Received the wrong items. No one responded to calls or complaints. Out of frustration, I just threw the whole lot in the bin! Never again will I order delivery. The service is a complete disaster!

The employee was unfriendly and seemed very annoyed. I couldn't even order what I wanted because I felt uncomfortable. I was there at exactly 1 p.m. today. In my opinion, the staff should behave better. Please be respectful to your customers. I'm not satisfied and cannot recommend this restaurant. It's a real shame.

We pre-ordered our pizza for 7 pm. It hasn't arrived yet (8:07 pm) and we have to leave for our night shift soon. I've called the branch twice. The driver has supposedly been on his way since 7:25 pm. I'm wondering where he's delivering to. I've never experienced anything like this. That was probably the last time we'll order Domino's Pizza.

We ordered a large sucuk pizza, everything was fine 👌 But my Veggie Supreme (broccoli, corn, mushrooms, minus cherry tomatoes) + with extra crispy Parmesan cheese, New York-style salami + garlic oil + sesame seeds arrived completely wrong. The broccoli and corn were missing The most important thing for a "Veggie Supreme" During the phone call, I explained to the young lady that the broccoli was missing, but I didn't notice the corn at first. "We'll send you a new one." I politely asked what was wrong with the other incorrectly delivered pizza. "You can eat it," and promptly hung up. Without a pleasant evening, without any possible wait, without an apology for the inconvenience, she just brazenly hung up. Unfriendly. This pizza came with broccoli and everything was exactly as I ordered, except for the crispy Parmesan crust. The Parmesan was carelessly placed on the crust and wasn't melted at all, meaning I didn't get the crispy Parmesan crust I ordered. Thanks for what was essentially a free pizza, but I definitely won't be ordering from you again! Absolutely no customer service. And the pizzas have tasted better in the past.

The pizza has always been very dry and lacks flavor. The base is usually soft and dry, even though it's delivered within 15 minutes.

Ordered food, waited 1.5 hours, only to receive a cancellation. Terrible place, never order or eat there again, disrespectful.

Definitely not a recommendation. I had ordered food almost three hours in advance. 30 minutes after the delivery date, I asked where the food was. The driver was on his way. I called again 30 minutes later. Suddenly, they said they had tried to contact me by phone. If that had been the case, I wouldn't have said anything. But they're trying to get out of this mess with false statements. They also accused me of not specifying in my order that the delivery address was company property. I had specifically left a note saying that the delivery address was the main entrance to the company where I work. Simply a disgrace. If there were 0 stars, I would give them that.

The pizza was delicious. There's always plenty of choice.

The pizza is simply greasy and tastes like frozen pizza. The staff are unfriendly, and there's nowhere to sit.

The vegan pizza rolls were a bit lame. Unfortunately, you couldn't taste the cheese at all, which was a shame. That doesn't mean they're dry; they are juicy. Sometimes you like something a little unexperimental that doesn't overwhelm your taste buds, and then they're perfect. Honestly, as I'm writing this, I can't decide whether they're good or bad, but my boyfriend says "bottomless." But between you and me, he'll eat them anyway... and we got a 2-for-1 package, so he snacks a lot. I don't really have much to compare them to other pizza rolls, so don't consider me an expert. I could imagine eating them on campus during a university break—I wouldn't do it because of the price. €5.99 is too much for that; I'd rather go to the cafeteria for a cheap meal. If they were cheaper, you could make them a social event, share them with friends between classes... but it's not worth the cost or the quantity! Well, my suggestion for improvement is adding a sauce. I'm thinking of a vegan tzatziki version, or a babac with a decent smoky flavor. If the price stays the same (i.e., plus the sauce), I'd order it a bit more.

So apart from the fact that we waited an extremely long time, the food was only luke warm, my salad had no dressing and the mushrooms were completely raw, my pizza didn't taste good at all and my partner didn't taste his either and the cheese belle wasn't through either. The food was a pure disappointment for €57...

Got the wrong food delivered. Had to wait another 60 minutes longer and didn't even hear a "sorry". In addition, the wrong pizzas were taken away again. Who knows who got it afterwards.

Ordered today via the official website. Unfortunately we received a completely different pizza. After telephone consultation, a new pizza was supposed to be delivered, but it only arrived much later than stated. The phone call was subpar (he portrayed me as a liar) and I wonder where exactly the customer friendliness has gone? Unfortunately, we will probably have to do without dominoes in the future.

I ordered today via Lieferando, delivery time was exactly as ordered. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. Even if we ordered the 2 for 1 salami pizza promotion, the quality should be maintained, but apparently the loss of income from the 2nd pizza is compensated for by the toppings...10 mini slices on a medium pizza, 8 slices on a classic, tomato sauce we searched - therefore dough very dry.. The garden salad I ordered for 10 euros was more like a side salad, 4 half slices of cucumbers, I counted, the mozzarella was completely missing, Sorry, it wasn't just a far cry from delicious food today. Price performance is no longer right

Worst pizza rolls I've ever had.

We like to order there for pickup. Times are adhered to and the food is always good. We'd love to come back.

I ordered cheese and ham pizza rolls. There was far too little ham and far too little cheese. (Only cheese on the ham and the ham sometimes didn't even go a full circle around the dough) I don't know whether this is now the standard or whether it was an isolated case.

Salt sprinkled over the pizza! I still can not believe it. The wrong order arrived. After calling the branch, I was initially told that in the future I should order the pizza directly from Dominos and not through Lieferando. Two new pizzas would be delivered to me but the old pizzas should be picked up again. The new pizzas arrived, but I didn't hand over the old ones because the phone call was so unfriendly. That was my luck, because a good portion of salt was sprinkled on one of the two new pizzas! What's wrong with customer service??? I still can't figure it out.

I recently had a takeout experience that didn't meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the six pizzas I ordered, along with the garlic rolls, were undercooked and didn't match the quality I anticipated, especially given my positive experiences with Dominos. The crust of the pizzas remained doughy, and the toppings lacked the desired preparation. Even the garlic rolls were underdone, impacting the overall taste. While I understand variations in taste, the undercooked items not only negatively affected the flavor but also raised concerns about food safety. Considering this, I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in the future.

Terrible quality and preparation, I will never order again. A handful of raw vegetables on pizza!!!

08/03/23 We ordered there again. I got stuffed pizza with tuna. If the tuna was missing, I lost a hair. We ordered there on September 26th, 2020 and paid via Pay Pal. After 2 hours we called and were told that due to the high volume of orders, we would have to wait some more. We then demand that we get a free gift. The driver arrived 3/4 hours later and discussed with us that we had not paid for the order. So we went to Dominos ourselves and were told there was an error in the entry and that we should now wait there for our order. In return we each got a lava cake, but when we had to wait another 20 minutes for everything, everything was cold! We were expelled from the store by employees because we were not wearing an MNS (we were standing at the entrance) but the employees there who prepared the food did not wear any protective equipment themselves.

Aber fehlt oft etwas bei einer Bestellung. So werden ab und an zu wenig Chicken Kickers eingepackt. Und dann habe ich auch schon verbrannte Pizzen bekommen. Das ist dann einfach nur noch eklig. Grundsätzlich schmeckt das Essen. Der Lieferdienst ist immer sehr schnell und freundlich.

Tolle Pizza. Schmeckt super und wird schnell geliefert. Bisher hatte ich nur freundliche Lieferanten. Die Pizza kostet ein wenig mehr als bei anderen, aber dafür hat sie auch Geschmack.

Standard Dominos Qualität wie man sie kennt. Also geschmacklich sehr gut aber nichts besonderes.

dominos hat geschmacklich einfach einen riesen Qualitätsabstand zu allen anderen Fast Food Pizzerien. Aber die Bestellung MUSS wie bei allen anderen FF-rest. zwingend geprüft werden...ansonsten ist jeder Angestellte stets gemüht ✌️😊

Sehr netter zuvorkommender Mitarbeiter. Ich wurde freundlich bedient was ja nicht überall üblich ist. Die Wartezeit war akzeptabel ca. 15-20min einiges mango, die pizzabröchen waren sehr gering gefüllt, vom Käse ganz zu schweigen von der Salami war nur wenig bis überhaupt nicht zu schmecken.

Guter geschmack. Lieferrant Karl war sehr sympatisch und schnell. Er ist schnell gekommen.

Alles lecker, super zügig. Einzigste blöde,Aktionen konnte man nur Online bestellen. Diese gingen nicht vor Ort...mmmh...

Preisleistung ist gut ,werde wieder Bestellen und schauen ob das für alle Produkte die ich kaufe auch weiter gilt .

Banger! Super schnell und super lecker

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt es war noch heiß/ warm und hatte eine halbe stunde gedauert. Der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und im großen und ganzen kann ich sagen das wir zufrieden waren. Pizza war ausreichend und gut bestückt und frisch. Waren sehr zufrieden nur das nähste mal das Knoblauch Öl nich vergessen ;)

Qualität nimmt immer mehr ab. Ob ungefüllte Pizzabrötchen die gefüllt sein müssten. Wobei in keiner anderen Pizzeria so wenig Füllung in den Pizzabrötchen ist. Oder lieblos zusammengeworfene Pizzas die vielleicht geschnitten wirde oder nicht, weil das sieht man nicht aufgrund des schlechten schnitts oder ein Zimtbrot ohne Zimt. Die Liste ist lang und ab sofort rate ich jedem ab bei diesem Dominos zu bestellen.

Zu lange Lieferzeit. 20-45 Minuten waren angegeben. Nach 1,5 Stunden war das Essen dann da..

Für fast 15 € war meine bestellte Pizza individuell wirklich ein Witz. Der Belag war so extrem dünn, dass ich am Anfang dachte , es wäre kein Käse auf der Pizza, weil überall der Boden zu sehen war. Der Brokkoli auf der Pizza, der 1,49 (?)extra kostet bestand im Grunde aus einem oder maximal 2 Brokkolirösschen die zu winzig kleinen Stücken zerupft waren. Soße war ebenfalls sehr sparsam. Für fast 15 Euro wirklich eine Frechheit.

Wieder einmal bestelltes Essen vergessen. Es ist zum kotzen langsam. Wir bestellen nicht mehr hier !!!!!

Wir haben schon schon oft bei Dominos bestellt, weil vor allem die Auswahl an veganen Pizzen super ist und waren eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aber in letzter Zeit ist die Qualität leider immer schlechter geworden. Zuletzt sah es dann so aus😅 Vielleicht war es ein Einzelfall, aber trotzdem sehr schade. Die Lieferung ist super schnell aber für bessere Qualität würde ich auch länger warten.

Ich bin mit der Lieferzeit immer sehr zufrieden. Vom Belag her würde ich mir manchmal (es schwankt) etwas mehr wünschen. z.B. bekomme ich eine gering belegte Aktionspizza für 13 euro mit 3fach extra Belag ( de Belag allein bringt es auf mehr als 4,50€ ; dafür bekomme ich auch n fetten Döner) und eine günstigere reguläre Bombay dür 9,50€ ist reichhaltiger belegt. Da stimmt in meinen Augen das Verhältnis nicht. Warum sollte ich beim nächsten mal eine Aktionspizza probieren? Dann lieber irgwndwann mal wenn ich heißhunger habe irgend nen Standard bestellen. Umgekehrt hatte ich aber auch schon eine Tuna zum Mittagstisch wo gefühlt 2 Fischbüchsen und 3 Zwiebeln drauf waren. Also einfach zu sehr aus der La Meng belegt. Zu viel Varianz. Bissl mehr Preis Leistung Verhältnis einfließen lassen.

Ja cool, ich war positiv überrascht. Hab da jetzt zwei mal Pizza selbst abgeholt und die Pizza war einfach übelst lecker. Preis/Leistung ist top. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch immer sehr freundlich und wirkten wie ein eingespieltes Team. Lediglich schade ist, dass es keine guten Warte-Plätze/Bänke gibt. Vor dem Laden zum Beispiel.

Die Pizza war gut und die Pizzabotin sehr nett. Allerdings hatten wir extra zu 20:15 Uhr bestellt (per Lieferando) und leider kam sie schon ca. 19:30 Uhr. Das hat uns zeitlich nicht gepasst.

Der Pizzabote hat meinen Namen auf der Klingel nicht gelesen und ist dementsprechend wieder weitergefahren, weil ich den Anruf nicht mitbekommen habe. An sich ärgerlich aber kann passieren. Unverschämt fand ich aber die Dame am Telefon, die insgesamt sehr unhöflich war und noch versuchte mir die Schuld daran zu geben. O-Ton: „Obviously ist das Klingelschild das Problem.“ - Was noch nie der Fall war. Das Essen ist gut, wenn es denn ankommt aber die Servicemitarbeiter sind ungeeignet und sollten im Kundenumgang geschult werden.

Warum habt ihr die chicken Wings aus dem Sortiment genommen????????? Das war echt das leckerste! Ich bin enttäuscht

Geschmacklich okay, je nachdem was man wählt. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung ca. 30min. Einziger Minuspunkt.. Es war diesmal mehr Teig als Belag.

Schnelle Lieferung, Gute Qualität, freundliche Fahrer… weiter so! 😉

Ich habe schon etliche Pizzen bei Dominos bestellt und bin immer voll zufrieden. Jede Pizza wurde schnell, warm und freundlich geliefert.

Etwas lieblos belegt(draufgeklatscht) und geschnitten (zum Teil garnicht von groß bis sehr klein), Lieferung schnell , Geschmack ging

Wir haben 2 Pizzen bestellt, es ging sehr schnell von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung. Sehr freundliche Fahrerin, die Pizzen waren reichlich belegt, noch schön heiß und der Teig schön locker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Pizza super lecker und geht relativ schnell. Eher zum Mitnehmen abholen oder gleich Liefern lassen, der Laden an sich ist nicht sehr einladend.

Super Lieferung und freundliche Lieferanten, aber aktuell sind die Pizzabrötchen ein graus zusammen geklebt und Füllung kann man teilweise suchen. Preis Leistung passt bei diesem Produkt aktuell nicht. Ansonsten kann jeder seine Erfahrungen selber machen.
