Domino's Pizza Hildesheim West in Hildesheim

We ordered a pizza with pizza chilies, a wrap and a cola. The driver arrived with a warm and shaken cola and forgot the pizza chillies. Given the prices, you can just expect what you ordered, right? After I called, the service representative didn't even say an apology. I'm curious when we'll get the money back via Paypal for the warm cola that we gave to the driver. I don't understand why you don't just call the customer in advance if you forget to put the Coke in the fridge. So a solution could be found. My conclusion: Poorly organized and no service!

My 12 pizzas were super tasty, I would order them again

That's not possible, firstly no delivery secondly we ordered 2 large pizzas with sucuck and there were only 7 pieces of sucuck on them and the free ice cream didn't taste good either. I'll never order anything from you againrrrrrr

Pizza always arrived faster than stated and therefore warm/hot. One or two employees should work on their motivation, but it's about the pizza and not about speed dating 👌

I ordered 4 pizzas there and once I had pasta Bolognese and they simply forgot to warm it up. I've never experienced anything like that before. The employee on the phone also showed little understanding. And there was no apology either. Maybe I'm wrong and you have to heat your own food at home. The new hot noodles arrived 30 minutes after the complaint. I was then allowed to watch my family eat and then ate alone, thank you very much for that. Not recommended

Not so tasty everything is hard and not even cut properly

Friendliness among all things, being referred to on the phone as A..r..s..c..h... by the employee when we hung up because we called that there wasn't a sauce on the pizza and we had something have done wrong, without a counter-offer (such as delivery of the sauce) is really bottomless. The food was just so bad, it was something else tasty. Ordered from Dominos last time because the customer doesn't come first

I ordered a vegan pizza and specifically wrote in the note “please please please no mushrooms!” .... and what I get is probably a bad joke! Photo attached

Unfortunately you can't give more than three stars anymore, the quality of the food has unfortunately declined significantly in recent years. I would only order here if necessary if nothing else works. At other places you can get a much better pizza for the price of a Dominos Pizza. The service has remained good. Hence the 3 stars.

I order more often from both stores, but the branch on Stresemannstrasse has better dough. On Phoenixstrasse you always don't know whether you're getting crispy or limp pizza

I love your food! With the live tracker the coolest thing there is. So far everything has always been great, delivery time and food! Ordered again today. My daughter VERY LOVED THE LAVACAKE!🤩

So I was sent from one Dominos branch to the other even though there are only 2 and none of them deliver to my address, the other one sends me to the other one and then my address is in the system but my order is recorded and then someone else calls and says it Order from, no idea what's going on.

That was probably the most expensive pizza of my life. 20 €. Crazy.

Ok, to pick up something quickly, quality franchise..... The pizza balls are a personal highlight.

Final note to the Dominos delivery drivers. A vehicle with an insurance license plate is not allowed to drive on pedestrian/bicycle paths. These are the round paths marked with a blue background and a white pictogram of a cyclist and/or pedestrian.

Ordered pizza and pasta while eating and noticed that there was a short dark hair in the cream sauce, called Dominos to let them know, we got new pasta but had to show proof, the employee's statement was that everyone in the branch was blonde had hair and it would be strange, he took the pasta (which was already in the trash) back with him. And there wasn't even an apology. Last time I ordered there

Great food, great service! No matter whether pizza rolls or pizza, everything is always delicious, warm and fresh. Delivery always at record speed.

The pizzas are not good for the price. There are much better pizzerias. Half of the toppings were missing on a pizza.

The order came quickly. The pizzas were very poorly topped and therefore very dry. The portions in the SnackBox were also super dry. Price/performance is not right at all. Every kebab shop in Hildesheim makes better pizzas for a significantly lower price..."Quality has its price."Unfortunately this doesn't apply to Dominos.

Food arrived a little late but really hot, unfortunately the pizza dough wasn't very tasty but the toppings were ok. The delivery person and the telephone contact were very nice and friendly.

The pizza arrived over an hour late and you can't get through to the telephone hotline even after 30 minutes and are manually pushed away in the middle. The worst service I have ever experienced from an ordering service in my life...

Pizza abgeholt, es war die Chicken Döner Pizza mit Roten Zwiebeln und Pizza Chili Topping, für 14,38€ war die Pizza echt Mega gut. Ich war echt überrascht als ich den Karton zu Hause geöffnet habe. Auf dem Weg nach Hause spontan bestellt, direkt dort hin gefahren und nach nicht mal 20 Minuten war die Pizza fertig zur Abholung. Ich habe das erste mal bei Dominos bestellt und es hat mich echt überrascht was ich bekommen habe. Sehr gerne wieder. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Klassische Domino's-Filiale mit freundlichem Personal, das in respektabler Geschwindigkeit die Pizzen zubereitet. Geschmacklich top, Sonderwünsche werden zuverlässig berücksichtigt.

Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert! Ich habe mit meinen Freunden bei Dominos bestellt und bin absolut enttäuscht! Wir haben so lange auf die Pizza warten müssen das wir am Ende garnicht mehr komplett waren weil es über unsere gemeinsame Zeit ging ! Sowas gibts doch nicht !

Leckere Pizza und guter Service.

Die Pizza und Nudeln waren in Ordnung, geht aber besser. Wir haben Abgeholt und dort an den Tischen gleich gegessen. Leider war dort ein sehr unfreundlicher und null hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter.

Kann man machen, aber nur mit Gutscheinen, sonst zu teuer für die Qualität.

Leider funktioniert die App öfters nicht zum bestellen. Im Geschäft kennt sich dann niemand aus welche Aktionen oder Rabatte im Moment aktuell sind. Diese Funktion sollte auch am Tresen möglich sein. Essen immer gleicher Standard was meinst recht schnell zubereitet wird.

Meine Enkeltochter hat uns den Pizza Laden Domino's am Phoenixgelände empfohlen. Wir sind wirklich begeistert. Die Pizza schmeckt genauso gut, wie sie aussieht. Toller Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir werden definitiv nochmals dort bestellen. Daumen hoch!

das mit der online Bestellung hat gut geklappt aber die Anzeige wann es fertig ist hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert . Aber als ich da war war es auch schon fertig und hat gut geklappt. Essen war wie immer gut

Die Pizza hole ich meistens ab, die Preise sind durch die Angebote unschlagbar günstig!! Manchmal ist die Pizza nicht ganz durchgebacken - schade - deswegen auch nur drei Sterne. Ansonsten ist die Pizza okay.

Ich kenne noch Joey's, da war die Qualität sehr viel besser. Seitdem ist es immer weniger Genuss, und tut immer mehr weh im Portemonnaie. Pizza wird schnell trocken und kalt. Wenig Pizzabelag. Und wenn ich extra doppelt anklicke (z.B. Mais), ist es immer noch sehr wenig und ich frage mich, wo die Steigerung sein soll. Die Vegan Curry war mal mega lecker und deftig, nun auch eher trocken und wenig belegt. Positiv: Salat ist immer frisch und die Schachtel gut gefüllt, Lieferung geht immer schnell. Viel Veganes, außer bei Dressings/Dips.

Immer wieder gerne. Manchmal ist sie nicht ganz durch oder etwas mager belegt, aber meistens ist sie super lecker und das Personl ist sehr freundlich.

Positiv: Pizza in Stücken, keine Anfahrtskosten, Essen war pünktlich da. Negativ: billiges Tomatenmark, Rand sehr hart, Keine Möglichkeit der Artischocken Zutat, Preise mit Übernachtung und Frühstück

Lecker 😋.. jedesmal top Qualität

Eure Pizza ist vor Ort wirklich lecker, aber bei Bestellung war sie bis jetzt immer kalt und etwas weich. Zudem ist das Personal meist sehr unfreundlich und braucht oft echt lange.

Heute, 16.08. Eine Pizza mitgenommen und einen Salat mit chicken. Die Pizza ok. Der Salat für 7,99 unter aller Sau. Insgesamt 4 Cherrytomaten, 10 kleine Stückchen Huhm insgesamt vielleicht 50g. Der Rest verwelkter an den schnittstellen Braun verfärbter grüner Salat und ein Paar Stückchen Parmesan. Der grüne Salat ein unding sah sehr unappetitlich aus, und für den Preis eine Frechheit. 1 mal. Nie wieder 🤬🤬🤢🤮

Sehr nettes Personal, hatten einen Gutschein, sehr kompetente Beratung. Wir fühlten uns echt gut umsorgt. Pizzen waren auch gut. Der Teig ist Geschmackssache, da fest aber nicht knusprig. Könnte man dem netten Personal aber bestimmt nächstes Mal sagen. Gegenüber ist ein großer Parkplatz, auf dem man genug Platz hat. Sehr gutes Team - wirklich! 👍
