If you are in Masserberg you should definitely visit the Herrnhaus inn. If you like Thuringian dishes, you're in the right place. We have been there several times and have never been disappointed. The comfortably furnished inn is located slightly off the main road in beautiful and quiet surroundings. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy cool drinks and good food on the cozy outdoor terrace. Note opening times. The price/performance ratio is great. The very friendly landlord is happy to provide information about current specialties that are not on the menu. If you have any questions about the surrounding area or sights, you will also be in good hands with the innkeeper. Conclusion: highly recommended - we would be happy to come back.

We didn't like the food at all. We were very disappointed.

We were guests in the pizzeria twice during our hiking holiday. Service and quality of the food were very good. Reservations for the visit were easy. We can recommend the pizzaria without hesitation.
