Dear outlet center, please turn on the music over the speakers or reduce the volume to a minimum. It is unreasonable for visitors to be subjected to sound for hours. It's not just that loud music is blasting in the shops. In addition, pop music is played on a continuous loop over the speakers outside on the premises, which mixes with the music in the shops. This is unbearable and has nothing to do with a relaxing shopping experience!

Something for everyone. From sport to chic, there are all kinds of stores located here. A little hunger in between meals is also catered for here. Day ticket for parking is available for 4 euros.

Neumünster Outlet is really good 👍 and there are many interesting shops. It cannot be compared with Outlet Roermond. The atmosphere is much more relaxed.

So many choices! Nice offers, Crocs were once €64 and they have fallen by around €20. Few restaurants but no one is interested. But the North Sea was cool.

Really large selection, including brands that you can't always find in every outlet, such as Belstaff or Fred Perry. The range of food and drinks is also great. We didn't think parking for €4 in the outlet was that great, but oh well. Definitely much better compared to Soltau!

After one hour of parking you have to pay the full daily rate

Many small brand stores that are located in the same area. Nice atmosphere to walk around in and there are some bistros and eateries when desired.

We're there regularly, but what's annoying is the parking situation! Whether you get there early or late you are busy at the main entrance. Despite empty parking spaces, the staff was totally overwhelmed! It doesn't matter whether you are disabled or have booked VIP parking. It should be possible to install a reasonable system.

Very, very nice and clean outlet. Great design ☺️ I can only recommend it. Very positive, there are extra RV parking spaces!👍🏼 However, please check the parking spaces!!! It is parked in restricted areas or with a car in a motorhome parking space. That's not the point and purpose of things.

Anyone who expects outlets to have remaining stock and low prices is of course wrong here. Basically, it is the merger of many well-known brands that share a marketplace. You have short distances and your favorite brands in one place. We like coming here.

You can always find something, but it's not always cheap

Samsonite is highly recommended, I bought a travel bag on the recommendation of the manager and I am completely satisfied!!! Customer service in Neumünster was extremely professional, helpful and personable. Always recommended!

It's still relatively expensive, but the mini town is very cute and the toilets are clean.

If you're not necessarily looking for something specific, but actually want to shop, then you can find good deals here. Very good parking options. Addition: Parking now costs €3 Addendum 2 (response to owner) @McArthurGlen So I can get my parking fees refunded? But only if I sprint through your facility in 90 minutes. If I want to go shopping (!) with my wife, we'll just look for interesting things. Everything else is a banal purchase. Since your offerings vary and are not the same as those offered by other branches of brands based here (it is an outlet), I first have to get an overview of what is available in every store that interests me. According to their website, there are 120 stores located there. So if only half of the stores are of interest to me and my wife, then with 60 stores we theoretically have exactly 1.5 minutes per store. However, a large proportion of the time is still spent walking on the site. We're not even talking about fittings, queues at the checkouts, time from the parking lot to the outlet and visits to restaurants. Even with a quarter of interesting shops, we only had 3 minutes per shop. Minus of course the walking and waiting times etc. (see above). And you actually think that I'm going to spend a lot of money here if I have to give up the shopping experience I used to have in favor of a sprint?! Rather not. To be clear: The €3.00 parking fees wouldn't be a problem at all. The problem for me is that as someone who would spend a relatively large amount of money here, I'm now being punished because I can't do it in under 90 minutes. However, everyone else can stroll for 90 minutes without buying anything at all. Over time, other customers will also stumble upon this fact and the spontaneous purchases in a relaxed strolling atmosphere are over. As long as the pricing policy of your park management is aimed at making me (who spends money every time I visit) potentially worse off than someone who just goes for a walk here, I will buy elsewhere on principle. Lots of shops, very nice and pleasant atmosphere, nice salespeople, I always like to go there again.

Went there for the first time to get an impression. The architectural style is very pretty and the tour leads past all the shops. The larger places where you can rest are nice. Unfortunately, despite the outlet, the prices for fashion are not what I imagined. The salespeople in the stores are all very helpful and friendly. However, you also have to pay for the parking space at 2 euros per hour. I would like free or cheaper parking.

Prices are the same as in stationary stores, the assortment is nothing special, you will find better ones in a store in Hamburg. So there are no revelations.

The MacArthurGlen Designer Outlet Neumünster is always worth a trip. There is a large selection there at fair prices.

Many different brand names where you can find everything you are looking for. In addition, there are actually cheap offers and it is therefore clear that not every item of clothing is available in every size. A really great outlet where you can spend hours! Always my pleasure!

The outlet itself is very nicely set up and everything is clean and tidy. You expect low prices and great offers from an outlet, but unfortunately the brands that are offered there are still very expensive even with a 50% discount... We probably won't come back...

Here's what to expect. It is an excellent place for shopping but not close to the American outlets. Restaurants nothing special, prices in shops can in most cases be Googled for the same (Amazon etc.) Still totally overrun during the autumn holidays - by semi-rich Danes with their teenagers. There are, however, some good offers, but you have to consider whether it is worth the drive. A matter of taste. Parking in front of the outlet or in a car park a few minutes' walk away (€4) Parking should be free, as Neumünster is not Munich or Berlin

Wonderful shopping outlet mall. There's something for everyone. The houses looked like they were in a village, cool.

I can't really say what bothers me about this temple of consumerism. Staying there just doesn't feel good, it's stressful for me. I like to go shopping. But here I completely lose the desire to buy and I just want to leave.

Visited the outlet for the second time. Again it was very nice, clean and a very good shopping experience, although this time it was very busy (holiday season) there was no crowd or hectic. The staff in all the shops were friendly and accommodating. I/we are happy looking forward to the next visit.

We were at the McarthurGlen Outlet today and it's not about the outlet, just clean shops that I can't rate individually here Only, for example, such impossible saleswomen, run through the store like frightened chickens and are rude. Starbucks, I can't say anything about that. I've complained before but that doesn't change anything. That's no fun

Offers vary greatly. Common sizes sold out quickly... As in every outlet. Only worth it if there are special promotions.

A very well constructed and structured outlet. It's fun to stroll through the streets. Lots of shops with varied offers. Definitely something for everyone. Small stalls for eating and play areas for children complete the ambience. It's just a shame that the prices of the clothes hardly differ from the original price. Outlet normally stands for B-goods or overproduction as well as discontinued goods that are sold at cheaper prices. Not really noticeable here. Still worth a trip or stopover.

Was here for the first time today, I'm thrilled. Lots of shops with good offers. Plenty of parking space. Everything very clean.

During our vacation we visited the Neumünster Outlet Center. There is a wide range of offerings and the catering industry is also well represented. We know that the goods on offer are not necessarily cheap, but the fact that even the parking space has to be paid for was new to us. Other outlet centers can do this better.

The outlet in Neumünster is conveniently located and is close to the motorway. With a large parking lot, it offers enough parking space, eliminating parking worries. The outlet is designed in the style of the 1920s, and well-known brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste and many others can be found in each building. The shopping experience is particularly pleasant thanks to the appealing ambience - you really feel at home there.

A great place for good shopping

I went shopping with my son and daughter-in-law today. The outlet is very tastefully decorated. We also ate in the chip shop. Great 👍 However, I sometimes had the feeling that the salespeople didn't care about the customers. I find that very unfortunate. You can work on that. But I would still like to come back.

Really nice shops and lots of options. But the damn expensive prices really don't have to be that way. Sure, they're not 0-8-15 companies but still.

We were there for the first time and were very enthusiastic, the helpfulness and friendliness, even for me as a wheelchair user, was surprisingly good... We will definitely go there again. The price-performance ratio is also very good...

As always, relaxed shopping during the week, clean toilets (important for women). Noticed again and again during many visits... only one saleswoman in the Pandora shop, which meant very long waiting times... a shame.

It is a very nicr centre to enjoy shopping. Not so bad discounts it depends on what you want to buy. Just do a good tour first. I visited 2 weekends ago and I spent nice time it was sunny we sat infront of the fountain and had some brunch and the coffee cart next to the fountain serves an amazingly delicious coffee Parking places available too..

August 2024 Designer Outlet Neumünster is a great place for the whole family! The wide selection of shops makes it a perfect destination for shopping, and the place is extremely child-friendly. The playground is a big hit with the kids, giving them a fun place to play and burn off some energy while the parents take a break from shopping. The food and dessert options in the same area are in the eye. It makes it super easy and convenient for families to enjoy a good meal or a delicious snack together. All in all, a perfect destination for a day of shopping, play and fun!

A great address for outlet fans. Impressive architectural complex like a small town with half-timbered facades, beautifully landscaped, plenty of seating, large children's playground, good and diverse selection of restaurants and of course all the top brand shops you would expect. 4 euros flat rate for a parking space, regardless of how long you park: everyone has to decide for themselves whether that's okay or not. A visit is worth it just because of the great facility.

Insgesamt viele Geschäfte, leider werden jetzt schon 4 Euro Parkgebühren verlangt. Dann bin ich lieber in Bremen oder Soltau im Outlet, da gibt es keine Parkgebühren und "meine" Geschäfte finde ich dort auch...

Ok aber nichts besonderes , einfach nur überlaufen. Preise sind eines Outlets nicht würdig. Wo ist da bitte die Reduzierung??? Zudem merkt man startk das viele Marken einfach nur Sachen in den Läden haben die extra für ein Outlet produziert wurden . Schlechte Verarbeitung Taschen falsch oder schief aufgenäht oder generell schlechte Nähte die ausgefranzt sind . Ab und an macht man dann mal ein Schnäppchen bei bekanntem Marken wie Michael Kors , Triumph oder Ritual . Man muss aber schon suchen. Aber besonders ist es nicht einfach zu voll ,zu teuer und nicht lohnenswert ,da gibt es definitiv bessere Outlets ,die man besuchen kann .

Wenn es nicht so weit weg wär, würde ich öfters kommen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Wenn man vorne parkt und nur kurz mal was abholen möchte, ist es sogar umsonst. An vollen Tagen muss man etwas weiter weg parken, was aber durchaus auch noch bezahlbar ist. Die meisten Geschäfte ziehen mit dem eigentlichen Programm eines Outlets mit und man kann wirklich ein paar gute Geschäfte abwickeln. Leider ist es nicht bei allen Geschäften so deshalb Augen auf. Eine Sache, die für mich gar nicht geht, sind die teuren Preise für Speisen. Fast jeder Aussteller nimmt ein halbes Vermögen ich kann das Essen gehen dort nicht empfehlen. Ich würde mir entweder vorher etwas zu essen nehmen oder hinterher richtig essen gehen. Ich finde das sehr schade ich kann auch nicht genau sagen woran es liegt. Ich vermute mal den Preis für eine Bratwurst macht meistens der Stand also die Pacht aus. Aber ich möchte es mal sagen, wie es ist. Ich bin einer von den Menschen, die keine völlig überteuerten Preise für zum Beispiel ebenso eine Bratwurst ausgeben werden. Die stände sind voll genug und sie verkaufen genügend aber in Ordnung finde ich das nicht…

Die kleine Outletstadt in Neumünster ist immer eine Reise wert. Man kann in Ruhe von Geschäft zu Geschäft bummeln. Es ist sicherlich keine Garantie, dass man immer ein super Schnäppchen macht, aber hier und da findet man schon ein gutes Angebot. Hat Spaß gemacht.

In der Woche nicht zu überlaufen, am WE lieber meiden. Gemütlich Atmosphäre. Man weiß zwar nie, ob man das bekommt was man sucht aber 1-2 Schnapper sind immer drin. 😉
