Wirtshaus: 1 star for the very friendly service, you can forget the rest. That was the 2nd attempt. Not again!

The restaurant is comfortably furnished, service was friendly and the main courses were good. Only the Kaiserschmarrn is not recommended, as it is almost certainly a frozen product (it came after just 5 minutes without the usual waiting time, the same size, rounded pieces and didn't taste homemade either). Unfortunately it wasn't worth the €15 at all.

Rustic modern hotel with very good cuisine. Ideal for overnight stays in transit on ski holidays and conferences.

The location is good - everything can be reached on foot. The kitchen is terrific! The rooms are ok.

Impressive yard. Excellent from the outside. Inside, the building also conveys a rural, romantic impression that invites you to feel at home. BUT THE ROOMS: Brand “Spartan-rustic” without any charm or feel-good factor. With extremely small bathrooms and beds that are reminiscent of the Bundeswehr. Therefore only one star for the rooms. If you like a spartan vacation, you can do that. But if you expect a minimum of comfort for the relatively high price, you're definitely out of place here!

I can actually only rate the restaurant. There were seven of us with 3 small children. No problem, the service was friendly, attentive and competent in all areas. The food was very tasty, from spaetzle with sauce to fried chicken and boiled beef to Kaiserschmarrn. We felt very comfortable and looked after

I can highly recommend the hotel rooms to everyone, everything you need is on site. Food good, maybe a little expensive but good. Very hospitable, nice beer garden is taken care of. I'm already looking forward to my next visit...

I had a good meal there and the service was very good

Nice location, which justifies the price. If that weren't the case, I personally wouldn't accept these costs. The furnishings in the rooms are now getting very old, the bathroom in my room is much too small, poorly lit (my wife's statement) and the slatted frame at the foot of my wife's bed is broken. The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking in was also a problem. Unfortunately, when it rains, the parking lot is a mess of puddles that immediately soaked my wife's shoes. Still, I would prefer a different hotel next time I visit, even if it means a higher price. In my opinion, an investment in the Tegernseer Hof is called for, otherwise things could become difficult in the future.

Very nice inn with a cozy beer garden and nice rooms. Particularly worth mentioning is the extremely courteous service and the excellent restaurant cuisine. Another plus for cyclists: the hotel is only about 500 m from the start of the lake cycle path. We were there for 2 nights. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again! 👍

Great country inn, stylish furnishings, nice service and good cuisine. A hearty breakfast with café cream was a great start to the day for us as hikers. In the evening we ate the venison board, which is highly recommended.

An incredibly beautiful house - extremely friendly staff (whether service, reception or cleaning) and really nice bosses - enchanting TOP rooms - rustic furnished rooms - very clean - tasteful breakfast buffet - a true dream vacation from reception to departure! Price-performance ratio is 100% here If we go to Tegernsee again, we will definitely come back to you! You can be really proud of yourself - 5 stars are definitely not enough!

The hitel is ideally located. You can reach the train station, bathing areas and the village of Gmund on foot. The holiday home was perfect for us as a family of four. Everything is lovingly and functionally furnished. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff! Close to the lake, ferry and train station. Taxis to tergensee can be slow-plan ahead!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte hier über Silvester. Wir waren gleich von dem schönen Ambiente begeistert- so richtig schön urig zum Wohlfühlen! Unsere Suite war super schön und sehr geräumig und perfekt sauber - jeden Tag. Der Tegernseer Hof liegt sehr zentral und man kann sowohl zu Fuß sehr viel erreichen, als auch mit dem Auto. An Silvester durften wir uns von dem hervorragenden Menü begeistern lassen - ich habe selten so gut gegessen. Das Personal ist immer absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch der Chef kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und wer in der Gegend wohnt und ausgezeichnet Essen möchte, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig!

Waren heute zum wiederholen Male im Tegernseer Hof beim Essen und sind wie immer absolut begeistert! Super leckeres Essen, herausragender Service in einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen, große Klasse. Vielen Dank ans ganze Tegernseer Hof-Team, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend.

Wir waren heute zum wiederholten Male zum Essen. Das Essen ist sehr frisch, kreativ und absolut schmackhaft. Die Salate sehr frisch und knackig, der Hauptgang ein Gedicht. Zum Dessert ein Kaiserschmarren der alle Wünsche übertroffen hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!

Eine schöne Gaststätte, mit einem wunderschönen Biergarten, das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent, die Speisekarte übersichtlich aber für jeden etwas dabei ,den Örtlichkeiten angepasst eher leicht günstig .

Sehr gemütliches bayerisches Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten und hervorragender Küche und äußerst freundlichem aufmerksamen Personal - wir waren inzwischen mehrmals hier und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden - macht weiter so 👍🏻 👍🏻 Das Hotel können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir hier noch nicht übernachtet haben …

Gutes Essen. Freundliche Bedienung. Modern und trotzdem gemütlicher Gasthof, mit tollem Biergarten. Einzig und allein die Lampen über den Tischen sind zu hell und nehmen ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit

Really a 4,5 experience. Nice rooms and excellent food. Service was fine as well. Located a bit aways from Tegernsee and Rottach-Egern. But cheaper as a result.

Besuch der Gaststätte. Herzlicher Empfang, obwohl es so gut besucht war. Gut, daß wir einen Tisch reserviert hatten. Alles belegt. Extra von Bad Wiessee hierhin gefahren. Wein war sehr gut, aber das Essen war so lecker. Käsespätzle sind einfach spitze, das Wiener Schnitzel hauchdünn, der Wildgulasch hervorragend und der dazu gehörige Krautsalat mit Rotkohl einfach erfrischend. Wir hatten auch noch Glück und es spielte abends eine tradionelle Band direkt neben unserem Tisch. Im Insgesamten waren wir sehr zufrieden und mussten erstmal unsere vollen Mägen zu einem Spaziergang am See ausführen. Sehr schönes Lokal mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier auf der Durchreise verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr urig und sehr traditionell. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr Serviceorientiert. Das Essen ist geschmacklich wirklich großartig, dass Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist hoch aber angemessen. Die Zimmer (wir hatten die 19) ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Hier und da stärkere Abnutzungserscheinungen: Fliesen gebrochen, zerdrückte Mücken an den Wänden, Duschwanne läuft nicht richtig ab. Wir können eine Übernachtung empfehlen!
