Great kebab, bread is freshly made warm and the sauces are super tasty. One of the best in all of Esslingen.

At best a mediocre kebab that comes out of a trailer for an insane €9!!! is sold. That would say everything. I was able to enjoy significantly better kebabs for less money, which were also served on home-baked bread from a real wood-fired oven. Absolutely not recommended.

The meat is of very high quality, the bread is very fresh and nice and crispy. The vegetables are very tasty and much more interesting than other kebab shops. If you like it a little spicy, just let us know, you won't be disappointed here. The employee/boss was very, very nice and it was great to talk to him and express any special wishes. In my opinion it is by far the best kebab in Esslingen. I can recommend it 100%. Parking is also possible which is a huge plus.

We spontaneously had a doner kebab here today. It tasted very tasty, the service was super friendly. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here and there is parking space. The only point you need to know is that there are no seats, so if anyone has difficulty walking, please keep this in mind.

The kebab was already amazing back then and now that they have reopened they have revised everything again and I can only recommend it to everyone with the delicious bread, the high quality meat, the fresh vegetables and the sauces, it is a 10/10, the best is the man from Dönermann himself is still called boss.

We tried the Dervisch kebab for the first time today and are absolutely thrilled! The Yufka and especially the Seitan kebab were very tasty, they were also really well filled. Everything was freshly prepared and the ingredients were of great quality! The owner is extremely friendly and personable, you immediately feel at home. The shop is a little hidden, but it's definitely worth making the journey. We will definitely be back and can recommend Dervisch Döner to anyone who likes really good and fresh kebab!

Oh my God. By far the best kebab I've ever had. Even though it was cold by the time I got home, the taste absolutely made up for it! The grilled vegetables are great and the sauces are also really seasoned. Absolute taste experience when it comes to kebab! big thank you!

Didn't want to sell us a kebab even though Spiess was there. According to the owner, it was reserved for friends and cousins. Have the nerve to choose your customers. Apart from that it looked dirty and unkempt.

When and where are you opening again?

It's a shame, as of July 2024, Esslingen's first vegan kebab unfortunately didn't survive - the business has apparently closed. 😐 Please at least announce the closure with an informal note on the door for customers! Simply disappearing without explanation is very uncool, the unpackaged shop Ohne Ebbes did that recently. This is also unfair to the loyal regular customers who have kept the store running. I really hope that the shop didn't have to close BECAUSE of the Seitan Kebab, but despite it. The declining customer base was probably due to something else, because the location is actually great, the falafelerie right next to it can hardly save itself from customers. In recent years, the owner of the Dervisch has usually only been seen resignedly smoking a smoke in front of the shop, which is of course not very inviting. The shop is also very dark and narrow. By the way, I thought the vegan kebab was okay, but not nearly as good as the one in Dilgelay in Stuttgart. No, it was always far too oily, too dry and lacked fresh, light ingredients. The bread wasn't homemade either and was always very dry or hard-roasted. Too bad.

I was there with a friend, very friendly, highly recommended. As always, the kebab was very well filled and the owner was very friendly and social, a visit is a must. The price performance of the kebab is also very good. 👍

I've been living in the area for a good six months and now I finally have to write a review about the best kebab in Esslingen and the surrounding area. I have now eaten in this restaurant several times and have to say that I have received a kebab of absolutely top quality at any time of the day. The owner is a gem and responds to all requests in a relaxed and friendly manner. You can just tell how he cares about the store and customer satisfaction and just wants to offer a good product at a fair price. The quality of the meat is second to none and the vegetables are also packed fresh and with a lot of love into the kebab. There is even the option of grilled vegetables, which in my opinion go very well together in terms of taste and are rarely offered in other stores. Although the €8 is definitely not cheap for some people, given the general "doner kebab price inflation", the price is absolutely fair and reasonable, especially when you consider the quality. As I said, the meat quality is at an absolute top level, side dishes are always fresh and every kebab is made with a lot of love by the owner. You can tell how much passion goes into this store to provide us customers with first-class taste. There are also top offers for vegans and you'll never leave the store dissatisfied or hungry. Again any time! Hopefully the store will stay with us for a long time. :)

Der Chef ist sehr Nett und macht ein lockeren Eindruck. Fleisch ist von Super Qualität und sehr Lecker! Das gegrillte Gemüse die Soße das fluffige Brot alles in allem definitiv 5 Sterne Wert. Der Döner schmeckt super. Es gibt viele Gewürze extra, die würde ich mal ausprobieren (nachfragen). Der Preis ist stolz aber dafür erhält man auch eine sättigende Portion. Die Toiletten sind sauber und es gibt ausreichend Sitzplätze.

Leider ist der Laden sehr schlecht geworden... Fleisch mit sehr viel Knorpel und Fett... Preislich zu teuer für so eine schlechte Qualität...

Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Vegane Döner den ich je gegessen habe. Extrem trocken. Vegane Soße ist einfach so eine dunkle Würzsoße. Einfach ungenießbar!

Solider Döner. Fleisch und Gemüse sind echt gut, das Brot ist leider nichts besonderes. Selbst backen wäre viel geiler. Die scharfe Soße hat mir auch nicht geschmeckt aber ist Geschmacksache. Der vegane Seitandöner schmeckt auch lecker und ist eine gute fleischlose Alternative. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und macht eine gute Arbeit! Alles in allem guter Döner (einer der Besten im Umkreis!!)

In meinen Augen definitiv der Beste Döner in Esslingen. Sowohl das Fleisch, als auch das Gemüse und die Soßen schmecken einfach phänomenal. Der Inhaber ist super freundlich und immer gut gelaunt.

Bester Döner in Esslingen! Der Döner war aus Kalbfleisch, gegrilltem Gemüse, zwei verschiedene Soßen, Gurken, eingelegte Peperoni und Tomaten! Das Brot, das Gemüse alles war sehr lecker und frisch! Der Inhaber ist ein witziger Typ. Für Veganer gibt es einen Seitan Spieß, was auch sehr köstlich aussah. Das Fleisch war auch Halal ausgeschrieben.

Sehr leckerer veganer Seitan Döner. Kurz vor Ladenschluss da gewesen, trotzdem war alles sehr frisch.

Wir haben heute hier gegessen und liegen kurz vor unserer Hochzeit BEIDE mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung am Kotzen und mit Durchfall halb im Bett halb auf der Toilette. Wir werden das definitiv beim Gesundheitsamt melden. Er hat Fleisch für unseren Döner genommen, was schon mindestens 10 Minuten da rumlag und hat uns an der Kasse auch noch abgezogen. Was für ein schlechter Laden, ich glaub es nicht!!! Ich empfehle es niemandem, vermutlich sind die meisten Bewertungen einfach Fake!

5 Sterne für die Füllung. Vom Yufka war ich nicht so begeistert (ich hatte aber anderswo auch schon schlechtere). Das nächste mal versuche ich es mit Fladenbrot - ein nächstes Mal wird es auf jeden Fall geben.

Die Portionen sind richtig groß und der vegane Döner ist richtig gut mit allem drum und dran. Definitiv zu empfehlen

Leckerer Döner mit Scheibenfleisch, gegrilltem Gemüse und zwei Soßen. Auch der vegane Döner ist empfehlenswert. Das Fleisch ist halal und es wird kein Alkohol verkauft. Der Döner liegt nicht ganz so gut in der Hand und es fällt schon mal etwas raus beim Essen. Ansonsten alles top. Zur Mittagszeit muss man teilweise Wartezeit einplanen.

Sehr leckerer veganer Döner in Seitan-Variante. Dieser ist im Fladenbrot, Weissbrot, als Yufka, in der Box oder als veganer Dönerteller zu geniessen. Der Drehspiess soll das passende Dönerambiente verleihen. Ansonsten gibt es die übliche Auswahl. Das sonstige Ambiente ist normal für einen Dönerladen. Es wirkt alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Draussen sind noch ein paar Aussensitzplätze. Der Chef ist super nett und bietet einen klasse Service. Hier werde ich sicher noch den ein oder anderen Döner essen, also 100% Wiederholung garantiert.
