Domino's Pizza Kassel Mitte in Kassel

Ordered two pizzas, unfortunately neither were finished, we had dough with toppings, which meant we had stomach problems.

Please take out the “free pizza” option on the website if you are not taking part in the campaign. As a regular orderer, I would have liked a number of pizzas 🍕 from you, it annoys me every time I order... Otherwise always satisfied, tasty, usually delivered quickly and hot, friendly drivers.

Pizza all in all very tough. A friendly driver who let us in. Otherwise not so friendly. The gentleman who took our order was quite annoyed. Lots of staff but no work... The taste of the pizza leaves a lot to be desired. Never again. We would have expected more. The amazing thing was the lady who was standing at the salad bar who filled it up and put something from a bowl into her mouth with her hands!!! And then continued to fill it up! Not possible at all!!!! Whoever does that when customers are in the store, I don't want to know what happens when no one is in the store!!! There is no customer toilet either!!!! Was our first and last visit/purchase from this chain!!!

It's a shame that the advice to avoid certain foods because of an allergy is simply ignored...

We had vegan pizza and pizza rolls for my daughter. The pizza was tasty but the pizza rolls were extremely spicy. I even called there to ask if our order had been mixed up since they also had pizza rolls with jalapeños, but the man assured me that these were the regular ones. I then had to order somewhere else for my daughter.

So I can't recommend this place, the people who work there are so unfriendly and you always have to say the same thing, they just don't get it. This is the last time I'll go to Dinos in this branch. I can't recommend it.

Disaster. Dominos in Kassel Mitte has lost a lot of quality. Pizza often comes cold and giving delivery time is a joke. I've been waiting for my food for 1.5 hours (it was announced as 45 minutes) and the shop can't be reached by phone. That was the last order there.

Unfortunately, Dominos has lost a lot of quality and has increased prices by almost 40%. In terms of quality, the pizzas were much, much better 2-3 years ago. Unfortunately there's no point in baking more hair in the pizza. In my last order I had 3 hairs in the pizza. It's a shame that it turned out like this :( Delivery was quite quick, but unfortunately it still doesn't help in this case.

We ordered at 7 p.m. via Lieferando, the stated delivery time was 8 p.m., after waiting for 2 hours and no one was available, we had to cancel the order via 5 detours

Never order online again and after an hour they call to pick up the pizzas if I want to order online. I had pizzas that were cold and didn't taste good at all

The pizza tasted really bad. In my opinion it didn't have much to do with pizza. Ordering online is much more complicated than necessary.

Haben Pizza bestellt, hatte eine Pizza mit Hähnchenstreifen drauf. Die Pizza hat genau wie eine Tiefkühlpizza von Dr. Oetker der Sorte Ofenfrische geschmeckt. Auch optisch vom Teig her kein Unterschied. Kaum Tomatensoße drauf und trocken, dafür 11,50€. Ne anständig Pizza bekommste da nicht. Die Ironie dabei, auf dem Pizza Karton steht kein Tiefkühlquatsch 😂

Haben Pizza direkt vor Ort gegessen ,war richtig gut und lecker !

Es ist ein Restaurant - und es gibt keine Toiletten, auch wenn man sich nicht waschen kann.

Abends bestellt und die Lieferung war fast 40 Minuten Verspätung, kein Entgegenkommen des Restaurants bezüglich Preis oder Aufmerksamkeit. Vorher war es dort einmal gut, aber noch einmal so etwas und ich muss sagen es gibt noch genug andere Restaurants! 🤔

Haben 7 Pizzen, zum Geburtstag bestellt. Das Essen war lecker und ist soweit pünktlich geliefert worden. Und das obwohl es nicht das direkte Einzugsgebiet war. Aber was ärgerlich ist, sind die Preise, die stimmen bei weitem nicht mit denen der Homepage überein. Mindestens 2,50 €, pro Pizza mehr, ist schon nen Wort.

Die Lieferung kam leider nicht zu Stande. Der andere Standort in der Wilhelmshöher Allee ist immer zuverlässig gewesen.

Die Pizza ansich war lecker, wenn auch schon recht kalt. Der Service der Bedienung hingegen war eine Katastrophe, die Dame war schlichtweg sehr unfreundlich und es kam mir so vor, als würde sie ihre schlechte Laune an uns Kunden auslassen.

Also an sich alles lecker bin zu Frieden der Fahrer wahr auch sehr nett aber leider wahr auf dem Cinnamon bread mit warmen apfelkompott sehr wenig Apfel drauf aber sonst war alles top

Wir bestellen seit Jahren immer mal wieder hier, Essen war noch nie schlecht. Allerdings ist der Lieferservice eine absolute Katastrophe. Jede zweite Bestellung wird zur falschen Adresse geliefert, trotz zusätzlicher Notiz während der Bestellung. Sehr enttäuschend und hält vom weiteren Bestellen ab!

Bequeme Online-Bestellung und Bezahlung. Über den live Pizza-Tracker erfährt man den Staus der Bearbeitung und ist somit punktlich zur Abholung vor Ort bzw. sieht wann diese geliefert wird. Die Pizzen waren heiß und lecker. Super Service, super Pizza.

Toller Service und leckeres Essen. Ich kann es wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Sehr gerne wieder! 🙂

Gute Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus, um leckere, vegane Pizza abzuholen!

Leider hats geknirscht im Salat, denke war noch Sand sind.. chocominos sind verbrannt gewesen.. sonst nie so gewesen

Schnelle, gute Gerichte, Auswahl begrenzt und nur selten wechselnd. Teilweise zu teuer. Update: Seit Übernahme durch Dominos häufiger wechselnde Gerichte. Pizzabrot und Chicken Kickers sehr lecker, manche Pizzas auch mal was Besonderes. Der Boden ist nicht mehr so knusprig wie früher und die Nudeln haben nachgelassen.

Na ja, wenn es denn für zwischendurch mal Fastfood sein soll... aber sehr unwahrscheinlich, sich extra dafür vom Sofa in die Stadt aufzumachen. Gemütlich wie ein Waschsalon. Okay, um auch was Nettes zu sagen: im Segment Fastfood ist diese Auswahl durchaus kreativ, vielfältig und natürlich mit viel weniger Umverpackungen.

Netter Service und leckeres Essen, nur etwas teuer

Kenne keinen Lieferdienst der vergleichbare Qualität beim Essen bieten kann. Die Lieferanten waren immer freundlich und schnell. Ohne erkennbare Mängel weiterzuempfehlen.

War ganz okay. Die Auswahl war ein bisschen mau und der Pizzaboden extrem dünn. Wird wohl ein einmaliger Besuch gewesen sein.
