Domino's Pizza Halle Nord in Halle (Saale)

If you are shown an estimated delivery time, it should at least have something to do with reality. 20-40 minutes turned into 100. The pizza was lukewarm at best and the driver had also forgotten the drinks (it happens, but frustrating in the overall context). There were times when you would have gotten a call and possibly even a small compensation. Something seems to be going wrong in this branch. As you can hear, the boss sometimes doesn't pay out wages for months. A pleasant customer experience looks different. My condolences to the employees who have to bear this company policy.

Tastes very tasty, always delivered on time.

Delicious pizza and very friendly staff. Special requests are even taken into account. Although not on offer, we got delicious calzini and a special pizza. Thanks and keep it up.....

Ultra bad service. No comparison to Dominos at Reileck. Regular waiting times of 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Food is only put in the oven when you call yourself (after over an hour). Then the order is delivered incorrectly. Will not order there again.

We always order online with a time Every time we come and pick it up at that time, the order is not ready. It's okay if it happens once, but not for every order.

After two hours I asked where the pizza was, it still wasn't there, an absolute disgrace after a 15 minute drive!

Actually we would like to give 0 stars!!! We waited over 2 hours for the pizza, it arrived lukewarm, actually cold. The employee on the phone was initially unfriendly and in the end he hung up. It was definitely the last time we ordered there. 👎🏻👎🏻

Great pizza, friendly staff. What is completely wrong is when a colleague comes back from his tour and one of his colleagues shouts loudly and uses certain words in front of the customers who are waiting for them to eat. So the colleague goes out, tries to slam the door and leaves. Bottom drawer.

Actually I would like to give 0 stars. After 1.5 hours I asked where my two pizzas were and was told they would be prepared soon and I should be patient. After I said if they weren't there in 30 minutes I didn't want them anymore and they would just hang up on me. Terrible. It was the first and only time we ordered there.

Always happy to order here! Delivery usually doesn't take long, pizza always arrives warm and with lots of toppings! Suppliers are always very friendly :)

I have already ordered a lot from Dominos Halle Nord and now I won't be ordering anything from the Sauladen! Gnerel too late, despite hours of advance ordering, almost always only lukewarm or even cold. It can't be that you e.g. Pre-ordered at 3 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. and the status says it is still being prepared at 6:30 p.m. and delivery will come at 7:15 p.m. The last 2 deliveries came about 50 minutes later than ordered and were cold or at best only lukewarm. And for these prices, no, never again! you should be ashamed of yourself! There are enough others in Halle Nord that are cheaper and where the quality and delivery time are also right, although not such a large selection but everything else suits you! I give one star because it has to be that way, but actually I would give 20 minus stars if that were possible...

Order somewhere else and save yourself a lot of waiting time...! Waited two hours for four pizzas. We had to call twice to get any information about what was happening. The pizzas looked like they had been thrown out quickly, they were cardboard-filled and there wasn't much of the topping to be seen. It was definitely our last order there.

Ordered via Lieferando. (3 ice cream) delivery time 20 to 50 minutes. Ridiculous. After 2 hours still no delivery. Asked the supplier directly. He's coming soon. 1 and 1/2 hours later. Despite the exact address, the delivery was left at the information desk in the hospital with the statement that the ward had not been found. Conclusion 3 and 1/2 hours for packaged ice cream that had completely melted. Thank you for this experience. Order....never again

Pre-ordered at 4:30 p.m. to pick it up at 5:30 p.m. - shortly after 6 p.m. we were allowed to pick it up (after going to the store 3 times in the rain). Thanks also to the really unfriendly and annoyed service. It's clear that Saturday is stressful and certainly not a great situation... but come on - 1.5 hours for a pizza. It was the last time for us.

People here have already accepted that you would otherwise have to wait half an hour longer than agreed, but you won't receive any delivery at all, which is the last straw. Apparently the oven is broken, why isn't anyone informed and is keeping customers waiting without success? The app says that the pizza is being prepared. Now you're sitting at home with guests and have nothing to eat. Unprofessional²

Good pizzeria, I've bought some pizza there or had it delivered.

Dominos in Halle Nord is no longer recommended. Repeatedly received pizzas that simply had to wait a long time before delivery and could, with a lot of goodwill, be described as being at most lukewarm. All this after 1.5 hours of waiting. Maybe think about more staff in the future, at the moment that's it for me and my friends.

Again, absolutely disappointed. We have pre-ordered pizza for 7:15 p.m. It was delivered at 7:45 p.m. Even with a pre-order, this delivery service is overwhelmed and doesn't make it on time. It's a shame, but that was my last order.

Unfortunately I have to correct my first review. We've been waiting for our pizza for 2 hours. After an hour we called and were told she would be there in 25 minutes. Now it's been 2 hours and we're still waiting. No information in advance that there would be longer waiting times. No compensation with a voucher or anything similar. Pizza is cold.

Wir hatten schon mehrere Bestellungen in Summe meistens über 100 EUR getätigt. Unsere letzte Bestellung begann schon mit einer sehr genervt wirkenden Mitarbeiterin am Telefon. Die Lieferung war dann allerdings zeitlich o.k., wie angekündigt. Die Qualität der Pizzen hat doch offensichtlich stark abgenommen. Einige unserer Gäste meinten noch nie so eine, an eine tiefgefrorene und erwährmte erinnernde, mässige Pizza, von einem Lieferanten, gegessen zu haben. Ich schließe mich dem für meine erhaltene Pizza an. Vorerst wird Dominos Pizza Halle Nord von den Bestelloptionen gestrichen. Vielleicht wird es ja Mal wieder qualitativ besser und seinen Preis wert.

Ist Okey mehr aber auch nicht. Pizza kann man essen aber es gibt besser Alternativen. Gut finde ich die Auswahl und Freundlichkeit, sowie den Preis im Vergleich. Die App ist unverständlich und macht kaum Sinn. Lieferzeit ist meist etwas drüber. Pizza ist sehr labberig und könnte oftmals noch 2 min länger drin bleiben. Dann eher Freddy Fresh.

Essen ist ok. Lieferung ist eine absolute Frechheit. Über eine Stunde zu spät und und und teilweise falsch.

5 Bestellungen wurden aufgegeben. 3x Pasta, 1x Wrap und 1x Pizza. Die Nudeln waren allesamt zu hart, hätten noch länger gekocht werden müssen! Der Wrap war nicht zerstörungsfrei aus der Packung zu bekommen, ist direkt auseinandergefallen. Blieb teilweise alles an der Verpackung kleben. Eingesaut habe ich mich nicht, war ja keine Soße drauf. Einfach nur trocken und geschmacklich war er auch nicht sehr lecker, echt schade. Einziger Lichtblick war die Pizza, diese war lecker und sah auch gut aus. Daher der 2 Stern. Fazit: sehr oft dort bestellt, aber noch nie wurde ich geschmacklich und qualitativ so enttäuscht wie heute. Die Pizza wurde gegessen, aber bei den anderen Gerichten blieb immer mehr als die Hälfte übrig und wurde fachgerecht entsorgt…. Sehr sehr schade.

Ich habe dort bestellt und es war nicht nur schnell da sondern auch noch frisch und warm. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen lassen.

Die Mitarbeiter haben dort zu den Stoßzeiten und bei Angeboten ganz ordentlich zu tun. Vielleicht manchmal nicht optimal organisiert. Ich hoffe, sie verdienen gut.Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker, die Auswahl ist groß und es gibt auch terminierte spezielle Angebote. Die Desserts, Salate und Pasta habe ich noch nicht probiert. Den Salat finde ich zu teuer. Und ganz toll wäre auch die Option Vollkornteig bei den Pizzen bestellen zu können. Dafür ist die Nachfrage aber zu gering.

Bis jetzt immer lecker. Kann aber auch mal ein paar Minuten länger dauern.

Hier bestelle ich sehr gerne, weil der Service einfach super ist. Sie gehen auf alle Wünsche und Veränderungen beim Essen ein. Falls jemand keine Pilze mag kommen auch keine Pilze in das bestellte Essen. Lieferservice ist auch immer sehr nett. Alles Super hier.

Leider immer sehr lange Lieferzeiten selbst wenn man etwas zum abholen bestellt hat. Geschmacklich ok aber nicht berauschend. Salate sind gut.

Also - wir bestellen ja öfter dort und von "Fast" Food ist da nicht die Rede. Im Durchschnitt warten wir 1h auf 2 Pizzen und der Laden ist 10 min Autofahrt entfernt. Heute warten wir jetzt seit 2h auf 1 Pizza, 1 Cola und 1 Salat. Wir werden nicht mehr bestellen. Es dauert einfach alles zu lange. Auch bei Selbstabholung gibt es sehr lange Wartezeiten. Als das Essen noch vom Reileck kam war es schneller da und hat genauso geschmeckt. In letzter Zeit sind die Pizzen auch öfter entweder angebrannt oder sehr labberig. Selten wird ein Mittelding gefunden. Dennoch schmeckt das Essen dort und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Schöne Auswahl an Produkten und kreative Beläge. Liederanten und Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und geduldig wenn man Fragen hat. Salate schmecken, sind frisch und knackig. Ich würde mir mehr Auswahl bei den Dressings wünschen. Die Pasta ist auch top, nur manchmal ewas zu viel Sauce. Sehr würzig im Geschmack. Wer sein Essen schnell haben möchte, sollte allerdings doch woanders bestellen. Geschmacklich alles prima.

Die machen einfach ne leckere Pizza

Haben heute eine grosse Bestellung an Pizzen getätigt. Pünktlich wurde sie geliefert und geschmacklich kann man auch nicht meckern. Leider waren die Pizzen nur lauwarm und nicht nach bestellung angefertigt. Traurig is das bei einer grossen Bestellung nicht einmal ein oder zwei Getränke gratis dazubekommt. Ich habe selbst nach der Lieferung in der Fiale angerufen und mir wurde dann gesagt sowas gibt es bei uns nicht. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne

Leckere Pizza zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim aufsuchen allerdings sollte man wissen, das die Filiale nicht in dem inneren ( Innenhof / durchgang ) liegt, wie von Google angezeigt, sondern außen zum Autohaus hin.

Geschmack und Qualität super! Das Essen hat bisher immer geschmeckt und wurde frisch zubereitet! Lediglich die Lieferzeit ist etwas länger, vor allem am Wochenende! Trotzdem kann ich jedem empfehlen dort zu bestellen
