Domino's Pizza Hamburg Neugraben in Hamburg

I would prefer not to give a star at all! Bottomless food, pizza rolls taste like rubberized dough, no toppings in them, I still pay money for something like that, just cheeky.

27.01 around 8 p.m. We had a larger order for our team meeting. There was an error when ordering. Me and a colleague stopped by Dominos on the way home and wanted to point out the error. When we arrived at the store and said that it was a faulty delivery, the employee banned us from the premises and kicked us out without even listening to what it was actually about. Unfortunately, he also refused to give his name. Unfortunately, that's not how service works. The delivery driver was super friendly and helpful.

The worst pizza rolls I have ever eaten. You just chew on dough, some pizza rolls are not filled at all. The employee on the phone was friendly. And said everything was right because it was weighed up. Never again!!!!!!!

Pizza is regularly lukewarm when delivered, but what's worse is the unfriendly manner. We made a typo on the last order and called immediately afterwards. It wasn't until the third time that the call was answered. Then they said it was too late, the pizza was already in the oven. When asked why no one answered: there is so much to do... I was then allowed to order the right pizza as normal and of course pay on top. No more dominoes

I ordered from Domino’s today. Food was delivered over an hour and a half after I called. Ice cold. Not edible and not edible. After I made contact again, I was told that nothing could be done because the delivery service apparently couldn't read and the house couldn't. In addition, the food was almost burnt. I imagine a good pizza differently.

The “nice” man on the phone says I was unlucky! Cheeky. I ordered a salt without mushrooms. Due to allergy. What comes with mushrooms. Unfriendly Disrespectful!

Even if there is a lot going on on Sunday, Dominos you have to cut the pizzas properly so really, that's an outrage.

I don't know why Dominos has become so bad. The pizza comes lukewarm. According to the system, the pizza will be ready there for 20 minutes before it is delivered. I've had the same experience with 2 orders now and won't be ordering there again. The pizza tastes like rubber. Maybe the owner has changed. The owner was totally unfriendly and not customer friendly and I had to contact the head office.

Good outlet, friendly staff and tasty pizza with lot of veggies.

Half of the order was not delivered, even after calling several times. Never again Domino's Neugraben.

Never really had any issues when it came to the delivery process, the drivers usually always read the delivery instructions and proceed to do what’s written which is something i always appreciated and why i kept ordering here but this time before leaving the delivery driver shouted thru the door in a very ironic tone "thanks for the tip" i assume its because i leave online tips which don’t seem to be acknowledged as much instead of a cash tip.. tipping isn’t mandatory in the first place so i find it a bit rude to leave any sort of comments instead of just doing ur job cause that’s not gonna make customers satisfied. I think on this note i will have to end my ordering streak here cause it made me really uncomfortable! but this is by no means a bad review towards the store itself i have always been satisfied with the food (:

Since it is a delivery service I can't rate the place, but we are very satisfied with the service. If something is wrong, you can call and everything will be taken care of promptly. I had to tick Ambience, otherwise the rating wouldn't be active.

I find it impossible (unhygienic) that you don't change your gloves when you touch everything else with them👎 (money etc.) I definitely won't buy there again.

Actually, something like that shouldn't happen. I always enjoyed ordering because it was delivered quickly. Even if something was missing from time to time, you could overlook it. I ordered again today and then got a tiramisu that is no longer allowed to be given out. (yes I know it's probably still good, but still)

Hygiene is not taken very seriously here. I have already experienced several times that when picking up the lettuce on the pizza is touched without gloves, which is really disgusting when the outside temperature is 26 degrees because the cashier touched the money beforehand. I then pointed it out and the only consequence is that a pizza is made for you again, which means that because you pointed out what was obvious, you have to wait twice as long

Although Dominos is not my favorite pizza delivery service, you still get decent quality. There is also a friendly team at work here and everything went smoothly and tasted good.

And again the pizza was cut and all the toppings stuck to the box! You can't do anything more than just write, PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE PIZZA. That was the last time I ordered from you. You can forget it sometimes, but always? Really weak of you!

Pizza was sparsely topped and very dry.

Why is there suddenly a minimum order value of €15.90 to Neuwiedenthal? It's a 6 minute drive and 3 kilometers. I don't understand. It's a shame, I was happy to order.

I ordered a vegan pizza that arrived warm and was delicious, but I received an “expired” dessert. What a shame!!

I wanted to order a pizza online like I have done about 50 times. But “anonymous” is no longer possible. I then ordered in the store and not only did I not get any discount, as if I had ordered online. My order was still wrong. Incompetent and useless. I'd rather order from Smileys via Lieferando next time and save money and nerves

I've often eaten at Domino's (pizza) and never had any problems, but recently something has changed and I've gotten diarrhea every time. I thought it was an isolated experience but unfortunately it happened again so I'm afraid I won't eat there again....😕

I love Dominos delivery! Mega hot, delicious food and no one delivers that quickly! It was a pleasure

Keine Toiletten und unfreundlich 🚮

Food was ok. What's not possible is that we had to pay for the order twice. Instead of 38 euros it was 76 euros. I had prepaid online, the next day I received a call saying the payment had failed. So I was supposed to come into the store and pay again, which I did. But the payment was still there successful. Dominos told me to come back in a few days and then I would get my money back, when I came back I was told the driver would bring me the money, when this didn't happen I was told I would get the money transferred back, that hasn't happened to date and I've been waiting for a few months 😑

Für schmales Geld eine sehr ordentliche Pizza. Klar: das ist Fast Food. Aber wenn man sündigen und das mit der ganzen Familie, dann macht man hier nichts falsch.

Tolle Erfahrung mit der Lieferung von Domino's! Der Lieferant mit schlanker Figur und langen Haaren zeigt eine hohe Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit. Besonders abends hat er bereits mehrmals einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, mit leisen Gesprächen und seiner ruhigen Art sich im Treppenhaus zu bewegen. Die Pizza wurde pünktlich und in hervorragendem Zustand geliefert. Ich bin beeindruckt vom Service und werde definitiv nochmal bestellen. Ich gebe dem Domino's Pizza fünf Sterne! Ihre vielfältige Auswahl und leckere Pizza sind wirklich erfreulich. Vielen Dank an die Köche. Ich empfehle sie gerne allen Pizza-Liebhabern.

Ich gebe 5 Sterne. Service sehr pünktlich. Und dieser Mann war sehr leise auf dem Treppenhaus. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Immer wieder werde bei Euch bestellen.

Immer wieder sehr leckere Pizzen, hole dort sehr gerne ab. Auch an die extra Domino Gutschein App denken, da gibt es fast immer ein gutes Angebot. Personal sehr freundlich.

Der einzige Pizzalieferdienst, bei dem auch Vegetarier & Veganer glücklich werden! Mittlerweile gute Auswahl an veganen Belägen & Snacks, zudem kann man bei der Bestellung danach filtern. Waren immer pünktlich, und die Fahrer*innen stets freundlich! Prima auch, die Möglichkeit, Trinkgeld schon bei Bestellung zu geben.

Die Lieferung kam schnell und der Lieferant war freundlich. Das Essen kam wie bestellt und schmeckte gut .

Die Qualität ist hier immer wieder anders, aber meistens schlecht. Oft ist die Pizza nur lauwarm oder kühlt sehr schnell aus. Was auch erklärt warum der Boden oft nicht richtig durch ist sondern in der mitt enoch matschig teigig. Die Pizza sollte vielleicht ein bisschen länger im Ofen bleiben. Lieber warte ich länger als halb gares Essen das dasnn Durchfall verursacht. Auch sind die Pizzen immer sehr sehr fettig. Belag ist ok für die Preise, vergessen wurde bei uns nie was. Und ansich ist es auch recht lecker. Aber halt bissel zu kurz im ofen. Die Fahrer sind immer sehr nett.

Was will man noch sagen für alle die Dominos mögen, braucht es keine Wort.

Liefert schnell, einige Produkte waren aber leicht angebrannt, Käse zu den Nudeln wurde mehrfach vergessen, deswegen einen Sternabzug

Habe schon mehrmals bestellt und es hat immer geschmeckt. Heute bin ich sehr enttäuscht, Pizza lauwarm( so weit weg wohne ich nicht) Oliven extra bestellt und bezahlt , die fehlten komplett, dafür waren die Rindfleischstreifen komplett verbrutzelt. Das war keine Gourmet-Pizza für stolze 18 €!! Das war nichts

Telefonisch bestellt, Lieferung zur Baustelle und habe vergessen zu sagen, dass die Pizzen geschnitten sein soll. Die Pizzen wurden zügig und vor allen geschnitten geliefert. Super Service!

Ich hab mir die Pasta echt besser vorgestellt. Sollte eigentlich auch mit Sahne Sauce sein, aber erkenne davon nichts. Die Pizza von meinem Mann sieht hingegen ganz gut aus und schmeckt wohl auch.

Meine absolute Lieblingsfiliale von Dominos. Wir bekommen jedes Mal einen befreienden Durchfall wenn wir hier bestellen. Dominos Neugraben ist ein absoluter Garant für ein gut durchgespültes Darmsystem und wohlriechende Fürze.

War eigentlich immer gut, aber nun schon das zweite mal die Desserts vergessen... Leider kam auch keines nachgeschickt..

Normalerweise bestellen wir gerne bei euch, nun war es doch das letzte mal. Die Bestellungen sind nicht richtig und das ist schon länger so. Mal bekommen wir etwas falsches oder wir bekamen weniger, die Pizzen sind katastrophal geschnitten, sind nicht richtig belegt, weil ständig etwas fehlt oder es einfach grundsätzlich ignoriert wird. Die Pizzen werden immer Fettiger. Beim Nachtisch fehlt auch immer was oder es ist noch gefroren. Wirklich schade!

Grundsätzlich leckere Pizza und toller Service. Aber....Wir haben mit 6 bestellt für 18.00 und leider erneut nicht geklappt. Die ersten bekamen ihre Pizza um 17.40 die nächsten um 18.10 das ist echt schade. Eigentlich wollten wir alle zusammen essen.. Finde wenn man für 18.00 bestellt dann sollte die Pizza dann auch kommen aber nicht 20 Minuten eher.. Schade

Diese Pizzen sind in unseren Augen die Besten. Super lecker und gut belegt. Ebenso lecker sind auch die Wraps 😋. Die Lieferung ist in der Regel sehr zügig und das Essen ist noch bei guter Temperatur. Die Fahrer sind sehr nett. Wir bestellen hier häufiger und werden es auch weiter gerne tun.
