Toller Fisch, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Zubereitung unserer Fischgerichte war ausgezeichnet und alles schmeckte köstlich! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war tiptop. Der Service-Mitarbeiter war freundlich, aufmerksam und kannte sich mit den verwendeten Produkten bestens aus. Das Ambiente war authentisch, die Musik angenehm unaufdringlich, alles in allem war das ein Restaurantbesuch in einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank dafür!

Ich finde es komisch, dass ein junger Mann, keine Ahnung ob es nur ein VK oder der Chef ist, bei meinen letzten Malen (5x), JEDESMAL rauchend UND telefonierend vor dem Eingang steht. Am 08.05. hatte sich noch eine Frau hinzugestellt, obwohl zur gleichen Zeit ein Kunde den Laden betrat. Sollte das ein VK sein, der laufend evtl Privatgespräche führt, würde ich den Herrn, als Chef, kündigen!!

Tolles Konzept für einen Fischladen mit Restaurant. Traditionell Deutsche Fischgerichte gepaart mit Sushi von einem japanischen „Koch“ mit einem Touch vietnamesischer Küche. Das Sushi hat mich an Tokyo erinnert, was mir hier in Nord-Berlin noch nie passiert ist. Gochisosama!

Man kann leider keine 0 Sterne geben, aber wenn es möglich wäre würde ich es machen. Ich bin die letzten Tage öfters dran vorbei gekommen und kannte den Namen schon. Meine Freunde sagten mir das es hier echt verdammt gutes Sushi gibt. Gestern auf dem Weg zur Arbeit schaute ich mir die Öffnungszeiten an und freute mich drüber dass das Restaurant bis 22 Uhr offen hat. Ich rief meine Freundin an und fragte sie ob wir uns hier abends treffen zum Sushi essen. Für uns beide ein weiter Weg, wenn wir aus Nauen komme, aber meine Arbeitszeit lässt anderes leider nicht zu. Um kurz nach 21 Uhr waren wir beide da und von außen sahen wir das die Sushiabteilung schon zu war und es war auch kein Sushi Meister in Sicht. Nur die beiden hinter der Theke (wobei die Theke sehr schön und opulent angerichtet) waren noch da und waren fleißig am putzen. Wir sind leider keine großen Fisch Esser sonst hätten wir da unser Glück probiert. Meine Freundin stink sauer, sie war über eine Stunde unterwegs mit den Öffis um dann festzustellen das obwohl bis 22 Uhr offen ist um kurz nach 21 Uhr es kein Sushi mehr gibt. Dann ändert bitte eure Zeiten an der Tür, wir sind denn rüber zum anderen Sushi Laden.

gaideck war durch zwei dinge ausgezeichnet: qualität der ware und qualität der zubereitung durch einen echten meister. das war mal. vor jahren. jetzt ein komplett neues team und ich will es auch gar nicht so schlecht reden denn der claire island bio lachs ist GLAUBE ich immer noch im einsatz, also die qualität stimmt aber die zubereitung leidet mittlerweile sehr, selbst wenn der laden keine hektik hat. da sind dann 2 von den 8 sushi stücken nur noch so halb mit dem lachs umwickelt, die avocado drin micro winzig, es zerfällt usw. das ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war, es ist jetzt auf einem niveau mit jeder anderen sushi bude, abgesehen vom noch guten lachs.

Ich finde das Essen hier schmeckt sehr gut. Ich habe mich bisher allerdings nur über die Sushi Karte her gemacht und mal Fisch zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Wenn es kalt ist, sollte man auf jeden Fall reservieren, weil drinnen nicht viel Platz ist. Im Sommer kann man schön draußen sitzen, aber auch da würde ich abends lieber reservieren.

Ich hatte ein schönes Abendessen dort. Der Lachs war frisch und alles andere war auch sehr lecker. Beim nächsten Mal Sushi craving gehe ich wieder hin :)

Der Gaideck überzeugt mit regionaler Küche, hochwertigen Zutaten und liebevoll zubereiteten Gerichten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service laden zum entspannten Genießen ein.

Der Gaideck ist weit mehr als nur ein Fischgeschäft oder ein Restaurant – es ist eine einzigartige Institution. Der Laden, der ein Feinkostgeschäft mit einer Fischtheke, einem kleinen Restaurant und einer Sushibar verbindet, liegt unscheinbar in Hermsdorf, aber ein Besuch lohnt sich absolut . Die Qualität der Produkte ist hier das A und O. Ihr Biolachs stammt von nachhaltigen Farmen aus Irland (Clare Island) und wird nach alter Tradition auf Buchenholz geräuchert – der Unterschied zur Massenware ist geschmacklich enorm . Wir hatten die "Fish and Chips" mit Lachs und Sushi. Beides war fantastisch: der Fisch perfekt gegart und von höchster Qualität, das Sushi frisch zubereitet und üppig mit Fisch belegt . Auch die selbst gemachten Salatbeilagen waren sehr gut . Man merkt einfach, dass hier ein Familienunternehmen mit Leidenschaft und Handwerk am Werk ist . Die Preise sind gehoben, aber für diese außergewöhnliche Qualität, die sogar vom "Feinschmecker" ausgezeichnet wurde, völlig gerechtfertigt . Der Gaideck ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die echten, unverfälschten Fischgenuss suchen.

Ganz spontan hier eingekehrt, haben es nicht bereut, der Skry war sehr lecker und das Grillgemüse perfekt zubereitet und nicht zu vergessen das Sushi Angebot einfach toll und sehr lecker immer wieder gern.

An sich ein angenehmes kleines Restaurant. Leider war uns allen vieren das Sushi (der Reis) wiederholt zu stark gesalzen; Sojasauce kam gar nicht zum Einsatz. Alternativ wurde an einem Abend eine Fischplatte bestellt, auch diese war deutlich zu salzig, mit anhaltendem Durst danach. Wenn wir ganz streng sind, ist im Sushi zudem unnötig viel Reis im Verhältnis zur Füllung. Wenn diese beiden Punkte verbessert würden, kämen wir wieder, denn alles andere ist sehr ansprechend.

Eine traditionelle Fischbude, die von einer japanischen Familie übernommen wurde. Das ist wohl das beste Sushi, das ich je in Berlin gegessen habe.

Nach zwei Jahren endlich mal wieder beim Gaideck Station gemacht sehr freundliches Personal eine reichhaltige tolle Auswahl. Immer gerne wieder.

The quality of the fish is usually above average, sometimes just okay. The staff at the counter, where I've happily bought fish sandwiches for years, have that typical Berlin wit – wonderful. Yesterday, however, I had one of those employees behind the counter who mainly deals with putting fish on rice and therefore (for some inexplicable reason) considers himself superior. And this one was so grumpy (fish sandwiches are clearly beneath him), completely inflexible (I've always loved having my salmon sandwiches topped with red horseradish, which wasn't possible with this rice-roll expert), and condescending ("we've never done it that way here" – after countless visits, I remember it quite differently, but if Han Sushi says so, it must be true... 🤣). I avoid shops where I risk encountering staff like that. Therefore, I will not be visiting the Gaideck again - accordingly, it only gets one star...

Wir sind spontan hier an einem Samstag Nachmittag eingekehrt und hatten Glück einen Tisch zu erhalten. Bestellt haben wir Bio-Lachs mit Garnelen und Fisch und Chips. Alles war sehr lecker. Sehr üppige Portionen. Die Kombination aus Fischladen, Sushi und Fischrestaurant sind ein interessantes Konzept welches sehr gut aufgeht.

Wer sehr guten Fisch essen möchte oder Sushi ,muss nicht unbedingt ans Meer fahren. Hier gibt es sehr gute Qualität! Ein paar Parkplätze mehr vor dem Geschäft wären gut, aber ein bisschen laufen nach dem Essen ist auch nicht schlecht !!

Fresh fish - buy or eat on site.

We went there for lunch on Saturday afternoon, sat outside, and were extremely satisfied. The grilled plate with four types of fish and the Omega-3 plate were fantastic: everything was fresh and delicious. We were thrilled. The ambiance seems a bit run-down, and the service could be better outside more often... - but the food was (as I said) simply top-notch.

Truly delicious! I had the grilled fish, and the fish in particular was a highlight – super fresh and perfectly prepared. The appetizer was also truly delicious. We weren't entirely sure if the fried potatoes were homemade, but to be honest, they were still really good, nicely seared with bacon. We'll definitely be back!

Fish dishes of the highest quality! In keeping with the season, we had three kinds of herring fillets, all delicious and very well prepared – perfect! The fish and chips are heart-pumping, a generous portion with excellent fries, the fish itself in a crispy breading, malt vinegar like in England, wonderful! Next time, we're already looking forward to the much-praised sushi specialties.

Actually we just wanted to buy two “fish rolls” to go today. Then there was a free table and we still had time, so we sat down and ate the burger. As always, the food was excellent, the waiting time was reasonable, the price was - well - appropriate for the service. Once again we were completely amazed by the food.

I've known the Geideck for a while, but I've only become a fan in the last few weeks. Actually, it was a mistake on my part not to eat there much earlier. The selection is very good, there is a lot of sushi and the food tastes great. The offer of dessert still has potential, but that's more of a personal aside for me. The prices are really very fair and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We were really looking forward to a delicious fish meal at Gaideck on Monday. Unfortunately, there were only leftovers from the weekend because there were so many guests. Winter cod with baked potatoes and sour cream for me, and plaice with North Sea crab and bacon for my husband. In the photo you can see that the baked potato was an ordinary jacket potato, not even a baked potato. It's not a big deal if you change the menu. The sour cream wasn't real cream either. It tasted more like herb quark. With the piece of fish, €23.90 is a bit too expensive. The plaice was large, watery in the middle, and burnt on the bottom. The fried potatoes were well-fried and tasty. The fried crab with bacon was tough, and the price was also €23.90. What was also striking was the view in front of the counter near the checkout area. It looks very messy. After the great website, where we had already looked at the menu, we were very disappointed. Unfortunately! However, the service was very friendly and accommodating.

The quality of the fish is excellent. Best organic salmon ever! Sushi is also extremely tasty and there is no skimping on fish. If you don't like raw fish, you can get really good, hearty fish dishes in the North German style. Prices are absolutely reasonable. The staff is friendly and in a good mood. The atmosphere is rather simple but very authentic. If you don't like fish, you won't be happy here. Unreserved recommendation!

This fish shop with restaurant is a real insider tip. A small guest room, it is always advisable to reserve. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace. If I lived here, it would be my favorite bar. And yet the restaurant has become a ritual; we (my girlfriend and work colleague) often eat here after work and are always very impressed. Everything we have eaten so far is simply incredibly tasty and of top quality! The open kitchen with sales counter and the friendly and very courteous service make it unique.

I actually wanted to eat the organic salmon burger menu, but unfortunately I was only told a few minutes later that the dish was no longer available. So I ordered the organic salmon with baked potato and sour cream. The salmon was well fried, the potato, with a small bowl of sour cream, was placed very carelessly on the plate... not very attractive to the eye, which is why there are no photos of it. My companion had sushi and loved it. We still have to learn how to pour beer: about four beers were tapped and then two were made because only foam came out of the tap...and so after about 15 minutes we had two stale beers in front of us. The shop was busy, we had reserved, but without it it would have been difficult to get a table. The premises are quite small, as soon as you leave the store you can tell where you ate by the smell of the clothes 🐟🦑🦐🐙🦀. There is a sales counter at the entrance where you can buy fresh fish and salads. Answer from the owner: The foam in the beer has nothing to do with learning, but simply with a defective tap system after professional cleaning. Thanks for the reply! Nevertheless, it would be particularly customer-friendly to point out such circumstances to the guest when ordering a beer, instead of making the guest wait a quarter of an hour for the beer with a direct view of the tap and the waitress trying to draw decent beers 🍻.

Great food but the service is not only "a bit" unwelcoming... when everything is full and there are reservations, I don't send guests away without at least offering them a reservation...

The best fish stall south of List... That definitely fits, at least when it comes to the quality of the food, the service and the prices. You are also happy to take a longer journey. The restaurant is quite small, consisting of a fish counter and a seating area. It's rare to eat here in complete privacy, as people often come in to pick up the excellent sushi to take away (which we do very often, by the way). In summer it is therefore advisable to sit outside. Clear recommendation.

At Gaideck you can buy top-quality fresh fish and fish sandwiches, but also complete menus. You can also enjoy these in the on-site catering area, as part of the Gaideck is catering. The service is very friendly and quick. The prices are okay.

Damn, what happened in the Gaideck? We have been regular guests for years, come from Munich and regularly go to Gaideck to enjoy fish or sushi. But lately it's becoming more and more strange and, above all, the quality is seriously declining. The worm in one of the previous reviews is scary. Well, it wasn't that far for us yet, but when Sonja and Kevin were still at the station, something like that would never have happened in their lives. Even the fish pot tasted like Gosch in List!!! But in our case - No. 1 was limp and very blonde, the fried potatoes were more than blonde and bland, the fish was also completely tasteless and the service only understands the language fragmentarily. We have been deliberately overlooking classic Asian friendliness for a long time. But if the food drops to this level, we will probably soon have to look for an alternative. It really used to be the “second best” fish stall south of List. Only the sea chest in Westerland was better. The ambience doesn't have to be first class, but the food should! Please, dear Mr. Gaideck - back to the roots, otherwise more guests might run away. And we would actually like to come back more often. Greetings from Bavaria

I spontaneously drove to this restaurant from Schöneberg three weeks ago when the weather was nice and had fond memories of a chance visit. Unfortunately, the almost 40 minute drive through the city wasn't worth it. First I looked for the menu, there weren't any left on the tables. When I asked in the restaurant, I was grumpily answered, "It's on the tables." I finally found a version in a pile in the corner. I ordered "Fish and Chips Basic". Plus a glass of Riesling. The portion that was delivered after a while looked extremely tasty. After the first few bites, I realized that the fried fish had no taste at all. I might as well have bitten into a piece of tasteless cardboard. The fries were also completely tasteless and could only be enjoyed with the tartar sauce that was served with them. The malt vinegar and mint puree provided for in the menu were not even included. When I asked the Japanese (?) waitress to at least get some taste, I was met with a complete lack of understanding of the language. After a long back and forth she disappeared into the restaurant, consulted with the restaurant staff and came back with a grubby plastic bottle. Alleged content: malt vinegar. I didn't touch the bottle; many guests had probably done that before and left their mark. Now the mint puree was still missing and a new, tedious discussion began. The end of the song, after the waitress had consulted the kitchen staff several times: There's no such thing, sold out, too many customers today. I was neither informed in advance about the missing menu items, nor was there an apology or a corresponding discount upon payment. It just didn't interest me. Halfway through the meal I gave up, asked for the bill and left Dannen, still hungry. By the way, the wine list is good and the prices are fair. A small consolation. The Japanese staff takes a little getting used to, perhaps it's due to their rudimentary language skills. It would therefore be desirable if a team member who spoke better German could provide support in certain situations.

Please take the tuna sashimi off the menu if it cannot be prepared. 🙏🙏 I have been a happy customer for about 10 years and tried the raw tuna to take away for the first time. - The base and the lettuce in the packaging are in defrost water, the meat is ice cold, is completely pale and cut way too thick and carelessly and tastes completely watery. I can hardly believe it. 🙈 I'm really sad about the beautiful fish. What's going on there??

Good, fresh food, where the fillets clearly come from fish. The waitress takes the order, sets out the cutlery and delivers the food. At the end you will collect. In between, a word about how it tastes or whether something is missing (as always salt, pepper...) - none.

Both my portion of cod loins and my husband's were undercooked: they were still rubbery at the bottom. This part was white, but had a texture somewhat reminiscent of glassy onions. Luckily I stopped eating. As we talked, a live worm crawled out of my portion of fish that I hadn't eaten (see video). I showed this to the waitress and said that we shouldn't pay for the meals under these circumstances, especially because my husband's portion was prepared the same way. After consulting with the boss, we were told that we should still pay for my husband's portion and the drinks. When I politely protested, I was asked to speak to the chef himself, who defensively said, "I can't look inside the fish." I said that if the fish had been cooked properly, the worm would have been dead. After a while Back and forth he finally agreed to let us go without paying. Nobody apologized to us, the incident didn't seem to bother them much. We went to the nearest pharmacy, which gave us worm medication, we tried to vomit , as soon as we got home, but unfortunately not much of what we ate came out before I started spitting up blood. Since it's the weekend, we'll have to wait until Monday to see a doctor We didn't eat any eggs or larvae, but of course we don't know. We were lucky that the worm happened to come out of my portion where we could see it. ***** My husband’s codfish and mine were both not fully cooked: part of the portions were still rubbery, they looked white like the cooked part but with a texture a bit like glassy onion. Ordered fish and chips with salmon. The fish was perfect. Everything here has a hefty price tag and is completely justified because the quality is excellent and the pieces are huge. Everything freshly prepared. Rarely eaten better fish. A delight for the taste buds. We recommend. Would love to come back.

Great restaurant to eat fresh fish and one of the best sushi. The recommendation is the white wine from Eifel.

I've been coming and getting sushi here for years. Every now and then we come and sit in the restaurant for matjes, fish and chips or something similar. We have always been very satisfied to this day, and we also accepted fluctuating quality. The sushi always tastes great and you won't be disappointed in terms of taste. Today, however, I was very disappointed. As always, I ordered by phone and after half an hour I was able to pick up the sushi. Here I noticed that there wasn't much going on and the staff seemed to be taking a deserved break. Unfortunately, at home I noticed that all the makis in menu 103 were falling apart. When I called again I was told "Can you come here again?" Well, I drove around again. The menu was examined and now only part of the menu has actually been renewed. Inspected again and found that the second lemurs weren't sticking together either. The looks that the staff were giving me were really inappropriate. When I said again that I wasn't happy today and that I'm normally used to something different and that I've been coming here for years because it's actually the best sushi in Hermsdorf, I was only met with dirty looks. No apology, no kind word. Rather, it seemed to me as if they wanted to get me out of the store quickly. There were now more guests present. Even when I said that I now somehow felt like the stupid one who dared to complain, I had the impression "just get out of there..." What a shame! I pay a lot for the sushi here and expect the same quality. The fact that I always have to beg for some more soy sauce when I go to go really annoys me. Chopsticks are packed for 5, sauce only for three, without asking how many people are eating. Eventually a solution was found, but I felt unwanted today. A pity! I can say that the end result was again very tasty. The experience wasn't really nice. A pity! I don't know if I'll come back again, even though it was delicious. As a regular guest it's sad.

Bester Fisch Berlins, sehr gutes Sushi vom japanischen Chef in unerwarteter Lage.

Ich gehe nur wegen der hervorragender Fischqualität hierher. Das Shushi ist auch toll und Preise okay

Der Laden ist klein aber fein. Der Service passt, dass Essen ist lecker!

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit dem Schwerpunkt Fisch/Sushi. Gleichzeitig kann man dort auch frischen Fisch kaufen. Stellenweise in Bio Qualität. Wir haben dort Sushi gegessen. Die Qualität war für deutsche Verhältnisse Top. Die Portionen überraschend groß. Also lieber nicht zu viel bestellen - nachbestellen geht ja immer..Von außen macht das Restaurant nicht viel her - also nicht abschrecken lassen - es gibt auch nen Mini Parkplatz für 3 Autos . Habe ich übersehen - habe ganz einfach nen Parkplatz in der Seitenstraße gefunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
