Very good food when ordering, something was mixed up but corrected immediately and we were very satisfied

We had already been to Greece. Eating here is on a different level. Deliciously fresh! Squid No. 1 in the world! Drinks come very quickly! Great! To recommend!

Had tafel gereserveerd 4 dagen van te voren toen wij daar aan kwamen was alles bezet en konden geen plaats meer krijgen, dit vind ik schandalig. Eerder waren wij ook al te gast bij Delphi, had glas wijk besteld maar er kwam kwart liter grote salade met zalm was niet vers leek wel van de dag ervoor, dus: Nooit meer naar Delphi in Meppen

For us it is and remains the best Greek restaurant in the whole of Emsland. Both the service and the quality of the food are simply top 👍 And when I read here from some inexperienced users who are not from the catering industry that the staff are being criticized in some way, I can only say one thing: UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!! I've eaten there several times and when it comes to service, I don't know much better than this place. An example: A Tuesday evening, 6:30 p.m. and a wonderful summer evening. Outdoor terrace 95% full. A couple with a dog comes and sits down, about 2 minutes later the dog gets a bowl of water. Second example: A guest sits down at the table, 1min. later he is greeted, after 2 minutes. he has the menu…and after 5 minutes. his first drink. We noticed the same thing at our table. Dear would-be gastronomy know-it-alls, I can tell you one thing: If there is such service, such quality and such occupancy everywhere, a gastronomy can only be OUTSTANDING, so dear Google users: rate fairly, wisely and always only as much as you like thinks he has an idea. And something else: Giving 4 stars with the words: Everything was great, I can't understand it. I was a restaurateur myself for years and was extremely upset about every rating below 5 stars, until I realized that most of the time it wasn't my fault, but rather the attitude or expectations of the guests. If you give reviews, this also has consequences for many catering establishments. So, rate fairly... and if YOU can do better, then say so... otherwise give 5 stars as often as possible, otherwise you'll soon be cooking at home... and you don't want that, and the others certainly don't either. We really enjoy coming to Dimitrios at the Delphi...and you should too 👍

We visited the restaurant based on the good reviews and were disappointed. The waitress seemed a bit unfriendly at times, especially when we pointed out that the food had been delivered incorrectly. The normal gyro was dry and very little tzatziki was served with it. Of course you could for €7.50!!!! Order a portion of tzatziki with it. I can't say how big this is. The gyros with Metaxa sauce was delicious. My conclusion: Due to the poor price-performance ratio, I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Insanely delicious. Delphi fries are an absolute must. Calamares were adorable. It's a shame I live so far away. I would be there more often.

Upon arrival on the terrace we were greeted kindly. I sit in an electric wheelchair and was immediately kindly guided to our table, but also to the toilet. Fast friendly staff members. The food was also super tasty. My husband had veal liver and I had calamari. This restaurant is highly recommended

I've eaten here several times and I have to say, the taste is simply unbeatable! I would be happy to come back, but the service could definitely be improved. But overall just a great Greek restaurant that I can only recommend.

Everything is really right here: quality of food, ambience and service. Both the grilled chicken schnitzel and the vegan platter were excellent.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how many vegetarian starters there were, all of which sounded really tasty. Ultimately we decided on a mixed vegan platter and two other vegetarian starters to share and everything was exceptionally delicious! Plus very nice service! The only thing I find annoying is that there are no smoking areas on the large terrace. Behind me someone was sitting with beer and smoking the whole time and smoke and ash were constantly flying towards us

Nice service, delicious food. Our seat was a bit small for a group of four. But there was also a lot going on at the time of our visit.

Delicious food at Delphi. The ribeye was tender and kept warm on a hot plate. We received a delicious Greek salad and an aperitif on the house beforehand. The baklava dough could have been a little crispier, but it was also very tasty. The owner's service/service was great. The ladies at the counter were sometimes a bit too busy chatting.

Delicious food, nice ambience and friendly service. My prawns were great and I can also recommend the small salad plate, mixed salad with a delicious dressing.

Even though the two of us hadn't reserved a table, we were given a nice table. Everything was very nicely decorated. Service warm and excellent. Food was great, super tasty. Everything recommended. We were asked again and again if everything was okay. But this is not intrusive. We will be back definitely. Price performance is right.

Were there for the first time, and definitely not the last time. Went there as a family, it was very fully booked, but we didn't have to wait long for the food. Had booked a table in advance. It was a nice end to a beautiful Sunday. We were looking for our favorite Greek restaurant when ours unexpectedly closed. We found him again. Happy to come back ❤️❤️

On our wedding day we had dinner at Delphi. The service employee asked us in English “drinks”? It was a bit strange but we looked at the map first. The goat cheese for the starter was amazing and super tasty. The main course was also delicious but the gyros were a bit too greasy for me. After eating we were ignored for at least 15 minutes, which of course we didn't like. But we then clarified it with the nice waitress (woman). We were immediately offered coffee or schnapps. That was fine but we declined. Overall everything was okay.

Very satisfied, it was a great meal and we would like to come back. Friendly and quick.

Great restaurant hygiene a big 10. Meat Well seasoned, very neat and the service is great, we didn't have to call them, they kept a very close eye on everything. We go to a Greek place at least once a month. Or in the Netherlands and now in Germany, as soon as we are in the area we will definitely go back.

Wie kriegen die das Fleisch nur immer so zart hin . Einen Tisch muss man aber schon vorbestellen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Kurze Wartezeit. Vielleicht etwas zu kurz. Der Salat war noch nicht mal leer und schon kam das Hauptgericht. Bedienungen waren auch nett.

Die Qualität des Essens nimmt ab und die Preise steigen stetig an. Das Trinktgeld erreicht nicht das Personal, sondern landet direkt beim Chef oder der Chefin. Bei einem Gericht, welches über 20€ kostet, ist Mayonnaise nicht mit im Preis inbegriffen…..

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον συνταξιδιώτη μας, που γνωρίσαμε στο τρένο και μας πρότεινε το "Delphi " και έτσι είπαμε να το δοκιμάσουμε. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό και πραγματικά όσα πιάτα περνούσαν από μπροστά μας , μοσχοβολούσαν κάνοντας μας να θέλουμε να τα γευτούμε όλα. Το σέρβις γρήγορο και φιλικό μας έκανε να αισθανόμαστε σαν το σπίτι μας , ότι καλύτερο για τις Χριστουγεννιάτικες διακοπές μας. Γνωριστήκαμε με τους ιδιοκτήτες Δημήτρη και Όλγα , όπου φεύγοντας μας δώρισαν ένα πεντανόστιμο χειροποίητο έδεσμα . Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλόξενη και γευστική εμπειρία!!! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα όπως μας το πρότειναν και εμάς .

Gyrosteller in Ordnung. Preis noch ok. Nettes Personal. Zu viele Gäste werden auf kleinstem Raum verteilt, sodass wir nicht gut gesessen haben. Toiletten unsauber. Kein Toilettenpapier/Handtücher.

Tolles Restaurant mit einer super Auswahl (auch vegetarisch/vegan), schönem Ambiente und hervorragendem Service. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

wir waren zum Weihnachtsmarkt mal wieder in Meppen und haben dann auch wieder im Delphi gegessen. Vielen Dank an Dimi und sein Team. Ihr leistet eine Topparbeit. Wir waren am vergangenen Samstag Gast im Delphi und waren begeistert. Das Lokal war komplett ausgebucht und trotzdem waren die Wartezeiten sehr kurzweilig. Selten so gut griechisch gegessen wie hier im Delphi. Toller, kompetenter und netter Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Gutes Essen freundliches Personal

Typischer Grieche, viel Auswahl j und leckere typische griechische Speisen. Auch die Mittagskarte bietet für jeden etwas.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch reichlich. Der Service ist super schnell und freundlich. Preise sind im normal Bereich. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Trotz vollem Haus waren die Wartezeiten angenehm und nicht zu lang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein hervorragendes Abendessen genießen dürfen. Eine freundliche und angenehme Bedienung. Wunderschöner Abend in einem tollen Restaurant.

Bin heute da gewesen mit Frau und Kids und wurde behandelt wie ein König.. Das esses war sehr lecker, hätte ruhig etwas größer sein können die Portion aber das reicht nicht für eine negative Bewertung. Das dessert war sehr abwechslungsreich lecker.

Tolles Bifteki,Super Pommes ,Guter Salat. Gyros könnte krosser sein.Sehr nette Bedienungen. Leider war die Tsatziki-Beilage winzig und der Ketchup wurde mit 80 Cent berechnet,bei nicht unhappigem Gesamtpreis.Vorab gab es einen Kurzen aufs Haus. Alles sehr sauber.

Die Angestellten waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier gibt es noch einen Ouzo sobald man Platz nimmt. Auch die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war kein Problem, wir durften ihn mit rein nehmen und es gab sofort eine Schale Wasser. Die Vorspeise kam ganz schnell und überbrückte sie zeit zum Hauptgang. Beides hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Auch das frisch gezapfte Bier war lecker. Große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten für einen Griechen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wij komen al ruim 18 jaar bij Restaurant Delphi en het eten is nog steeds heerlijk! Vlees is van goede kwaliteit en de salade's worden vers bereid! Wij wonen in nederland op loopafstand van 2 griekse restaurants maar rijden graag 35 kilometer naar duitsland om daar te eten! Onze zoon Xander kwam ooit in de maxi cosie/kinderwagen binnen en is nu bijna 18 jaar en wordt altijd omhelst door Dimitri, de eigenaar. Delphi is voor ons het beste griekse restaurant met een goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding! Tip! De Meppener Teller! :-)

Heerlijk Grieks eten met uitstekende bediening. Porties zijn voldoende groot. Genoeg keuze op de kaart qua voorgerechten, hoofdgerechten en nagerechten.
