★☆☆☆☆ – Delivery a disaster, unreliable and disrespectful I ordered from Domino's and the delivery instructions described exactly how the messenger would find me: - Straight ahead through the corridor into the inner courtyard - Take the right door - Spiral staircase up to the third floor to the apartment I let the messenger into the house and waited several times at the apartment door and listened - no one came. The stairwell is very noisy, I could clearly hear footsteps. Instead, the pizzeria later said he was looking for me and then even took a video of him coming up. At this point I was (of course) long back in bed and (of course) expecting the doorbell to ring. There wasn't. You would definitely have heard that too. Yes, the path is more complex than simply "up the stairs" but all friends and other messengers always found it immediately, according to my description. And no one needed > 10 minutes to do it, you could hear everyone in the stairwell after 1-2 minutes! Especially because I currently have severe health problems, I rely on reliable delivery. What I experienced was the exact opposite: unprofessional, customer-unfriendly and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this location to anyone who needs reliability.

I had these "Chicken Kickers" delivered to my office this afternoon... That was a particularly gruesome experience 🤢 Thick breading, which I took off out of curiosity to see what was underneath. The breading was at least a quarter of the product's weight and was soft - almost sticky/sticky. The meat underneath smelled "old." All in all, a truly disgusting affair. €6.50 for the trash 🚮

Pizza Chicken Doner consisted practically only of sauce and onions. Today I gave the store one last chance. Pizza Tonno was actually a margherita with onions. ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED?

We had a colorful mix of pizza, pizza rolls and other side dishes. The pizza rolls were best, although a bit dry. The pizza and the rest were far too greasy and soaked the entire box. Everything that came out of the fryer was an absolute disaster. The chicken wasn't even remotely crispy and tasted like stale fat. But the scariest part were by far the churros. The appearance was more like a pickle and it seemed like they were baked and fried. Here, too, everything was swimming in fat but it wasn't baked through at all. For us it was the last order from Dominos, every Italian in Konstanz bakes better pizzas and certainly at lower prices.

Good pizza overall. Sometimes a hit or miss depending on who makes the pizza. They removed the pick up option so now it’s more expensive. Tried to rectify an order once. We were told it’s our problem..

We ordered at 10:15 p.m. and a delivery time of 30 minutes was announced. At 11 p.m. we got a call from the delivery person who went to the wrong address and he then told us he wouldn't bring the food anymore because his shift was over were. Addendum: the food was brought over around 11:30 p.m.

No, I don't have to order again. My pizza is cold! My dough is not well done! The surface leaves a lot to be desired! In my opinion, around €13 for service + food is absolutely incomprehensible in this case. Tip: it's better to give yourself a little more time, bake the pizza thoroughly and don't be so stingy with the toppings...

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio suffers with the price increases. The delivery area makes little sense in my case, I live 20m from the main road and don't get deliveries, but the main road is several kilometers further. Otherwise, the pizza rolls are sometimes much too small, sometimes even cheeky...

Either way, I honor a quick and error-free delivery, but please slow down in 30 zones or narrow streets. Your electric scooters in particular are difficult to notice beforehand. I don't have any speed measurements, but perhaps such things are important for you too.

Unfortunately not suitable for eating pizza on site. No plates or cutlery and no toilet, although seats are offered. Have had better pizzas at Domino's, but not in Konstanz. This branch could improve a lot.

I once ordered the Rösti Döner for €10.49 and another pizza roll for €5.99. Based on the price alone, I thought that the Rösti kebab was definitely a much larger portion?! Pustekuchen - two boxes were delivered that seemed small and light when they were handed out. I wouldn't have expected that the €10.49 Rösti kebab including the box weighs a ridiculous 235 g. Minus the empty box, you're left with a whopping ~200g of food for €10.49! The taste was okay, but certainly not a highlight. At least the pizza rolls were good. I would describe the Rösti Döner as a pure rip-off and that's true. already a case for consumer protection.

I ordered a pizza for the first time three weeks ago because I was sick at home and was thrilled: the online ordering system is clear and you can easily order with various options. I thought it was particularly good that you could enter the tip for the delivery person and pay it online. This made delivery easier. The pizza itself came surprisingly quickly. And to my taste it was very good, both in terms of the crispy dough and the topping. That tasted really good. After the positive experience, I ordered from Dominos twice more with my wife and was thrilled both times, both with the incredibly fast delivery and the pizzas themselves. They tasted really good and weren't as oily and soggy as that, what you would normally get from a pizza service elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza via Lieferando. Kept an eye out for over an hour after the estimated delivery time, they never bothered to show up without any update on the app except for "will be delivered shortly". Tried to call their number as mentioned here in maps, and I got hung up on. Now i am still doubting whether to try nd order somewhere else or not, and i keep going outside to check whether or not they might still decide to show up.

Wir haben uns zwei Yufca geholt, leider waren ganz kalt, schlechte Geschmack. Teig war dick und nicht duich . Leider verdient hier keine einzige Stern ,das heisst 0 Sterne. Ich werde an diesem Lokal nicht mehr essen.

Dubious, unprofessional. Employee calls customers “colleague” and has an aggressive tone. Didn't want to cancel the order even though it had just been placed, that's pretty dubious. -> Called Lieferando, a nice lady responded quickly and instructed the restaurant. Domino's should change operators here as quickly as possible.

Anyone who orders here must be really drunk. Tiny pizzas, super overpriced, the dough is so flimsy that you can't even lift the piece without the topping falling off. Then it's better to walk to Nino's Pizzeria. At least it's worth it

Always happy to order there. Large selection of ingredients and the delivery time is always met, friendly drivers and very tasty pizza.

Unfortunately the worst Domino branch I have ever ordered from...

I received what I ordered but not what I paid for! I am shocked at the fact that an order worth 30.64 results in 2 people not being fed. The so-called “Premium Pizza Boxes” contain a tiny portion of pizza with a diameter of 18cm, i.e. a 🍆 length that you normally don't have to hide with, but with pizzas it's different, but unfortunately I was naive enough to think To say that it is remotely sufficient is an outrage. The 2 churros were okay and the 3 chicken strips were worse breaded than in a village restaurant. I actually remembered Dominos better. But I was extremely disappointed. I would like to cancel the order, unfortunately I have already paid in advance.

Excellent pizzas. An error in my online order was changed as a gesture of goodwill at no extra charge. That's what I call service. The driver received the difference as a tip.

immer schnelle lieferung und gutes Essen!

War seit Jahren nicht mehr bei Domino essen und sind am Wochenende extra nach Konstanz um dort zu essen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, wie die Qualität im Gegensatz zu früher nachgelassen hat!

Wir bestellen bei Dominos überwiegend nur Mittags, da es hier preislich gute Mittags Angebote gibt. Die Pizzen sind nicht nur vielfältig, sondern auch geschmacklich sehr gut und auch die Lieferung verläuft hier zügig. Auf der Dominos HomePage kann man ganz unkompliziert die Bestellung aufgeben und mehrere Bezahl Möglichkeiten für sich nutzen. Das Personal ist immer nett. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Lava Kuchen, den muss man mal probiert haben. Jedoch sind die Preise hier viel zu hoch angesetzt, dafür gibt es ein günstiges Mittagsangebot.

Überrascht von der Pizza mit Hühner Fleisch ist zu empfehlen ( Döner)

Pizzateig ist nicht so ganz meins, aber alles andere Schmeckt, vor allen die Desserts. Lieferung ist immer schnell, und findet mich auch meistens direkt.

Tolles Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung und leckerem Essen !!! Einfach weiter zu empfehlen!!!!

I have tried Fitness Fan and Chicken&Spargel. I recommend Chicken&Spargel. I did not expect this but their tiramisu is also very good. In my opinion, do not try chicken nuggets because, by the time they reached my house, they were softened and had a lot of oil in them. It might be a good idea to add seasoning to the side of the pizza. Enjoy :)

Gute Pizzen, nur leider werden ab und zu Zutaten vergessen oder verwechselt.

Online zum Abholen bestellt. Das Essen war zur angegeben Uhrzeit fertig. Die Pizza war super lecker und hat auch satt gemacht.

Essen ok aber leider kein wc nur für Mitarbeiter. Nich mal für kleine Kinder.

Falsche Bestellung erhalten UND die Zutaten in der Bestellung stimmen nicht. Lieferung war schnell und freundlich, was geliefert wurde schmeckt ok.

Leckere Pizza, natürlich anders als klassisch italienische, aber auf seine eigene Art sehr lecker. Viele verschiedene Sorten, und bereits die kleinere Größe macht satt. Die Lieferung ist in der Regel sehr schnell (sogar schneller als die App anzeigt) und die Lieferanten sind freundlich.

Ein kleiner Besuch am frühen Nachmittag Mitte August. Im Laden war leider gar kein Mitarbeiter zu sehen, die Bestellaufnahme ging trotzdem schnell. Tische waren schmutzig und haben geklebt, auf Nachfrage wurden diese Gewischt. Auch der Boden und die Sitze haben geklebt. Essen: War okay, sehr fettig und ölig. Produkte sehr einheitlich geschnitten und aus der TK, wie bei vielen Resteraunts dieser Art. Für den schnellen Hunger definitiv in Ordnung. (2/5 Sterne) Personal: War freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie oben beschrieben. (4/5 Sterne) Wartezeit: Angemessen, da wir vor Ort gespeißt haben, sonst längere Wartezeiten. (3/5 Sterne) Fazit: War in Ordnung, für den schnellen Hunger auf jeden Fall was. Um richtig gute Pizza zu essen, geht man nicht in ein FastFood Resteraunt. Deswegen 3/5 Sternen, da für den schnellen Hunger geeignet.

Bei einer Bestellung gab es ein Problem ( Pizza hat die Soße gefehlt und die Nudeln waren trocken). Eine Bewertung wurde über die Dominos App abgegeben und kurz darauf kam ein Anruf vom Chef der sehr bemüht war das Problem zu lösen. Er war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Fehler passieren aber hier wurde sich wirklich bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Vielen Dank

Durch Zufall bin ich hier her gekommen und habe einen Dönerteller mit Pommes gegessen. Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung. Aber insgesamt macht der Imbiss einen schmudligen Eindruck. Es ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Mussten einfach mal Dominos testen als wir in Konstanz waren , geschmacklich gibt es nichts zu meckern von den Preisen her , nun teurer als man es sonst gewohnt ist aber das eine Medium Pizza so klein ist für die preise ist dann doch etwas unverschämt. Fazit teuer , zwar lecker aber Medium Pizza so klein wie ein Frühstück's Teller. Wie klein ist dann die kleine Pizza ?

Als Vollblutitalienerin bricht es mir zwar mein kleines Herzchen, doch die genusssüchtige, oftmals wenig koch-motivierte Stubenhockerin jubeliert und brennt für die reichhaltige Auswahl an ungewöhnlichen Pizzakreationen, welche sich zwar ebenfalls auf konventionellen Pfaden bewegen, doch auch mit sehr eigenwilligen Kreationen wohlig von der Konkurrenz abheben. Danke hierfür. Ich präferie die Crazy Dog Variante. Mit Hot Dog Material beladen. Reichlich. Hot Dog. Das ist, als würde man den halben Ikea fressen. Mehr als einmal im Monat ist zwar rein vom Gewissen her nicht drin, aber wenn, dann: Holla, die Waldfee. Pizza Margherita ist halt 'ne Hausfrauenpizza.

DIe Pizzen sind lecker. Mein Favorit ist die Las Vega, die im übrigen die beste vegane Pizza ist, die ich je hatte

Pizza kommt schnell, sieht gut aus und schmeckt auch Gut. Ist halt kein Klassischer Italiener sondern eine Kette, dem sollte man sich bewusst sein, ab und zu kann man das machen!

Geschmacklich ok, aber für eine Pizza für 8,99€ erwarte ich mehr Belag und eine Pizza ohne Riesenloch!! Nichtmal eine Entschuldigung dabei oder Ermäßigung, wenn ich so eine Pizza essen will lass ich meinen kleinen Bruder Pizza backen!!

Nuestra familia cenamos aquí la otra noche. Había una fantástica selección para todos nosotros. Las pizzas eran de gran tamaño para nuestros hijos y mi marido y yo disfrutamos de Kebab y Falafel. El personal era realmente amable y la comida llegó muy bien presentada, caliente porciones grandes y frescas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

War geschmacklich nicht gut. Total überfordert. Wir wurden vergessen. Dann haben wir nachbestellt und meine Pizza war angebacken fast noch roh Wahrscheinlich nie wieder!
