Amazingly large restaurant, with free parking behind the house. Small terrace at the front. The service was friendly, quick and accommodating. The quality of the food was very good, the menu is very varied, in addition to delicious stone oven pizza, you can get fresh pasta dishes, but also good meat, fish and seafood dishes. We had oysters (yes!), vitello tonato, snails (yes! a little too few herbs for my taste). Everyone likes pizza a little differently, these are thin, relatively soft, I found them very good and top ingredients. Food came very quickly even though it was full. Atmosphere is rather busy, further back there was a TV showing football, but it wasn't annoying, but overall it was still comfortable. If you are looking for a place for a quiet candlelight dinner, you should move on. Prices in the residential area are slightly higher. Overall, definitely recommended, an Italian that is above average.

Very friendly welcome for lunch with 6 people. From pizza to steak, there was something for everyone to choose from. The food was prepared very quickly and tasty. The first choice for your next visit (football game) to Cologne...

My aunt loves the restaurant and I can understand that. I'm always happy when we eat there. All the employees are incredibly friendly, the service is great, the food is delicious. I love the pasta with salmon and I have rarely had such good fries. Absolutely recommended.

The food? Simply heavenly! Everything was fresh, of the highest quality and incredibly delicious. Every bite was a pleasure, you immediately notice how much love and care goes into cooking here. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly and professional. Nothing was missing, and yet everything felt pleasantly relaxed. A restaurant that I can recommend to anyone who appreciates good food and a fantastic atmosphere. Everything was perfect for me and I'm already looking forward to the next visit!

30 years ago I worked in this restaurant under the name Grad Italia. The house has now been expanded to create more space for guests. We are served by a nice lady. To drink we ordered Aperol, red wine and Coca Cola. For dinner we ordered pizza (ham, mushroom), cheese plate and carpaccio. The food was freshly prepared. It was very tasty and it is recommended to go there. 😊

Der Service war aufmerksam, hat auch einen Sonderwunsch entgegengenommen, dann aber als das Gericht kam und der Sonderwunsch nicht erfüllt wurde, nur mit den Achseln gezuckt. Bei einer Hauptspeise ab 32 € finde ich das unangemessen. Die Portion sind nicht zu groß, das Essen war schmackhaft, allerdings für den Preisdeutlich überzogen. Die Weinkarte ist relativ gut sortiert aber auch hier im Vergleich zu anderen lokalen ist der Wein schon sehr teuer.

Very loud atmosphere. Not recommended for a cozy evening. Pizza was ok. However, the dough is a bit too neutral. Water 7.90 euros for 0.75 liters.

Overrated, service attentive but otherwise average Italian

Eat: Not really tasty and, as is often the case in Germany, not very Italian. Service: Very cold to unfriendly, you don't feel cared for or welcome. Ambience: It smelled bad, like bodily fumes, meaning there was no ventilation. Also uncomfortable for a train station. Conclusion: Not recommended, it used to be quite pleasant (10 years ago), although never really great, but at least you felt comfortable.

Wonderful train station atmosphere. Okey, it was before a Cologne game and it was 33°C outside. But in this noisy train station atmosphere I couldn't understand my own words anymore, it was unbearably hot and the waiters were absolutely overworked. The 2 star is only for the kitchen, which wasn't very good, just good, but food and drink is clearly too expensive for this quality. Not a recommendation for a cozy evening!

Unfortunately, it has been significantly reduced since the last visit. While the neighboring tables were served the obligatory roll with olive oil, we were overlooked. Even after asking the waiter, nothing came to the table. Pizza was significantly smaller and looked like it was industrially manufactured (which, incidentally, another guest in front of us also noticed). Bruschetta carelessly served on a soggy pizza roll, mixed salad, coarsely chopped greens, homemade dressing... let's not talk about it. Conclusion: simply too expensive for that. A real shame.

Service was good, but there was no cleaning cloth or lemon bath for the hands with the shrimp and fish. Sea bream was over salted. Considering that the shrimp on the menu were advertised as giant shrimp, they turned out to be quite small. The service was overall nice and attentive. The last time I was there was a few years ago, the quality has deteriorated but prices have risen massively.

The beauty of the place is nice. The service of the waiters is amazing. The best pasta I have ever eaten. Also the taste of parmesan was excellent. I liked it overall. Thank you.

My favorite restaurant in Cologne. There are delicious pizza, pasta and steaks here. The best thing is the mascarpone. Definitely try it. The service is great. And if you don't have much time, you can also pre-order for pickup.

The food is just okay here, for sure I can’t compare authentic Italian restaurants but this is just one of the Italian restaurants made for Germans. Every pasta is almost with Sahne and no authentic taste. Even pizza is made firewood but you get the smell of it. Prices are not reasonable too. But a very good place to visit with family and colleagues. Enough space for big groups and staff is friendly

It's a great place for dinner with family or friends. I have been there multiple times when visiting family in Cologne. You can go there for any occasion, the food is consistently good, and the service is proper and friendly. I had ordered the seared tuna steak with roasted potatoes and a vegetable medley. It was very tasty. No one in my party was disappointed and we all chose different dishes. It's a good place to go back to. It was an equally good experience for everyone tonight (08 Jan 2024).

Italienische Küche. Die Lebensmittel waren alle frisch zubereitet. Zutaten hatten hohe Qualität. Ob Salat, Suppe, Pizza oder Pasta - alles sehr gut. Preislich im gehobenen Bereich. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Würde dort wieder Essen wenn ich in Köln bin.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter essen und wir sind begeistert! Es war mehr als voll aber der Service wie auch die Küche machen einen super Job. Da die Küche im Restaurant intigriert ist war es etwas lauter aber wo gearbeitet wird fallen Späne und ein Italiener ist nicht leise.

An einem Samsta, vor einem Pink Event, war es logischerweise voll und der Lärmpegel entsprechend...das Team, das richtig gut unterwegs war (trotz der Temperaturen) hatte trotzdem alles routiniert im Griff und so kam der küchengruss zeitgleich mit den Getränken....wir haben gaben die sehr schmackhaft und typisch italienischen dünnen Pizzen probiert....sehr zu empfehlen...auch den Antipasto Teller für 2 als Starter können wir nur empfehlen....RESERVIERUNG empfehlenswert bei Grossveranstaltungen

Mein Lieblingsitaliener in Köln. Super Essen und sehr freundlicher Service! Update: waren nach längerem mal wieder da und es war wie gewohnt alles perfekt. Wunderbar draußen gesessen. Tolle Pizza und Pasta. Hier kann man auch gut mal spontan hingehen. Giuseppe und Team finden immer einen Platz! Dankeschön für die super Bewirtung.

Wie immer sehr gut! Toller Service, leckeres Essen und ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Wir hatten vor paar Jahren unsere Hochzeitsfeier im kleinen Familienkreis dort gefeiert und allen hat es sehr gefallen.

Auf Nachfrage war noch eine Portion "Linguine /Vongole" vorhanden, unsere Frage ob diese geteilt als Vorspeise für 2 möglich sei wurde bejaht. Berechnet hat man lt. Scontrino € 39.50. Geschmacklich haben wir dieses Gericht schon wesentlich besser erlebt. Fazit : Qualität der Küche rudimentär, Preisgestaltung"Sterneküche".

Distinto ist ein typisch italienisches, unkompliziertes großes Restaurant. Top Bedienung und Service. Die Pizza ist super. Wir sind immer gerne hierher gegangen. Der Außenbereich auf dem Parkplatz ist schrecklich - die Terrasse vorne prima. Leider optisch kein Highlight. Die Kissen müssten auch mal gewaschen werden. Das Essen generell leider inzwischen deutlich zu teuer und Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht mehr. Die Preise von ca 40€ je Hauptgericht und mehr (leider werden Beilagen immer gesondert berechnet) erwarten wir ein schöneres charmanteres Ambiente und besseres Essen. Spaghetti Aglio Olio 14,50€ oder Carpaccio für 19,50€ als kleine Portion - das ist zu teuer. Für uns sehr schade.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant und auch gut gelegen. Den grossen Parkplatz fanden wir durch Zufall. Das Essen war ok und gut gemacht .
