The [Kebab Pizza] is particularly delicious! The service is also great: delivery is quick, the staff is friendly and special requests are fulfilled without any problems. We like to order there, it always tastes great, the selection is huge, the preparation is quick and can be tracked via the app. Unfortunately we have to drive 30 minutes to the branch. We would like to have a branch in Stadthagen, because there is no decent pizza supplier here anywhere, it's all just bad, thick pizza dough with little toppings.

The pizza is really good for fast food, especially with the garlic dip, and the delivery time is excellent. However, there are days when the pizza isn't entirely convincing, for example when it's not completely baked. The cinnamon bread with caramel dip is also absolutely delicious.

We often order pizzas, pizza rolls and salads here to pick up. The orders are always ready for collection quickly (approx. 10 minutes). Food always tastes really good. So far I've only had good experiences.

The quality is always okay, but the delivery times are now so long that we no longer order here.

My Pitza was supposed to be with me in Havelse at 9:30 p.m. I asked by phone at 9:46 p.m. where my food was and the answer was “the driver is on the way.” It's now 10:38 p.m. but there's no sign of my food ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Ah, I didn't ask where the driver was going, my mistake. Actual travel time: 6 min By the way, my food didn't arrive at all. On the contrary, I was told the next day that I had made a mistake when ordering and wanted to leave me a pizza for the same money, but I should also pay for it.

Very bad service, I ordered online and there was a discount on pizza rolls. Pizza rolls arrived but no garlic dip, which was also included in the order. In 4 of 24 pizza rolls there was no filling in them, just bread. When asked about the dip they just said it would rain heavily next time.

Very friendly service, we were really looking forward to the pizzas at home! However, they were pretty disappointing. If I had to rate the price-performance ratio without vouchers, it would be miserable. The topping was manageable and the bacon in particular didn't taste good. The taste of the pizzas didn't really convince us either. It's a shame, because the location of Domino's is really good and, as mentioned, the staff is really great - it has potential.

I recommend that anyone who cannot eat pork, for whatever reason, never order here. I was a good customer who ordered from Dominos in Garbsen for years until the first time pork was added to the topping I ordered. Mistakes can happen, you get upset and disgusted but everything is fine. You call and are initially put off by the shift manager, even if it came across as rather flippant, and you are offered a new pizza. Since I had lost my appetite, I declined and wanted my money back. The driver, who was extremely friendly, understood me and was the best at handling complaints. His shift manager said I should give everything back, including the free pizza rolls and the dip. I would have returned them but they had already been opened because we wanted to eat the food. We only had enough of the second slice of pizza and then we noticed that there was ham on it. When I explained this to him, he called the shift manager (a lady who worked on the phone until closing time on November 5th, 2023), she had no understanding at all and spoke very insultingly and disrespectfully about me. She also told the driver, who had the loudspeaker on, that I should order somewhere else and not from Dominos. This suggests to me as a customer that the shift management itself is not convinced by Dominos and is recommending the customer to order elsewhere. Many thanks to the shift manager for the kind note, I will no longer be ordering from Dominos.

Absolutely bad shop and not recommended. I ordered this evening via Lieferando, paid via Paypal and the order is canceled by Domino's Pizza even though I am in the delivery area and stated when ordering that the time of delivery can be determined entirely depending on the delivery service's capacity. Pretty much the worst franchisee I have ever dealt with in Germany and Holland 🤮

The first time I ordered there, it was a vegan pizza, it just had normal cheese on it.

Once and never again. I can't understand why so many people are hyping this "pizzaria" so much! First about the pizza: The base was super thick and tasted mainly of yeast. The sauce was just sweet and had no tomato flavor or any other seasoning or herbs. Unfortunately, the topping (chicken and onions) was just as tasteless as the rest of the pizza. I have never had such a bland and tasteless pizza like this. There was also penne pasta with tomato sauce and corn... And I have to say these were just as worth the money as the pizza. The pasta was hard and the sauce was just as tasteless as the pizza. All in all, an experience that will not be repeated for me. Unfortunately it is not possible to give less than one star, this "dining experience" deserves it.

Mein Liebster Pizza Laden. Super leckere Pizza, nette Leute am Tresen, Pizza braucht immer etwas, der Laden ist nämlich immer sehr gut besucht deswegen mit 15min Wartezeit rechnen oder zum abholen bestellen. Dann sind die Mitarbeiter sehr pünktlich fertig. Die ausliegenden Karten zeigen Alles was man braucht und die Pizza ist nicht überteuert. Wenn man im Lokal essen will, ist alles sehr klein aber Gemütlich.

Es is ein Glückspiel hier eine Pizza zu bestellen. Manchmal kriegt man eine gute leckere Pizza , Manchmal eine Pizza die nicht zum Essen ist. Meine ich das auf Karton abgebildete Pizza besser schmeckt . Habe schon Bescheid gesagt , aber tut sich gar nicht. Schade.

Sehr geehrter Dominos Lieferfahrer, Nichts für ungut, Glück im Unglück ? Nur, ich hab eben mit meine Freundin Pizza bestellt, alles soweit normal. Plötzlich klingelt es: unser Essen ist da! Der Lieferfahrer ist an der Tür, ich halte in der Zwischenzeit das Geld bereit. Der Fahrer war am Telefonieren, drückt mir beide Pizzen in die Hand und verschwindet direkt ohne das Geld! Danke für die Gratis Pizzen. Wäre echt nicht nötig gewesen. Gerne wieder, kann ich nur empfehlen! Grüße 🖖

Habe heute mit meiner Begleitung Pizza zum abholen bestellt, ich hatte eine Classic Pizza die von Freitag bis Sonntag nur 5,99€ kostet, die Mitarbeiterin hat mir aber den regulären Preis berechnet. Als wir sie darauf hingewiesen haben ,dass ich zuviel bezahlt habe, meinte sie plump ,dass ich sie vorher hätte darauf hinweisen sollen bevor ich bestelle,da sie ja so viele Angebote haben und manchmal nicht wissen welcher Tag ist . Da waren wir baff, die Differenz haben wir nicht wieder bekommen, mit der Begründung, dass bezahltes nicht mehr storniert werden kann ;) Null Kulanz und leider war die Dame total unfreundlich bzw. nicht bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.Sie gab uns selbst die Schuld ,das wir sie nicht vorher informiert haben . Ich kenne keinen Laden, wo ich Mitarbeiter über deren Rabatte und Aktionen informieren muss. Leider hat uns diese Aktion das essen verdorben, obwohl die Pizzen lecker waren. Wir werden den Laden in Zukunft meiden.

Lange haben wir bei Dominos nichts bestellt. Heute mal wieder probiert und leider hat etwas gefehlt. Nicht das erste mal. Das Essen hat auch nicht besonders gut geschmeckt.

Langsam wird es zu teuer bei Domino's, Personal nett u. voll in Ordnung.

Leider sind die 3,3 Sterne im Durchschnitt berechtigt. 2 Stunden vorher eine Zeutbestellung für 18:45 Uhr vorbestellt. Um 19:10Uhr mal angerufen, dann kam die Pizza auch. War zwar auf einem Sonntag, aber bei einer Zeitbestellung, die früh genug getätigt worden ist, sollte dies trotzdem nicht passieren. Außerdem war die Pizza ziemlich übersichtlich belegt und recht trocken. Da gibt es in Garbsen deutlich bessere Pizzalieferservice.

Unglaubliche lange Wartezeiten selbst beim Abholen vor Ort. Trotz Termin dauert es minimal + 30 Minuten. Niemand kümmert sich. Auf dem TV Display steht fertig. Und nix passiert. Schade.

Alles in einem ganz gut. Etwas viel Käse auf den Pizzen aber sonst 👍
