DìThu asiatische Küche in Mainz

A really strange environment. Completely cold, very uncomfortable to sit in. If you're looking for a decent place to eat, you probably won't find it here. The staff member still needs to adjust her behavior and please work.

After 30 minutes, we asked about our missing sushi order, and they said it would be on its way. Five minutes later, we learned they were out of sushi rice. There was no apology, and we had to order something else, which only arrived after everyone else had finished eating. Also, one of the sushi dishes was missing the avocado. While it was tasty, it wasn't what we expected from a meal out. It was very cold because the door wouldn't close properly. Next time, we'll go somewhere else. The price was far too high for the experience.

Really delicious food, the udon noodles and the ramen are my favorite here. One of the best locals to eat good asian dishes. We also don’t had to wait to long for our food, will definitely come here again the next time I visit Mainz.

I've been a regular at DiThu for over three years – and that pretty much says it all! The quality is consistently excellent, no matter when you go. The bowls are fresh, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious – especially the ones with salmon and avocado, which are always a highlight. 🥑🍣 Add to that friendly service, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. For me, it's clear: the best Vietnamese restaurant around – highly recommended! 🌿🔥

Very tasty food and a good selection at fair prices. EC payments only from €20. The restrooms need updating, in my opinion. All in all, still a good and highly recommended place!

I ordered udon noodles with vegetables and beef. The food was hot and freshly prepared, which is a positive. However, the taste was rather unspectacular—not particularly original or special. Overall, it was an average experience that neither particularly impressed nor disappointed.

Okay so... I had the DiThu roll which was outstanding, yet my friends ordered cheaper rolls and they are not worth it. I would go back for more DiThu rolls and not move from that section of rolls. The service was okay, but you might have to stand up several times to get their attention.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Mainz!

By far the worst food I've ever eaten. Cold and tasteless except for the soap it tasted like. Exaggeratedly expensive considering it's a snack bar and not a restaurant. It tasted like those cheap €3 noodle boxes. I felt extremely sick after the meal; I couldn't even finish it. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars; I want my money back. The food arrived cold and over an HOUR late. Never again. I don't understand the good reviews here.

The salmon in the hot rolls was just as bad as it already was, but it was fried nonetheless. Even while it was being fried, it smelled of old oil that had been used multiple times over the past few weeks 🤦‍♀️ It was my first and last time there.

This is my regular shop, always here with friends and the food is always bomb. The prices are right and the selection is huge. Delicious Vietnamese food, sushi or the best kimchi mandus. 10/10 would recommend 🤗

Please please don't! The atmosphere is just a snack bar. The prices are high for that. Unfortunately the service is extremely unfriendly and I had a stomach ache after the chicken 🥲. I would advise against it 🥹

Small restaurant with a certain “insider charm”. Well located, very tasty sushi in nice presentation and friendly staff. The door needs to be repaired, the prices are reasonable, unfortunately card payments are only possible from €20; otherwise highly recommended! We will come back.

fresh and delicious Pho at GoAsia. The Tofu Pho was really good with the grilled tofu and the vegetable soup. The hot sauce was spicy. Not too expensive.

I honestly can't believe it?! Such outrageous behavior! The employees don't accept change and claim it's not money. The service was incredibly bad. I would like to give negative points but unfortunately that's not possible. This action is unacceptable and should be remedied as soon as possible!

The waitresses usually don't seem to be interested, which is unfortunately also reflected in the food. The "Ramen Miso" didn't even begin to deserve the name as it ended up being a simple noodle soup with little taste. Almost outrageous for the prices. Not again.

The food is, as always, super delicious. The service is always impeccable. If you want to eat well and quickly, you will always find something here. Always my pleasure

Coffee was typical Vietnamese instant coffee for €4.90.

I got here accidentally. Because I saw the "Pho" message and it was a call :) Pho was made really fast, fresh and hot, but something wrong was with a taste.. I think there should be lime instead of lemon and I expected more strong and full of flavor broth .. and meat in the bowl had different colors, which testified, that some of the meat slices were pink and freshly cooked, while other pieces were darker and clearly "yesterday's". .. But definitely worth trying! Huge portion, a lot of meat and greens. But in my history it's not the best Pho for sure. Guten Appetit 🙋🏼‍♀️

I ordered something to take away. While eating, I noticed that the leftovers or shrimp tails were used in the sushi. I will only eat there again.

Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with my visit to the Dithu Restaurant in Mainz. The dish "Rice with Tofu and Peanut Sauce" did not meet my expectations. The peanut sauce had little flavor and seemed watery, while the tofu was a bit too soft. Overall, I didn't particularly like the food. I hope that the quality of the food will improve in the future.

Hello first of all, the ambience is debatable, it is a snack bar and not a restaurant. I had a ramen soup with beef and to be honest it was very lightly seasoned and rather bland than you are used to in Vietnamese cuisine. The second dish was braised beef with vegetables which unfortunately wasn't that well seasoned either, the meat was quite ok in both dishes, maybe a minute less when roasting would be great but that depends on taste. Unfortunately, the summer rolls weren't very flavorful and there was more iceberg in them than anything else. Unfortunately, the shrimp didn't taste like anything either, unfortunately not recommended. To be honest, I would have expected a little more for the price, 47 euros including two drinks is steep for the quality. We only saw the host (owner) once and his German isn't that good either but it works. There is room for improvement and I would like it ☺️.

Here you can eat something good and quick. It's a snack bar, not a star restaurant! We had ramen and a rice dish with mango sauce and beef. We were full and the price of the food was ok. Drinks, however, were a bit excessive.

We had dinner here a while ago. I almost forgot to rate you, but since the food was so delicious, that wouldn't be fair. Well, we really enjoyed it, the spring rolls are not the typical ones from the freezer, but they are homemade and really, really tasty! Highly recommended!! Thank you!

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. Was a regular guest there a few months ago. However, I found that the quality had deteriorated significantly. I gave the store another chance for the third time, unfortunately in vain. Sushi tasted musty. Another decline compared to the last time, where it wasn't that great anymore. A pity. Started very well.

I'm always very pleasantly surprised. Food very good, everything tastes freshly prepared. The prices for this are completely acceptable in my opinion. You can also order and collect.

I actually like place, come often after work. This time was maybe the last. The lady waitress/cook was unfriendly. I waited 10 min but she didn't appear to take my order...

Where do the good reviews come from??First of all, the store is not inviting, it feels drafty inside, the seating options (benches) are not comfortable, there are napkins on the table. Now the food, the fried kimchi pockets were deep fried not fried filling was undefinable. The same with the spring rolls. Shrimp were suddenly out at 3 p.m. even though there was an Asian market opposite. Communicating in German was also very difficult The red curry (see pictures) was actually a bland soup with a coconut milk taste. We left the food standing. The duck also tasted completely dry and old. No, thank you, not again. Bad and price-performance ratio is not right

Очень вкусно готовят. Правда немного дороговато. Продукты свежие. Очень чисто в помещении и уютно.

Schönes, kleines und eher unscheinbares Restaurant mit authentischen asiatischen Speisen. Mir hat die Atmosphäre im Lokal und die eher schlichte Einrichtung gut gefallen. Es gibt auch wenige Plätze im Freien - direkt unmittelbar am Lokal vor dem Eingangsbereich. Hinweis: Nur Barzahlung möglich - zumindest war es bei unserem Besuch so.

Von Außen unscheinbar, aber hier gibt es richtig leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Essen. Haben uns schon durch einiges durchprobiert (außer Sushi bislang) und wurden noch nicht enttäuscht. Total faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (für 2 Personen zusammen rund 30€ für vegetarische Hauptgerichte und Getränke). Nach mittlerweile sehr vielen Besuchen sind mein absoluter Favorit die gebratenen, roten Reisbandnudeln - einfach gut. Auf den Holzbänken sitzt man nicht ganz so gemütlich und es war etwas kühl Innen, deswegen gibt es einen kleinen Abzug. Personal ist ruhig und zuvorkommend.

Letztens mit der Nudelbox to Go gestartet. War sehr gut! Jetzt werde ich mich dort durchprobieren. Ein Jahr später bin ich immer noch sehr gerne dort! Und 8 Monate später kann ich immer noch nur die absolute Empfehlung aussprechen! So knackiges frisches Gemüse. Mittlerweile esse ich immer die 33b Gebratene Reisbandnudeln mit Tofu. Grade mit der scharfen Soße die auf den Tischen steht ein Gedicht.

Einfach super leckeres Essen. Und die besten frittierten Sushi die ich je gegessen habe! :))

Der Papayasalat ist total lecker und schmeckt sehr frisch. Die Atmosphäre gefällt mir ebenfalls, schlicht und sauber.

Ein sehr süßes kleines Restaurant! Auf den ersten Blick sehr unscheinbar und etwas versteckt. Man bekommt ein super leckeres Essen serviert und wird sehr freundlich bedient!

Gut gelegen gehört das Restaurant zu den sehr leckeren Anbietern von Sushi Gerichten. Meine vegetarische Platte M2 ist ebenso empfehlenswert wie das Angebot mit Fisch M1. Was Gäste wissen müssen - KARTENZAHLUNG ist nicht möglich.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Mainz. Ein süß gestalteter Innenraum beim vor Ort Essen, aber auch zum Mitnehmen wird man gut bedient. Sehr freundliche Bedienung die immer sehr zuvorkommend ist. Topempfehlung ist die Donburi Lachs Bowl zusammen mit einem vietnamesischen G7 Kaffee (im Sommer auch kalt zu empfehlen)!

Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist sehr umfangreich. So kann jeder sein Lieblingsgericht wählen oder ausprobieren. Das Lokal liegt direkt gegenüber dem Kaufhof und ist so gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich zu hilft auch gerne bei der Auswahl. Man kann bei schönem Wetter draußen als auch jederzeit drinnen sitzen und die Speisen genießen. Die Speisen werden vor Ort oder Togo angeboten. Das bestellte Essen ist schnell fertig und die Wartezeit ist somit gering. Ich kann dieses Lokal nur bestens empfehlen.

Great poke bowl with wonderful balance between exotic tastes, with fresh ingredients and a more than ample size. Perfect mango, avocado, rice, beans and fried tofu. Try it.

Curry ist weit vom einen richtigen entfernt.Ramen ist einfach saure Brühe mit normalen Nudeln.Sommerrollen fallen auseinander und Sushi sind trocken und nicht schmackhaft. Essen war kein Cent wert.

😍Unglaublich lecker, mega günstig. Wenn ich in Mainz wohnen würde, würde ich jede Woche wiederkommen. Auf alle Fälle die Summerrolls mit Avocado probieren.

Bester Asiate in ganz Mainz. Der Service ist zu jeder Tageszeit mega freundlich. Wir probieren uns einmal durch die Karte und sind von jedem Gericht überzeugt gewesen. Egal ob Klassiker oder außergewöhnliches Gericht, man wird immer von besonderen Zutaten überrascht. Hier spürt man das die Besitzer das Restaurant mit Leidenschaft führen, was vor allem durch die immer frischen und qualitativen Gerichte bemerkbar wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

War jetzt nicht ganz mein Favourit, süß-saure Soße passt nich ideal zur Sommer-Rolle. Auch war das Curry nicht ganz so geschmackvoll.

Ein kleines Asiatisches Restaurant, lädt ein zum verweilen. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Pho Suppe war einfach schmackhaft und reichhaltig. Preis/Leistung stimmt, ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen,ein zufriedener Gast.🍲👍🍲👍

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Ich habe einen Salat mit Tofu wie auch 2 vegane Sommer Rollen bestellt. Sehr schnelle frische Herstellung. Sommerrollen waren ok, etwas geschmacklos aber in Ordnung. Der Salat jedoch war echt eine Enttäuschung. Das Tofu war zwar lecker, aber der Salat war nicht schön geschnitten (riesige blätter) und v.a. Es war im Prinzip Eisberg Salat mit süß sauer Soße und ein paar Erdnüssen. Für beides 12 Euro war es leider nicht wert. Aber dad warme essen sah top aus.

Habe diesen Laden erst letzte Woche entdeckt und verstehe nicht wieso ich nicht früher mal vorbeigeschaut habe. Absolut frische Zutaten und geschmacklich klasse. Die Portionen sind auch so dass man schön satt wird. Absolute Empfehlung!
