Domino's Pizza Münster Südwest in Münster

Poor pasta supposedly with onions and chicken meat. Not recommended. Laughable portion size for the price, and then in the house in Pape, disgusting. Will never eat there again.

It just tastes like cheap assembly line dough. Every frozen pizza tastes better.

Impossible dealing with customers I was at Domino's Pizza on Ludgeristraße 9 in Münster today (11/29/24) at around 9:30 p.m. and I have to say, I am absolutely disappointed with the way I was treated there. When I entered the store I had an empty Coke can in my hand, whereupon the employee immediately told me that I wasn't allowed to bring any drinks in with me. When I explained to him that the can was empty, I was still instructed to throw it away. Although I complied with his request, the tone from the start was rude and unnecessarily harsh. When ordering at the self-service kiosks, I asked why I had to provide a delivery address. The employee's answer was not only rude, but also aggressive: I had to enter my first and last name “in case it was to be delivered”. His behavior was so rude that I told my colleagues that we should leave as I didn't want to order anything else under these circumstances. As we left the store, the employee shouted “complete idiot” after me. I immediately turned around, went back and spoke to him about it. His answer: He didn't say “complete idiot” but “complete idiot”... as if that was somehow better. This behavior was simply unacceptable. I have rarely experienced such a poor example of customer service. The employee seems to have no idea what customer friendliness means. I definitely won't go here again. The food from Dominos Pizza is of course very tasty, but I would be worried about the employee doing something with my food. Not recommended!!

I give one star because zero is not possible. I ordered online, a system error occurred and the address was saved incorrectly. I called ahead of time to let them know that the address was going to be changed. The correct address was the same distance from the store. The employee just didn't feel like it, didn't listen and said that I just had to pick it up. Afterwards, he blatantly lied to PayPal and said that I agreed to pick up the order. Incredibly disappointed with such poor customer service.

The pizza is delicious, there are also veggie/vegan alternatives. Sometimes the pizzas are just very greasy, especially if there is pesto or garlic oil on them. Otherwise good, delivery is also relatively quick 👍

It tastes great when you just need fast food. However, something is always missing when I have it delivered:( usually “just” something like dressing or dip, but röstis without dip or salad without dressing is just stupid

One of the worst pizza and fried food I have ever tasted in my life! The entire order cost nearly 30 euros. The pizza crust was shriveled, the toppings were dry and tasteless and did not even meet the order requirements. The fried chicken, cheese balls, etc. in the snack box were tasteless and tasteless to the point of being completely inedible...very, very disappointed! I have ordered more than three times at the end of last year, and I am very satisfied every time. I don’t know if the chef or the operator has changed. This will be the last time I order pizza from this restaurant... Why can it taste so bad? I’m so angry😭😭😭

People...! You can do better!! I've ordered here many times because I always thought I would always get decent food without any unpleasant surprises, but in the last two months the quality of the food has declined massively! Almost everything tasted bland, all the breaded things weren't even golden brown but white like my lime strips and everything had burnt crumbs or burnt onions on it. Whoever made the sauce for the chicken wings teriyaki last time just can't cook at all... A single mush covered in completely burnt onions that dominated the entire taste. The delivery service was actually really good and the delivery time is good too.

Surprisingly good. Super friendly employee. Pizza was tasty, fresh and very hot. The restaurant and the sanitary facilities were clean. The price is fair for the size and quality.

Always super fast deliveries and very tasty pizzas. My favorite is the Conchita because of the smoky BBQ sauce!!

Hello, I chose the pizzeria because it's currently... was the only one that was open and close to me. I went there, selected and ordered pizzas and salad. Was served immediately because the restaurant was empty. I also got a discount for picking it up...but I gave it to the waitress. Food was okay, everything tasted good 👍 Manfred

The food wasn't the best but the service was friendly.

The pizzas had less toppings on them than a frozen pizza. I ordered a medium one for €9 and it was supposed to have broccoli on it, there were maybe 5 small mini broccoli pieces, and no cheese It's a vegan pizza and it needs vegan cheese on it. It was super watery due to the tomatoes and the bottom was no longer crispy but rather mushy Unfortunately it's not a joke, but that was BY FAR THE WORST PIZZA I've ever eaten (even one from the freezer tastes better and is significantly cheaper) pure rip off!!

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and you put a little bit of meat on it first!! It's nice that you could have missed it and ruined my stomach. You are just irresponsible. If you're a vegetarian, don't order here, they'll sneak meat into your food.

Phone service unfriendly. We ordered online, only the wrong address was given, we called immediately, then we were offered to cancel and then 2 minutes later it didn't work anymore and then we discussed that the address didn't exist and that we should then pick it up ourselves. Now all of a sudden the address is there and suddenly they can bring it. Website also somehow leaves a lot to be desired - you can't obviously change the address so the address was simply taken over from the first time. Actually no star at all.

Great place for quick bite. Full menu available along with attractive combos and a lot of salads Lunch offers are there. Everyone speaks English. Location is perfect right at Ludgeriplatz circle. Only disadvantage no Wi fi , quite odd for Dominos chain.

I come here often and have always been very satisfied. I haven't had any experience with delivery, I've always ordered in advance and picked it up or eaten on site. I always found it very tasty and at good prices, my favorite among the coupons is the 2nd pizza for €2. Very friendly staff and quick preparation. Thank you, it was very tasty again today.

The service in general is average to good, the employees are nice and don't bother you while you're eating, even if you only order a little something but stay in the restaurant for a long time. You can use the guest toilet even if you don't buy/order anything. The food is good, especially the dessert lava cake and the wraps! You can choose all imaginable variations of the dishes at the ordering machine, for example there are various alternatives to the tomato sauce that you find on a classic pizza. One of the few fast food shops where I not only order takeaway but also like to eat in the restaurant.

Die Pizza war innerhalb 10 min fertig zubereitet zur Abholung. Die Bank vor dem Laden kann zum Konsum der prachtvollen und günstigen italienischen Gebäcke genutzt werden. Das Personal ist besonders freundlich.

Wir waren zufällig in MS und haben uns für Dominos entschieden. Schnell zum Terminal, Essen ausgesucht, bestellt bezahlt. 10min Später hatten wir unser Essen. Bin positiv überrascht, die Pizzen waren super. Preis Leistung passt auch. Nettes Personal. Zu empfehlen!!

Wir bestellen oft bei Dominos und sind sehr zufrieden. Leckere Pizza und dazu Knoblauchsauce 😃. Die Fahrer sind auch immer sehr nett.

Zum ersten Mal bei Domino Pizza was gegessen Positiv überrascht Leider waren Stühle und Tische defekt

Essen ist lecker, schnell und noch genug heiß! Props a den netten Mitarbeiter mit dunklen Haaren und Brille der mich entschlossen aus dem Laden heraus verfolgt hat um mir meine Tasche zu geben, die ich dort hab liegen lassen!!!!:)

Wir haben gestern 3 Pizzen bestellt. Geschmacklich hat uns keine gut gefallen. Die Tomatensoße schmeckt auch qualitativ sehr schlecht. Normale Pizza Margherita für 11,49€ ist zudem unverschämt teuer. Wie werden hier nicht wieder bestellen .

Pizza war gut belegt und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich kann den extra Käse im Pizzarand nur empfehlen.

Frischer Salat und eine gute Sauce machen den Wrap richtig lecker. Ich esse echt gerne bei Dominos.
