It was very quiet in the store, unlike the last time I was there, behind the counter there were new but friendly faces to me! I once ordered kebab meat for 10€, a steep price and it tasted a little strange. All in all, next time I'll eat a kebab next door and see what it's like

Anyone who has ever eaten a really good kebab in Berlin knows how important the sauces are - and you can find exactly that level here! Perfectly balanced, intense in taste and an absolute rarity in Kiel, where the kebab culture often leaves a lot to be desired. And thank God someone here finally doesn't rely on this supposedly better "homemade" bread! A toasted flatbread belongs to a kebab like ketchup goes to fries - exactly as it should be. Plus a super successful reopening! Finally there is a kebab in Kiel that can compete with the best Berlin shops. Absolute recommendation! 🔥👏

After the reopening, the kebab is no longer as it once was, bread has been changed, and the jumbo kebab has its triangle of flatbread the size of a children's kebab, 9 euros is clearly too much. Too bad.

A new operator is here. The kebab is great. Very tasty. Everything is newly made and very clean. Only recommended.

Friendly people and busy place. Not the best place to eat in but better to take away. The food was great and fresh.

Since the reopening and change of operator it's just disgusting. Previously one of the best kebab shops in Kiel, today one of the worst.

The old owner was world class, the current owner probably needed the money through the renovation. Doner box portions are absolutely small and the size is now based on Seypa and Garips. The pommdöner used to stand out, but now it's just one of many. It's a shame, I used to be there every week, but now you've unfortunately lost a customer.

Was at Dilans today and was pleasantly surprised. The bread is like it was in the 90s. I love it! Meat was freshly cut and was still warm when I arrived in the stinky district. I also thought the sauces were delicious! Reminded me of a kebab shop from Neumünster. Overall, the kebab could have been bigger for €7. I'm not completely saturated yet. But I'm already looking forward to the next visit and finally have an alternative on the west bank and no longer have to drive to the east bank for a good kebab. +++ Addendum from January 8th, 2025 +++ Had a jumbo kebab today and am now more than full. It was really tasty! The meat was freshly cut again and the sauces were smeared into the bread (like in Berlin) plus a dollop at the end. I'm really excited and hope the store lasts a long time! Increase to 5 out of 5 stars 🥙

Change of operator? It used to be a really great kebab! But now? Bought bread in the contact grill, meat very dry...salad and sauces very bland...really not good at all...it's a shame. It used to be a top address.

Then I prefer a shop that doesn't look so fancy, but a good, homemade kebab at a good price. They should have just left everything as it was. 2 stars because the staff was friendly. Nevertheless, you have lost a regular customer. If the situation changes again, as it did before the renovation, I will of course give the kebab a new chance.

I took advantage of the reopening offer - once and never again. The bread was absolutely standard bread and unfortunately not homemade. The meat of the kebab hardly has any taste of its own and was not warm because it was not freshly cut from the spit. As a result, you get cold kebab meat. The sauces seem to be homemade, but the taste is not intense either. The kebab was prepared quickly and the shop looks clean inside. For a new opening you really expect an improvement in taste.

I used to always get kebab here, before the reopening the kebab was good, now after the reopening they have completely ruined the kebab! The bread is disgustingly dry, the meat smells like any other animal but not veal, the best thing was the salad in the kebab (I say that as someone who never eats salad) The ambience is nice but that’s about it!

Something happened here. New operator? Unfortunately the meat is no longer tasty at all. Dry and lots of cartilage. The pizzas don't taste as good as they used to either. The dough is different and there was hair on the pizza. I won't go here anymore for now. Too bad! Now there really isn't a decent kebab on the corner anymore.

We waited about 35 minutes for six meals. Some of the food was wrong and also cold. Something has changed here compared to before. Definitely our last visit as regular customers for years. It's a shame - absolutely not recommended.

Food was good. Doner kebab had meat, cucumber, tomato, onion, sauce and salads. Price/performance of menu 3 was good. Cutlery and sharp powder were available at the front counter. Service was nice, as were the employees. Can you eat?

Unfortunately, you often don't get what you ordered - even if no other customer is there (wrong sauces, wrong meat). Women generally receive a smaller portion than men; then women should have to pay less!!! The outside area is really incredibly dirty (and it also smells like garbage there). This would be so easy to fix: just wipe the tables regularly and remove food residue from the floor. I don't want to sit between old leftover food or have my forearms stuck to the table. I will avoid the store in the future.

My favorite kebab, always very tasty, always very friendly. The cleanliness in the restaurant leaves something to be desired. The price is completely acceptable and the portions have not become smaller in recent years.

I can only agree: since the owner changed, we haven't been coming anymore. We know that kebab shops are usually not kept meticulously clean. But here I was really afraid for my health.

I'm sorry the kebab plate didn't come to pick me up. I had it with veal, which I then found as a roast on the plate, salad and the other side dishes were fresh but the taste was all drowned out by the sauces. The temperature of the food was lukewarm. Cleanliness in the guest area can be improved and the furniture is getting old. The staff was very friendly but that's not all when it comes to food. Sorry, I won't be coming back, but according to the reviews you only have satisfied customers.

It may be the best kebab on the street, but the service is difficult to rate. Some of the employees are super friendly, pleasant and personable and 2 of the colleagues are very unpleasant. I'd rather go past the store.

I treated myself to a kebab here and a cold Cola Zero. The kebab was really a culinary delight and perfectly put together. The homemade bread alone gave the kebab its own touch! The people there were very friendly and in a good mood. I'd love to go there again.

We had a kebab plate as a menu. +Fresh crisp salad with fries and a LARGE portion of kebab meat. This is really enough to fill you up! -The large outside door was open, which wasn't nice given the temperatures. - It really could be cleaner

Dürum wasn't rolled up enough and the bread inside burst open on the way home and ended up being dry and sticky. The salad was soggy, the meat wasn't fried well and was rather limp. The sauces were not convincing. Too bad.

Then still: meat is gristly, fries are sticky and unfortunately, very often the customer doesn't even receive what was ordered. After repeated disappointment, I will now look for a new kebab restaurant...

I really enjoy going here. Whether alone or a very large group, many people meet here. However, parking options are very limited here and you always have to pay a ticket.

Had a kebab, it was very tasty and juicy Ayran is simply the best with the kebab. The good thing is you can sit outside and enjoy the sun☀️. The currywurst is also recommended. Doner kebab consistently good.

Ein toller Döner mit den gefühlt günstigsten Preisen in Kiel trotz größter Portionen. Bin früher jede Woche dort gewesen. Tolles System mit Stempelkarten. Am Automaten gewinnt man fast immer😂 Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Waren durch Zufall bei Dilan's gelandet und wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir entschieden uns für einen Döner Kebab inkl.Softdrink ( Menü 3) und eine Currywurst statt mit Pommes, mit einem Salat. Beides war frisch und schnell zubereitet, sehr gut portioniert und echt lecker 😋. Preisleistung absolut angemessen und moderat. 👌 Toll fanden wir auch die seitlich angeordnete Terrasse, wo wir gemütlich und bei Sonnenschein unsere Speisen genießen konnten. Wir fühlten uns wohl und werden das Dilan's in guter Erinnerung behalten. Kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder und können einen Besuch empfehlen.😊👌

Der Jumbodöner war super gefüllt bis auf den Boden, nicht das es unter viel Luft hat und er war mega lecker. Nettes Personal. Werden da öfters hole.

Ich bin seit langem immer gerne zu Gast bei euch, aber seit kurzem schmeckt mir das Fleisch leider gar nicht mehr. Das Hähnchen ist mir viel zu salzig, das Kalbfleisch schmeckt unnatürlich gewürzt. Ich finde es sehr schade, da der Döner ansonsten super lecker ist, Brot, Salat, Saucen sind top. Gerne würde ich 1-2 Euro mehr bezahlen und dafür ein qualitativ besseres Fleisch bekommen. Ich zahle gerne mehr als die aktuellen 5 Euro, wenn die Qualität stimmt.

Liebes Team, was ist los bei euch? Leider war ich nun euer Stammkunde und komme nicht wieder. Jede Woche kam ich mit größeren Bestellungen zu euch. Obwohl immer exakt bestellt wurde; mit ohne Tomate oder Sauche, oder oder oder - immer war irgendetwas falsch. Heute war ich bei euch und wurde von einem Herren bedient, der scheinbar garnicht eingearbeitet war und nicht recht wusste was er da so tat. Mein Dürüm ist völlig auseinander gefallen und war nicht warm, auf der Currywurst war keine Sauce/Curry - es war leider richtig schlecht. Echt schade

Sehr frisches leckeres Essen. Jedes Mal wenn ich da war! Nettes Personal und gute Preise.

Zuletzt leider kein selbst gebackenes Fladenbrot mehr. Der Döner war damit nur noch so mittel.
