I ordered a mixed grill for two, but it was so bad, unfair for the price. Never again! The meat was raw, not even cooked through.

The waiter acted like a mafia, I asked for bread, he didn't come, he said he was coming, he didn't come, the food was terrible, my friend and I had stomach aches, don't eat kebab, I don't recommend it, you will regret it.

Every time it's absolutely delicious, a real taste sensation, I can highly recommend it! And the service is quick and efficient. There were eleven of us, without a reservation, and yet our table was set in no time with appetizers and drinks, and shortly after, the food arrived for everyone.

Let me list them one by one, the liver was terrible, Ali Nazik was awful, the tripe was extremely bad, the waiter was extremely rude. That's all I have to say.

The place is very good but the waiters are very bad. The last time I went there we almost got into a fight. There was a rude and arrogant waiter who treated us as if he was giving us free food for his benefit. His tone of voice is very bad. This restaurant completely won me over. My first impression was very positive: Fresh, oven-warm flatbread with three delicious dips (creamy yogurt and herb dip, spicy paprika paste, and a delicate hummus cream) were served as a welcome, providing a perfect start to the evening. The main course, Adana Kebab, was an absolute delight: tenderly grilled meat on a skewer, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, accompanied by crispy golden fries, a fresh, aromatic salad, and grilled vegetables. The portion was generous and tasted simply delicious. Combined with the attentive service and cozy atmosphere, the visit was a real highlight.

We went to dinner with my family, even though they had an oven, they brought stale bread. Even though I told them to change it, they brought the same bread again. You're eating Adana, they can't make hot, oily bread. The rice was very dry. The meat wasn't tasty. The salad was ordinary, nothing special. It used to be a much better place. I would never go there anymore, I wouldn't recommend it. Don't go, it's a shame. I paid the bill, it was more than what was on the menu, I called and talked, and then I don't know what came to the table, they talked nonsense. It's best not to go. If you go, you'll remember what I said.

The döner kebab we received tasted like anything but döner kebab. The waiters were very attentive and friendly, but we all felt queasy, and I think the food was a bit off. The meat döner kebab tasted like everything but meat; it tasted more like turkey than beef, and it was extremely fatty. I definitely don't recommend it.

I went out for lunch with my family today. Unfortunately, after eating the Lahmacun, we all experienced severe abdominal pain and nausea. We called them to report this, but they didn't take us seriously. I read reviews from people experiencing the same issue. My humble advice to the establishment is to take people's complaints seriously.

The food was disastrous; they even brought a different dish that I hadn't ordered. The drink was ayran with a lot of water mixed in. The waiter was very unfriendly, as were the other staff.

I simply don't understand many of these negative reviews. The competition in this area is fierce, so I can't compare. But: The service was excellent; the young girl and young man serving were friendly, courteous, and served everything to our satisfaction. The food was also excellent. The only downside was the ratio of yogurt to tomato sauce in my dish of lamb skewers and rice. My partner's doner kebab was excellent; the meat was perfectly seasoned and crispy and juicy. The appetizer (three dips with bread) was also excellent—the bread could have been toasted, though. Hence the point deduction. All in all, though, it was very solid, delicious, and worth repeating.

Biggest mistake of my life, never again! The Dürüm tasted awful. The cheapest bread, the meat didn't taste like meat and smelled rotten. The price/performance ratio of €8.90 didn't match the quality at all. Never, ever.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but there were some serious flaws. My wife and I went. The food was a 4, and I gave it a 3. The mixed grill was really good; the meat was well-cooked and tasty. However, the lahmacun was very oily, burnt, and lacked flavor. We had serious issues with the service. Despite asking for the bill several times, it wasn't brought, so we finally got up and paid ourselves. There was also a smell of cigarette smoke inside. There was also a mix-up with the order: we had ordered Bulgarian pilaf, but they brought white pilaf instead. When I told another employee, they refused to take responsibility, saying, "I didn't get the order." They did bring the pilaf later, but it's not nice when they get defensive instead of resolving these kinds of mistakes. As customers, we have to explain that the mistake wasn't our fault, which is also not nice. Another upsetting issue is that they treat customers differently based on the language they speak. German speakers are treated with more respect and attention, while speaking Turkish makes you feel like you're being treated as an afterthought. This discrimination is truly disturbing. If you go, I recommend speaking German. The prices are also really expensive. Two of us ate the mixed grill and a few extra items, and even without drinks, we paid a total of 40.50 euros. It can go up to 60 euros. Compared to the cost of meat, these prices are outrageous. In conclusion: The mixed grill is good, but the lahmacun is weak. Service quality is low, and the staff's approach needs improvement. Customer satisfaction should be prioritized. When mistakes are made, responsibility should be taken, rather than blaming the customer. Everyone has a source of income, but to ensure that the income is halal, one must act fairly. This world may be easy to live on, but these responsibilities will come back in the afterlife. Therefore, I believe businesses need to improve not only in terms of food but also in terms of humanity and justice.

We ate three different dishes there. All three were average at best. The drink prices were almost outrageous. €3.60 for a 0.2l Coke—I'd rather just "enjoy" the food. The atmosphere, especially outside, is Venloerstraße-level. Loud, hectic, and dirty. It might be more appealing inside, but we didn't sit there. Given the number of restaurants there, I really don't need to go there again.

With some work on the food and service, it could be a truly great restaurant – unfortunately, the overall package isn't quite right at the moment.

The server was lazy and unfriendly. The staff behind the counter were dirty. My wife had to wait a long time for her food, and the kids and I were almost finished eating by the time theirs arrived. Let me put it this way: lately, takeaway food has been increasingly neglected. The cashiers and employees simply don't understand their job or lack understanding. I've been disappointed for at least the fifth time. Either the soup lid wasn't closed properly, or the soup lost its original flavor because new soup was constantly being poured into the pot on top of the old soup. Twice the soup was watery because the side dish wasn't there, and finally the wrong soup was packed. When you call them, they say we'll make it right next time. What good is that to me if I drive 12 kilometers there and end up starving? If I were the owner, I would repackage the food and have it delivered to the customer by taxi. Complaint – visit on May 1st at 6:30 p.m The three of us ate Lahmacun on May 1st at 6:30 p.m. We ordered three lahmacun with salad from an unfortunately very unfriendly lady. However, we were only served two salads and the third was missing. After I paid, I specifically asked for an invoice. The employee seemed overwhelmed by this, which already made me suspicious. After a long wait I finally received the bill. I then asked her why three lahmacun were charged with one salad each, even though we only received two salads. Her answer was that there was no room for a third salad on our table of four - which was absolutely incomprehensible from our point of view, as there were three of us sitting at a sufficiently large table.

I didn't like it, I wanted to eat a nice kebab but the meat was inedible, I thought I was chewing on a bicycle tube, my family thought the same thing and I thought paying almost €4 for 0.2ml was too high. The waiter tried to speak Turkish even though we spoke Turkish fluently, we didn't really understand what he was saying. There are many nicer restaurants where you get more for your money, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We waited over an hour for the food and the service was totally unfriendly. The food was already eaten, but I got it better and cheaper at the snack bar in Chorweiler. Although the staff were made aware that the food was not okay, they tried to leave us There wasn't 3 cm of meat on the lamb chops and the waiter said it was normal and to charge an extremely high price for it was outrageous. So anyone who goes there should think again.

We ordered 4 dishes, two of them were chicken. We asked them to change it. They changed it reluctantly. They poured the meat and made it chicken. There was still meat in it. We asked for a salad plate, the salad came dry, no salt, no lemon, not even salad dressing, the lentil soup was nice, I recommend it. The service was good and the waiters were friendly.

Had dinner there with friends yesterday. A friend ordered a meat plate for €56. A bit of meat, fries that felt like rubber, soggy tomatoes. Everything tasted warmed and partly raw. When she asked the waiter about it, he started screaming and arguing with her that she had already eaten everything and he could no longer replace the plate. (There was still more than half left). I waited over 30 minutes for my manti while everyone else had already gotten their food. Manti didn't really taste good either. The next day everyone had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Never again

Top service, clean restaurant, long opening hours, good prices, bar and card payment, vegan kebab also possible with falafel and red sauce, nice ambience, set tables. Salt, pepper, sugar etc. everything you need when eating is there on the tables, relaxed atmosphere. Also very nice, attentive and helpful staff. There is also always tea that you can order. You can also order a kebab here at 9:00 a.m. if you want (I've already done that) because why not :). I can only say thank you very much <3.

We have, beyti And ordered a lamb pan, both meals together were no more than 36-38€ and three bottles of 0.2ml cola in the end I paid 52€ so for 14€ we drank 0.6ml cola! That was the most expensive cola I ever drank in my life and it was also the last time!

Overall, Divan Antep Mangal is a good place for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Turkish grill dishes. With small improvements in service and waiting times it would be a smooth 5 star rating.

We came here today on the recommendation of a colleague. Everything from the service to the food was excellent. The restaurant is clean and the employees are courteous. To start we had a mixed mezze plate. Here we got a mixture of dips, home-baked bread and fried vegetables. The mixed grill plate was served with salad, fries and a delicious selection of meat. The Künefe, which is also made in-house, is particularly recommended. We would always recommend the restaurant because of its quality food and excellent service!
