Domino's Pizza München Obersendling in München

Ordered again from Dominos with exact delivery details. Again the driver couldn't find the delivery address. Unfortunately he couldn't speak German either. Ultimately he found the location but couldn't get the 1st floor signed from the 2nd floor and left again. Unfortunately, this has happened several times now. DOMINOS NO THANKS!

Why do you keep throwing advertising in our mailboxes when it says NO ADVERTISING PLEASE???? I ask you to finally stop. First of all, it damages your reputation, annoys the whole neighborhood, annoys the caretaker and the environment suffers as a result. Makes no sense. Thank you and happy creating.

Black dirt on the pizza rolls (either fallen on the floor or on the coals in the oven). Pizza has a big burn hole in the middle. Ordered large pizza several times and received small ones. Ordered and paid for pizza rolls with extra mozzarella and received them without filling. Employees walk around with headphones and literally ignore you, it takes around 5-10 minutes until you are even served. And when you finally get served, it's very unfriendly. (Most of the time it's the Indian-looking workers if the boss is reading this). For 3 years I gave the store another chance, each time disappointed. It's a real shame because the food is (rarely) good.

People, don't order, I've never eaten such disgusting pizza, even frozen one from the store tastes better than this, it stinks completely burnt and you wait ages for it to be delivered, it's just disgusting!!!

Got a Domino's box delivered. The pizza was good, a bit too much tomato sauce, but otherwise tasty. Unfortunately, it wasn't sliced... The cheese slices were leaking and empty inside. The hash browns were good. The delivery guy was friendly.

It never arrived! ordered on Lieferando at 14:04 (order no. BYTRPP) after 2 hours of waiting (around 16:10) i called them and they hanged up on me as soon as they realized i cant talk german properly, and suddenly changed my order status to delivered. Edit, as response to owner: - First, i tend to find it unbelievable that at a restaurant, right in 3rd biggest city of Germany, none of staffs speak basic English, not even a word! specially as your first response here was in English! - Second, by reviews submitted, it seems like im not the only one had this issue here. - Third, You had time to jump on google reviews and respond in 4 paragraphs to my review right away but couldn't help with tracking my order. I guess that explains everything.

Pizza to eat, it's not a delicious pizza that you remember long after eating it, rather a pizza that you can order whenever you feel like it 👌

I am not only a customer but also an occasional driver for Dominos obersendling. Personally, depending on my mood, I sometimes order a pizza from Dominos 2-3 times a month. And actually every time the experience is good. Like any other store, there are bad days. There are customers whose cell phone number is incorrect and cannot be reached in any other way, which is why a delivery takes up to 30 minutes until at some point you have to take the cold pizza with you. Only that an hour later the person gets upset about where his food is? Yes, then just answer the door when the doorbell rings for 20 minutes or give your real cell phone number? My personal highlight was the person (who also gave a negative rating here) that he had to wait 2 hours for his food. I made the delivery myself and while I rang his doorbell 20 minutes after receiving the order and no one answered, I called the gentleman. He was in a fitness studio 15 minutes away and needed another 20 minutes to get to his house (I now spent almost 40 minutes on the delivery instead of the planned 15 minutes). Well, that obviously affects all other deliveries too. And instead of apologizing, the person got rude and gave it a bad review. It should also be noted that it can happen that 20-30 orders come in at the same time. With an average of 5 drivers, this cannot be accomplished in 20 minutes, which means that the delivery can sometimes take 45 minutes. I don't want to say we or the store is perfect, mistakes happen wherever people work. However, you should always stay grounded in facts

Well, I'm actually a regular customer at the Domino's pizzeria, but what she did today makes me want to write this. I order there regularly and nothing else has happened. Then the driver wanted another euro from my son for the sauce, where I actually paid for the sauce. Photo follows of course and that the juice shop is the war, they get regular tips from me and then I feel forced to stop ordering there juice shop

Vegan pizza is a great idea. The dough was too dry and the shop was unappetizingly dirty. The employee was okay-friendly. Since the Dominos website is doing so poorly, I'm going to write the review that Dominos wanted from me here.

After 2 hours (we live by car maybe 7-8 minutes) the food was still not there, when you call you are pushed away several times. If you do get through on the phone and complain, you won't even apologize, just be told that it will arrive soon. And then when it finally arrives, the food is cold...

We ordered takeaway so there were no problems with delivery. This Domino’s is located in a quiet place near a subway station. The pizzas were delicious and met our expectations. The service was also good.

If you're hungry, it's better to order somewhere else or check at home to see if you have something to cook. At a distance of 1km, not delivered after 1:40h.

Here you are deducted. Order placed via Lieferando, food never arrived. When asked: “Food was delivered” - there is no money back either. Regardless of the poor food, really don't order there. Next time I'll at least request a donation receipt so that I can deduct it from my taxes. And another addendum, there are several reviews on Lieferando that the food didn't arrive. So it doesn't seem to be an isolated case for me that money is collected and then no deliveries are made. Away from the store's hypocritical excuses. Bitter that such a business is allowed to exist.

I can't say anything about the ambience since I ordered. Service was okay. The delivery driver took forever and passed the house twice, but he was nice. I didn't understand a word, but he seemed nice. Food was a complete disaster! I've almost never missed a pizza. Every Italian cries when they are presented with something like that.

Unfortunately the app has been crashing for months. After placing orders, an error always occurs. The tracker doesn't work either. The app sends the information that the pizza is in the oven, when updating or pressing the message, an error occurs that the order number is not available. Otherwise fast delivery, nice contact and delicious pizza.

Frankly, I find pizza to be ordinary... but European cuisine in general is poor in flavours

Ordered several times during my time in Munich. Delivery was between super fast and quick - food was always very good, except for the pizza rolls. They were dry and clearly burned in both attempts. The drivers are super nice. Thanks for waiting as I was a little late.

Ordered food, never arrived, found this morning a neglected cardboard box, eaten by bugs, in front of an apartment complex with more than 20 apartments. No ringing, no call.

When I want to eat something good, quick and delicious. I know where to order. Best pizza. Despite the bad reviews, the food is really good, the drivers are fast and friendly, especially the girl who makes you smile even if you are having a bad day. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience ordering from Domino's Pizza was disappointing. The delivery simply didn't arrive. I called three times and the lady on the phone assured me that she would place the order again and notify the driver. After another hour the pizza still hadn't arrived. When I called again it was assumed that I was lying and that I had already received the pizza. The lady on the phone barely spoke German, but managed to insult me. None of my friends banged on the windows, but whoever they were probably didn't get their order either.

Typical story... I actually don't want to give a star, but not because of the food but because of the delivery... Ordered at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening and the food came... 8:30 p.m.... I had to make a phone call afterwards because my app suddenly said food had been delivered…. After a few calls, someone came... he was pretty full but then said the food wasn't cold - even though it was cold, it felt like he was on the bike for 2 hours or something like that... The delivery service from them is absolutely terrible… sorry for the delay, it doesn’t help anymore….

In the meantime we are waiting 3 hours for our delivery. This is not only incompetent but disgraceful. Addendum. The time of the order and the debit via PayPal can be verified. War vor 2 Jahren mal richtig gut. Pizzen beide recht trocken und gerade noch warm. Bei den chicken stripes musste man früher auch nicht extra nach schneiden... bitte ändert dort dringend wieder was! Sonst verliert ihr einen alten Stammkunden.

Wenn die „große“ Pizza so aussieht, würde ich gerne sehen, wie die kleine aussieht. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne. Die Pizza ist gut, aber versuchen Sie, eine weniger scharfe Salami zu verwenden.

Wir bestellen sehr oft von Dominos in Obersendling und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden! Die Pizza kommt immer warm,frisch,lecker und in angemessener Wartezeit an. Die Fahrer sind auch sehr höflich. Die Pizzen schmecken wirklich gut ,wir haben mehrere Pizzasorten probiert und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Ich war nicht vor Ort , ich habe mir heute die neue Pizza Pan Chicken Döner Pizza bestellt 32cm! Ich muss sagen die ist richtig Lecker schmeckt richtig gut der Belag ist Ordenlich und auch der Teig war lecker :-) MEGA Auch der Service war klasse sehr netter Ausfahrer und die Pizza war noch gut heiß! Top Macht weiter so 👍👍

Love the services, like pizza fahrer are very friendly and on time everytime but the pizzas are not very tasty they costs much but it doesn't worth it, i ordered 6 pizzas but the pizza dough was also bad and the tomato souse is also very liquidy. We didn't like this, those pizza ruined our that day. We did not ate those.

Had done dine it which is standing and eating inside the store. But only good thing about this dominoes is its open till late night. Around 11:30pm. Good Pizza. Good vegetarian options.

Über Lieferando bestellt – Pizza kam zwar schnell an, aber die Qualität ist eine Frechheit. Schmeckt wie TK Pizza. Teig wirklich schlecht und nicht knusprig, frische Tomatensoße Fehlanzeige. Stattdessen gefühlt billiges Tomatenmark mit Wasser gemischt. Die Rohlinge kommen wahrscheinlich 1:1 so fertig aus der Tiefkühle und dann werden je nach Sorte 1-2 frische Sachen drauf gelegt. Wenn ich schlechte Pizza will, nehm ich das nächste Mal gleich TK und zahle 2€ statt 12€. Werde nicht mehr bei Dominos bestellen, richtig enttäuschend.

Bestelle eigentlich immer online und die Lieferungen sind bei Bestellungen zu einem best. Zeitpunkt durchweg superpünktlich und auch bei „sofort“-Bestellung sehr schnell und freundlich. Ich mag die Pizzen sehr, großzügig belegt, tolle Konsistenz, coole Aktionen und die verfügbaren Pizzen lassen sich in der App oder im Browser super anpassen. Kurz: Mega.

I don't know if they made a mistake when making my pizza but it was by far the greasiest pizza I've ever had. I thought at first it was too much tomato sauce but realized quickly that it was soaked in grease... It was a Margherita. I don't think I will order here again.

Ich bin generell ein Verfechter von dieser Kette. Früher hat mir die Filiale zwar besser gefallen, aktuell liegt der Schwerpunkt einfach beim Liefern. Danke Corona. Super leckere Pizzen, gute Quali mit nem passenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Pizzen werden bereits vorm Verpacken geschnitten. Durchschnittliche Wartezeit ca. 10 Minuten außer es geht mal richtig zu. :)

(Pizza Bosten und Funghi) super lecker, gute Portionen. Der Brokkoli auf der Bosten Pizza war richtig frisch. Lieferant war schnell da, nett und hielt sich an Corona Maßnahmen.
