Very tasty ice cream and really friendly staff. Per scoop for on-site consumption €2.20, take-away €1.90. The ice cream sundaes are beautifully prepared. We paid €16.10 for the forest fruit cup and an iced chocolate. You can sit comfortably outside or inside.

I ordered espresso macchiato, but instead I got late macchiato, which I didn't like at all!! While I ordered everything to go, my family wasn't allowed to sit at the table and wait for the order. It's not cheap if you buy take-away either. I definitely won't recommend this ice cream parlor to anyone else.

Self service only, the ice cream looked delicious. We only had an espresso and a cappuccino (very good, not expensive either). The toilets are very clean.

Ice cream doesn't taste particularly good. Neither does waffle. It took forever to get to it despite self-service. The toilet was clogged and the employee didn't want to take care of it. And then you sit next to this busy street... Better wait for the next opportunity!

Nice and accommodating service, a plus for English skills

I went for a long walk with my husband and my best friend and at the end we treated ourselves to some ice cream, which we all should have left alone. In terms of taste, the ice cream itself was okay. However, for €1.90 a ball, you expect a ball and not a "blob" However, something was wrong with this ice cream. A few hours later, the 3 of us all had stomach/intestinal problems. Long live the toilet... It wasn't until Tuesday that we all felt better. Something like that shouldn't and shouldn't happen. Thank you for the teaching. So never again

Eis war grundsätzlich nicht schlecht. Nicht gefallen hat mir jedoch, dass für 3 Kugeln standardmäßig eine sehr kleine, billig wirkende Waffel verwendet wird, wo schon absehbar war, dass das Eis schnell herunterläuft. Darum haben wir nach der größeren Waffel gefragt, die auch für die „Wundertüte“ verwendet wird (diese kostet 10ct mehr, es gibt aber die größere Waffel und eine Soße). Als uns dann für die größere Waffel jedoch 50ct mehr berechnet wurden, wurde uns auf Nachfrage erklärt, dass wir explizit hätten die „Wundertüte“ bestellen müssen, da hier dafür die Kugeln kleiner seien. Dies wurde bei der „Wundertüte“ jedoch nicht erwähnt, man geht davon aus, dass man auch hier 3 normalgroße Kugeln bekommt. Kommentar des Verkäufers war dann, dass das doch „ganz einfach“ sei.

War am 25.07.2020 dort (Himbeere und Zitrone in Waffel zum Mitnehmen). Die Kugeln waren angenehm groß. Das Himbeereis war gut (4 Sterne). Das Zitroneneis schmeckte nur eine Spur nach Zitrone, eher nach nichts (2 Sterne). Die Eistüte war wirklich zum abgewöhnen (0 Sterne)! Bitte unbedingt den Hersteller wechseln, es gibt auch gute gekaufte Eistüten (oder selber machen). Deshalb nur 2 Sterne von mir.

Hat uns nicht so gut geschmeckt. Insbesondere die angepriesene Butterwaffel erschien uns alt. Kugeln waren klein.

Ein kleines Italienisches Eiskaffee was auch dem Namen weiterträgt, Direkt am Ludwig Erhardt Platzl'
