DEDO chinesisch-bistro(德都食饮) in Augsburg

Ich war sehr froh, hier authentische chinesische Nudeln essen zu können. Wir bestellten Peking-Rindfleischnudeln und Zhajiangmian (Nudeln mit Sojabohnenpaste), und beides war in Ordnung. Allerdings waren die Beilagen zu den Zhajiangmian zu grob geschnitten, sodass sie etwas schwer zu essen waren.

Das Essen ist gut und geht vom Preis. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Was aber garnicht geht für ein Restaurant, dass man nicht mit Kreditkarte zahlen kann. Nur mit EC von Sparkassen. Zudem gibt es kein Kunden WC. Das ist ebenfalls ein No Go.

Wirklich leckeres und hausgemachtes Essen. Außerdem sehr freundliche Besitzer. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Angemessen, nicht überragend, Kunden dürfen die Toilette nicht benutzen.

Die knusprige Ente mit Gemüse und Hoisinsauce war perfekt zubereitet. Die Ente war außen wunderbar knusprig und innen saftig, und das frische Gemüse passte hervorragend dazu. Eine großzügige Portion und sehr lecker!

Leckeres Dimsum der verschiedenen Arten und mit unterschiedlichen Füllungen

Ein sehr ruhiges Restaurant, in dem man das geschäftige Treiben in der Küche hört, wo ständig köstlich aussehende Suppenschüsseln serviert werden. Ich bestellte die Suppe mit Wantan und Nudeln sowie Xiao Long Bao. Sowohl die Suppe, die eindeutig hausgemacht und sehr schmackhaft war, als auch die Nudeln und Xiao Long Bao waren eindeutig handgemacht. Absolut köstlich! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Bank Zi und das Kim Chi waren super lecker. Der Preis ist in Ordnung. Die Köchin und der Kellner waren nett. Leider gibt's keine Toilette vor Ort.

Super leckeres und authentisches Dim Sum! Die Xiao Long Bao, Jiao Zi und Bao Zi sind frisch hausgemacht mit echtem Shandong-Geschmack und voller Aroma. Kleines, gemütliches Lokal mit freundlichem Service und fairen Preisen. Perfekt für einen schnellen Lunch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super authentischer Laden. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, richtiges Wohnzimmer Feeling mit gutem Comfort Food. Die Dumplings sind hier meiner Meinung nach das Highlight. Geheimtipp meinerseits, Erdnuss Soße, Hoisin Soße und Chili Öl zusammenrühren zum dippen. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert!

Die Kinder sind seit über sechs Monaten in Augsburg. Obwohl wir zu Hause hauptsächlich chinesisch kochen, gehen wir auch auswärts gerne chinesisch essen. Ich probiere gerne Neues aus, was zu unserem ersten Besuch hier führte, dann zu einem zweiten, einem dritten, und natürlich werden wir auch weiterhin kommen, wenn wir keine Lust zum Kochen haben und uns nach vertrauten Aromen sehnen. Die negativen Bewertungen machen mich ziemlich traurig, denn bisher ist dies meiner Meinung nach das beste chinesische Essen (einfache Gerichte) in Augsburg. Es kommt dem Nudel- und Dim-Sum-Essen, das Shanghaier so gerne essen, sehr nahe: Nehmen wir zum Beispiel die Rindfleischnudeln (sehr zu empfehlen). Die Brühe ist sehr leicht und nicht fettig (was vielleicht nicht dem deutschen Geschmack entspricht, da wir es gerne salzig mögen), mit viel Gemüse – perfekt für Kinder. Das Rindfleisch ist hausgemacht, und die Dip-Sauce ist einfach köstlich! Die Xiaolongbao und die gedämpften Teigtaschen sind vielleicht nicht die besten in Shanghai oder China, aber definitiv nicht schlecht. In Deutschland, in Augsburg, sind sie jedoch sehr gut. Da ich keine Zeit habe, sie selbst für die Kinder zuzubereiten, schmecken sie anders als die Tiefkühl-Xiaolongbao und -Dumplings aus dem Asia-Supermarkt! Ich habe dreimal Fotos von mir beim Essen in dem Restaurant gepostet, ich bin einfach reingegangen. Die Besitzer, ein Ehepaar, waren immer sehr gastfreundlich. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht das Fehlen einer Toilette. Die Preise sind zwar nicht mit denen in China vergleichbar, aber für deutsche Verhältnisse angemessen.

Unhöflicher Besitzer und kein WC! Vor allem wenn man nicht reserviert hat, wird erst einmal eine genervte Bemerkung abgelassen. Wirklich willkommen fühlt man sich dort nicht.

Tolles Essen und sehr nett dort. Wir konnten relativ kurzfristig einen Tisch reservieren und haben uns sehr über das gute Essen gefreut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I am a big fan of their cuisine; all the dishes taste good and are freshly prepared.

Ok the atmosphere is nice. But really? As a Chinese, I’ve tried Xiaolongbao in many different city worldwide and none of them are as bad as here 🥲 not authentic at all and I was thinking if they make them using fresh ingredients by hand or just steam the ready ones?? On top of that, no toilets and over priced even more expensive than real Chinese ones in Munich. Sorry but not recommended.

I ordered the chicken breast salad. It was wonderfully fresh and flavorful. The tender meat, the crisp vegetables, and the spicy chili-garlic sauce harmonized perfectly. The roasted peanuts added a great crunch, and the cilantro rounded it all off perfectly. A light but very tasty dish – highly recommended!

The seaweed salad with carrots, garlic and coriander was refreshing and spicy – ​​a successful combination of freshness and aroma.

The Dimsung are absolutely fantastic, prepared with love, and taste truly perfect. On top of that, the owners are truly some of the most personable, attentive, and kindest people I've ever met. You just feel at home here.

The dumplings were really, really delicious. The steamed dumplings were rather average. The service was super friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Conclusion: I prefer soup to dessert. We'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere in the store is elegant and relaxed, with menus in Chinese and English. The pasta tastes great and the noodles are handmade and chewy. We recently went to this restaurant for dinner for the first time. The food was very tasty and was served very quickly. We had the wonton soup for starters, Jiao Zi and Bao Zi for the main course. All in all, very tasty and definitely fills you up. The ladies in service were very friendly and attentive. We had a request for an addition to a dish, which was completely rejected and which we didn't fully understand, but good 🤷‍♂️. What is also not entirely clear is the additional expense of €2 if a dish is shared :). What I was missing was offering beer in addition to fresh juices, tea and soft drinks. Nevertheless, the restaurant is definitely recommended, simply because of the delicious and freshly prepared food. I would, however, go again.

Incredibly nice and attentive staff. We talked about Chinese and German tea. The quantity of buns could also be adjusted to order. Noodles with pork (M2) are particularly recommended.

This was my second time eating there with my wife and, like the first time, we were very impressed. It feels very family-like and you are treated that way. If you expect hectic pace, you're in the wrong place here. We immediately slowed down and immediately felt comfortable. Nevertheless, we were served quickly and got our food in a reasonable time. I mean that in an absolutely positive way, because the food is obviously handmade and doesn't come from the microwave. The taste was excellent both times and you can tell that the food is cooked with love. In terms of price, everything is definitely worth the price, especially considering that these are not convenience products. All in all, you have to say, great atmosphere with really nice service. Very tasty food at a very fair price. The sauces are very finely balanced and go great with the food. The sauces for the meal could be a little larger in terms of portion size and the disadvantage of the lack of toilets is the only thing that could possibly be criticized, but it wasn't a problem for us. We will definitely be back, a great restaurant experience.

I can't understand all the hype. The staff is really very nice and attentive. The food, however, is fresh, but still only good average. The selection of offerings is very limited and alcoholic drinks are not offered at all. The atmosphere is very sober and there is no feel-good factor. But what I find seriously bad, and which also surprises me, because there is a legal basis for the fact that this place of its size has NO TOILETS. I actually really need it, which makes me even more shocked that it doesn't exist. I ask the local building authority to beep again to see if this is legal.

When we came in, the innkeeper was sitting at the table with some friends - great first impression. Drinks are served with glass in plastic bottles on the table, the taste of the dumplings was medium to disappointing. After paying the bill, I was allowed to hear someone shouting that I was “having a bad day” and that I was “stupid”. I will never enter this store again.

Small shop with heavily steamed up windows, which is probably unavoidable when dishes are exclusively steamed. The decor is very minimalistic, which gives the whole thing a modern touch and is far away from the German Asian snack style. Everything is freshly prepared there, so you have to take some time. (The whole thing is within the normal range, however.) I first had the wonton soup, which for me is the best value for money. I've never had better wontons yet. The mixed Jiao Zi were also very good, although I liked the vegetarian ones best. However, these alone would not be enough for me to eat. My companion had the noodle soup with beef. Ideal on cold days to warm up from the inside. Unfortunately, the desserts with the red bean filling were canceled because they were probably not available at the moment. The unfilled one didn't disappoint either. Overall, a highly recommended shop and I would now like to get to know the entire menu. [Edit:] I now know the entire menu and have been there several times. I am very happy that Augsburg is richer with this restaurant. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, will teach you a word or two of Mandarin and can simply cook well. My highlight these days are the "Xiao Long Bao", although I like to supplement these with wonton soup and steamed dumplings due to the small number of pieces. Edit2: Still very tasty!

The wontons are extremely addictive. The treats are made with love every day. The menu has great variations in vegan, with meat, delicious soups at a very low price.

The xiao long bao and mise en noodles were ordinary, but they were much more delicious than other places! If you like peanut sauce, I think you will like misejangmyeon! I was there for the first time today and never again!!! I mentioned several times from the beginning that I wanted pasta without meat, i.e. vegetarian. Just by the way, I'm Muslim. The waiter first tried to explain to me what the difference was between vegan and vegetarian, as if I was stupid. I finally decided on a vegan dish, and my food arrived after about ten minutes. When I started eating, I noticed that my dish had meat in it. I then looked through the menu again to make sure it wasn't vegan meat. However, that wasn't the case. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said he would take a look at it straight away. In the end, it turned out that there was pork in my food, even though I had emphasized several times from the beginning that I didn't want meat. Nevertheless, I received a dish with pork. Something like that is simply unacceptable, as if he did something special!!!

We left today without eating because the table we were sitting at wasn't cleared away and after 30 minutes there was still no service to come to us. The table next door said only they understood that because they also had to wait over an hour for their food.

One of my favorite restaurants for lunch. The dumplings are homemade and very tasty. Every now and then you have to bring some time. Unfortunately there is no toilet on site either. My favorites are the vegan dumplings (J1) and the kimchi. But all the other dishes I've tried so far have been very tasty. Pre-ordering by phone for pickup works great and is recommended if things have to happen quickly.

went here because of 4.8 score. It literally nothing special. Ordered 3 kinds of food. 2 Steam dumplings and 1 Noodle. The noodle didnt cooked properly and still stick to each other. The broth is so so. nothing special. The dumplings taste like microwave heated. maybe its just not my lucky day! oh for tourists, please prepare your cash as they dont take visa or other cc. only german EC card whatever is that. last but not least... NO toilet!
