I ordered two sandwiches, but we only received one. When we called the restaurant, the employee refused to resolve the issue. He said we should take it up with UberEats directly—even though the error was clearly theirs. This isn't the first time our order has been delivered incomplete. Furthermore, the phone was hung up while we were still talking. And this was after waiting over two hours for the delivery. Absolutely terrible service. The employee was unprofessional and rude.

When I opened the TooGoodToGo app, I happened to see that a bag from Dean & David was still available for €4.80. Since we'd never eaten there before but had been wanting to try it for a while, we bought it on a whim. The transaction at the restaurant was very quick and easy. Our bag contained four items: a falafel wrap, two Caesar wraps, and an olive and feta cheese flatbread. The olive and feta cheese flatbread took some getting used to, but I thought it was alright. My companion, however, didn't like it at all, which was probably due to her aversion to arugula. With the falafel wrap, I especially liked the falafel, while my companion thought it was the best overall. My personal favorite was the Caesar wrap. Even though the salad inside was quite soggy, I thought the combination of egg and meat was very tasty. What I didn't like about any of the items, though, was the wrap dough. This dough was used for both the wraps and the meatbread; it was quite soft and lacked both texture and flavor. While TooGoodToGo's system primarily aims to reduce food waste, which I generally find positive, the quality of the products is crucial for me. It's understandable that the food had been sitting in the display case for a while and had therefore lost some freshness. This is almost unavoidable with such dishes, as components like salad or dough inevitably become soggy, hard, or otherwise altered in consistency after sitting in the display case. That was precisely the case here. Overall, it tasted okay, but not as good as I had hoped. At €4.80, the price was definitely very good. However, considering the regular retail price, the value for money in this case would definitely not be justified, especially given the very small portions. However, I am generally not averse to the shop and would give it another chance to get a better impression by eating a freshly prepared dish on site.

I don't understand all the complaining here. The food is fresh and as described. The staff is very friendly and makes a huge effort to ensure everything runs smoothly and the customers are satisfied. 4 out of 4 dishes (the ones I ate) tasted excellent. I'm very satisfied. I regularly treat myself to food at dean&david, often with a smoothie on the side. The food is always delicious, fresh, varied, lovingly prepared, and the portions are plenty to satisfy a good appetite. The seasonal offerings are regularly updated and adapted to the time of year. There's also a wide selection for vegetarians and vegans. Whether it's bowls, salads, curries, or desserts – everything I've ordered so far has been excellent. The staff are very friendly. Pre-ordering via the app for pickup works perfectly. I especially appreciate the option of reusable bowls instead of disposable ones. The fact that you get an extra ingredient when you use and exchange the bowls is a nice touch. dean&david also participates in Too Good To Go.

Way too loud. They're already out of coffee by 7 pm. Machine off. My tip: It's best to just keep it closed all day.

Be careful when ordering at this branch! We ordered a salad with double chicken – but what was delivered was a half-full bowl and what appeared to be a "double nothing" of chicken. Congratulations, that's almost an art form! When we pointed this out to the lady on the phone, we were told straight to our faces that everything was supposedly "weighed." Very interesting, because a week earlier we had the exact same order – and lo and behold, the scales must have been calibrated on another planet back then. What a coincidence! 😉 Even better: According to the lady on the phone, there has never been such an "incident" in the last 2.5 years. Really? Strange, because we had a very similar experience back in December 2023! Back then, management at least apologized and promised us great changes. But apparently, those were just empty words – probably just as empty as our salad bowl. For over 17 euros, we got a mere bit of salad and a token portion of chicken. That's not bad service anymore, it's simply fraud! But thanks for this experience – now we know what "premium" rip-off looks like!

Absolutely delicious! 😋 Super fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared 🔪🥒🥕🥬🌶️🥑 and incredibly friendly staff! Highly recommended. 👌🏼 The ambiance is also chic, only the noise level from the flow of shoppers from the mall is a bit bothersome, but otherwise, thumbs up! A true culinary experience, even for gourmets!

It was my first time eating here. Since my eating habits have changed, I wanted to look for something healthy. I discovered it while shopping at Kaufland. At first I was a bit hesitant and overwhelmed due to the large selection of menus. But with the super friendly employee Maria and her great advice, I immediately found something suitable. She even let me try a small amount of the sauces. I will definitely eat there again. Many thanks to Maria for the great service.❤️

The food Kevin prepared for us was great. He was a very nice and likeable young man. Kevin not only supported us well with the selection at the terminal but also took the time to optimize our creative bowls. Really successful service. We would like to visit Dean and David in Kaufland more often!

My visit to the Kaufland Neckarsulm branch was aimed at purchasing a high-quality salad in a pleasant atmosphere. Instead, I was confronted with behavior that I consider borderline and unprofessional. Particularly noteworthy is the behavior of an employee with distinctive glasses and a short hairstyle. This employee charged a higher amount than was appropriate and showed no willingness to refund the overcharged amount, which I find to be almost fraudulent. Despite repeated requests from me to correct the error, the employee responded evasively and instead offered to add additional ingredients to my salad. Even when I refused and insisted on paying back the difference, he continued to evade. “Either I take the salad as is or there is nothing!” these were his final statements! Only after persistent insistence did he cancel the amount - a process that was previously supposedly impossible. There was no apology. This experience is in stark contrast to the expected standards of a reputable restaurant establishment. The question arises about the integrity in dealing with customers and the professionalism of your employees. Such an approach towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. We are no longer guests and recommend that readers count the receipt and remaining money immediately.

Leider gibt es das Dean and David im Autohof Bad Rappenau nicht mehr, was ich sehr schade finde, war es doch ein schöner Ort, um sich von der Autobahnfahrt zu erholen. Dieser Laden ist von der A6 auch gut zu erreichen. Er liegt aber in einem großen, nicht gerade einladenden Supermarkt. Für das gute Essen lohnt sich das Abfahren. Die Bowls sind in gewohnter gute Qualität. Sie sind sogar etwas besser, als in anderen Filialen.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Hatte die Chicken Avocado Bowl. Bedienung geht schnell, obwohl alles frisch zubereitet. Aber es ist und bleibt ein Schnellrestaurant, wenn auch aus meiner Sicht ein gutes!

Sehr lecker also wirklich sehr lecker, hab zwar bis jetzt nur eine Sorte vom Salat probiert, aber das wird sich noch ändern. :))

Ich war da jetzt schon ein paar mal essen, und finde die Auswahl auf der Karte Sehr gut. Die Säfte und Smoothies sind sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet was ich echt super finde. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilft einem auch immer mit der Karte klar zu kommen wenn man das erste mal dort ist. Der ess Bereich ist immer sauber, man sieht das die Mitarbeiter sich auch um die Sauberkeit bemüht sind und auch um das Wohlergehen des Gastes bemüht sind. Wenn ich das Nächste mal wieder Lust auf Dean&David habe werde ich auf jedenfall wieder den im Kaufland Neckarsulm aufsuchen.

Wo fang ich da an! Ich war schon in anderen dean & david und von all denn war dieser hier bis jetzt der beste . Das Essen wird mit gefühl für die art von Lebensmittel hergestellt. Am ende ist es reichhaltige, sieht gut aus und schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Wo in anderen sie soße noch mit dösschen in die bowl gegeben wird , bekommt man hier ein paar Blättchen salat mehr und die Optik ist auch besser . 😋 Auch wenn es stressig zu geht bleiben sie immer freundlich. Deswegen hol ich dort das essen gern persönlich ab . 😊 Meist komm ich etwas früher, da ich gerne zuschaue wie mein essen zubereitet wird 😝 Ich hoffe ihr bleibt so wie ihr seid . ✌️🙏🌺🕉

Frisches, leckeres Essen und immer wieder neue Kreationen. Sehr freundliches Thekenpersonal. Einzig das Ambiente lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Vielleicht Mal ein paar (Kunst-) Blumenkästen zur Abgrenzung aufstellen, damit nicht jeder mit dem Einkaufswagen am Tisch vorbei fährt 😉

Hallo, war das erstemal bei dean und david. Ich war positiv überascht über die freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter sie haben mich gut beraten und das essen hatvauch gut geschmeckt(lachs salat boel). Gute service ist fast wichtig als gutes essen!
