delivery, which I think is unjustified, as the price difference for delivery is already about 15% per meal. The food is always delicious, and that's still nothing to complain about. 😉 We'll only be picking up from now on – food is cheaper, no delivery charge. 👍

I was very hungry and ordered a pizza for lunch. When it arrived, the delivery driver was friendly and polite – but unfortunately, the pizza was prepared by someone who clearly had no idea what it was about. And under the name Domino's. I ordered a broccoli pizza with Dutch sauce and a mushroom pizza, also with Dutch sauce. But the pizzas came completely without sauce and were cut completely irregularly – one slice was 1 cm, the next 5 cm. After a long wait, being extremely hungry, and paying €30, I got the worst pizza of my life. I seriously wonder how Domino's can give its name to inexperienced people like that. I can't recommend it at all.

The delivery person was extremely unfriendly and rude during delivery. When I politely explained that I unfortunately didn't have any change (even cash) with me, he reacted cheekily and disrespectfully. This reflects very poorly on Domino’s. I definitely won't be ordering there again.

According to the app, they're supposed to be open until 10 p.m. on December 24th. Ordered at 8:18 p.m., but no food has arrived yet. Haven't been able to reach anyone. If you finish work early, you shouldn't accept orders. Order confirmation is available. It's a shame! We'll order from somewhere else in the future.

Ordered 2.5 hours ago, and since then it's been "prepared." Estimated delivery time isn't updated and is 1.5 hours in the past. No idea if the food will arrive or if I should make it myself. I've called 20 times, no one answers; they completely leave you hanging. Online payment has already been received, of course. What's the problem? Too busy? Then don't accept any more orders if you can't handle them. Even now, I could theoretically order, and they'll give me a 30-minute delivery time. That's not possible.

Pizza "roll" This is absolutely not okay!

The opening times are signposted until 11 p.m., so if you want to pick up a pizza at 10:30 p.m., the employees say this is no longer possible because the oven is already out. Maybe then change the opening times or describe them more precisely, but it's just misleading.

Thanks for the friendly voice on the phone, pizza arrived on the requested date, the taste was as I had hoped and the amount of toppings was better than expected. Please keep it up. I ordered at 5 p.m. on a public holiday (October 31st), a day when a lot of orders will certainly be received.

The pizza dough just tastes like nothing! The cheese tastes like nothing! The tomato sauce on the pizza tastes almost like nothing! Catastrophe I would say that Dominos makes the worst pizza in all of Norderstedt!

Domino's Pizza Service delivers exactly what you'd expect: quick, no-fuss meals that are perfect for the occasional guys' night out. Of course, you shouldn't expect culinary delights here, because it's ultimately fast food. But if you're in the mood for a no-fuss and filling pizza, Domino's is a solid choice. Delivery is quick and the selection of toppings leaves nothing to be desired. Overall, everything fits – just the right thing for the right occasion!

The food was very tasty, the pasta was great and the pizza was a dream. We were very satisfied and will order again in the future. Big thanks to the boss and staff. You have changed a lot. Also the personal visits from the boss to the company every year... Great, keep it up! 🫶🏻

Largest garbage heap branch in Germany, 99% of the promotions on the website do not apply to this branch and even account-linked vouchers are not accepted by this branch. It's better to go to another Domino's branch that has special offers or accepts vouchers. or to smileys.

Doesn't have to happen again, stated requests were acknowledged with "must be specified with the product" which is not possible at all. Plus two hours delivery time, a lot to do, okay but some info would be nice, other delivery services can do it too... In addition, there was BBQ sauce on a pizza (where there shouldn't be any) and apparently someone who was using a knife for the first time cut the pizza. A discount or at least a voucher would have been a nice excuse, but nothing to see. We won't order from them again... Thank you for the (non-)service..

It's sad that the stores in Norderstedt and Quickborn don't deliver to us in Hasloh because both say we live too far away, although they wrote in the brochure that they deliver to Hasloh

Das war leider gar nichts…wegen eines Fehlers in der Lieferando-App wurde bei meiner Bestellung eine falsche Adresse angegeben. Ich habe Dominos sofort angerufen, war leider mehrere Minuten in einer Warteschleife. In dieser Zeit wurde anscheinend meine Bestellung schon zubereitet, ich könnte nun also meine Bestellung selber abholen (kann ich nicht, deswegen habe ich ja bestellt UND eine Gebühr für die Liegerung bezahlt), ansonsten würde das Essen weggeschmissen, die Kosten bekäme ich natürlich nicht erstattet (knappe 30€). Die falsche Lieferadresse ist ca 10 Minuten von mir entfernt…dass nicht so einfach in ein anderes „Dominos-Gebiet“ geliefert werden kann sehe ich ein. Dass es hier aber gar keine kundenfreundliche Lösung geben soll (Absprache mit anderer Filiale??), ich in der Konsequenz um 30€ ärmer (Lieferung bezahlt, Essen bezahlt) und hungrig hier sitze ärgert mich schon sehr. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist wirklich ganz anders…

The pizza is the biggest waste. It was delivered to my house and the pizza was thrown in my window. I then made an announcement to the pizza delivery man and he said he would give me another pizza but he didn't and then I threw the pizza back at him. He threw it back then I threw it at him then he threw it back again and then I got out of his car and drove on in his car.

Drops Dip in the hallway and leaves it spread out. The driver doesn't bring any new dip, even though it was promised. Conclusion: You can save money.

This store is disastrous! They treat their employees like dirt and insult you when you're sick. The branch manager is absolutely unfriendly and unsympathetic. Definitely not recommended as a place to work. At least food is acceptable. If I could I would give 0 stars for service!!!!

Yesterday we ordered a pizza and a salad. While the delivery boy was about to give me the salad from afar, my dressing fell out of his pocket. Yes, a salad that you order and doesn't have any dressing on it is 10€ for free. During the time when I had to clean everything up and the delivery man had crumbled without even helping to clean up his dirt, the pizza had already become completely cold, and it was also completely soggy, way too much barbecue sauce... once and never again thank you for nothing

Placed a family order today, received confirmation email everything was fine. Called after 1 hour to find out what was going on with the order and asked nicely. Explaining to me in an unfriendly and snippy voice that there were online problems, a quick call to say there were problems, none of it!!! Instead, there were only options to order again by phone. A discount or bonus would have been an option, given the prices that would be the least you should expect. Well, if you think you want to treat customers like that, here you go. The competition is fierce and the quality is no worse. Dominoes after this number story!

I got a pizza with no toppings. They simply forgot to put toppings on the pizza. How can anyone be so stupid??? If they're so forgetful in the kitchen that they forget the toppings, you have to assume that the people there also forget to wash or flush their hands after using the toilet. I won't order from the club again

A good domino. When the right man is there. Service is absolutely great. Ambience not very nice. But there are others too. The food is good 👍. The store is very clean. To recommend.

We ordered 3x pizza salami and ham through Lieferando. The pizza arrived earlier than planned. After opening the pizza box, it was discovered that we had received 3 pizzas with ham and hollondaise. The order could not be complained about because we were pushed away several times over the phone.

2 Stunden vorher auf Termin bestellt. Essen war eine halbe Stunde später nicht da und telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Nachtrag: eine Stunde nachdem die Kinder im Bett waren, klingelt Dominos an der Tür. PayPal erstattet.

Schlechteste und unübersichtlichste App die ich je erlebt habe ! Coupon sind nur mit mega Aufwand zu finden und sie dann einzulösen ist nochmals komplizierter also lieber wo anders bestellen und sich nicht weiter ärgern

Meine bestellte Pizza hatte blaue Flecken am Rand. Ob es Schimmel war oder nicht, kann ich nicht bewerten. Dennoch wollte ich diese Pizza nicht essen. Habe mich umgehend telefonisch in der Filiale gemeldet. Eine etwas genervte und wenig einsichtige Mitarbeitern verwies darauf, dass man mir keine Gutschrift anbieten könne, da man das Geld von PayPal erst in 6 Wochen erhalten würde. Entschuldigung, aber das ist nicht mein Problem als Kunde. Eine Abholung und neue Lieferung der Pizza habe ich abgelehnt, da ich keine Zeit zum warten mehr hatte. Man versprach mir, sich binnen zwei Tagen bei mir zu melden. Ich hatte hier explizit nach einer Zeit gefragt. Nun ist mehr als eine Woche ohne jegliche Rückmeldung vergangen.

Zum erstenmal bestellt und ich bin begeistert. Der Salat frisch, die Nudeln wie selbst gemacht. Die vegetarische Pizza könnte nicht besser schmecken. Alles sehr schön verpackt ohne überflüssige Müll. Ab sofort mein Lieblings Lieferant:))

Ehrlich gesagt verstehe ich nicht warum viele schreiben schlechte Bewertungen. Wir haben mehr mal Pizza bestellt und alles war in Ordnung. Für die Zukunft alles Gute und wir bleiben als Kunden treu.

Sehr leckere Pizzen und schnelle Zubereitung. Leider gibt es momentan in dem Store kaum Aktionen/Rabatte, was ich schade finde, da die Preise schon recht hoch sind.

Schnelle Lieferung und gute Pizza. Die gelieferte Pizza war bis jetzt immer lecker, nicht zu fettig und bei der Lieferung noch warm. Auch größere Bestellungen waren in rund einer Stunde kein Problem. Die Auslieferer waren immer freundlich.

Wie immer super zufrieden. Diverse Male in den letzten Jahren bestellt und immer alles super gewesen. Bestellt werden üblicherweise Pizza, Pizzabrötchen, Salat. Alles immer frisch und qualitativ gut. Die Lieferungen sind immer schnell, die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Auch beim Abholen die gleichen guten Erfahrungen gemacht.

Essen so gut wie immer gut (1 mal Pizza zu dunkel), Service ist nett. Einmal weit über eine Stunde aufs Essen gewartet (seit 2 Monaten keine Reaktion auf meine Kritik), leider ohne Benachrichtigung aber das ist für das arbeitende Personal auch nicht zu schaffen. Das ist Sache der Geschäftsführung/Filialleitung.

Sehr oft bei Dominos bestellt (Hamburg), aber dieser Store ist echt der einzige der keine Aktion mitmacht (3für2 oder 2 Euro die zweite e.t.c) . Den lieber in Hamburg eine mit Aktion kaufen und sparen oder einen Döner. Schade eigentlich...

Vorab gesagt: ich habe oft bei Domino's bestellt und die Pizzen waren immer lecker. Seit einigen Monaten wurde die Lieferung immer unpünktlicher, trotz Online -Bestellung mit Zeitangabe. Pizza wurde nur lauwarm geliefert. Beschwert, Rabattcode zugesagt, Rabattcode kam, wurde aber beim Versuch einzulösen als nicht gültig erklärt, wieder beschwert, Entschuldigung per Email, dann nichts mehr. Dann letztes Mal Pizza wieder online zu bestimmter Uhrzeit bestellt. Als die Pizzen eine Stunde Verspätung hatten, versucht im Laden anzurufen; in der Warteschleife gelandet, dann abgeworfen. Irgendwann durchgekommen, aber es klingelt und keiner geht ran. Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit nahm dann endlich jemand ab. Selten unfreundlich die Dame; mit Service hat das nichts zu tun. Für eine US-Firma armselig. Ich habe die Bestellung storniert und um Rückzahlung via Paypal gebeten. Hat letztendlich auch gekappt, weil Paypal da nicht viel Federlesens macht. Fazit: das war's. So was braucht kein Mensch. Pizzaläden gibt's wie Sand am Meer, auch in Norderstedt. Mein Italiener um die Ecke liefert auch, hat vielleicht nicht die Riesenauswahl von Domino's, aber die Pizza ist superheiss und lecker, kommt pünktlich und der Mitarbeiter der sie liefert ist supernett. Also: support your local dealer.

Die Pizza war zwar warm aber leider nicht durch und damit ungenießbar. Lieferung war in der Zeit und der Lieferant war freundlich.

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Keine Rabatte funktionieren, ist ein großes Minus!!

Der Store nimmt nicht mehr teil an der 2. Pizza 2. Euro, die es immer Dienstags und Mittwochs gibt. Die Pizzen sind soweit immer lecker und alles funktioniert reibungslos. Verstehe nur nicht warum die Aktion nicht mehr in eurem Store angeboten wird. Daher heute einen Döner gekauft, statt bei euch die Pizza zu kaufen. Schade.

Bin immer zufrieden. Und einen 30% Gutschein auf Pizza finde ich auch immer im Internet ;-)

Ich liebe die Domino‘s Pizza aus dieser Filiale. Die Fahrer sind auch immer sehr nett und schnell und falls mal etwas nicht stimmt, wird sofort neu/-nachgeliefert

Immer sehr nette Bedienungen trotz Corona.

Pizza war warm und lecker, der Fahrer sehr nett. ABER eine Bestellung um 17:00 aufgegeben, Lieferung zu 18:45 war erst 19:30 da. Sorry ich habe nur begrenzt Mittagspause und wenn eine Lieferzeit extra angegeben wird und es so verpasst wird ist das nicht toll. Wird wohl die letzte Bestellung bei Dominos.

Der Pizzaservice überhaupt. Ich ärgere mich über Aussagen wie:Normalerweise ist immer alles super ausser einmal'das wird dann reingeschrieben, aber wenn man zufrieden ist dann nicht. Ich hatte bei etwa 100 Bestellungen auch einmal Pech aber das schreibe ich hier nicht rein Weil 99 mal gut war. Also überlegt mal bevor ihr hier meckert. Domino's ist der beste Pizzaservice den ich kenne

Onlinebestellungen immer korrekt gewesen. Fahrer äußerst freundlich und die Lieferzeit ist auch sehr schnell. Selbst am Wochenende, max 30 min Wartezeit. Echt super !

Wir haben durch den endlosen Lockdown die Vorzüge des Lieferservice entdeckt. Einige Versuche in Sachen Pizza, Pasta, Salat haben uns nur halbwegs überzeugt - bis wir es mit Domino's versucht haben. Mittlerweile bestellen wir dort regelmäßig und ausschließlich. Immer lecker, frisch, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ganz klare Empfehlung 👍
