Domino's Pizza Hamburg Hafencity in Hamburg

I order pizza here often and am satisfied. Ideally, delivery in HafenCity takes place after 15-20 minutes, even at peak times I have never waited longer than 45-60 minutes. The suppliers are always friendly and so far everything has always worked out with special requests, extras, etc. I don't have to say much about the taste, it's not a premium pizza, but you know that you're getting solid food with consistent quality. The only criticism is that the pizza is sometimes not completely cooked through. The pizza is probably taken out too early during peak times. That's why the oven at home is always preheated when I expect delivery. I also think it's great that there is a good selection of vegan pizzas and other vegan dishes. Overall, I can recommend this Dominos branch.

Beautifully decorated good food and very cheap

An order has just been placed. It said it was delivered at 12:40, we stood there for an hour and the delivery didn't arrive! We didn't receive any calls, texts or anything! Understand the situation and return the money!

We were guests at the hotel next door with a feverish child. So it had to be quick and also suitable for a hotel room. So we ordered two pizzas and one “naked” pasta for our daughter. We could ignore the fact that there are no children's options here, but what we got instead is an absolute disgrace. I asked to just get a portion of pasta. Without anything, as there doesn't seem to be any butter there. We were then charged the cheapest pasta dish at €9.49! €9.49 for a small handful of pasta. Some of them were so dry and hard that we really have to ask ourselves what they did with them. The photos speak volumes. We only gave two stars for the food because the pizzas tasted ok (but not more). Even if they were extremely greasy. Come what may, we will never order anything here again.

Ordered takeaway there shortly before 2200 hours on Saturday. Went quickly and without any problems. Waiting time 15 minutes.

Placed an order and had it delivered. The food arrived 1.5 hours later, ordered at 11pm and it arrived at 12:27am. In addition, there were those who forgot pizza and it wasn't cut. The pizza rolls were burnt. Not recommended.

The food was good and ready relatively quickly, but unfortunately there was no cutlery as it was probably not available at the time. But the toilet was an imposition. The toilet was blocked and there was no soap or towels to dry off with.

Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong. -Wrong address recorded that sound similar - Pizza was ice cold - Picked up the wrong item with the wrong price, but I still paid for it on the spot. After consultation, the remaining amount was charged for a subsequent order - Driver arrived completely annoyed with the follow-up order and forcefully handed me the remaining amount of €1-2. After the whole event, I lost my appetite. Unfortunately I can't recommend it, it's also the last time I would order something there.

Good opportunity for a casual meeting with moderate prices and an acceptable selection of food and drinks

The pizza was delicious!!! and the price is very good, I seem to remember that it was 9 euros for a 28 cm pizza. 🔝🔝🔝 The place was very clean and very nicely decorated for a Domino's. Plus point it was open at a normal time for dinner (9:30 p.m.)

Unfortunately, the Diavolo pizza wasn't made with fresh jalapeno and tomatoes, but from a jar, which my wife noticed immediately and I noticed after trying it too, and visually you could see that they weren't fresh, but pickled ones from a jar.

The chicken doner pizza is delicious and soft.. Loved it 😋

It took them 45 minutes to make a pizza, there were 3 other people in the restaurant and 4 employes, and when i finally got my pizza it was the wrong pizza, and i had a stomach ache after.

I regularly order from Domino’s in Hafencity and am always thrilled. The pizzas are always hot, fresh and exactly as I ordered them. I particularly like the large selection of toppings and the crusty bread. The delivery service is fast and reliable, and the staff is friendly and courteous. No matter whether I order or pick up on site, the service is always top! Absolutely recommended for all pizza lovers in the area. Lg.

Staff totally unfriendly!! Noodles were in short supply and could not be ordered on site! If we had ordered by phone, it wouldn't have been a problem! Explain the logic to me!!! Never again!!!!

The restaurant is in a catastrophic hygienic condition. Not a single clean table. Extremely dirty toilets. No soap. No toilet paper. Dirty carpets. Dirty armchairs. You can see that some of the dirt has been rotting away for weeks. An absolute case for the health department. (The worst photos omitted here) There was about 1/3 less salami on the pizza than in the sample shown. You can see absolute management failing here. All in all a shame for the chain.

Back after a few years. Pizza at frozen quality level. Staff unambitious. Store dirty, floor with trash. Cutlery was missing and had to be washed first. The photo is symbolic of the store, it comes from one of the TV screens in the store.

Incredibly incompetent and non-customer focused staff. Order WITHOUT onion due to an intolerance and then complain about it. His reaction was that it wasn't their problem because it was supposedly entered incorrectly and they only read it after the pizza was ready.

The two of us were there on a Sunday evening for “a quick pizza”. Unfortunately, the employee who took the order spoke German so poorly that I had to show him the pizzas on the menu. Unfortunately, his colleague who came to help wasn't any better. Well, get Pieper 16 and off to the table. After 5 minutes the thing rings... off to the counter, yes stupid, the colleague gave out Pieper 16 a total of 3 times. A third colleague comes along and sorts out the chaos. I stay at the counter without the beeper. The pizza that came next was the icing on the cake... just bad... It's a shame, the branch could have potential for more given its location and furnishings.

Staff friendly. Food was good. The light flickered, which was annoying at the table and the toilets were unfortunately a disaster. That's why only 3 stars. The staff was very friendly.

The New York pizza could taste better, 🙈 dried out and tastes strongly of tomato paste. But the Bombay pizza was fresh and delicious 😋

I went for pizza with my older daughter and we can't say anything negative. Great atmosphere, my chicken teriyaki pizza was very tasty (absolute recommendation!) and the staff is very friendly.

We have been coming to this exact branch on vacation for years and have always been satisfied. This year we ordered the lunch deal, classic pizza plus 2 ingredients. A pizza should be shared, half with sucuk and half vegetarian with peppers. But for these two ingredients to be sprinkled on only one half each, we should pay an extra €2! Service desert Domino's, so if that's asking too much... What a shame.

The Atmosphere is very nice and the food is typical Domino's Pizza, the staff are lovely and friendly.

Terrible! I was a hotel guest next door and wanted to get a quick box during the halftime break of the Germany game. Order placed, after 15 minutes the buzzer buzzes, so you're done!? Think! The counter clerk says “um malfunction..” gives me a new buzzer and I happen to notice that my order is only now being processed. Was totally forgotten and then the guy was super rude! It felt like an eternity later and then I was ready and when I asked for a little goodie (muffin/snack whatever) because of the nerves, I got an uncomprehending look from the completely pissed-off counter worker.. the guy then runs after me.. unpleasant! The food was sticky mud, really bad! Conclusion: never again!

The store is really nicely decorated. But the employees work like snails. We probably waited 20 minutes for our pizza rolls. No apology or anything. But stand around in the store with 8 people and chat.

A very nice and clean Dominos branch. I'm not the biggest fan of Dominos and the food tastes like a typical Dominos pizza, but the branch is run in a very exemplary manner. The staff is friendly and the prices are cheap. People like to come here if they are hungry late in the evening.

Of course like a fast food restaurant, but bright and clean. Eat good.

Not recommended, the waiting times are too long and a lot was missing from the order. I was very dissatisfied.

There was no pineapple, 2 flavors of ice cream were missing, there was no water... The salad was taken unwashed from a ready-made bag, other ingredients were distributed without gloves with the hands that had previously received money. The money was paid back without any problems after acceptance was refused. Other customers stood in line to complain (e.g. the wrong pizza was brought) or left the store after a long wait. 2 years ago it was still great.

It was different from the Domino's pizza I had tried in Valencia. In fact, even though it is the same fast food chain, in Valencia I had been able to choose while here there were already selected pizzas. I don't know if it could even be composed. The pizza itself is good. Me, my daughter and a friend of mine also did the second round where we noticed that it was better than the first. Yes, perhaps they should speed up the process, but all in all good. Very nice environment and not difficult to reach

Five of us were in the restaurant on a Friday evening. The shop was empty except for two other guest couples. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait for chicken parts. When we still didn't get any food 45 minutes after ordering - neither pizza nor chicken pieces - we asked. Only then did our order begin to be processed. After just over an hour of waiting, the orders were gradually ready. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas we ordered was wrong, so we had to wait again so that we could all eat together, which of course meant that everything was no longer warm. The food itself was quite good, but unfortunately the service was worse than bad.

About UberEats: Waited far too long for the wrong order. Ordered in advance and ended up receiving the wrong food. Promised extra sauces did not come. Simply bad

I often stay in a hotel in HafenCity and don't like hotel food every day. The Dominos here is great and the orders are always picked up very quickly. The new Combi Boxes are also a nice change.

Leider wirkte der Laden um 19.30 Uhr wie geschlossen. Mein Eindruck entstand durch die hochgestellten Stühle. Personal sehr freundlich essen lecker

Habe am 08.01.24 um 13:51 Pizza für die Familie bestellt, mit der Wunschlieferzeit 15 Uhr. Als die Pizza nicht um 15:15 Uhr eintraf, habe ich mich in der Hafencity, Hamburg Filiale gemeldet, der Kollege am Telefon meinte das er in 2 min vor der Tür sei. 30 Min später war er immer noch nicht da !!!!! Als die Pizza da war habe ich bemerkt das die und die beilagen komplett kalt waren, der Fahrer hat mir gesagt er musst nochmal zurück fahren weil was gefehlt hat. Ich habe den Fahrere gebeten hier zubleiben damit ich in der Filiale anrufen kann, die Kollegen die diesmal ran ging war eine nette Dame, hat sich entschuldigt und genau das selbe gesagt was der Fahrer gesagt hat das er komplet wieder zurück fahren musst weil was gefehlt hat und das sie das nicht versteht warum die Kollegen keine neue Pizza gemacht haben den aktuellen Pizza waren komplett kalt. Ende des Gespräch, sie hat meine email aufgenommen und wollte mir bestätigen das ich mein geld zurück bekomme, ich sollte die pizza auch entsorgen wenn es mir nicht aus macht. Bis heute habe ich keine email erhalten und mein Geld auch nicht. Extreme Frechheit.

Ein sehr gut besuchtes italienisches Selbstbedienungs-Restaurant mit sehr familienfreundlichen und hilfsbereitem Personal. Highlight: Kids können beim Belegen und Backen der Pizza zuschauen. Ambiente erinnert eher an Kantine, dafür muss man auch bei gut besuchten Lokal nicht lange auf die Pizzen warten.

Ausstattung und Gestaltung ist für Fast Food Restaurant sehr schön. ABER: - 10 Minuten Wartezeit für 4 Bestellungen vor mir - Mitarbeiter an der Kasse bemüht und arbeitet strukturiert - Mitarbeiter:innen bei Zubereitung so emotionslos und unglaublich langsam, obwohl kaum etwas los ist - warte für einfache Pizzabrötchen zum Mitnehmen mehr als 20 Minuten und dann falsch serviert (nicht verpackt) Unglaublich schlechte Leistung. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger.

The establishment is located in a cozy courtyard. The place is very cozy, beautiful and clean. We ordered a pizza (it was delicious, but the largest pizza size there is 32 cm), so two people were not full. So we ordered more pasta, which was served to us barely warm. I asked for it to be heated. A huge disadvantage: no one speaks English, if you are a tourist, you have to translate the entire menu and show everything in sign language. The staff did not know a single English word. And one more disadvantage: there is no Wi-Fi, and the usual mobile network is barely available. So you can imagine how long it took us to translate the menu.

Schneller und freundlicher Service. Wie gewohnt sehr leckere Pizzen.

Pizza war gut nur die Bedienung war echt schlecht erst mal haben wir ihn wohl gestört dann habe ich Getränke bestellt die erst bekam als ich noch mal nachgefragt habe einen Bon gab es für mich auch nicht und als meine Nummer aufgerufen wurde wusste ich nicht das es unser essen ist da man mir weder die nummer mitgeteilt hatte noch hatte ich einen bon wo sie evl drauf gestanden ist.

Der wahrscheinlich schönste Dominos Deutschlands. Wir waren in der Gegend und haben es uns nicht nehmen lassen es uns hier gut gehen zu lassen.

Für einen schnellen Snack ideal.

Die Pizzabrötchen und Pizzen sind immer lecker, die Desserts haben uns bisher nicht so richtig überzeugt. Auch die veganen Alternativen, die wir bisher getestet haben, waren gut. Die Leute an der Kasse sind immer freundlich. Wir holen das Essen immer zum Mitnehmen und können deshalb ansonsten leider nichts zum Vor-Ort-Service sagen.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter lieb. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist bei Dominos bekanntlich ja sehr gut und groß. Zwischendurch war es etwas stressig, aber wir mussten nur ca. 15 min warten. Der Mitarbeiter, der uns bediente, war nett und hat uns eine tolle Pizza zubereitet. Ich kann diese Kritik hier nicht nachvollziehen: Die Tische waren sauber, die Mitarbeiter haben sich an die Hygieneregeln gehalten und Handschuhe getragen. Obwohl 2 Mitarbeiter krank waren, war die Leistung des Personals dennoch gut und sie haben sich bemüht. Das sollte man definitiv wertschätzen.. Vielen Dank! 👍🏻

Wunderbares Ambiente! Sehr entspannend & gemütlich. Die Pizzen sind sehr schön, fast schon künstlerisch, malerisch belegt. Sieht sehr appetitlich aus! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Empfehlendswert ist u.a. die Knoblauchsauce!

Lecker ... nur hat es gefühlt eine Std gebraucht bis man das essen hatte.. nix außergewöhnliches. Nur 3 Pizzen.. Andere die einige zeit später da waren hatten fast gleichzeitig ihr esse.

Ich gehe wirklich gerne dort hin. Die (veganen) Pizzen schmecken ganz frisch noch ein ticken besser. Habe diesmal dir vegan Pizzabrötchen „Las Vega“ probier. Veganer Käse „gut; Salami nur „3+“, könnte würziger sein.

I am in love with this place! Is the best pizza around!! And the people that works here are amazing!! We had several bad experiences in France with zero patience with customers but here they are beyond everything. We were received 2 days in a row with this amazing guy, he was super patient with us and our accent, he was offering and explaining stuff, and he was giving exactly what we ordered. Perfect!! We even showed a foto of a pizza that we ate months ago and he was recognizing the ingredients for us to order the same. The pizza are amazing, super high quality ingredients, well done, and everything is fresh. There are bathrooms 🚻 There are vegetarian options as well. The environment is really nice and confortable, you have outside and inside chairs. You have to ask if you need something because the menu is not updated. For example if you want borders with cheese you have to say it even if in the menu there is not that option, he explained that we order like" cheesy meat lover" and they know that is with cheese borders.

Sehr schnelle Zubereitung, freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und das Lokal ist inmitten der HafenCity. Die Pizza war heiß, frisch und sehr lecker. Gerne wieder.

Gegen Mittag dort gewesen und 30 Minuten auf eine einzelne Pizza gewartet obwohl augenscheinlich viel Personal vor Ort war. Die Pizza ist in Ordnung aber auch nicht richtig gut.

habe gestern Abend online bestellt. Ohne Anmeldung als Gast. Ablauf konnte online verfolgt werden. Lieferung schwierig, weil Haus noch halb im Bau. Lieferant rief an, war flexibel und sehr freundlich. Pizza schmeckte nach 5 weiteren Minuten im Ofen wie erwartet und ausgezeichnet.

Unflexibel, unfreundlich. Wir haben online eine Pizza für einen Obdachlosen bestellt und bezahlt. Die Lieferung sollte in der HafenCity erfolgen. Beim Telefonat, dass der Obdachlose 4 Häuser weiter gezogen ist, wollte man dem Zusteller keine Nachricht geben. Die Pizza landete im Müll. Unbrauchbarer und sehr unfreundlicher Telefonservice!

Der Angestellte am Counter war beschäftigt und ließ uns erstmal warten, bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Als die Pizzen fertig waren, gab es keine Gabeln, es hieß die Spülmaschine brauche noch vier Minuten. Wir waren dann fast fertig mit dem Essen, bis wir nach nochmaliger Nachfrage Besteck hatten. Wenn man es darauf anlegt, Gäste zu verärgern, verhält man sich genau so. Die Pizzen waren ok, mehr nicht.
