Today, we visited the little Greek restaurant with friends. I've rarely experienced such a dedicated team combined with positive energy. The hospitality alone made this evening a wonderful experience for me and my family. Furthermore, the food was of excellent quality, as were the appetizers! I'm absolutely certain that if I visit a restaurant regularly in the future, it will be "the little Greek restaurant." Thank you for this exceptional experience. Delicious food and great service. They were actually full, but because we were with two children, we managed to get the last table for two in the corner. There are benches along the sides, so we had two silk benches and one chair. Perfect for two adults, a 2-year-old, and a 4-year-old. The food took a little while to arrive, but there was a large group next to us, so that was understandable. But the food tasted excellent. Truly delicious. They have a water sculpture and a seesaw in front of the door, so there was something for the little ones to do as well. We would definitely come back here again.

We've been there several times with our children. The stars say it all. The service is friendly, almost familial, even when the house is full. Special requests, such as allergies, are dealt with promptly. The prices are reasonable; the days when you could get a grilled plate for under 15 euros are long gone. Update 2025: We came by at short notice, and despite the house being full, the waitress spared no effort to get us (two adults and two children) a table. The food is still fantastic, beautifully presented plates that would fill even a grown man to his fill. Unfortunately, there was no farewell ouzo, but the fact that the service, etc., was so prompt in a really full house and also accommodated special requests, allergies, etc., easily makes up for it. I'm looking forward to our next visit.

A very nice restaurant, located right on Zirndorf's market square. The service is very attentive and friendly! The food was delicious (if you like it, I love it)! Drinks arrived very quickly, and so did the food! The only drawback, if it bothers you, wasn't the case for us... the through traffic!

Upscale Greek cuisine in a beautiful setting. An absolute highlight. The squid is so dark chocolatey that it melts in your mouth. Always a delicious experience.

The food is delicious, the staff very friendly, and the prices very affordable (some main courses under €20). We spent two days in Zierndorf and ate here both evenings because we were so impressed with the first one. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

Great spot in the heart of Zirndorf. The menu doesn't offer the typical dishes from your local Greek restaurant. But all of our chosen dishes were delicious and highly recommended. Dining here is a feast for the eyes. The only drawback is the traffic; the restaurant, or rather its beer garden, is right on the street. In the evenings, however, from around 7 p.m. onward, it quiets down, and you can enjoy the delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. We were very pleased with our visit to "Der kleine Grieche" in Zirndorf. The food was – as always – fresh, delicious, and authentically prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, making our evening very enjoyable. The only minor disappointment was the appetizer platter: for four people, it could have been a bit more generous. We used to be a bit more generous – it's a shame that's changed. All in all, though, a very successful visit, and we'd definitely be happy to come back!

I've been coming here occasionally on business trips for 20 years now. Always the best Greek restaurant ever.

The menu's descriptions are very flowery and pompous. A good advertising agency, obviously. What you get doesn't measure up. The side salad, primarily chopped iceberg lettuce garnished with a brown, vinegary salad dressing, is beyond the world's need. The vegetable mousaka, for over 18 (!) euros, is small and dry and not worth the money at all. And why are there two mini meat skewers as decoration in a vegetarian dish? That makes no sense at all. The fish fillet with the raw tomatoes (somehow also dressed with vinegar) and the crumbled feta don't really go together in terms of flavor. No side dish. No bread. No ouzo (just us? The table next door got two). And then card payments only accept over 80 euros. How do you come up with something like that these days and with these prices? The gap between expectations and reality is quite wide here. P.S. Nobody asked how it tasted!

Food unfortunately too cold no taste

The food, service, and staff were excellent! One star is deducted for card payments. Here, you can only pay with any card for amounts over €80, which should be different in a restaurant. Since I didn't see any notice about this anywhere, I had to take a special walk to the Sparkasse bank to help with our €60 bill, which was fortunately only 300 meters away...

I wouldn't really recommend this restaurant. I had bifteki with mustard sauce (I don't know the person who complained about the mustard sauce in the last review, but it didn't live up to my expectations either). It was two pieces of meat, about the size of potato parcels, stuffed with cheese, that looked and tasted very much like a convenience product from the freezer.

I recently went to the Little Greek restaurant and was really pleasantly surprised! The gyros were super juicy, the calamari was nice and crispy – both absolutely delicious. The portions are large and the service was friendly and quick. Price-wise, it's also completely okay. Clear recommendation for anyone who likes Greek food!

We went to the restaurant for lunch today. When we entered the restaurant, a table was occupied. We ordered our drinks after 10 minutes. Came promptly too. After 35 minutes our food arrived. I had calamari and gyros with rosemary-thyme potatoes. The food was generally lukewarm to cold. The potatoes weren't fresh! I just tried it and left the rest. The calamari was good, but only lukewarm. The gyros tasted good, but only lukewarm and sometimes really cold. The side salad 🥗 was good. I can't give service a star because we were neither asked how it tasted nor whether we would like to order anything else. In my opinion not good service and that's why there was no tip. We definitely won't go to the restaurant anymore. Finally, I would like to mention that the quality of the meat is good, no question. However, even the best quality suffers when it is cold. I love my lunch warm.

Gyros totally over salted, grilled calamari dipped in mustard sauce (who does that?) and like rubber. The restaurant used to be good, but not anymore. Only the presentation was good.

Das Restaurant liegt im Stadtzentrum von Zirndorf in einem Schönen alten Fachwerkhaus. Das Ambiente im Innen- und Aussenbereich ist sehr schön. Die gegrillten und gebackenen Calamari waren von sehr guter, dicker Qualität. Statt der gekochten Kartoffeln hätte ich mir gebackene gewünscht. Auch etwas zitronigere Noten sowie etwas mehr Würze am Gericht wären schön gewesen. Der Tomatenreis war gut. Die Fleischgerichte waren insgesamt unterwürzt. Das Gyros war sehr trocken. Das Gyros auf dem Kinderteller wirkte als ob die Reste zusammengekratzt wurden. Die Salatsauce war lecker. Insgesamt würde ich nur wegen der Calamari nochmal kommen. Die Fleischgerichte habe ich schon bei vielen anderen griechischen Restaurants deutlich besser gegessen. Das an dem Tag keine Kartenzahlung möglich war wurde erst nach Bestellung und Verzehr mitgeteilt, nicht vor der Bestellung, wie es sich eigentlich gehört um den Kunden nicht in eine unschöne Situation zu bringen.

We would have liked to eat as a group of 4, but we were turned away at 8 p.m. on the grounds that we were closing... According to the internet the restaurant is open until 11pm!!!! It's a shame, we went there specifically!

Parking spaces may be available in a larger area. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m., so you should plan for that. Highly recommended!

Not what he used to be anymore. Suflaki were dry, there were a number of uncooked rice grains in the rice and some of the meat was burnt. Just not what it used to be.

The little Greek is modernly furnished. The service is impeccable and courteous. The dishes are prepared with a lot of attention to detail for the appearance, but unfortunately some components don't quite fit with Greek food, for example. the spring onions on the gyros or the abstract balsamic dressing and another type of ketchup as well as the mayo/remoulade dip. The gyros, calamari, tomato-pepper rice and the souflaki itself were really tasty and fresh. Price wise also okay.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't as advertised, and the quality was all lukewarm. It was really better years ago. In addition, no invoice is issued, which makes you think about it. It's better to let the tax office know.

Unfortunately the food wasn't that great. The gyro was only lukewarm and the tzatziki dip had a watery taste, so real tzatziki would make more sense. It was also far too dark inside the restaurant, so we could hardly read the menu or see the food properly. The food itself was actually quite good, but unfortunately the other things bothered us. And as if that wasn't enough, we couldn't even pay by card.

Went there spontaneously yesterday based on a recommendation. Table wasn't cleaned. Tablecloth full of stains. Has not been renewed. Giros was good. Calamari were sometimes like rubber. The rice was sometimes hard. An absolute no-go for a Greek is the lack of ouzo. It's a shame that there are no good Greeks in Zirndorf. Things were much better with the predecessor Stelio. The Delphi and Poseidon is a dream. 6 stars.

Bifteki resembles a pressed chipboard. I know it from other Greek restaurants that is light and juicy. If you want another drink, you have to ask the waiter, they don't ask. No one asks whether the food tasted good either; apparently no one cares. Card payment not possible. Maybe you should. when making your reservation on the phone, as this is no longer the norm these days. To pay you have to queue at an ice cream chest, which is apparently not possible at the table. Such a nice restaurant would be a shame, but with this service you'd be better off spending your hard-earned money somewhere else.

A perfect summer evening! Were here for the first time at the little Greek in Zirndorf. Super cute outdoor area in Zirndorf's old town, you feel like you're on vacation, pleasant background music, beautiful, well-kept grounds, good drinks and excellent food! Anyone who likes to vacation in Greece will absolutely get their money's worth here, authentic Greek food, but with that certain extra that makes the restaurant stand out from any run-of-the-mill tavern! As the name suggests, the restaurant is small. The employees are really nice and always ask if everything is right, but not so much that it's annoying. The food is solid, with the vegan schnitzel I had a taste of fish even though it didn't contain any fish. The fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and soft on the inside. The small side salad is okay, the dressing is very tasty, but you can tell that the salad wasn't made with the freshest ingredients. My opinion is that you should try out the restaurant because everyone has different tastes and preferences, but personally I wouldn't go there again. I give the Little Greek 6.5/10 points

The little Greek is not the typical run-of-the-mill Greek, this is already noticeable in the menu, which is not overcrowded with countless dishes but rather manageable. The location is very good and inviting, parking is a bit difficult. The food was on point and good. The only minus for me was the tzatziki dip which I didn't like. I would prefer original tzatziki on the meal per serving and not just extra as a starter, the tzatziki dip tastes like nothing and is out of place Or you should at least have the option to choose this per dish. The service was top and very nice, we asked for it several times and bread was also brought upon request. Conclusion overall rating 3.5/5. Gladly again at any time

Staff eat and location is great

The boss and her team are very authentic, attentive and offer great service. The food is delicious. The daily specials with fish, lamb and one or two specials are always particularly recommended. We often ask about daily specials and have never been disappointed. The very large selection of wine and ouzo is also particularly good. Here you can drink your way through Greece's different regions. It's also really fun to be a guest here thanks to the friendly nature of the team. Simply warm. In my opinion: best Greek in Zirndorf

I was there with a business partner, it was full and, like others, we had to wait a short time for a free table. Sometimes the tablecloths were changed when the guests changed, but unfortunately not for us; There were probably too few stains on ours. I then quickly "snapped" pieces of ice cubes from the previous guest off the table myself - you help wherever you can... Unfortunately, the "super-soft" chili calamari turned out to be tough and dead grilled squid with a hard edge, which we had We had the impression that three pepperoni from the glass were quickly thrown on top. Instead of the grilled vegetables we ordered, there were potatoes by mistake. The mistake was (unfortunately) quickly remedied because the grilled vegetables were drowned in oil. The salad tasted boring and colorless, but maybe we both had Corona. The service was the best, friendly, tried hard, but overall a bit erratic...

The food was great and it really seemed like a family atmosphere, half of the guests hugged the waitress as a greeting and many of the customers knew each other. Lots of regulars is always a good sign.

The saying “guests become friends” is 100% true here. The food is incredibly delicious and is always freshly prepared. Requests are always accommodated whenever possible. The boss and the entire team are so friendly and it's fun to be a guest there. I am grateful for such a great enrichment in Zirndorf.

Was there at 1 p.m. and food came at 1:43 p.m. There were 2 others in the restaurant and it's strange that they arrived at 1.30pm and got their food before us. Nobody said anything about why it was taking so long. Food tastes good. Cake was fresh.

We arrived a little later (after 9:30 PM) after a long day of driving, but were still allowed to join the family. Very friendly staff and fast service. And the food was truly excellent. One of the best Greek restaurants we have been to, including the one in Greece itself. Highly recommended!
