I have ordered boxes here several times in the past and they have been good so far. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. I received a completely wrong delivery, the quality of the food was subpar (greasy, the salad was bad) and when I called the restaurant they told me that it was my bad luck and that I shouldn't order there anymore. Have you ever heard of customer service? Of course I paid the full purchase price for all the fun. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering anything else.

I ordered a kebab and a farmer's salad on Lieferando, unfortunately the salad is completely without dressing, which means that I can't eat the salad and have to prepare a dressing first... A bit stupid at work without a kitchen... But the kebab tastes good :)

It used to be really good. Since the tenant changed, nothing works anymore: food is incomplete (e.g. "without onion" is not taken into account), etc. Today the highlight: I placed a larger order for delivery. Half an hour *after* the delivery date, when asked (!), they are told that they cannot deliver. A single catastrophe!

I would like to express my disappointment with the Orra Döner Lounge. We have ordered here many times in the past and the food has always been great. But in the last few months the quality has unfortunately declined significantly. I ordered last night but received no response. I called there, but no one answered the phone, even though the internet says it's open until 2 a.m. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case: deliveries sometimes take up to 2 hours, sometimes nothing arrives, and I was once told that it was a "system error". Additionally, the kebab tasted really strange when I ordered it. I used to enjoy ordering from you, but now it's just stressful. Therefore, I will refrain from ordering from you in the future.

It's really sad what happened here. The kebab doesn't taste good at all and the customers are treated with strange, rude comments that the owner apparently thinks are funny. Customer friendliness? None. The owner seems unable to deal with customers appropriately. Orders are taken incorrectly, or they simply say, “Oh, sorry, the driver is about to get off work.” The fat in the deep fryer appears to have come from the previous owner, and everything is dirty and looks absolutely unappetizing. The owner also doesn't speak German, which makes communication even more difficult. The only reason people could even go there is probably the two slot machines. It's really sad to see how things have gone downhill here. The health department should actually take a look at it urgently.

Dirty seating area. Salad bar is dirty and lettuce is wilted. An employee prepared the yufka. Then another employee came from outside and continued to prepare the yufka without washing his hands. Grease and dirt everywhere. Previous owner was worlds better

I order a lahmacun, he gives me a yufka... I don't think he misunderstood me.. maybe he wanted to save the 2€... or he thought I didn't know the difference between the 2 dishes.. Besides, my sister and... I had a stomach ache that same night... You might also think it wasn't the food from the kebab shop, I know, but strangely enough it was the only food we ate together.

They were good back then, but now it's a matter of luck what happens to the food. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes the food arrives cold after 2 hours. Today was the very last time I ordered here. The order is accepted, 5 minutes later the call comes "no drivers, I'm going home, finishing work, please cancel". I can't cancel in the app or on Paypal, I ask if I can pick it up "no, no customers, I'm going home", noted that they were actually open until 2 a.m., the order was placed at 10.45 p.m. The employee didn't speak German and didn't understand that canceling was impossible, but the main thing was that he finished work. It's a shame, it used to be one of my favorite kebabs. Of course, the automated response to this review will be “sorry and sorry” blah blah blah. The store is getting worse and worse, as you can tell by the fact that nothing is being learned from the reviews.

Update December 4th, 2024 I went in here again because of an advertising poster on the windows. The offer is that all pizzas cost five euros until December 31, 2024. When you go to the counter you are told that this does not apply to the expensive pizzas. So not for everyone! When I found out, I immediately left. It's a shame that I don't seem to have changed anything here. 2023 Been there twice. I was scammed the first time about returning my money and unfortunately only realized it when I got home. The second time I paid extra attention and mentioned that too much had been charged. Answer: The price table is out of date. They would have had the price for a long time. Everyone would know that. Unfortunately, I left in a huff with the realization that I would never go there again. I should have stayed there and insisted on the price. Or should I forego the meal and ask for my €20 note back.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Orra in Esslingen. The staff is unfriendly and the food is no longer of the same quality as the previous owners. In addition, communication is difficult because the employees hardly speak German. If you are looking for good kebab and friendly service, you should take the extra few steps and visit Bistro Blue Line in the city center - everything is just right there: quality, taste and friendliness. It's a shame about Orra, but I definitely won't go here again.

Different desserts are also offered on a rotating basis. Good price/performance ratio. The service staff are also very attentive and friendly. I like to eat the kebab locally, in a restaurant, where I still like it best. Always worth a visit, the kebab shop is centrally located near the train station. The salad was in a bag along with the pasta. It got very warm and only a mush arrived. Unfortunately it was inedible. The pasta doesn't taste anything like gorgonzola and it made me sick. The pizza was OK. I really hate to write something like this but this is about protecting others. It was definitely the first and last time I ate there.

We've always enjoyed taking kebab here over the last few years. Most of the time we drove here from Berkheim specifically for this purpose. Although there are also kebab shops up to us. Bodenloser Dönerladen Vor 10 Jahren konnte man hier noch guten döner essen, aber was man dort mittlerweile serviert bekommt ist alles andere als lecker... Schlechter Service und unfreundlich. Pide war unten angebrannt und oben gerade so durch... Yufka wird unten nicht zugemacht, so dass alles raussaftet. Schmeckt nicht!

Bestelltes Essen kam eine Stunde später, als angegeben - KALT! Außerdem wollte ich einen Döner mit Scheibenfleisch, wofür ich auch mehr bezahlt habe, bekommen habe ich Fleisch vom Hackfleisch Drehspieß. Die Pizza ist im Ordnung 3/10.

Schmeckt wirklich schlecht. Ich würde es meinem Hund nicht geben. Ich hoffte, dass die Renovierung das Erlebnis verbessern würde. Leider nicht, das Essen ist nicht einmal essbar. Ich habe es in den Müll geworfen.

Dieser Imbissbetrieb scheint sich auf die Produktion von qualitativ minderwertigen und möglicherweise verdorbenen Döner spezialisiert zu haben. Die Beschaffenheit der angebotenen Mahlzeiten ist derart bedenklich, dass ich selbst meinem ärgsten Feind nicht zumuten würde, hier eine Mahlzeit einzunehmen.

Wenn ich eine Halloumi Box bestelle und extra Aufpreis bezahle für gegrilltes Gemüse, ohne Beilage wie Pommes, dann möchte ich auch keine Pommes. In meiner Box war kaum Gemüse und ein Haufen Pommes. Unverschämt. Ich habe immer noch Hunger und einen vollen Mülleimer.

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde. Seit sein Sohn das abends übernommen hat, bin ich immer weiter davon abgekommen. Weil er einfach nur unfreundlich war und nur mit seinen Kollegen vor der Türe abhing. Auch seine Frau vermittelt das Gefühl, dass sie keine Lust hat. Das wirkt sich auch auf die Freundlichkeit aus. Habe nach langem mal wieder ein yufka geholt und das Fleisch war warm. Aber ich wurde nicht ernst genommen und die Hälfte der Bestellung wurde vergessen (keine Soße und kein scharf), obwohl ich darum gebeten habe.

Eines der schlechtesten Döner die ich bisher gegessen habe, dazu ist das komplette Restaurant renovierungsbedürftig. Die Toilette ist alles andere als hygienisch. Auf dem Weg dort hin, muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht in den dunklen Keller runter fällt. Die Preise dafür sind echt nicht fair.

Lieferung war sehr schnell und freundlich. Aber das Fleisch war nicht durch und auch nicht sonderlich warm. Die Bestellung wurde vertauscht und man hat den Zusatz vom Weichkäse komplett vergessen aber berechnet.

Wir haben schon mehrmals bei diesem Standort bestellt, und sie bringen immer die Bestellungen durcheinander. Wir bestellten Rindfleisch und sie brachten uns Hühnchen. Wir baten um keine scharfe Soße. Es ist ein Roulette.

Bodenloser Yufka. Kam kalt und matschig an. Rotkraut hat alt geschmeckt (fast gekotzt). Die Soße stand 2cm hoch in der Tüte. Es wurde Hähnchen geliefert anstatt Scheibenfleisch und Coke normal anstatt Coke Zero. Nie wieder wird hier bestellt.

Hab eine Pizza Margherita gehabt. Das war die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Mit Pizza hat das nichts zutun. Komische Gewürze drauf. Nie wieder.
