Delhi-cious Indian Restaurant in Stuttgart

A restaurant quite worth visiting if you've visited the Porsche Museum and want to crave some really good Indian food 😀 With my friend being Vegetarian, I couldn't try any of their Non-Veg offerings. Starters: Mixed Starter Platter: 4.5/5 (Simply lovely. The Imli and the mint chutney[If I've guessed it right 😅]. All the pakodas tasted amazing with a sprinkle of chat powder on top.) Butter Garlic Naan: 5/5 (Excellent. The Naan was extremely soft and was crunchy enough to deem it as perfect) Butter Garlic Chilli Naan: 3.5/5 (Felt a little more garlicky[This is a compliment 😃]but wasn't spicy even by a tiny bit.) Malai kofta: 4.5/5 (Mild and supple yet tasty. The kofta balls alongside the the gravy gives it the real punch 😄. A must recommend if you're into milder curries or want to try out a different curry). P.S : Forgot to take the pics of the naan's and the curry, was too induldged in having the food 😅 The only con I had found is that the dishes take a little too long to get served.. but that gets compensated by the amazing taste. Very good food, pleasant atmosphere

Just like home, authentic Punjabi cuisine. The service was so lovely you could kiss them. There were three of us, and luckily we had a reservation. We each got a Dali platter. It was a generous portion. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately, I'm only visiting; otherwise, I'd come every week. It felt like home.

Yesterday, my daughter and I went to an Indian restaurant for the first time. The appetizer platter was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, staff, service, and food were all fantastic. The staff was very friendly, and the server was very nice. Everything was simply wonderful. We'd love to come back again soon. The trip from Plochingen was definitely worth it. Just a quick update: even though we booked a table at short notice, it worked out perfectly. Thank you again, and kudos to everyone!

We've been coming here for years and really enjoy it. Unfortunately, the only problem is that spontaneous visits are becoming increasingly difficult because the restaurant is far too often packed. The food is excellent, and the portions are more than generous. Special requests are accommodated without hesitation whenever possible. For us, it's always a wonderful experience when we get a table and can fill our bellies. The owner even explains in several languages ​​how the dishes are prepared and what ingredients are used. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. We've known this restaurant since it opened, and as soon as we hear its name, our mouths start watering.

Sweets are of very poor quality, loaded with sugar.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who made the stay absolutely perfect. The food was, as always, delicious, with just the right amount of spice.

Visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly crowded but seats were available immediately. We tried the Thali with Paneer options, and Lassis -Mango and salty. Everything was good, having very close to the authentic Indian taste. I felt the Paneer Makhani was too tangy but not unbearable. Overall would give 9/10

Absolutely delicious! I've ordered it twice now and will definitely order again! The butter chicken was incredibly creamy. The naan bread was wonderful with it. Fast delivery. The food was very well packaged, so it arrived nice and warm. It was a bit too spicy for my taste, as I can't handle very hot food. But that's just my opinion.

We spontaneously ended up at Delhi-cious Indian Restaurant on our way to our holiday destination – two adults and our 7-year-old daughter – and had a delicious dinner. The Indian dishes were fresh, full of flavor, and just right for our little break on the road. We especially loved the variety of dishes and the friendly atmosphere – perfect for families. 🍛✨ Highly recommended if you're in Stuttgart Feuerbach!

The food and service were good until I found this stone in my potato and chickpea masala... If I had bitten into it, it would have ruined my teeth... 🦷 I can imagine (or at least hope) that the stone was in the package of chickpeas that were cooked... but don't you strain or wash them? 😣

Top-notch restaurant – excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I always eat there when I'm in Stuttgart. I was able to order by phone at 9:15 PM knowing they closed at 9:30 PM; they were very kind to take my order. See you soon! :)

What a flavorful explosion in the mouth! It really deserves 6 stars. The only downsides are the frozen nuggets (the kids' portion) and the wild potato served with fries. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

I was a bit disappointed, given the excellent reviews. Food: Unfortunately, despite the "warning" on the menu, my dish wasn't spicy at all. Since I really enjoy spicy food, this was very disappointing. However, the rice, lassi, and Indian beer were delicious. Atmosphere: The tables for two are very close to other people. Having a private conversation is difficult. The service was attentive and friendly.

It’s a solid 8 any day, hands down! One of the few places that actually make dishes taste authentic with no extra presentation fluff. To top it off, you could taste the freshness of the ingredients when you bite into it. It doesn’t give off that packaged-and-reheated feel . The whole spices used make the flavor stand out even more.

The bhature came out perfectly puffed, light, and just the right amount of crisp on the outside while staying soft inside. The chole was rich, flavorful, and beautifully spiced—comforting without being too heavy, and full of that authentic Delhi-style tang and warmth. The portion was generous, the aroma irresistible, and every bite felt like classic North Indian soul food done right. If you’re craving chole bhature that tastes like it came straight from the streets of Delhi, this place nails it. Highly recommend! 🙌🍽️

I was really disappointed with my visit. The starter was quite good – fresh, appetizing, and tasted okay. Unfortunately, the main course was a complete disappointment. I ordered butter chicken and paneer makhni, two dishes I normally enjoy. But here they didn't taste at all like they should. Both dishes tasted only of tomatoes – none of the buttery, creamy, or spicy flavors you expect from these classic Indian dishes. It was simply disappointing and unbalanced. We actually couldn't eat the food because the taste just wasn't right. Nevertheless, we had to pay for the butter chicken, even though we barely touched it. I found that really disappointing, especially since you'd expect some kind of concession from a good restaurant. Not recommended.

If the restaurant is fully and pre booked then close the restaurant online for dine-in so someone doesn't have to travel for an hour and be refused at the door.

I wouldn't call this restaurant the best. I had one tandoori garlic chicken tikka and garlic naan, and a mango lassi for a drink. The naan wasn't nearly as perfect as I've experienced at other good restaurants; it was soft and tender, yet slightly crispy, and the garlic was barely noticeable. The tandoori chicken tikka wasn't the best either. Despite the menu description of the meat as breast fillet, it was just pieces of thigh. There wasn't much vegetables either. The only thing that tasted really good was the drink—mango lassi—but who knows if they make it on-site or source it externally. The people/service staff were nice and polite, but for me, the food is paramount, and if it doesn't taste perfect, then I don't think the money is worth it.

Really delicious, authentic food! There's a wide selection, and you can even create your own platters if you want to try a lot. The service was a bit slow (but still very friendly!), and the wait for the food seemed a bit long. I tried this restaurant on Neotaste and would happily return.

We had lunch, but unfortunately, nothing really tasted good. The lassi was weak, the rice was okay, the two sauces were too bland, and the salad screamed for ready-made dressing. The service was nice, but in my opinion, it didn't make up for the flavor. We won't be going back :(

I could give 10 as well. The best North Indian cuisine in Germany for me. Authentic taste! Even the chicken tikka is very soft and juicy which you can enjoy not find in puraani delhi. Even rice is freshly cooked. I tried dal makhani, shahi paneer and chicken tikka with naan.

cleanliness and behavior of the stuffs are really good. I liked their biriyani, lassi & kulfi. And about the thali, curries actually tastes better with roti than rice. Rice should be a little less oily when served. Tips: Squeeze some lemon drops on the dal makhni and try onions with pakora. 🙂
