Many different shops, good brands, high prices

This was my first time at an outlet center like this, and I'm glad it was in Neumünster. The whole thing is absolutely amazing, very clean, and they have umbrellas to borrow in case of rain. The individual shops and the architecture are also very pleasing to the eye. 😊 One thing I forgot to mention: I don't really like the fact that you have to pay for parking. It wasn't that expensive, but it did bother me a bit afterward. Although I have to say, even the parking spaces were very clean and well-maintained. I would still pay if I were to visit again.

A very nice outlet with many shops. There's something for everyone. The daily parking rate is €4.50, which I think is okay. There aren't any bargains to be had everywhere, but even just strolling around is great. There's even a covered playground for the kids, which I think is great. The free umbrellas, which you can return when you leave, are also nice.

It's best to carefully consider in advance which purchases you can get where; it saves time. Even spontaneous purchases are always very easy and easy to carry out. Parking is also available nearby if space is limited, saving on parking fees and being good for your fitness.

An outlet that is always worth visiting.

A beautifully designed outlet in the shape of a small village. Some of the stores are quite small, and the selection is accordingly limited. However, if you know what you want to buy and don't visit the outlet on a weekend or holiday, when discounts are extra frequent, you can certainly find some bargains.

Whenever we're up north, we stop by this outlet. Great shops, some with heavily discounted brand-name items. Unfortunately, when we bought our parking ticket, we were told that we had to drive our 3.5-ton motorhome to a space further away. We did, of course, but there were already several other motorhomes parked off to the side in the original parking lot, and there was plenty of space. So, please improve the signage, and then we'll get a 5* rating.

The place is nice but the discounts are very few... Would I go again, of course not.

I couldn't convince them. We've been there four times now, over a longer period of time. I've never found anything suitable. Sometimes they charge unrealistic prices.

We were there on Sunday at 12 noon when the shops opened and wanted to use the restrooms beforehand. So disgusting... all the restrooms were so dirty. Truly disgusting... some women backed out of the restrooms. It looked great on the outside but disgusting on the inside.

Nice place....reminds me of Kildare Village in Ireland which is an excellent Outlet shopping experience. Some good dealson leather goods and clothes. Lots of hot dogs and beer as its Germany naturally but tasty!

A very large outlet center with numerous clothing stores and also a number of household appliance stores. It's somewhat confusingly laid out and signage, so we ended up having a bit of trouble finding the right exit to the parking lot, which, unfortunately, unlike other outlet centers, wasn't free.

I didn't find any outstanding bargains, but everything was well-maintained and clean. Nice decor and friendly salespeople.

The McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Neumünster is a fantastic shopping destination and always worth a visit. The selection of brands is extensive, and the facility itself is beautifully designed – shopping here is truly enjoyable. Sometimes, however, you get the feeling that the prices aren't necessarily much cheaper than in regular stores. While the dining options are diverse, food and drinks are quite expensive. You also have to pay for parking. Nevertheless, the positive experience outweighs the negative: If you enjoy shopping and are looking for many well-known brands in one place, you'll definitely find what you're looking for here.

I haven't actually been here for a few years, and I'm disappointed this time. I was looking for hiking boots. I was recommended five shops, but only one of them had shoes. They offered no advice or help, even though the entire center was quiet. I find the parking prices outrageous. I haven't experienced that at other outlets. Other outlet and shopping centers are more worthwhile. It's a shame.

There's a wide selection there. I've also discovered some stores there, including Brax and Tefal. The staff in both stores were very attentive and friendly.

Everything's fine so far, the restrooms are clean. What I don't understand is why you have to pay for parking? They're your customers, and isn't that part of the service? It would be nice if you could scan your purchases and get free time.

These days, the prices at the outlet center aren't any better than online... so we only go there when we really need something urgently. Otherwise, you can just as easily order it online... or buy it from another store, like at Nike and Adidas, where you can get the stuff. The parking fees are outrageous... we always park a little further away in a free lot and then walk there.

We just didn't charge our electric car. 80 euros to start charging. Then it didn't work. So we drove again.

I've enjoyed shopping there for years, and I've also been there briefly on business trips several times. I've found something almost every time. Unfortunately, I find the parking fees outrageous. The Soltau Outlet and other outlets in Europe don't charge a flat rate of €4.50. That makes short stopovers no fun.

The outlet is fantastic, with a wide selection of shops and brands. We often visit for a fun day out and have found many great bargains. We definitely recommend it.

Almost never finding anything to save money on. Lately, it's been getting harder to find good deals. Used to be good. It's crowded on weekends. No longer recommended.

Always worth a visit, even if I often just pay the parking fee. It's a bit much, and it's usually very crowded. Sometimes the parking spaces are blocked off, which is very annoying. There are new shops every now and then, like derbe and Waterdrop. Sometimes it's a surprise.

I was in a Guess store on September 5, 2025, and had a very unpleasant experience. An employee yelled at me in a rude, loud tone in front of other customers because I accidentally went behind the cash register. The sale scarves were so invitingly displayed there that I didn't realize that this area was off-limits. I was simply looking at the scarves and didn't want to disturb anyone. Instead of politely pointing this out, I was loudly reprimanded – which was very uncomfortable and completely inappropriate in front of everyone.

We just wanted to quickly pick up an order and were chased out of the parking lot with our RV by security. Very rudely, they did. It was to a service at 10 a.m. tomorrow. They need all the parking spaces for cars. (The parking lot was maybe 10 percent full.) They won't see us again.

It's all beautifully designed and offers convenient shopping, lounge areas, restaurants, and cafes. Although it's a bit outside the city, it's an ideal place for smart and affordable shopping. 🛍️

first and last time. paid parking, seriously? in stores you leave hundreds of euros and pay 4.5 euros for parking? in berlin if i remember correctly, parking is free. here on principle no more, i didn't like it at all. i argue that the first hour is free and it's for parking maintenance. my opinion: other stores also maintain parking and you park for free, and you go to the outlet and choose in peace, lots of shops, lunch, coffee etc, you are not at the races. so you hardly miss anything. next time berlin...

Very nice. I do find it a bit questionable to have to pay for parking... I'm used to something different in Wustermark... but the Neumünster outlet is (in my opinion) nicer than the one on the B5!

A whole small city only with stores for many of the bigger brands. There is parking facilities nearby, it is a bit expensive to park here. The stores have all you need from the different brand - last years collections or 2. Grade products. If you go hunting you might find some good offers - but a lot of items are full price or close to it so be careful.

A nicely laid out outlet with many different shops; if you like to shop for designer brands, this is the place for you. I find the parking fee of €3 per hour quite high.

A great outlet center with good prices and a superb selection. Unfortunately, parking has become more expensive again. For an outlet center in a rural area, that's quite a rip-off! The increase to €4 was already a bitter pill to swallow, but now going up to €4.50 is no longer appropriate!

On our way to our favorite holiday destination, Denmark, we'll stay overnight in Neumünster and visit the Outlet. There's a wide variety of shops where you can find a great deal.

We always enjoy coming here. It's especially fun with children. There's plenty for children to discover, so they won't get bored too quickly on a shopping trip. We also particularly like the changing rooms and restrooms. Families have really been thought of here. :-) One point deducted is the large number of smokers who pollute the narrow aisles between the shops. This really bothered me, especially with a child. Unfortunately, we were exposed to a lot of secondhand smoke on the day of our visit. :( Perhaps they could improve things and create smoking areas or something similar so that the narrow alleys aren't constantly filled with one cloud of smoke after another :/

We come here often and usually find something. This time, there was a spin-the-wheel promotion at the service point. By chance, we were standing in front of this spin-the-wheel in the service point. The lady behind the counter showed no reaction; only when asked did she say "Yes." Great promotion, my son won a voucher. This one, too, was held up over the counter without a word. What a shame!!!

It’s a great place for a weekend shopping trip. Prices are reasonable, and you can find a wide variety of brands. In between shopping, you can take a break and enjoy different types of food. Parking is very affordable, and free Wi-Fi is also available.
