Delhi-cious Indian Restaurant in Stuttgart

Ich suchte einen Inder wegen Glutenunverträglichkeit. Ich bin mit einem E-Roller angereist weil ich kein Auto fahren wollte. Es wirkt von außen aktuell nicht einladend. Aber innen ist es modern eingerichtet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Brachte mir auch gleich auf Anfrage wegen Gluten den Ordner wo ich alles nachlesen konnte. Das Essen kam schnell und war heiß und lecker. Die Soßen sehr lecker. Neue Pakoras kennengelernt und das Chicken Korma war auch sehr lecker. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Zu Hause kann man besser kochen. Die Vorspeisen sind gut, das vegetarische Hauptgericht lohnt sich nicht.

Das Essen hier ist fantastisch – dieser Ort macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die vielfältige Auswahl auf der Speisekarte hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Wir hatten Chicken Lollipops als Vorspeise, die mit der Soße sehr originell und schmackhaft waren. Die Portionen waren auch ausreichend.

Wir hatten das Tagesmenü mit zwei eigentlich unterschiedlichen Hauptgerichten (Rajma und Aloo Chana). Leider wirkte die Curry-Basis bei beiden Gerichten absolut identisch, sodass der geschmackliche Unterschied minimal war. Auch insgesamt hat es uns geschmacklich nicht wirklich überzeugt – wenn man beide Gerichte zu Hause nach Rezept selbst kocht, holt man da oft deutlich mehr Geschmack heraus. Schade, hier wäre mehr Authentizität und Abwechslung schön gewesen.

Authentic Punjabi food at fairly affordable prices. The ambience and service can be better but they make up for it with the tasty food. The Chole Bhature Angebot on Sundays here is a brilliant deal, but you have to be patient because it's super busy. On other days it is fairly okay.

Die Tandoori-Platte war zu trocken. Das Essen schmeckte nicht nach Indien.

Anfangs war ich sehr skeptisch, wurde dann aber sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr freundliche Bedienung – trotz Arbeitsstress. Das Essen war etwas wenig, dafür aber sehr gut. Bis jetzt ist das für mich der beste Inder in Stuttgart. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Butter Chicken war sehr lecker und perfekt gewürzt. Man schmeckt, dass alles frisch zubereitet ist. Wer in Stuttgart wirklich lecker essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Mit 4,8 Sternen finde ich es ist etwas überbewertet, müsste irgendwo bei 4,3-4,7 Liegen finde ich. Das Gewürzniveau liegt nicht auf einem indischem Level. Die Preise waren für ein Indisches Resrtaurand in Deutschland normal, da bemängle ich nicht dass es nich auf indischem Niveau lag. Die Wartezeit bis man bedient wurde empfand ich als etwas lang. Die Zusammensetzung und das Essen fand ich optisch schon gut. Aber wie gesagt, nicht authentisch. Die Athmosphäre leider etwas laut weil viele Gäste die anderen überstimmen mussten. Service aber freundlich. Ich hatte ein Platter zum selbst zusammenstellen. Roti und das andere Brot gut.

Schönes Lokal zum Wohlfühlen, freundliches Service-Personal, köstliches Essen. Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Alles war perfekt... Authentischer Geschmack, guter Service und tolles Ambiente.

Ich war absolut begeistert von meinem Besuch in diesem asiatischen Restaurant! Das Essen war frisch, geschmackvoll und wunderschön angerichtet. Wir hatten Butter Chicken, Lamm Karahi und Rajma Masala. Jedes Gericht war perfekt gewürzt und authentisch – man merkte, dass mit viel Liebe gekocht wurde. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl.

Mit Abstand das beste (halal) indische Restaurant in Deutschland!

A restaurant quite worth visiting if you've visited the Porsche Museum and want to crave some really good Indian food 😀 With my friend being Vegetarian, I couldn't try any of their Non-Veg offerings. Starters: Mixed Starter Platter: 4.5/5 (Simply lovely. The Imli and the mint chutney[If I've guessed it right 😅]. All the pakodas tasted amazing with a sprinkle of chat powder on top.) Butter Garlic Naan: 5/5 (Excellent. The Naan was extremely soft and was crunchy enough to deem it as perfect) Butter Garlic Chilli Naan: 3.5/5 (Felt a little more garlicky[This is a compliment 😃]but wasn't spicy even by a tiny bit.) Malai kofta: 4.5/5 (Mild and supple yet tasty. The kofta balls alongside the the gravy gives it the real punch 😄. A must recommend if you're into milder curries or want to try out a different curry). P.S : Forgot to take the pics of the naan's and the curry, was too induldged in having the food 😅 The only con I had found is that the dishes take a little too long to get served.. but that gets compensated by the amazing taste. Very good food, pleasant atmosphere

Just like home, authentic Punjabi cuisine. The service was so lovely you could kiss them. There were three of us, and luckily we had a reservation. We each got a Dali platter. It was a generous portion. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately, I'm only visiting; otherwise, I'd come every week. It felt like home.

Yesterday, my daughter and I went to an Indian restaurant for the first time. The appetizer platter was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, staff, service, and food were all fantastic. The staff was very friendly, and the server was very nice. Everything was simply wonderful. We'd love to come back again soon. The trip from Plochingen was definitely worth it. Just a quick update: even though we booked a table at short notice, it worked out perfectly. Thank you again, and kudos to everyone!

We've been coming here for years and really enjoy it. Unfortunately, the only problem is that spontaneous visits are becoming increasingly difficult because the restaurant is far too often packed. The food is excellent, and the portions are more than generous. Special requests are accommodated without hesitation whenever possible. For us, it's always a wonderful experience when we get a table and can fill our bellies. The owner even explains in several languages ​​how the dishes are prepared and what ingredients are used. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. We've known this restaurant since it opened, and as soon as we hear its name, our mouths start watering.

Visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly crowded but seats were available immediately. We tried the Thali with Paneer options, and Lassis -Mango and salty. Everything was good, having very close to the authentic Indian taste. I felt the Paneer Makhani was too tangy but not unbearable. Overall would give 9/10

Absolutely delicious! I've ordered it twice now and will definitely order again! The butter chicken was incredibly creamy. The naan bread was wonderful with it. Fast delivery. The food was very well packaged, so it arrived nice and warm. It was a bit too spicy for my taste, as I can't handle very hot food. But that's just my opinion.

We spontaneously ended up at Delhi-cious Indian Restaurant on our way to our holiday destination – two adults and our 7-year-old daughter – and had a delicious dinner. The Indian dishes were fresh, full of flavor, and just right for our little break on the road. We especially loved the variety of dishes and the friendly atmosphere – perfect for families. 🍛✨ Highly recommended if you're in Stuttgart Feuerbach!

The food and service were good until I found this stone in my potato and chickpea masala... If I had bitten into it, it would have ruined my teeth... 🦷 I can imagine (or at least hope) that the stone was in the package of chickpeas that were cooked... but don't you strain or wash them? 😣

I was a bit disappointed, given the excellent reviews. Food: Unfortunately, despite the "warning" on the menu, my dish wasn't spicy at all. Since I really enjoy spicy food, this was very disappointing. However, the rice, lassi, and Indian beer were delicious. Atmosphere: The tables for two are very close to other people. Having a private conversation is difficult. The service was attentive and friendly.

It’s a solid 8 any day, hands down! One of the few places that actually make dishes taste authentic with no extra presentation fluff. To top it off, you could taste the freshness of the ingredients when you bite into it. It doesn’t give off that packaged-and-reheated feel . The whole spices used make the flavor stand out even more.

The food is delicious, there's something for everyone, and the service is perfect. The waiters are very friendly. You wait 10 minutes at the most for your food. It's the best place.

If the restaurant is fully and pre booked then close the restaurant online for dine-in so someone doesn't have to travel for an hour and be refused at the door.

I was really disappointed with my visit. The starter was quite good – fresh, appetizing, and tasted okay. Unfortunately, the main course was a complete disappointment. I ordered butter chicken and paneer makhni, two dishes I normally enjoy. But here they didn't taste at all like they should. Both dishes tasted only of tomatoes – none of the buttery, creamy, or spicy flavors you expect from these classic Indian dishes. It was simply disappointing and unbalanced. We actually couldn't eat the food because the taste just wasn't right. Nevertheless, we had to pay for the butter chicken, even though we barely touched it. I found that really disappointing, especially since you'd expect some kind of concession from a good restaurant. Not recommended.

I wouldn't call this restaurant the best. I had one tandoori garlic chicken tikka and garlic naan, and a mango lassi for a drink. The naan wasn't nearly as perfect as I've experienced at other good restaurants; it was soft and tender, yet slightly crispy, and the garlic was barely noticeable. The tandoori chicken tikka wasn't the best either. Despite the menu description of the meat as breast fillet, it was just pieces of thigh. There wasn't much vegetables either. The only thing that tasted really good was the drink—mango lassi—but who knows if they make it on-site or source it externally. The people/service staff were nice and polite, but for me, the food is paramount, and if it doesn't taste perfect, then I don't think the money is worth it.

Really delicious, authentic food! There's a wide selection, and you can even create your own platters if you want to try a lot. The service was a bit slow (but still very friendly!), and the wait for the food seemed a bit long. I tried this restaurant on Neotaste and would happily return.

We had lunch, but unfortunately, nothing really tasted good. The lassi was weak, the rice was okay, the two sauces were too bland, and the salad screamed for ready-made dressing. The service was nice, but in my opinion, it didn't make up for the flavor. We won't be going back :(
